Abstract
Anatomic pillow has been described as consisting of the first cover (3), inside which an insert (2) is placed; while the insert (2) is placed bellow the sliding part (11b) of the base (11), of kernel (1). From the upper part, kernel (1) is made with shoulder support (5), and in the front part above it, neck support (8) is raising from the side position, as devided by the front neck support (6), of the back position. Behind the support (6), there is a hollow head support (7), and on its one and other side, head support (9) of the side position, with or without perforations (4). Opposing the front neck support (6), on the end of the kernel (1), there is an arch shaped back neck support (10). This pillow can be used with an insert (2), or without it.
