Abstract

The double slanting wedge consists of two identical wedge halves (1, 2) which are divided into partial wedges which are mutually identical and are designed as one piece with one another. Each wedge half (1, 2) consists of a stack of partial metal sheets (5) which are layered one on top of the other and are held together by means of a type of rivet connection (7, 8). Wedges of this type are suitable in particular for the wedging of the poles (9) on the rotor ring (11) and of the rotor ring (11) on the wheel spider (13) of electrical machines, can be produced economically and can be fitted and removed again simply. <IMAGE>
