 本開示は、アクセスポイント、端末、及び、通信方法に関する。
 The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE)802.11の規格であるIEEE 802.11be(以下、「11be」と呼ぶ)の後継規格として、Study Group(SG)においてIEEE 802.11bn(以下、「11bn」と呼ぶ)の技術仕様策定が進められている。11beは「Extremely High Throughput(EHT)」とも呼ばれる。また、11bnは「Ultra High Reliability(UHR)」とも呼ばれる。

 以下、本開示の各実施の形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
 11bnにおいて、複数のアクセスポイント(Access Point(AP)又は、基地局とも呼ぶ)が互いに協調して送信を行うMulti-AP(MAP)coordination(例えば、協調通信とも呼ぶ)が議論されている(例えば、非特許文献1を参照)。
 Multi-AP coordinationには、複数のAPが同じデータを送信する「Joint Transmission(JT)」、他のAPの宛先端末(Station(STA)、又は、non-AP STAとも呼ぶ)に対してヌル制御により与干渉を低減する「Coordinated Beamforming(C-BF)」、送信電力制御により他のAPの宛先STAへの与干渉を低減する「Coordinated Spatial Reuse(C-SR)」、時間リソースを分割して共有する「Coordinated Time Division Multiple Access(C-TDMA)」、周波数リソースを分割して共有する「Coordinated Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access(C-OFDMA)」、低遅延が要求される信号の送信期間を協調する「Coordinated Restricted Target Wake Time(C-rTWT)」といったMulti-AP coordinationの種別(type又はscheme)が含まれる。
 Multi-AP coordinationの一つであるC-TDMAには、2通りの制御方法が検討されている。
 一つ目の制御方法は、データ信号の送信前にAP間で交渉し、AP毎の時間割当を決定する制御方法である(例えば、非特許文献2を参照)。図1は、この制御方法のシーケンス図を示す。図1に示すように、この制御方法は、TX Indication and Requestフェーズと、Schedule Allocationフェーズと、Data TXフェーズとで構成される。
 TX Indication and Requestフェーズでは、チャネル使用機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP)、又は、送信機会、送信権とも呼ぶ)を獲得したAP(「Sharing AP」と呼ぶ。図1では、AP1)は、獲得したTXOPの情報を含むCoordinated AP TXOP Indication(CTI) frameを、Sharing APによって制御されるAP(「Shared AP」と呼ぶ。図1では、AP2、AP3、AP4)に通知する。Shared APは、当該Shared APの送信に使用するTXOPの期間を含むCoordinated AP TXOP Request(CTR) frameをSharing APに通知する。
 Schedule Allocationフェーズでは、Sharing APは、受信したCTRに基づいて決定した各APの時間リソースのスケジューリング情報を含むCoordinated AP TXOP AP Schedule(CTAS)frameをShared APに通知する。Shared APは、Sharing APから通知された時間リソースのスケジューリング情報を含むCoordinated TXOP Local Schedule(CTLS) frameを、それぞれのAP配下のSTA(図示せず)に通知する。
 Data Txフェーズでは、事前に通知された時間リソースの範囲で、各APは、各AP配下のSTAと通信を行う。
 以上、一つ目の制御方法について説明した。
 二つ目の制御方法は、11beにおいて定義されたMulti-user Request-to-send Triggered TXOP sharing(MU-RTS TXS)を拡張し、AP毎の時間リソースの開始をMU-RTS TXSによって通知する制御方法である(例えば、非特許文献3を参照)。図2は、この制御方法のシーケンス図を示す。図2に示すように、TXOPを獲得したAP1(Sharing AP)は、C-TDMAのスケジュール情報を含むSchedule Announcement信号をAP1配下のSTA1、及び、AP2(Shared AP)に送信する。送信可能なAP1配下のSTA、及び、AP2は、Schedule Announcement信号に対して、CTS信号を応答送信する。
 図2に示すように、AP1は、AP1のTXOP期間の間、CTSを応答送信した配下のSTAと信号を送受信する。AP1とAP1配下のSTAとの通信が完了した後、AP1は、AP2に対してTXOPを譲渡するため、MU-RTS TXS信号を送信する。
 なお、MU-RTS TXS信号とは、MU-RTS信号の共有情報(例えば、Common Info)に含まれるTXS Mode subfieldの値が非ゼロのMU-RTS信号を意味する。
 TXOP Sharingにより譲渡(又は、共有)されたTXOPを用いてAP2が使用可能な周波数リソースは、例えば、MU-RTS TXS信号のResource Unit(RU) Allocation subfieldと、Primary Secondary(PS)160 subfieldと、Bandwidth(BW) subfieldとの組み合わせによって通知されてもよい。TXOP(例えば、送信権)を受け取ったAP2は、MU-RTS TXS信号によって通知されたTXOP Sharing期間の間、AP2配下のSTA(STA2)と信号を送受信する。AP2は、AP2配下のSTAと送受信する信号が無くなるか、AP2のTXOP Sharing期間の終了時に、Sharing APであるAP1宛にContention Free(CF)-End信号を送信し、TXOPを返却する。
 以上、二つ目の制御方法について説明した。
 また、11bnでは、Multi-AP coordinationにおけるprimary 20MHz channel(primary channelとも呼ぶ)の割り当て方法について検討されている。Primary channelとは、APとAP配下の複数のSTAとで構成されるネットワーク(例えば、Basic Service Set(BSS))毎に規定されるチャネルである。BSSに所属するAP及びSTA(以下、「AP・STA」とも表す)の送信信号は、primary channelを含む周波数リソースを用いて送信される。Primary channelは、APの使用可能なチャネル(操作チャネル又はoperating channelとも呼ぶ)の中から決定される。BSS毎のPrimary channel及びOperating channelは、APが送信するビーコン信号等に含まれる各「Operation element」によってSTAに通知される。
 図3~図6は、Operation elementの例を示す。
 Primary channelのチャネル番号は、例えば、図3に示すHT Operation element及び図5に示すHE Operation elementの「primary channel subfield」によって通知されてよい。また、Operating channelは、例えば、図4に示すVHT Operation element、図5に示すHE operation element、又は、図6に示すEHT Operation elementの「Channel Width subfield」によって通知されるOperating channelの帯域幅と、「Channel Center Frequency Segment(CCFS) 0/1 subfield」によって通知されるOperating channelの中心周波数とで識別されてよい。図7は、Operating channelの一例を示す。図7の例では、Channel Width=320MHzであり、CCFS0はprimary channelを含む160MHz segmentの中心周波数のチャネル番号を示し、CCFS1はOperating channelの中心周波数のチャネル番号を示す。
 しかしながら、Multi-AP coordinationにおけるoperating channelの制御方法については十分に検討されていない。例えば、Multi-AP coordinationの一つであるC-TDMAにおいて、図8に示すように、AP1の所属するBSSのoperating channel(AP1 BSS Operating channel)、及び、AP2の所属するBSSのoperating channel(AP2 BSS Operating channel)が定義される場合について説明する。このとき、C-TDMAにおいて、AP1が獲得した周波数リソースのTXOPをTXOP SharingによってAP1がAP2に共有(又は、譲渡)する場合、AP1のOperating channelとAP2のOperating channelとが異なるため、AP2は共有(又は、譲渡)された周波数リソースを全て使用できず、無駄な周波数リソース(例えば、図8の例では、160Mhz)が発生するため、周波数利用効率が低下する。
 本開示の非限定的な実施例では、Multi-AP coordinationにおいてoperating channelを適切に制御し、周波数利用効率を向上させる方法について説明する。
 例えば、本開示の一実施例において、端末(例えば、AP)は、他のBSS(Overlapped BSS(OBSS)とも呼ぶ)に関する情報に基づいて、当該端末が所属するBSSのチャネル情報を決定する。なお、BSSのチャネル情報には、例えば、primary channelに関する情報(例えば、primary channel番号)、及び、operating channelに関する情報(例えば、operating channel width、operating channelの中心周波数等)が含まれてよい。また、端末(例えば、AP)は、決定したチャネル情報に基づいて、primary channel及びoperating channelを切り替えて他の端末と信号の送受信を行う。本開示の一実施例によれば、APは、他のBSSの情報に基づいてoperating channelを切り替えることにより、周波数利用効率を向上させたC-TDMAによる信号の送受信が可能になる。
 [無線通信システムの構成]
