Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na aditiv za zdravu hranu. Postupak prema pronalasku sastoji se u pred-pulverizovanju pripremljenog prirodnog sirovog materijala, sušenju pulverizovanog materijala, dubokom zamrzavanju osušenog pulverizovanog materijala, pulverizovanju zamrznutog materijala i pakovanju dobijenog proizvoda. Pulverizovani zamrznuti materijal se steriliše kondicioniranjem u ugljendioksidnom medijumu, pod pritiskom u opsegu od 50 do 90 kg/cm2 (približno od 5 MPa do 9 MPa), u toku perioda od 1 do 6 sati. Kao prirodna sirovina može da se upotrebi biljni sirovi materijal, kao povrće, bobičavo voće, žitarice, vodene biljke, lekovito bilje, gljive itd. i životinjski sirovi materijal, kao ljuske jaja, ljušture školjki i rakova, životinjska koža itd.[The invention relates to a health food additive. The inventive method consists in pre-pulverising a prepared natural raw material, drying the pulverised material, deep freezing the dried pulverised material, pulverising the frozen material and packaging the obtained product. The pulverised frozen material is sterilised by conditioning it in a carbon dioxide medium at a pressure ranging from 50 to 90 kg/cm2 (approximately from 5 MPa to 9 MPa) during a time period ranging from 1 to 6 hours. A vegetal raw material such as vegetables, berries, cereals, water plants, medicinal plants, mushrooms etc. and animal raw material such as eggshells, clamshells, animal skin etc. can be used as a natural raw material.
