Abstract
Podeoni uredjaj za glodanje i brušenje cikloidne krive je mehanizam koji omogućava kontinualno glodanje i brušenje bregova ploče (17) tako što se pomoću ekscentra (15) i istovremene rotacije vratila (6) i vratila (12) vrši željeno sinhronizovano kretanje radne ploče (17) formirajući po njenom obimu bregove u obliku cikloidne krive. Rezni alat (25 pri radu vrši rotaciju i radijalno primicanje radnom komadu. Podeoni uredjaj poseduje grupu zamenljivih zupčanika koji se na uredjaj pozicioniraju na osnovu broja bregova na obimu radne ploče (17).[The indexing device for milling and grinding of cycloidal curves is a mechanism that allows continual milling and grinding of camshaft plates (17) by the help of an ex-center (15), at the same time the rotation of the crankshaft(6) and the crankshaft (12) performing the desired synchronized movement of the working plate (17) thus forming on it's camshaft periphery the shape of a cycloidal curve. The cutting tools (25) when in work, perform a rotating and radial approach towards the working piece. The indexing device has a group of replaceable gears positioned on the device in accordance with the number of camshafts on the periphery of the working plate (17).
