Abstract

Universal blocks for making alternating current machine windings are intended for manufacture of all types of windings for alternating current, either in case of windings having concentric winding parts or in case of winding parts of equal width. Moulds consist from numerous segments (1, 2, 3, 4) and can be set at each of existing types of winding devices in such a manner that a pair of basic segments (1) is set on appropriate mould supports (9) and on this one, afterward successive adding of another segment pairs (2, 3, 4) is possible. Fixing segments (1, 2, 3) is done by means of appropriate number of arbors (7) and outlets (8) arranged in appropriate way at each of segments. (1, 2, 3, 4). By appropriate using of universal moulds is enabled formation of groups of concentric winding parts or groups of winding parts of the same width. During formation of groups of concentric winding parts, possibility of formation of winding parts in one plane is used, during which all winding parts, upon formation, are set one around the other and mutually separated by pairs of mould segments (2, 3).
