Aparat i postupak za odstranjivanje vode, vazduha i drugih gasova iz smeše sa gasom SF6, gde aparat A) za usporeno izdvajanje i odstranjivanje navedenih primesa obuhvata toplotno izolovano kućište (1) sa bočnim otvorom (4) i poklopcem (4a), čiji je unutrašnji prostor (3) napunjen sredstvom (3a) za hladjenje u koje je uronjen metalni sud (2) sa adsorbentima, sud (2) je izveden sa priključnom cevi (5) i priključkom (6) za priključivanje u radu na sud (7) koji je neko oklopljeno visokonaponsko postrojenje, tank ili drugi visokonaponski aparat koji sadrži gas SF6 pod nadpritiskom a koji treba prečistiti.
