Abstract

Postupak sinteze keramičkog praha silicijumkarbida, naznačen time, što se u koloidnu disperziju silicijumdioksida čija je pH vrednost 9 do 10 i sadržaj SiO2 od 3 do 30 mas.%, dodaje uz mešanje na sobnoj temperaturi, odnosno od 15 do 30В°C, jedinjenje koje je nosioc ugljenika u količini koja odgovara molskom odnosu C/SiO2 od 2 do 6 i borna kiselina u količini od 0,5 do 12 mas.%, zatim se ishomogenizirana disperzija ostavi da miruje zagrejana na temperaturi od 50 do 90В°C u vremenu od 2 do 10 sati radi stvaranja gela, potom se stvoreni gel suši na temperaturi od 100 do 200В°C u trajanju od 15 do 30 časova, nakon sušenja gel se deaglomerira i žari u inertnoj atmosferi na temperaturi od 900 do 1200В°C u trajanju od 2 do 4 časa radi odstranjivanja vode, zatim se radi kristalizacije žari u internoj atmosferi na temperaturi od 1450 do 1650В°C u trajanju od 1,5 do 4 časa u cilju dobijanja keramičkog praha čistog silicijumkarbida.
