Abstract
Jugoslavija nema ležišta pogodnih mineralnih sirovina za proizvodnju belog portland cementa. Sa druge strane postoji ogromna deponija i dnevna proizvodnja granulovane zgure od koje se proizvodi beli i metalurški cement. Taj cement po svojim karakteristikama ne može pokriti sve zahteve po kvalitetu za beli cement jer nema zahtevane početne čvrstoće. Pronalaskom belog sulfatnog cementa čija je osnova granulovana zgura, zajedno sa belim metalurškim cementom koji je specifičan po svom mestu upotrebe, pokrivaju se sve potrebe za svim kvalitetima belog cementa. Istovremeno rešava se problem deponovanja granulovane zgure kao ptoencijalnog zagadjivača.[There is no proper bearing of mineral raw material for production of white portland cement in Yugoslavia. On the other side, there is a great deposit and daily production of granular slag (dross) which is used for production of metallurgy white cement. According to its characteristices, the cement cannot satisfy all requirements acording to quality for white cement because it has not required initial hardness. By inventing of white supersulfate cement based on granular slag, together with white metallurgy cement which is specific for its place of using, it satisfies all requirements for qualities of white cement. At the same time the problem of deposition of granular slag as a potential pollutant is being solved.
