Abstract
Patent application is for an invention titled as 'WIND ENGINE HAVING MAINLY RECTANGULAR AXIS OF ROTATION IN RELATION TO WIND DIRECTION'. Invention belongs to the field of engines employing winds characterized according to the means to actuate operation thereof, and hereby solves technical problem of construction of the device that employs kinetic energy of natural wind for obtaining mechanical energy that by means of a generator is converted into electrical energy. Wind engine having mainly rectangular axis of rotation in relation to wind direction comprises from: a propeller (2) that consists from three regular four-sided pyramid (a, b, c) a drum (4), driving shaft (8), support to the device (15), device works so that wind exerts thrust to pyramid pushing it and there comes to circular rotation of pyramid, otherwise peak of the pyramid and two external sides cut across wind, enable thereby to wind an easy passing through and hereby achieve rotation of the driving shaft i.e. mechanical force that further is being converted into electrical energy in the generator.
