 本開示は、リード導体および非水電解質電池に関する。本出願は、2024年7月3日に出願した日本特許出願である特願2024-107280号に基づく優先権を主張する。当該日本特許出願に記載された全ての記載内容は、参照によって本明細書に援用される。
 特許文献1には、リード導体と封入容器とを、シール材を介して接着している非水電解質電池が開示されている。特許文献1では、リード導体とシール材との接着力を向上させるために、リード導体の表面のシール材と接触する表面の粗さパラメータSpkが0.26μm以上に調整されている。

 本開示のリード導体は、第一方向に延びる導体と、前記導体の前記第一方向の第一端部と、前記第一方向に沿って見た場合の前記導体の前記第一端部と反対側の第二端部とを露出しながら、前記導体の前記第一端部と前記第二端部との間で、前記導体の外周面を被覆する絶縁フィルムと、を備えるリード導体であって、前記導体は、銅または銅合金からなる基材と、前記基材上に設けられる表面処理層と、を有し、前記表面処理層の直上に前記絶縁フィルムが設けられ、前記表面処理層の前記絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、前記第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が、0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、前記第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が、0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、前記Ra2が前記Ra1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含む、リード導体である。

 [本開示が解決しようとする課題]
 非水電解質電池は、使用時に発熱して封入容器内の圧力が上昇する。封入容器内の圧力が過度に上昇した場合は、圧力を外部へ開放することが必要となる。特に、非水電解質電池の使用初期では、リード導体と封入容器との接着力が大きいため、使用初期においても、封入容器内の圧力が過度に上昇した場合に、封入容器内の圧力を外部へ開放することのできるリード導体が求められている。
 封入容器内の圧力を外部へ開放する方法として、封入容器内の圧力が過度に上昇した場合に、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、リード導体と封入容器との接着部分を剥離させ、剥離部分から圧力を開放する方法が考えられる。
 リード導体は、導体と導体を被覆する絶縁フィルムとを備える。リード導体と封入容器との接着部分では、導体と封入容器とが絶縁フィルムを介して接着している。封入容器と絶縁フィルムとは分離しにくい。このため、リード導体と封入容器との接着部分の剥離は、導体と絶縁フィルムとの剥離により実現される。
 本開示は、特に、非水電解質電池に用いられた場合、使用初期においても、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力を適切に制御できるリード導体およびそれを備える非水電解質電池を提供することを目的とする。
 [本開示の効果]
 本開示によれば、特に、非水電解質電池に用いられた場合、使用初期においても、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力を適切に制御できるリード導体およびそれを備える非水電解質電池を提供することが可能となる。
 [本開示の実施形態の説明]
 最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
 (1)本開示のリード導体は、第一方向に延びる導体と、前記導体の前記第一方向の第一端部と、前記第一方向に沿って見た場合の前記導体の前記第一端部と反対側の第二端部とを露出しながら、前記導体の前記第一端部と前記第二端部との間で、前記導体の外周面を被覆する絶縁フィルムと、を備えるリード導体であって、前記導体は、銅または銅合金からなる基材と、前記基材上に設けられる表面処理層と、を有し、前記表面処理層の直上に前記絶縁フィルムが設けられ、前記表面処理層の前記絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、前記第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が、0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、前記第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が、0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、前記Ra2が前記Ra1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含む、リード導体である。