 本開示の一実施例に係る無線通信システムは、例えば、AP100、及び、STA200を備えてよい。無線通信システムにおいて、AP100は、2つ以上存在し、STA200は、一つ以上存在してもよい。例えば、AP100は、他のAP又はSTA200に対して、下りリンク(DL)信号を送信する。また、STA200は、AP100から受信した信号に基づいて、上りリンク(UL)信号を送信する。
 図9は、本開示の一実施例に係るAP100の一部の構成例を示すブロック図である。図9に示すAP100において、通信部(例えば、受信回路に対応)は、他のネットワーク(BSS)に関する情報を受信する。制御部(例えば、制御回路に対応)は、他のネットワーク(BSS)に関する情報に基づいて、当該AP100が所属するネットワーク(BSS)のチャネル情報を決定する。
 図10は、本開示の一実施例に係るSTA200の一部の構成例を示すブロック図である。図10に示すSTA200において、通信部(例えば、受信回路に対応)は、AP100において、他のネットワーク(BSS)に関する情報に基づいて決定されるAP100が所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を受信する。制御部(例えば、制御回路に対応)は、受信したチャネル情報に基づいて、AP100との通信に用いるチャネルを決定する。
 本開示の一実施例では、各端末(例えば、AP100又はSTA200)は、他の端末の情報に基づいて、当該端末が使用可能なoperating channelを決定し、operating channelを切り替えて信号を送受信する。
 本開示の一実施例では、複数のAP100及び複数のSTA200がMulti-AP coordinationを行う。一例として、2つのAP100(例えば、AP1及びAP2)が2つのSTA200(例えば、STA1及びSTA2)とC-TDMAに関する情報を送受信し、C-TDMAを行う方法について説明する。例えば、C-TDMAにおいて、TXOPを共有する(TXOP sharingを行う)AP100は、TXOPに関する制御情報(TXOP制御情報)を、他のBSSのAPへ通知する。
 以下、本実施の形態に係るAP100及びSTA200の動作例について説明する。
 図11は、本実施の形態に係るAP100(例えば、AP1及びAP2)、及び、STA200(例えば、STA1及びSTA2)の動作例を示すシーケンス図である。図11の例では、AP1とSTA1とで構成されるネットワーク(BSS)であるBSS1、及び、AP2とSTA2とで構成されるBSS2の動作例を示す。
 図11において、AP1は、BSS1のprimary channel及びoperating channelといったBSS1に関する情報を含むBeacon信号をブロードキャスト送信する。AP2は、AP1が送信したBeacon信号の受信処理を行い、BSS1のprimary channel及びoperating channelの情報をバッファに保存する。
 AP2は、AP1と同様、BSS2のprimary channel及びoperating channelといったBSS2に関する情報を含むBeacon信号をブロードキャスト送信する。AP1は、AP2が送信したBeacon信号の受信処理を行い、BSS2のprimary channel及びoperating channelの情報をバッファに保存する。
 AP1は、キャリアセンスによりTXOPを獲得し、Multi-AP coordinationを制御するSharing APとして動作する。例えば、TXOPを獲得したAPを「TXOP owner」とも呼ぶ。
 AP1は、Multi-AP coordinationの方法(例えば、種別)を含むMU-RTS信号をAP1配下のSTA1、及び、AP2に送信する。STA1は、AP1が送信したMU-RTS信号の受信処理を行い、MU-RTS信号を信号誤り無しで復号した場合、Clear To Send(CTS)信号をAP1に送信する。その一方で、STA1は、MU-RTS信号の復号において信号誤りが発生した場合、CTS信号をAP1宛に送信しない。AP2は、AP1が送信したMU-RTS信号の受信処理を行い、MU-RTS信号を信号誤り無しで復号し、かつ、AP1が管理(又は、制御)するMulti-AP coordinationに参加する場合、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その一方で、AP2は、MU-RTS信号の復号において信号誤りが発生する場合、又は、AP2が、AP1が管理するMulti-AP coordinationに参加しない場合、CTS信号をAP1に送信しない。なお、AP1が管理するMulti-AP coordinationにAP2が参加する場合、AP2は、Shared APとして動作する。
 AP1は、STA1又はAP2が送信したCTS信号の受信処理を行う。
 AP1は、STA1からCTS信号を受信した場合、BSS1のSTA1にデータ信号を送信する。STA1は、AP1が送信したデータ信号を信号誤り無く復号した場合、応答(Acknowledgement(ACK))信号を送信する。
 AP1は、AP2からCTS信号を受信し、AP1配下のSTA1との通信が終了した後、AP2にMU-RTS TXS信号を送信し、TXOP Sharingを行う。AP2は、AP1が送信したMU-RTS TXS信号の受信処理を行う。AP2は、MU-RTS TXS信号によって通知されるTXOP Sharingの期間、TXOP ownerとしてBSS2のSTA2にデータを送信する。STA2は、AP2が送信したデータ信号を誤り無く復号した場合、応答信号(ACK)を送信する。その一方で、AP2は、BSS2のSTAに送信するデータが無い場合、又は、MU-RTS TXS信号によって通知されたTXOP Sharingの期間が経過した際に、TXOP return信号(Contention Free(CF)-End信号とも呼ぶ)をAP1に送信する。AP1は、AP2から送信されたTXOP return信号の受信処理を行い、再びTXOP ownerとなる。なお、TXOP SharingによりAP2がTXOP ownerである期間中、AP1は、AP1配下のSTA1と通信を行わない。
 以上、Multi-AP coordinationシーケンスの例について説明した。
 [AP100の構成例]
 図12は、本実施の形態に係るAP100(例えば、下り無線送信装置に対応)の構成例を示すブロック図である。
 図12に示すAP100は、例えば、無線受信部101、プリアンブル復調部102、データ復調部103、データ復号部104、Operating channel制御部105、スケジューリング部106、データ生成部107、データ符号化部108、データ変調部109、プリアンブル生成部110、及び、無線送信部111を備えてよい。
 なお、図12に示すプリアンブル復調部102、データ復調部103、データ復号部104、Operating channel制御部105、スケジューリング部106、データ生成部107、データ符号化部108、データ変調部109、及び、プリアンブル生成部110の少なくとも一つは、図9に示す制御部に含まれてよい。また、図12に示す無線受信部101及び無線送信部111の少なくとも一つは図9に示す通信部に含まれてよい。
 図12において、無線受信部101は、アンテナを介して、他のAP、又は、STA200(例えば、下り無線受信装置)から送信される信号を受信し、ダウンコンバート及びAnalog-to-Digital(A/D)変換といった無線受信処理を行う。無線受信部101は、無線受信処理後の信号をプリアンブル部(プリアンブル信号とも呼ぶ)とデータ部(データ信号とも呼ぶ)とに分割し、プリアンブル信号をプリアンブル復調部102に出力し、データ信号をデータ復調部103に出力する。
 プリアンブル復調部102は、無線受信部101から入力されるプリアンブル信号に対して、フーリエ変換(例えば、Fast Fourier Transform(FFT))を行い、データ信号の復調及び復号に用いる受信制御情報を抽出する。受信制御情報には、例えば、周波数帯域幅(Bandwidth(BW))、Modulation and Coding Scheme(MCS)、誤り訂正符号が含まれてよい。また、プリアンブル復調部102は、プリアンブル信号に含まれる参照信号に基づいてチャネル推定を行い、チャネル推定値を導出する。プリアンブル復調部102は、受信制御情報をデータ復調部103及びデータ復号部104に出力し、チャネル推定値をデータ復調部103に出力する。
 データ復調部103は、無線受信部101から入力されるデータ信号に対してFFTを行い、プリアンブル復調部102から入力される受信制御情報及びチャネル推定値を用いてデータ信号の復調を行う。データ復調部103は、復調データ信号をデータ復号部104に出力する。
 データ復号部104は、データ復調部103から入力される復調データ信号に対して、プリアンブル復調部102から入力される受信制御情報を用いて復号を行う。データ復号部104は、例えば、Cyclic Redundancy Check(CRC)等の方法を用いて復号データ信号の誤り判定を行う。復号データ信号に誤りが無い場合、データ復号部104は、復号データ信号を、Operating channel制御部105、及び、スケジューリング部106に出力する。
 Operating channel制御部105は、データ復号部104から入力される復号データ信号に含まれるOperating channel情報(例えば、primary channel番号、チャネル帯域幅、又は、中心周波数などを含む)をバッファに保持する。Operating channel制御部105は、復号データ信号に含まれるOperating channel情報に基づいて、AP100が所属するBSSのチャネル(例えば、primary channel及びOperating channel)に関する情報を設定(例えば、変更、切り替え)する。Operating channel制御部105は、バッファに保持したOperating channel情報をスケジューリング部106に出力する。Operating channel制御部105は、バッファに保持したOperating channel情報を用いて、新規のOperating channel情報を生成し、スケジューリング部106に出力する。
 スケジューリング部106は、他のAP又はSTA200に信号を送信するためのスケジューリング情報(例えば、宛先情報、MCS、誤り訂正符号、割り当て周波数リソース、割り当て時間リソース)を決定する。スケジューリング部106は、例えば、データ復号部104から入力される復号データ信号に含まれるcapability、RTS・CTS、TXOP制御情報、及び、Operating channel制御部105から入力されるOperating channel情報に基づいて、スケジューリング情報を決定する。スケジューリング部106は、スケジューリング情報をデータ生成部107、データ符号化部108、データ変調部109、及び、プリアンブル生成部110に出力する。
