Abstract

Process for the purification of carboxile acids and their anhidrides for the removal of halide impurities, including bringing acid into contact or bringing anhidrides into contact with macroporose copolymere of stiren divinylbenzene, possessing border functional groups containing, at least one metal salt of weak acid, capable of coming into reaction with halide and forming residues of metal halides and extracting obtained purified acid or unhidride from polymers.
