Pronalazak se odnosi na koturaljke sa kočionim sistemom, koji se sastoji od okvira (1) na kome je na jednom kraju, preko osovine (12) zakretno uležišten nosač (7) na čijem je drugom kraju obrtno uležišten zadnji točak (4). Takodje je na okviru (1) zakretno uležišten nosač (6) sa kočionim točkom (5), pri čemu su oba nosača (6, 7) medjusobno spojena preko čivija (9) koje zalaze u žlebove (8). Sila kočenja podešava se leptirastom navrtkom (23) i frakcionim odstojnicima (16). Na okviru (1) učvršćene su granične čivije (10, 17) za nosače (6, 7).