 データ生成部107は、スケジューリング部106から入力されるスケジューリング情報に基づいて、他のAP又はSTA200宛に送信するデータ系列を生成する。例えば、他のAPに送信するデータ系列には、Multi-AP coordinationに関するcapability情報又はOperating channel情報を含むBeacon信号、RTS信号、CTS信号、ACK信号、TXOP return信号が含まれてよい。例えば、STA200に送信するデータ系列には、Multi-AP coordinationに関するcapability情報又はOperating channel情報を含むBeacon信号、RTS信号、CTS信号、ACK信号、又は、データ信号が含まれてよい。データ生成部107は、データ系列をデータ符号化部108に出力する。
 データ符号化部108は、データ生成部107から入力されるデータ系列に対して、スケジューリング部106から入力されるスケジューリング情報に基づいて符号化を行い、符号化データをデータ変調部109に出力する。
 データ変調部109は、データ符号化部108から入力される符号化データ信号に対して、スケジューリング部106から入力されるスケジューリング情報に基づいて変調及び逆フーリエ変換(Inverse Fourier Transform(IFFT))を行い、変調データ信号を無線送信部111に出力する。
 プリアンブル生成部110は、スケジューリング部106から入力されるスケジューリング情報に基づいて、プリアンブル信号を生成する。プリアンブル生成部110は、プリアンブル信号の変調及びIFFT処理を行い、プリアンブル信号を無線送信部111に出力する。
 無線送信部111は、データ変調部109から入力される変調データ信号に、プリアンブル生成部110から入力されるプリアンブル信号を付加して無線フレーム(又は、パケット信号とも呼ぶ)を生成する。無線送信部111は、無線フレームに対するDigital-to-Analog(D/A)変換、及び、キャリア周波数に対するアップコンバートといった無線送信処理を行い、アンテナを介して、無線送信処理後の信号を、他のAP又はSTA200に送信する。
 [STA200の構成例]
 図13は、STA200(例えば、下り無線受信装置)の構成例を示すブロック図である。
 図13に示すSTA200は、例えば、無線受信部201、プリアンブル復調部202、データ復調部203、データ復号部204、Operating channel制御部205、送信信号生成部206、及び、無線送信部207を備えてよい。
 なお、図13に示すプリアンブル復調部202、データ復調部203、データ復号部204、Operating channel制御部205、及び、送信信号生成部206の少なくとも一つは、図10に示す制御部に含まれてよく、図13に示す無線受信部201及び無線送信部207の少なくとも一つは、図10に示す通信部に含まれてよい。
 図13において、無線受信部201は、アンテナを介して、AP100(例えば、下り無線送信装置)から送信される信号を受信する。無線受信部201は、受信信号のダウンコンバート及びA/D変換等の無線受信処理を行う。無線受信部201は、無線受信処理後の受信信号から抽出したプリアンブル信号をプリアンブル復調部202に出力し、無線受信処理後の受信信号から抽出したデータ信号をデータ復調部203に出力する。
 プリアンブル復調部202は、無線受信部201から入力されるプリアンブル信号に対してFFTを行い、データ信号(又は、データ部)の復調及び復号に用いる受信制御情報(例えば、BW、MCS、誤り訂正符号を含む)を抽出する。また、プリアンブル復調部202は、プリアンブル信号に含まれる参照信号に基づいてチャネル推定を行い、チャネル推定値を導出する。プリアンブル復調部202は、受信制御情報をデータ復調部203、データ復号部204、及び、Operating channel制御部205に出力し、チャネル推定値をデータ復調部203に出力する。
 データ復調部203は、無線受信部201から入力されるデータ信号に対してFFTを行い、プリアンブル復調部202から入力される受信制御情報及びチャネル推定値を用いてデータ信号を復調し、復調データ信号をデータ復号部204に出力する。
 データ復号部204は、プリアンブル復調部202から入力される受信制御情報を用いて、データ復調部203から入力される復調データ信号に対して復号を行う。データ復号部204は、例えば、CRC等の方法を用いて復号データ信号の誤り判定を行う。復号データ信号に誤りが無い場合、データ復号部204は、復号データ信号を、Operating channel制御部205及び送信信号生成部206に出力する。
 Operating channel制御部205は、プリアンブル復調部202から入力される情報、及び、データ復号部204から入力される復号データ信号に含まれるOperating channel情報に基づいて、STA200のprimary channel及びOperating channelを設定(例えば、変更、切り替え)する。Operating channel制御部205は、設定後のOperating channel情報を送信信号生成部206に出力する。
 送信信号生成部206は、データ復号部204から入力される復号データ信号に基づいて、AP100に送信するデータ系列を生成する。例えば、AP100に送信するデータ系列には、AP100から受信した信号に対するCTS又は応答信号(ACK又はBlock ACK(BA))が含まれてよい。また、AP100に送信するデータ系列には、AP100に対するデータ信号が含まれてよい。送信信号生成部206は、生成したデータ系列に符号化を行い、Operating channel制御部205から入力されるOperating channel情報に示される所定の周波数リソースにおいて変調及びIFFT処理を行うことにより、データ信号を生成する。送信信号生成部206は、データ信号に対してプリアンブル信号を付加して無線フレームを生成し、無線送信部207に出力する。
 無線送信部207は、送信信号生成部206から入力される無線フレームに対して、D/A変換又はキャリア周波数へのアップコンバートといった無線送信処理を行い、アンテナを介して、無線送信処理後の信号をAP100に送信する。
 以上、AP100及びSTA200の構成例について説明した。
 [AP100及びSTA200の動作例]
 以下、AP100及びSTA200におけるMulti-AP coordinationに関する動作例について説明する。
 本開示の一実施例では、AP100は、他のBSSの情報に基づいて、AP100が所属するBSSのチャネル情報を決定する。例えば、チャネル情報には、primary channel番号、及び、operating channel情報(例えば、operating channelの帯域幅、中心周波数など)が含まれてよい。
 (方法1)
 方法1では、AP100は、AP100が所属するBSS(自BSSとも呼ぶ)のチャネル情報をmanagement frameを用いて送信(例えば、通知)する。例えば、AP100は、チャネル情報を含むHT/VHT/HE/EHT operation elementを、management frameであるbeacon信号に含めて他のAPに通知してよい。
 なお、management frameを用いて通知されるチャネル情報は、複数の信号を送受信可能な長区間のチャネルの情報(例えば、恒久的なチャネルに関する情報)でもよい。
 <方法1の例1>
 例1では、AP100は、AP100が所属するBSSのチャネル情報を、Overlapped BSS(OBSS) AP(他のBSSのAP)のMulti-AP coordinationに関する能力情報(capability)に基づいて決定する。
 例えば、AP100は、OBSS APが送信したBeacon信号(例えば、OBSSに関する情報を含む)からOBSS APのcapabilityを取得する。
 例えば、OBSS APのcapabilityは、Joint transmission又はC-TDMAのサポートの有無を示してもよい。例えば、OBSS APがJoint transmission又はC-TDMAをサポートする場合(例えば、機能毎のcapabilityが1の値である場合)、AP100は、OBSSのoperating channelを、AP100が所属するBSSのoperating channelと一致する帯域に設定して、チャネル情報を決定する。これにより、Joint transmissionにおいて、AP100とOBSS APとが同じデータを共通の周波数リソースを使用して同時に送信する場合、使用可能な周波数リソース(AP100とOBSS APとで一致する周波数リソース)を増加できる。また、C-TDMAにおいて、AP100がOBSS APに対して、TXOPを確保した周波数リソースをTXOP Sharingによって一時的に割り当てる(例えば、譲渡する)場合、OBSS APが使用可能な周波数リソースを増加できる。
 その一方で、例えば、OBSS APがMulti-AP coordination(例えば、Joint transmission及びC-TDMAを含む)をサポートしない場合、AP100は、AP100が所属するBSSのoperating channelを、OBSSのoperating channelと部分的に重複(一致)しない帯域に設定して、チャネル情報を決定する。これにより、AP100が所属するBSSと、OBSSとが隣接する場合でも、operating channelが異なるため、各BSSでは、他のBSSからの受ける干渉の影響を低減できるため、複数のBSSにおいて異なるチャネルを用いて同時に送信可能になる。
 <方法1の例2>
 例2では、AP100は、OBSSのoperating channel情報に基づいて、実行するMulti-AP coordination方法を決定する。
 例えば、AP100は、OBSS APが送信したBeacon信号からOBSS APのoperating channel情報を取得する。
 例えば、OBSS APのoperating channelの帯域幅が、AP100のoperating channelの帯域幅よりも狭い場合、AP100は、C-TDMAを実行しないことを決定する。その一方で、例えば、OBSS APのoperating channelの帯域幅が、AP100のoperating channelの帯域幅以上の場合、AP100は、C-TDMAを実行することを決定する。
 これにより、AP100は、AP100が所属するBSSと比較して、operating channel帯域幅が狭いOBSS APに対して、TXOP Sharingを行うことによる周波数リソースの無駄な使用(例えば、OBSS APが使用できない周波数リソースの割り当て)を防止できる。
 以上、方法1の例1、例2について説明した。
