Abstract

Postupak dobijanja diazodinitrofenola pripada oblasti organske tehnologije, odnosno oblasti tehnologije dobijanja inicijalnih eksploziva. Tehnički problem može se definisati kao zahtev da se dobije sipki diazodinitrofenol, nasipne gustine iznad 0,5 g/cm3. Ovaj problem je rešavan na razlifite načine, a najčešće dodavanjem nekih površinski aktivnih materija ili sredstava koja treba da služe kao centri kristalizacije u toku procesa diazotovanja pikraminske kiseline ili natrijumpikramata. Ideja pronalaska je da se izborom optimalnih parametara procesa dobije sipki proizvod, bez ikakvih dodataka. Pronalazak se u odnosu na poznata rešenja dobijanja diazodinitrofenola razlikuje u nižoj koncentraciji (5%) suspenzije natrijumpikramata, višoj temperaturi (26-30В°C) reakcije i u korišcenju matičnog rastvora iz prethodne šarže za pripremu suspenzije natrijumpikramata.The process of producing diazodinitrophenol belongs to the field of organic technology, that is, the field of technology for the production of initial explosives. A technical problem can be defined as the requirement to obtain bulk diazodinitrophenol, with a bulk density above 0.5 g / cm3. This problem has been solved in a variety of ways, most often by adding some surfactants or agents to serve as crystallization centers during the diazotization process of picramic acid or sodium micramate. The idea of the invention is to obtain the bulk product by choosing the optimum process parameters, without any additives. The invention differs from the known solutions for the preparation of diazodinitrophenol in a lower concentration (5%) of the sodium micramat suspension, a higher temperature (26-30V ° C) of the reaction and in the use of a stock solution from the previous batch for the preparation of the sodium micramat suspension.
