Abstract

The invention consists in the use of natural additives REZIDINE, products from the daily work of most refineries, instead of synthetic additives of depressants, products of expensive import technologies, to correct unsatisfactory low-temperature properties of medium oil distillates (diesel fuel and extra light fuel oil). Laboratory and industry studies confirm that effects with residues are the same or better than those with synthetic depressant additives. The invention encompasses a process for the preparation of RESIDINES and a process for their addition to intermediate distillates.
