Abstract

Tribochemical procedure of obtaining organozeolite, means of adsorption of micotoxines and its application, as additive for cattle fodder in accordance to which previously cut zeolitic turf in three degrees, of specific chemical compositions with the content of 80% of clinoptilolite, haylanolite, of upper grade size of about 150 micrometres, in accordance with the known procedure, and then the turf, in defined ratio in turbo mixer with knives, in added modifier, quaternary amine of a long chain in the amount of 0.01 - 0.10 meq/g turf with particles bellow 1 mm and it is all mixed with speeds of rotation of 9000 degrees/min by repetion 2-4 times for the period of 60 sec; depending on the type and amount of amines. In accordance with this dry procedure; the reaction between the alternate cation of the turf surface, covered by a layer of molecules of water and amine; as well as due to mechanic energy of high intensity that leads to the making of organozeolite, absorbent of nicotoxine. There is an economic advantage, since the process of modification of mineral is shortened; drying is excluded and disintegration from known wet procedure. Product obtained by means of both processes has the same quality, the same absorption characteristics, but the dry procedure, according to this new invention is more simple, faster and cheaper. Organozeolite in powder form is added to cattle fodder directly or by means of premix in the amount of 0.2% on the complete fodder mixture.
