Abstract
DERIVATI 17-SUBSTITUIR.-4-AZA-5-ALFA-ANDROS-TAN-3-ONA IN POSTOPEK ZA NJIHOVO PRIPRAVO, predloženi izum se nanaša na steroidne 5alfa-reduktazne inhibitorje s formulo (I) v kateri so: R1 vodik, alkilna, aril-alkilna ali aroilna skupina, Y kisik ali žveplo; R2 W skupina -N kjer je vsak izmed R2 in R3 R3 neodvisno izbran iz skupine, ki obstaja iz vodika, alkila, cikloalkila, cikloalkilalkila in arila, pri čemer je vsaka izmed skupin alkil, cik-loalkil, cikloalkilalkil in aril lahko nesubstituirana ali substituirana s substituentom OR4, kjer je R4 vodik ali alkil; A je vodik, alkil, cikloalkil ali cikloalkilalkil, kjer je vsaka izmed skupin alkil, cik-loalkil in cikloalkilalkil lahko nesubstituirana ali substituirana s substituentom, izbranim izmed: a) OR4, kjer ima R4 zgoraj definirani pomen, in. R5 b) -N, kjer je bodisi vsak izmed R5 in R6 neodvisno R6 izbran iz skupine, ki obstaja iz vodika, alkila, cikloalkila in arila, ali pa R5 in R6, vzeta skupaj z atomom dušika, ne katerega sta vezana, tvorita 5-atomski ali 6-atomski, nasičen heteromonocikličen obroč, ki v danem primeru vsebuje vsaj en dodatni heteroatom, izbran izmed kisika in dušika; in simbol predstavlja enojno ali dvojno vez in njene farmacevtsko sprejemljive soli. Zaradi svoje 5-alfa-reduktazne inhibirne učinkovitosti so spojine v smislu izuma lahko korisne za zdravljenje stanj, odvisnih od androgena.The present invention relates to steroidal 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors of the formula (I) in which: R 1 is hydrogen, alkyl , an aryl-alkyl or aroyl group, Y oxygen or sulfur; R 2 is a group -N wherein each of R 2 and R 3 is R 3 independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl and aryl, each of which is alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl and aryl groups may be unsubstituted or substituted with an OR4 substituent wherein R4 is hydrogen or alkyl; A is hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkylalkyl, wherein each of the alkyl, cycloalkyl and cycloalkylalkyl groups may be unsubstituted or substituted by a substituent selected from: a) OR4, wherein R4 has the meaning defined above, and. R 5 is b) -N, where either each of R 5 and R 6 is independently R 6 selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl and aryl, or R 5 and R 6 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are not attached form 5 an atomic or 6-atom, saturated heteromonocyclic ring optionally containing at least one additional heteroatom selected from oxygen and nitrogen; and the symbol represents a single or double bond and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Due to their 5-alpha-reductase inhibitory efficacy, the compounds of the invention may be useful in the treatment of androgen-dependent conditions.
