NOVI 15-NITRO-2BETA, 3BETA-DIHIDRO I 15-NITRO-2-BETA, 3BETA, 6,7-TETRAHIDROTABERSONIN DERIVATI, FARMACEUTSKI PREPARATI KOJI NJIH SADRŽE I POSTUPAK ZA NJIHOVO DOBIJANJE, pronalazak se odnosi na nove 15-nitro-2beta,3beta-dihidro- 15-nitro-2beta,3beta,6,7-tetrahidrotabersonin derivata formule (I), gde je R1 je vodonik; R2 je vodonik ili C1-6 alkil grupa; i simbol --- je jednostruka ili dvostruka veza, kao i na njihove soli; kao i na postupak za dobijanje istih. Jedinjenje formule (I) pokazuju redukcioni ili inhibitorski efekt na cerebralni edem i pokazuju antihipoksične osobine. Tako ona su korisna za prevenciju ili tretman povreda mozga raznog porekla indukovanih sa hipoksijom mozga.NEW 15-NITRO-2BETA, 3BETA-DIHYDRO AND 15-NITRO-2-BETA, 3BETA, 6,7-TETRAHYDROTABERSONINE DERIVATIVES, PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS CONTAINING THEM AND PROCESS FOR THEIR OBTAINING-new, invention relates to 3beta-dihydro-15-nitro-2beta, 3beta, 6,7-tetrahydrotabersonin derivative of formula (I), wherein R 1 is hydrogen; R 2 is hydrogen or a C 1-6 alkyl group; and the symbol --- is a single or double bond, as well as to their salts; as well as the procedure for obtaining them. The compounds of formula (I) show a reducing or inhibitory effect on cerebral edema and show antihypoxic properties. Thus, they are useful for the prevention or treatment of brain injuries of various origins induced by brain hypoxia.