 方法1によれば、AP100は、OBSSのBeacon信号に含まれる情報(例えば、capability、又は、operating channel情報)に基づいて、Multi-AP coordinationに適したoperating channelを予め決定できる。これにより、AP100は、例えば、Multi-AP coordination毎にoperating channelを変更する回数、及び、AP100配下のSTA200に対するoperating channelの変更を通知する回数を低減できるため、Multi-AP coordinationのオーバヘッドを削減できる。
 (方法2)
 方法2では、AP100は、「共有対象チャネル情報」を、他のAP又は、AP100配下のSTA200に通知する。共有対象チャネル情報は、例えば、AP100(Sharing AP又はShared AP)が他の通信装置(例えば、AP又はSTA)と共有する対象のチャネルに関する情報を含んでよい。共有対象チャネル情報には、例えば、TXOPを獲得したチャネルの少なくとも一部、又は、operating channelの情報が含まれてよい。
 ここで、共有対象チャネル情報には、例えば、AP100がTXOPを獲得したチャネル、又は、共有されたチャネル(例えば、TXOP sharingによって共有されるチャネル)の帯域幅又は中心周波数が含まれてもよい。共有対象チャネル情報は、例えば、initial control frame(例えば、MU-RTS信号)に含めて送信(又は、通知)されてよい。
 なお、Initial control frameを用いて通知されるチャネル情報は、少なくとも1つの信号を送受信可能な短区間のチャネル情報(例えば、一時的なチャネル情報)でもよい。
 (方法2-1)
 方法2-1では、TXOPを他のAPから共有されるAP(「TXOP Shared AP」と呼ぶ)は、共有対象チャネル情報を当該AP配下のSTA200へ通知する。
 図14は、TXOP Shared APが配下のSTA200に共有対象チャネル情報(sharing channel information)を通知する一例を示す。
 図14に示すように、TXOPを獲得したAP(「TXOP Sharing AP」又はSharing APと呼ぶ)であるAP1は、AP1配下のSTAと通信(data frame exchange)した後、AP1のOperating channel情報(Operating Channel Infoとも呼ぶ)を含むMU-RTS TXS信号をTXOP Shared AP(又は、Shared AP)であるAP2に送信する。これにより、AP1がTXOPを獲得した周波数リソースの送信権は、AP2に一時的に譲渡される。AP1からAP2へ送信されるMU-RTS TXS信号には、例えば、AP1がTXOPを獲得した周波数リソースの情報(例えば、AP1のoperating channel情報)が含まれてよい。
 MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したAP2は、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その後、AP2は、MU-RTS TXS信号に含まれるAP1のOperating channel情報を基に、AP2のoperating channelを、AP1から受信したoperating channel(AP1のoperationg channel)と一致させるために、共有対象チャネル情報(Sharing channel info)をAP2配下のSTA2に通知する。例えば、AP2は、AP1から通知されるMU-RTS TXS信号に含まれる周波数リソース(例えば、BW subfieldと、RU Allocation subfield、PS160 subfield)に基づいて、共有対象チャネル情報を決定する。AP2が、AP1のoperating channelと一致させるために、変更されたAP2のoperating channelを一時的なoperating channel(temporary operating channelとも呼ぶ)と呼ぶ。
 図15及び図16は、共有対象チャネル情報をMU-RTS信号に含める場合のシグナリング例を示す。
 図15は、MU-RTS信号の共通情報部(例えば、Common Info)の例を示す。図15に示すMU-RTS信号の共通情報部には、例えば、共有対象チャネル情報である「Sharing Channel Switch subfield」と、「Sharing Channel Width subfield」と、「Primary Channel subfield」と、「CCFS 0/1 subfield」とが含まれる。なお、共有対象チャネル情報がMU-RTS信号に含まれる場合、MU-RTS信号のTXOP Sharing Mode subfield=0に設定されてよい。
 Sharing Channel Switch subfieldは、Operating channelの切り替えの有無を通知する。Sharing Channel Switch subfieldは、例えば、1ビットのsubfieldであり、0の場合にoperating channelの切り替え無しを通知し、1の場合にoperating channelの切り替え有りを通知する。
 Sharing Channel Width subfieldは、Sharing Channel Switch subfield=1の場合に既存のフィールド(例えば、UL BW subfield)を読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelの帯域幅を通知する。
 Primary Channel subfieldは、Sharing Channel Switch subfield=1の場合に既存のReserved subfieldを読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelのprimary channel番号を通知する。なお、Operating channelを変更する場合、primary channelは変更しなくてもよい。
 CCFS 0/1 subfieldは、Sharing Channel Switch subfield=1の場合に既存のReserved subfieldを読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelの中心周波数を通知する。例えば、Sharing Channel Width=320MHzの場合、CCFS0はprimary 160MHzの中心周波数番号を通知し、CCFS1はoperating channel全体の中心周波数番号を通知する。
 図16は、MU-RTS信号のユーザ情報部(例えば、User Info)の例を示す。図16に示すMU-RTS信号のユーザ情報部には、例えば、共有対象チャネル情報である「Operating Channel Duration subfield」が含まれる。
 Operating Channel Duration subfieldは、Sharing Channel Switch subfield=1の場合に既存のReserved subfieldを読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelの使用期間を通知する。
 なお、MU-RTS信号のユーザ情報部の「AID12 subfield」は、STA200に個別のAssociation ID(AID)を通知してもよく、複数のSTA200が含まれるグループのAID(グループAID)を通知してもよい。例えば、AP100は、AID12=1~2007の或る値をグループAIDとして使用してよい。例えば、グループAIDは、STA200毎のAIDとは別に割り当てられ、複数のSTA200に共通のAIDとして使用可能である。また、例えば、AID12=2047~4094をAP100配下の全て(又は、一部)のSTA200を宛先とするグループAIDとして定義して使用してもよい。
 図14において、共有対象チャネル情報(Sharing channel info)を受信したSTA2は、CTS信号をAP2に送信する。
 AP2、及び、AP2配下のSTA2は、共有対象チャネル情報に基づいて、operating channelを設定(例えば、変更、切り替え)して通信を行う。図17及び図18は、Operating channelの変更前後の例を示す。図17に示す変更前のAP2 BSSのOperating channelでは、AP1からTXOP Sharingにより譲渡された周波数リソースのうち一部の周波数リソースをAP2が使用できないことを示す。その一方で、図18に示す変更後のAP2 BSSのOperating channelでは、AP1 BSSのoperating channelとAP2 BSSのoperating channelとを一致させることで、TXOP sharingによって譲渡された全ての周波数リソースをAP2が使用可能であることを示す。
 図14において、AP2は、TXOP Sharingの割り当て時間より早く通信が終了した場合、又は、TXOP Sharingの割り当て時間終了時に、TXOP return信号をAP1及びAP2配下のSTA2に送信し、TXOPの返還、及び、共有対象チャネル情報に基づいて変更された一時的なoperating channelの使用期間の終了を通知する。
 このように、方法2-1によれば、TXOP Shared AP、及び、TXOP Shared AP配下のSTAは、TXOP Sharing APから共有されるTXOPの全ての周波数リソースを使用可能となる。すなわち、TXOP Shared AP、及び、TXOP Shared AP配下のSTAでは、TXOP Sharing APから共有される周波数リソースにおいて使用できないリソース(無駄な周波数リソース)を低減できる。これにより、周波数利用効率を向上できる。
 なお、方法2-1において、TXOP Shared APがoperationg chanelの変更によって使用されなくなる帯域(例えば、図17に示すAP2 BSS operationg channelのうち、AP1 BSS Operating channelと重複しない帯域)は、他の通信装置(例えば、他のシステムの通信装置)によって使用されてもよい。
 (方法2-2)
 方法2-2では、TXOP Sharing AP(獲得したTXOPを他のAPと共有するAP)は、TXOP制御情報をOBSS APに通知し、共有対象チャネル情報を、当該AP配下のSTA200、及び、他のBSSのAP100の少なくとも一つ(以下、AP・STAとも表す)に通知する。
 例えば、図19及び図20に示すように、AP1(例えば、AP1 BSS)とAP2(例えば、AP2 BSS)とでoperating channelのBWが異なる場合(少なくとも一部が重複しない場合)、AP1が獲得した周波数リソースの全て(図19、図20では、320MHz)をAP2にTXOP Sharingした場合、AP2が使用できない周波数リソースが発生する。例えば、図19では、AP2は、AP1からTXOP Sharingされた周波数リソースのうち、AP2のoperating channelと重複する80MHzを使用可能であるが、残りの240MHzの使用できない周波数リソースが発生する。また、図20では、AP2は、AP1からTXOP Sharingされた周波数リソースのうち、AP2のoperating channelと重複する40MHzを使用可能であるが、残りの280MHzの使用できない周波数リソースが発生する。
