Abstract

MIKROPOROZNI BIOKERAMIČKI MATERIJAL NA BAZI ALUMINIJUMOKSIDA I POSTUPAK ZA NJEGOVO DOBIJANJE - Opisan je nov mikroporozni biokeramički materijal na bazi aluminijumoksida strukture čija poroznost iznosi oko 60% sa međusobno povezanim porama veličine oko 200 mikrometara. Keramička veza ovog matrijala ostvarena je preko frite koja sadržikalcijum, kalijum, aluminijum, silicijum i natrijum, a kao stabilizator sadrži tilozu. Odnos aluminijumoksida, frite i stabilizatora u konačnoj keramičkoj masije 10:1:0,2. Takođe je opisan postupak za dobijanje ovog mikroporoznog biokeramičkog materijala.ALUMINUM OXIDE BASED MICROPOROUS BIOKERAMIC MATERIAL AND PROCEDURE FOR ITS PRODUCTION - A new microporous aluminum ceramic material based on structure having a porosity of about 60% with interconnected pores of about 200 micrometer size is described. The ceramic bond of this material is made through a fryer containing potassium, potassium, aluminum, silicon and sodium, and as a stabilizer it contains tylose. The ratio of aluminum oxide, fryer and stabilizer in the final ceramic mass is 10: 1: 0.2. A process for obtaining this microporous bioceramic material is also described.
