Abstract

NOVI ARILOKSIALKILBENZENI, POSTUPCI ZA NJIHOVO DOBIVANJE KAO FARMACEUTSKI PREPARATI KOJI IH SADRŽE, Dati su novi ariloksialkilbenzeni opšte formule gde Ar je aromatični mono- ili biciklični hidroksilovani radikal, i Ar' je aromatičan mono- ili biciklični derivat, kao i postupak za njihovo dobivanje. Postupak dobivanja ovih derivata obuhvata kondenzovanje fenolnog derivata formule Ar - X gde X je hidroksi grupa koja može biti odgovarajuće esterifikovana, sa arilacetonitrilom formule Ar' -OCH2CN u prisustvu kiselog katalizatora tako da se dobiva diariletanon formule koji se zatim redukuje pomoću mešovitog hidrida alkalnog metala u prisustvu metalnog katalizatora ili reakcijom sa nižim alkil-formijatom i redukcijom tako dobivenog intermedijernog jedinjenja sa borohidridom alkalnog metala tako da se dobiva jedinjenje formule I, kao što je definisano.