 また、AP2のoperating channelのうち、AP1からTXOP Sharingされた周波数リソースと重複しない周波数リソースは、AP2が新規にキャリアセンスを行い通信可能か判別してもよい。
 方法2-2では、例えば、共有対象チャネル情報には、TXOP SharingによってTXOPを共有されるAP(TXOP Shared AP)にて使用されない周波数リソース(例えば、余剰の周波数リソース)に関する情報が含まれてよい。
 以下、方法2-2に係る例として、「共有対象チャネル情報をSTAに通知する例」、及び、「共有対象チャネル情報をAPに通知する例」についてそれぞれ説明する。
 <共有対象チャネル情報をSTAに通知する例>
 図21は、TXOP Sharing APがTXOP制御情報をOBSS APに通知し、共有対象チャネル情報をTXOP Sharing AP配下のSTAに通知する例を示す。
 図21において、TXOP Sharing APであるAP1は、AP1配下のSTA1と通信後、TXOP制御情報(例えば、共有する周波数リソース情報、TXOPの共有期間)を含むMU-RTS TXS信号をTXOP Shared APであるAP2に送信し、AP1が獲得した周波数リソースの送信権をAP2に一時的に譲渡する。また、AP1は、共有対象チャネル情報を含むMU-RTS TXS信号を、AP1配下のSTA1に通知する。AP1が、共有対象チャネル情報を含むMU-RTS TXS信号をAP1配下のSTA1に通知し、変更されたAP1及びAP1配下のSTAのoperating channelを一時的なoperating channelと呼ぶ。
 共有対象チャネル情報は、例えば、MU-RTS信号の共通情報及びユーザ情報によって通知されてよい。
 図22及び図23は、共有対象チャネル情報をMU-RTS TXS信号に含める場合のシグナリング例を示す。また、図24は、TXOP制御情報と、共有対象チャネル情報とを含むMU-RTS TXS信号の一例を示す。TXOP制御情報と、共有対象チャネル情報とを含むMU-RTS TXS信号は、ユーザ情報の先頭(例えば、図24の左端のユーザ情報)にTXOP制御情報の宛先APのユーザ情報を含み、先頭から2番目以降のユーザ情報に共有対象チャネル情報の宛先STAのユーザ情報を含めてもよい。
 図22は、MU-RTS TXS信号の共通部(例えば、Common Info)である。図22に示すMU-RTS信号の共通部には、例えば、共有対象チャネル情報である「TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfield」と、「UL BW2 subfield」と、「CCFS0/1 subfield」とが含まれる。
 TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfieldは、TXOP Sharing Mode subfieldと組み合わせて、TXOP Sharingのモードを通知する。TXOP Sharing Mode subfieldは、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=0の場合、non-TXOP Sharingモードを通知し、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=1の場合、TXOP Sharing AP配下のSTA200が当該TXOP Sharing APと通信を行うためのTXOP Sharingモードを通知し、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=2の場合、TXOP Sharing AP配下のSTA200が当該TXOP Sharing AP又は他のSTAと通信を行うためのTXOP Sharingモードを通知する。
 TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=0~2の場合、TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfieldは参照されない。TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3(例えば、既存の規格ではReserved subfield)の場合、Reserved subfieldを読み替えて、TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfieldが参照される。
 例えば、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3、かつ、TXOP Sharing Mode Extention subfield=0の場合、TXOP Sharing APがOBSS APへTXOP Sharingを行うことを通知する。また、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3、かつ、TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfield=1の場合、TXOP sharing APが、OBSS APへTXOP Sharingを行うとともに、共有対象チャネル情報をSTA200に送信するモードを通知する。
 図22に示すUL BW2 subfieldは、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3、かつ、TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfield=1の場合、既存のReserved subfieldを読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelの帯域幅を通知する。なお、UL BW1 subfieldは、TXOP制御情報の宛先APがTXOP Sharingで使用可能な帯域幅を通知する。
 図22に示すCCFS 0/1 subfieldは、Sharing Channel Switch subfield=1の場合に既存のReserved subfieldを読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelの中心周波数を通知する。例えば、Sharing Channel Width=320MHzの場合、CCFS0はprimary 160MHzの中心周波数番号を通知し、CCFS1はoperating channel全体の中心周波数番号を通知する。
 図23は、MU-RTS TXS信号のユーザ情報部(例えば、User Info)である。図23に示すMU-RTS信号のユーザ情報部には、例えば、共有対象チャネル情報である「Primary Channel subfield」が含まれる。
 Primary Channel subfieldは、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3、かつ、TXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfield=1の場合、既存のReserved subfieldを読み替えて、一時的なoperating channelでのprimary channelを通知する。例えば、一時的なoperating channelでのprimary channelには、operating channelに含まれる20MHzチャネルが選択されてよい。
 なお、MU-RTS信号のユーザ情報部のAID12 subfieldは、STA200に個別のAIDを通知してもよく、複数のSTA200が含まれるグループのAID(グループAID)を通知してもよい。例えば、AP100は、AID12=1~2007の或る値をグループAIDとして使用してよい。例えば、グループAIDは、STA200毎のAIDとは別に割り当てられ、複数のSTA200に共通のAIDとして使用可能である。また、例えば、AID12=2047~4094をAP100配下の全てのSTA200を宛先とするグループAIDとして定義して使用してよい。
 図23に示すユーザ情報に含まれる「Allocation Duration subfield」は、TXOP Sharing及び一時的なoperating channelの使用期間を通知する。例えば、TXOP Sharingを共有するTXOP Shared APのAIDを含むユーザ情報のAllocation Duration subfieldは、TXOP Sharingの期間を通知する。また、一時的なoperating channelの宛先STAのAID、又は、グループAIDを含むユーザ情報のAllocation Duration subfieldは、一時的なoperating channelの使用期間を通知する。
 なお、共有対象チャネル情報を含むMU-RTS TXS信号は、少なくとも一つ以上のユーザ情報を含む。
 図21において、MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したAP2は、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その後、AP2は、MU-RTS TXS信号のユーザ情報のRU Allocation subfieldで通知される周波数リソース(図21では、primary 160MHz(P160))と、AP2 BSSのOperating channelとが一致するチャネルを使用してAP2配下のSTA2と通信を行う。
 図21において、MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したAP1配下のSTA1は、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その後、STA1は、MU-RTS TXS信号に含まれる共有対象チャネル情報に基づいて変更された一時的なoperating channel(図21では、secondary 160MHz(S160))を使用してAP1と通信を行う。すなわち、STA1は、AP1のoperating channelのうち、TXOP Shared APであるAP2が使用するチャネル(又は、AP2に割り当てられたチャネル)と異なるチャネル(リソース)であるsecondary 160MHzを用いて通信を行う。
 なお、図21におけるprimary 160MHz及びsecondary 160MHzは、Operating channel変更前のTXOP Sharing APにおける周波数区分を表す。
