Abstract
Točak sa polugama za okretanje pogonjen oprugama sastoji se od postolja (8) na kojem je uležišten točak (1) sa osovinom (7). Na točku (1) su ugradjene dvokrake poluge (2) za okretanje, koje krakovima tereta napadaju točak. Krakovi sila dvokrakih poluga (2) su medjusobno povezani dvema teleskopskim polugama (4) sa oprugama koje napadaju krakove sila dvokrakih poluga (2) a ove krakovima tereta napadaju točak (1) i na taj način vrše okretanje točka.[Wheel having revolving levers driven by springs comprises of base (8) where wheel (1) is embedded with axle (7).