 TXOP制御情報によって通知される周波数リソースと、共有対象チャネル情報によって通知される周波数リソース(例えば、一時的なoperating channel)とは、独立した周波数リソースでよい。すなわち、TXOP制御情報と共有対象チャネル情報とは、重複した周波数リソースを通知しなくてよい。
 TXOP Shared APに通知されるTXOP制御情報の周波数リソースは、例えば、TXOP Sharing APが受信したビーコン信号等に含まれるTXOP Shared APのoperating channel情報に基づいて決定されてよい。例えば、TXOP Sharing APは、TXOP Shared APのoperating channel内の周波数リソースをTXOP制御情報の周波数リソースとして通知し、TXOP Shared APのoperating channel外の周波数リソースをTXOP制御情報の周波数リソースとして通知しない。また、例えば、共有対象チャネル情報(一時的なoperationg channel)として、TXOP制御情報の周波数リソースと異なる周波数リソース(例えば、TXOP Shared APに割り当てられない周波数リソース)が通知されてよい。
 このように、共有対象チャネル情報をTXOP Sharing AP配下のSTA200に通知することにより、TXOP Shared APが、TXOP Sharingされた周波数リソースを用いてTXOP Shared AP配下のSTA200と通信するとともに、TXOP Shared APが使用できない周波数リソースにおいて、TXOP Sharing APが、TXOP sharing AP配下のSTA200と通信できるため、周波数利用効率を改善できる。
 <共有対象チャネル情報をAPに通知する例>
 図25は、TXOP Sharing APがTXOP制御情報をOBSS APに通知し、共有対象チャネル情報を他のOBSS APに通知する例を示す。
 図25において、TXOP Sharing APであるAP1は、AP1配下のSTA1と通信後、TXOP制御情報を含むMU-RTS TXS信号をTXOP Shared APであるAP2に送信し、AP1が獲得した周波数リソースの送信権をAP2に一時的に譲渡する。また、AP1は、共有対象チャネル情報を含むMU-RTS TXS信号を、AP3に通知する。
  共有対象チャネル情報は、例えば、MU-RTS信号の共通情報及びユーザ情報によって通知されてよい。例えば、共有対象チャネル情報は、図22及び図23に示すMU-RTS TXSのシグナリングによって通知されてよい。なお、図23のように、共有対象チャネル情報では、OBSS APが使用しているprimary channel番号が通知されてもよく、新規のprimary channel番号が通知されてもよい。
 図25において、MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したAP2は、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その後、AP2は、MU-RTS TXS信号のユーザ情報のRU Allocation subfieldで通知される周波数リソース(図25では、primary 160MHz(P160))と、AP2 BSSのOperating channelとが一致するチャネルを使用してAP2配下のSTA2と通信を行う。
 図25において、MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したAP3は、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その後、AP3は、MU-RTS TXS信号(例えば、共有対象チャネル情報)で通知された一時的なoperating channel(図25では、secondary 160MHz(S160))を使用して、AP3配下のSTA3と通信を行う。このとき、AP3は、AP3配下のSTA3に対して、方法2-1を適用して、共有対象チャネル情報を通知してもよい。
 なお、図25では、TXOP Sharing APが2つのTXOP Shared APにMU-RTS TXS信号を送信する例を示したが、3つ以上のTXOP Shared APにMU-RTS TXS信号を送信してもよい。
 このように、共有対象チャネル情報が他のOBSSに通知されることにより、TXOP Shared APがTXOP Sharingされた周波数リソースにおいてTXOP Shared AP配下のSTAと通信するとともに、TXOP Shared APが使用できない周波数リソースにおいて他のTXOP Shared APが配下のSTAと通信を行えるため、周波数利用効率を改善できる。
 (共有対象チャネル情報の通知方法のバリエーション1)
 方法2-1及び方法2-2では、共有対象チャネル情報をMU-RTS TXS信号のユーザ情報において通知する例について説明したが、これに限定されず、共有対象チャネル情報は、特別なユーザ情報(Special User Info)によって通知されてもよい。
 図26は、Special User Infoによって共有対象チャネル情報を通知する一例を示す。
 例えば、MU-RTS TXS信号は、TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3の場合、MU-RTS TXS信号の共通情報のReserved subfieldをTXOP Sharing Mode Extension subfieldに読み替える。TXOP Sharing Mode subfield=3、かつ、TXOP Sharing Mode Extension=1の場合、MU-RTS TXS信号は、図26に示す共有対象チャネル情報を通知するSpecial User Infoを含んでもよい。
 なお、共有対象チャネル情報を含むSpecial User Infoは、MU-RTS TXS信号の共通情報に含まれるSpecial User Info Field Flag=1の場合にMU-RTS TXS信号に含まれる、追加の共通情報を通知するためのSpecial User Infoとは別に通知されてよい。例えば、MU-RTS TXS信号は、図27に示すように、複数種類のSpecial User Infoを含んでもよい。
 このように、共有対象チャネル情報をSpecial User Infoで通知することにより、MU-RTS TXS信号のReserved subfieldを使用して通知される他の機能と組み合わせて共有対象チャネル情報を通知できる。
 (共有対象チャネル情報の通知方法のバリエーション2)
 共有対象チャネル情報は、TXOP制御情報の周波数リソース情報に基づいて通知されてもよい。
 例えば、図28に示すように、TXOP制御情報の宛先APに対してPrimary 160MHzを割り当て、共有対象チャネル情報の宛先AP・STAにSecondary 160MHzを割り当てる場合について説明する。この場合、MU-RTS TXS信号の共通情報は、UL BW subfieldにおいてTXOP制御情報の周波数リソースと、共有対象チャネル情報の周波数リソースとの合計の周波数帯域幅(図28の例では、320MHz)を通知する。MU-RTS TXS信号は、共通情報に共有対象チャネル情報を含まなくてよい。
 また、TXOP制御情報の宛先APのユーザ情報は、RU Allocation subfieldにおいてprimary 160MHzを通知する。共有対象チャネル情報の宛先AP・STAのユーザ情報は、共有対象チャネル情報として、Primary Channel subfieldにおいて一時的なoperating channelのprimary channelを通知する。
 MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したTXOP制御情報の宛先APは、共通情報と、当該AP宛のユーザ情報を復号し、primary 160MHzのTXOPが共有されたことを確認する。
 MU-RTS TXS信号を受信した共有対象チャネル情報の宛先AP・STAは、共通情報と、TXOP制御情報の宛先APのユーザ情報、共有対象チャネル情報の宛先AP・STAのユーザ情報を復号する。そして、共有対象チャネル情報の宛先AP・STAは、共通情報と、TXOP制御情報の宛先APのユーザ情報に含まれるRU Allocation subfieldとから、Operating channelに含まれるチャネルのうち、TXOP制御情報の宛先APに割り当てられていないチャネル(図28の場合、secondary 160MHz)が一時的なoperating channelとして割り当てられたことを確認し、当該AP・STA宛のユーザ情報から一時的なoperating channelのprimary channelを確認する。
 このように、TXOP制御情報の周波数リソース情報(例えば、TXOP shared AP宛てユーザ情報)に基づいて共有対象チャネル情報を通知することにより、MU-RTS TXS信号のReserved subfieldを使用して通知される他の機能と組み合わせて共有対象チャネル情報を通知できる。
 (共有対象チャネル情報の通知方法のバリエーション3)
 共有対象チャネル情報は、非連続な周波数リソース(例えば、Multiple-RU(MRU)と呼ぶ)の情報を通知してもよい。
 例えば、方法2-2で説明した共有対象チャネル情報の通知方法では、BW2 subfieldとDDFS0/1 subfieldとで一時的なoperating channelを通知するため、連続する1つの周波数リソースしか通知できない。そのため、AP1とAP2とのoperating channelが図29に示すように非連続の場合、共有対象チャネル情報によって非連続な周波数リソースの何れか一つしか通知されず、使用できない周波数リソースが発生する。
 これに対して、MU-RTS TXS信号によって通知される共有対象チャネル情報は、Basic Trigger信号の周波数リソース通知方法によって通知されてもよい。
 例えば、共有対象チャネル情報は、MU-RTS TXS信号の共通情報において通知されるBW subfieldと、MU-RTS TXS信号のユーザ情報において通知されるPS160 subfieldとRU Allocation subfieldとの組み合わせによって、一時的なoperating channelのRU及びMRUを通知する。これにより、例えば、図30に示すように、共有対象チャネル情報は、非連続な周波数リソースを通知できる。
 このように、非連続な周波数リソース情報を含む共有対象チャネル情報を通知することにより、使用できない周波数リソースを削減できるため、周波数利用効率を改善できる。
 以上、共有対象チャネル情報の通知方法のバリエーションについて説明した。
 なお、方法2-2において、OBSS AP宛のTXOP制御情報と、他のAP・STA宛の共有対象チャネル情報を含む信号とを受信したShared TXOP APは、TXOP Sharingの割り当て時間より早く通信が終了した場合、又は、TXOP Sharingの割り当て時間終了時に、TXOP return信号(例えば、CF-End信号)をSharing APに送信しなくてもよい。TXOP Sharing APが一時的なチャネル情報を使用して通信を行っている場合、TXOP Sharing APは、TXOP return信号を受信できない可能性がある。そのため、TXOP Shared APがTXOP return信号を送信しないことにより、他のデータ信号の送信機会を増加できる。
 (方法2-3)
 方法2-3では、TXOP Sharing APは、TXOP Shared APのoperating channel変更後のチャネル情報に基づいて、共有対象チャネル情報をAP・STAに通知する。例えば、TXOP sharing APは、TXOP Shared APが変更するチャネル(一時的なoperationg channel)に基づいて、一時的なoperationg channelの情報を決定する。
 図31は、方法2-3における動作例を示す。
 図31において、TXOP Sharing APであるAP1は、AP1配下のSTA1との通信後(図示せず)、MU-RTS TXS信号を送信し、AP2にTXOP Sharingを行う。
 MU-RTS TXS信号を受信したAP2は、CTS信号をAP1に送信する。その後、AP2は、図32に示すように、TXOP Sharingによって共有されたAP1のoperating channel外にAP2のoperating channelの一部が存在する場合、共有対象チャネル情報(Sharing Channel Info)をAP1、及び、AP2配下のSTA2に送信し、AP2のoperating channelを一時的に変更することを通知する。なお、AP2は、例えば、方法2-1(例えば、図15及び図16)に従って共有対象チャネル情報を決定し、通知してもよい。
 共有対象チャネル情報を受信したSTA2は、CTS信号をAP2に送信し、共有対象チャネル情報に基づいて、operating channelを設定(例えば、変更、切り替え)する。
 共有対象チャネル情報を受信したAP1は、CTS信号をAP2に送信し、AP2の変更後のoperating channelと、TXOP Sharingによって通知した周波数リソース(例えば、AP1のoperating channel)とを比較し、AP2が使用していない周波数リソースが有るか否かを確認する。AP2が使用していない周波数リソースが有る場合、AP1は、共有対象チャネル情報を含むMU-RTS TXS信号をAP1配下のSTA1に送信し、AP2が使用していない周波数リソースを一時的なoperating channelとして通信を行うことを通知する。
 AP1からMU-RTS TXS信号を受信したSTA1は、CTS信号を送信する。
 その後、図33に示すように、AP1はAP1配下のSTA1と、AP1がMU-RTS TXS信号で、AP1配下のSTA1宛に通知した共有対象チャネル情報に基づいて変更した一時的なoperating channelで通信を行う。AP2はAP2配下のSTA2と、AP2配下のSTA2宛に通知したSharing Channel Infoに基づいて変更した一時的なoperating channelで通信を行う。
 方法2-3により、Shared APのoperating channelの変更後に、TXOP Sharing APが使用されていない周波数リソースで通信可能となるため、周波数利用効率を改善しつつ、TXOP Shared APが使用可能な周波数リソースを最大化できる。
 以上、方法1及び方法2について説明した。
 本実施の形態では、AP100は、他のBSS(OBSS)に関する情報を受信し、他のBSSに関する情報に基づいて、当該AP100が所属するBSSのチャネル情報を決定する。これにより、例えば、C-TDMAにおいて、Sharing APが獲得した周波数リソースのTXOPをTXOP SharingによってShared AP2に共有(又は、譲渡)する場合、Sharing APのOperating channelとShared APのOperating channelとが異なる場合でも、Sharing AP又はShared APのoperating channelを適切に設定(例えば、変更)できる。これにより、Sharing AP及びShared APは、共有(又は、譲渡)される周波数リソースの利用効率を向上できる。よって、本実施の形態によれば、無線通信における送信制御(例えば、Multi-AP coordination)の効率を向上できる。
 以上、本開示の一実施の形態について説明した。
 (他の実施の形態)
 上記実施の形態において、AP100は、チャネル情報を含む信号の送信前に、チャネル情報の宛先AP・STAに対して、省電力モードを解除する信号(省電力モードから動作モードへの切り替えを指示する信号。例えば、wake-up packet)を送信してもよい。これにより、省電力モードで休止状態(例えば、doze状態)であるAP・STAを起動状態(例えば、awake状態、動作モード)に切り替えることができ、AP・STAがチャネル情報を含む信号の受信を失敗する確率を低減できる。
 方法1において、恒久的なチャネル情報をmanagement frameに含める例について説明したが、これに限定されず、恒久的なチャネル情報は、initial control frameに含まれてもよい。また、方法2において、一時的なチャネル情報をinitial control frameに含める例について説明したが、これに限定されず、一時的なチャネル情報は、management frameに含まれてもよい。
 方法2-2及び方法2-3において、TXOP shared APは、TXOP Sharing期間が終了した場合、又は、TXOP Sharing終了前にTXOP Shared AP配下のSTAに送信するデータが無くなった場合、TXOP Sharing APに対してTXOP return信号を送信し、TXOP Sharingを終了してもよい。ただし、TXOP Sharing APが一時的なoperating channelで通信をしている場合、TXOP sharing APは、TXOP Shared APが送信したTXOP return信号を受信できない場合がある。そのため、TXOP Shared APは、TXOP return信号を最優先受信信号(例えば、preemption信号)として送信してもよい。preemption信号であるTXOP return信号を検出したTXOP Sharing APは、信号を送信又は受信している場合、現在の送受信処理を中止し、preemption信号の受信処理を行う。なお、TXOP Sharing APは、MU-RTS TXS信号によってTXOP Shared APにTXOP制御情報を通知する際に、TXOP Shared APがTXOP return信号をpreemption信号として送信することの許可情報をTXOP制御情報に含めて通知してもよい。
 以上、図面を参照しながら実施の形態について説明したが、本開示はかかる例に限定されない。当業者であれば、特許請求の範囲に記載された範疇において、各種の変更例又は修正例に想到し得ることは明らかである。そのような変更例又は修正例についても、本開示の技術的範囲に属するものと了解される。また、本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において、実施の形態における各構成要素は任意に組み合わされてよい。

 また、上述した各実施の形態において説明した信号のフォーマットは一例であって、他のfieldの追加及び一部のfieldの削除の少なくとも一方が行われた他の構成でもよく、上述した各fieldにおいて、他のsubfieldの追加及び一部のsubfieldの削除の少なくとも一方が行われた他の構成でもよい。
 また、上記実施の形態では、一例として、IEEE 802.11において規定されるフォーマットに基づく場合についても説明したが、本開示の一実施例を適用するフォーマットは、IEEE 802.11のフォーマットに限定されない。
 本開示はソフトウェア、ハードウェア、又は、ハードウェアと連携したソフトウェアで実現することが可能である。上記実施の形態の説明に用いた各機能ブロックは、部分的に又は全体的に、集積回路であるLSIとして実現され、上記実施の形態で説明した各プロセスは、部分的に又は全体的に、一つのLSI又はLSIの組み合わせによって制御されてもよい。LSIは個々のチップから構成されてもよいし、機能ブロックの一部または全てを含むように一つのチップから構成されてもよい。LSIはデータの入力と出力を備えてもよい。LSIは、集積度の違いにより、IC、システムLSI、スーパーLSI、ウルトラLSIと呼称されることもある。

 本開示は、通信機能を持つあらゆる種類の装置、デバイス、システム(通信装置と総称)において実施可能である。通信装置は無線送受信機(トランシーバー)と処理/制御回路を含んでもよい。無線送受信機は受信部と送信部、またはそれらを機能として、含んでもよい。無線送受信機(送信部、受信部)は、RF(Radio Frequency)モジュールと1または複数のアンテナを含んでもよい。RFモジュールは、増幅器、RF変調器/復調器、またはそれらに類するものを含んでもよい。通信装置の、非限定的な例としては、電話機(携帯電話、スマートフォン等)、タブレット、パーソナル・コンピューター(PC)(ラップトップ、デスクトップ、ノートブック等)、カメラ(デジタル・スチル/ビデオ・カメラ等)、デジタル・プレーヤー(デジタル・オーディオ/ビデオ・プレーヤー等)、着用可能なデバイス(ウェアラブル・カメラ、スマートウオッチ、トラッキングデバイス等)、ゲーム・コンソール、デジタル・ブック・リーダー、テレヘルス・テレメディシン(遠隔ヘルスケア・メディシン処方)デバイス、通信機能付きの乗り物又は移動輸送機関(自動車、飛行機、船等)、及び上述の各種装置の組み合わせがあげられる。
 通信装置は、持ち運び可能又は移動可能なものに限定されず、持ち運びできない又は固定されている、あらゆる種類の装置、デバイス、システム、例えば、スマート・ホーム・デバイス(家電機器、照明機器、スマートメーター又は計測機器、コントロール・パネル等)、自動販売機、その他IoT(Internet of Things)ネットワーク上に存在し得るあらゆる「モノ(Things)」をも含む。
 通信には、セルラーシステム、無線LANシステム、通信衛星システム等によるデータ通信に加え、これらの組み合わせによるデータ通信も含まれる。
 また、通信装置には、本開示に記載される通信機能を実行する通信デバイスに接続又は連結される、コントローラやセンサー等のデバイスも含まれる。例えば、通信装置の通信機能を実行する通信デバイスが使用する制御信号やデータ信号を生成するような、コントローラやセンサーが含まれる。

 本開示の一実施例に係るアクセスポイントは、他のネットワークに関する情報を受信する受信回路と、前記他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて、当該アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を決定する制御回路と、を具備する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記チャネル情報には、プライマリチャネルに関する情報、及び、オペレーティングチャネルに関する情報が含まれる。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記チャネル情報は、恒久的なチャネルに関する情報である。

 本開示の一実施例において、前記capabilityは、Coordinated Time Division Multiple Access(C-TDMA)のサポートの有無を示し、前記制御回路は、前記他のネットワークのアクセスポイントが前記C-TDMAをサポートする場合、前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのオペレーティングチャネルを、前記他のネットワークのオペレーティングチャネルと一致する帯域に設定する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記制御回路は、前記他のネットワークのアクセスポイントが、協調通信に関するcapabilityをサポートしない場合、前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのオペレーティングチャネルを、前記他のネットワークのオペレーティングチャネルと一致しない帯域に設定する。

 本開示の一実施例において、前記チャネル情報は、一時的なチャネルに関する情報である。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記チャネル情報を、initial control frameを用いて送信する送信回路、を更に具備する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記アクセスポイントは、チャネルの送信機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP))を他のアクセスポイントから共有されるアクセスポイントであり、前記チャネル情報には、前記アクセスポイントが他の通信装置と共有する対象のチャネルに関する共有対象チャネル情報が含まれ、前記共有対象チャネル情報を、前記アクセスポイントの配下の端末へ送信する送信回路、を更に具備する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記制御回路は、前記他のアクセスポイントから通知される周波数リソースに基づいて、前記共有対象チャネル情報を決定する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記アクセスポイントは、チャネルの送信機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP))を他のアクセスポイントと共有するアクセスポイントであり、前記チャネル情報には、前記アクセスポイントが他の通信装置と共有する対象のチャネルに関する共有対象チャネル情報が含まれ、前記TXOPに関する制御情報を前記他のネットワークのアクセスポイントへ送信し、前記共有対象チャネル情報を送信する送信回路、を更に具備する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記送信回路は、前記共有対象チャネル情報を、前記アクセスポイントの配下の端末、又は、前記他のネットワークのアクセスポイントへ送信する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記共有対象チャネル情報は、Multi-user Request-to-send(MU-RTS)信号またはMU-RTS Triggered TXOP sharing(TXS)信号の共通情報及びユーザ情報によって通知される。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記共有対象チャネル情報は、special user infoフィールドにおいて通知される。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記共有対象チャネル情報は、前記TXOPを共有されるアクセスポイント宛てのユーザ情報に基づいて通知される。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記共有対象チャネル情報は、連続する周波数リソースまたは非連続な周波数リソースを通知する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記送信回路は、前記TXOPに関する制御情報の送信前に、省電力モードから動作モードへの切り替えを指示する信号を、端末へ送信する。
 本開示の一実施例において、前記アクセスポイントは、チャネルの送信機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP))を他のアクセスポイントと共有するアクセスポイントであり、前記制御回路は、前記TXOPを共有される他のアクセスポイントが変更するチャネルに基づいて、前記一時的なチャネルに関する情報を決定する。
 本開示の一実施例に係る端末は、アクセスポイントにおいて、他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて決定される前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を受信する受信回路と、前記チャネル情報に基づいて、前記アクセスポイントとの通信に用いるチャネルを決定する制御回路と、を具備する。
 本開示の一実施例に係る通信方法において、アクセスポイントは、他のネットワークに関する情報を受信し、前記他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて、当該アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を決定する。
 本開示の一実施例に係る通信方法において、端末は、アクセスポイントにおいて、他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて決定される前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を受信し、前記チャネル情報に基づいて、前記アクセスポイントとの通信に用いるチャネルを決定する。

  1.  アクセスポイントであって、
     他のネットワークに関する情報を受信する受信回路と、
     前記他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて、前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を決定する制御回路と、
     を具備するアクセスポイント。
  2.  前記チャネル情報は、一時的なチャネルに関する情報である、
     請求項1に記載のアクセスポイント。
  3.  前記チャネル情報を、initial control frameを用いて送信する送信回路、を更に具備する、
     請求項2に記載のアクセスポイント。
  4.  前記アクセスポイントは、チャネルの送信機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP))を他のアクセスポイントから共有されるアクセスポイントであり、
     前記チャネル情報には、前記アクセスポイントが他の通信装置と共有する対象のチャネルに関する共有対象チャネル情報が含まれ、
     前記共有対象チャネル情報を、前記アクセスポイントの配下の端末へ送信する送信回路、を更に具備する、
     請求項2に記載のアクセスポイント。
  5.  前記制御回路は、前記他のアクセスポイントから通知される周波数リソースに基づいて、前記共有対象チャネル情報を決定する、
     請求項4に記載のアクセスポイント。
  6.  前記アクセスポイントは、チャネルの送信機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP))を他のアクセスポイントと共有するアクセスポイントであり、
     前記チャネル情報には、前記アクセスポイントが他の通信装置と共有する対象のチャネルに関する共有対象チャネル情報が含まれ、
     前記TXOPに関する制御情報を前記他のネットワークのアクセスポイントへ送信し、前記共有対象チャネル情報を送信する送信回路、を更に具備する、

  7.  前記送信回路は、前記共有対象チャネル情報を、前記アクセスポイントの配下の端末、又は、前記他のネットワークのアクセスポイントへ送信する、

  8.  前記共有対象チャネル情報は、special user infoフィールドにおいて通知される、

  9.  前記共有対象チャネル情報は、前記TXOPを共有されるアクセスポイント宛てのユーザ情報に基づいて通知される、

  10.  前記共有対象チャネル情報は、連続する周波数リソースまたは非連続な周波数リソースを通知する、

  11.  前記送信回路は、前記TXOPに関する制御情報の送信前に、省電力モードから動作モードへの切り替えを指示する信号を、端末へ送信する、
     請求項6に記載のアクセスポイント。
  12.  前記アクセスポイントは、チャネルの送信機会(Transmission Opportunity(TXOP))を他のアクセスポイントと共有するアクセスポイントであり、
     前記制御回路は、前記TXOPを共有される他のアクセスポイントが変更するチャネルに基づいて、前記一時的なチャネルに関する情報を決定する、
     請求項2に記載のアクセスポイント。
  13.  アクセスポイントにおいて、他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて決定される前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を受信する受信回路と、
     前記チャネル情報に基づいて、前記アクセスポイントとの通信に用いるチャネルを決定する制御回路と、
     を具備する端末。
  14.  アクセスポイントは、
     他のネットワークに関する情報を受信し、
     前記他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて、前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を決定する、
     通信方法。
  15.  端末は、
     アクセスポイントにおいて、他のネットワークに関する情報に基づいて決定される前記アクセスポイントが所属するネットワークのチャネル情報を受信し、
     前記チャネル情報に基づいて、前記アクセスポイントとの通信に用いるチャネルを決定する、
     通信方法。