 本開示によれば、特に、非水電解質電池に用いられた場合、使用初期においても、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力を適切に制御できるリード導体およびそれを備える非水電解質電池を提供することが可能となる。
 (2)上記(1)において、前記第一面は、前記第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定されるスキューネスRsk2が0より大きい領域を含んでもよい。これによると、導体と絶縁フィルムの第一方向の剥がれやすさを維持したまま、導体と絶縁フィルムとの全体の接着力が向上する。
 (3)上記(1)または(2)において、前記表面処理層は、前記基材上に設けられるニッケルを含む金属層と、前記金属層上に設けられるクロムを含む非金属層と、を有してもよい。ニッケルを含む金属層を有することで、絶縁フィルムの酸化劣化を抑制することができる。また、クロムを含む非金属層を有することで、非水電解質電池内部で絶縁フィルムと導体の間の水素結合が強固になり、導体と絶縁フィルムとの長期間にわたる接着力を維持することができる。前記表面処理層は、前記基材上に設けられるニッケルを含む金属層と、前記金属層上に設けられるクロムを含む非金属層とからなってもよい。
 (4)上記(3)において、前記金属層の平均厚みは、0.5μm以上5.0μm以下でもよい。これによると、生産性と加工性を保ちつつ、絶縁フィルムの酸化劣化を抑制することができる。
 (5)上記(3)または(4)において、前記金属層は、リン含有率が6質量%以上16質量%以下のニッケルリン合金層を含み、前記ニッケルリン合金層の直上に、前記非金属層が設けられてもよい。これによると、非水電解質電池内部での金属層の腐食溶解を抑制することができ、導体と絶縁フィルムとの長期間にわたる接着力を維持することができる。
 (6)上記(5)において、前記ニッケルリン合金層の平均厚みは、0.2μm以上5.0μm以下でもよい。これによると、ニッケルリン合金層の耐食性が向上する。
 (7)上記(3)から(6)のいずれかにおいて、前記非金属層のクロム含有量は、1mg/m以上20mg/m以下ででもよい。これによると、ニッケルめっきの耐食性が向上する。
 (8)上記(1)から(7)のいずれかにおいて、前記絶縁フィルムは、前記導体に接して設けられる第一絶縁層と、前記第一絶縁層の前記導体に接する面と反対側の面に設けられる第二絶縁層と、を含み、前記第一絶縁層は、酸変性ポリプロピレン層であり、前記第二絶縁層は、耐熱性樹脂層でもよい。これによると、絶縁フィルムは導体との接着性およびシール性が良好である。
 (9)本開示の非水電解質電池は、封入容器と、前記封入容器の内部から外部へ延びるように配置された上記(1)から(8)のいずれかの前記リード導体と、を備え、前記絶縁フィルムは、前記封入容器と融着されている、非水電解質電池である。
 本開示によれば、使用初期においても、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力を適切に制御できるリード導体を備える非水電解質電池を提供することが可能となる。
 [本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本開示のリード導体および非水電解質電池の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本開示の図面において、同一の参照符号は、同一部分または相当部分を表すものである。また、長さ、幅、厚さ、深さなどの寸法関係は図面の明瞭化と簡略化のために適宜変更されており、必ずしも実際の寸法関係を表すものではない。
 本明細書において「A~B」という形式の表記は、A以上B以下を意味し、Aにおいて単位の記載がなく、Bにおいてのみ単位が記載されている場合、Aの単位とBの単位とは同じである。
 本明細書において化合物などを化学式で表す場合、原子比を特に限定しないときは従来公知のあらゆる原子比を含むものとし、必ずしも化学量論的範囲のもののみに限定されるべきではない。
 本開示において、数値範囲の下限及び上限として、それぞれ1つ以上の数値が記載されている場合は、下限に記載されている任意の1つの数値と、上限に記載されている任意の1つの数値との組み合わせも開示されているものとする。
 本開示において、「備える」、「含む」、「有する」、および、これらの変形は、オープンエンドの用語である。オープンエンドの用語は必須要素に加えて、追加要素をさらに含んでいてもよいし、含んでいなくてもよい。「からなる」との記載はクローズドの用語である。ただしクローズドの用語で表現される構成であっても、通常において付随する不純物であったり、対象技術に無関係であったりする付加的な要素は含み得る。
 [実施形態1:リード導体]
 本開示の一実施形態(以下、「実施形態1」とも記す。)のリード導体について、図1~図3を用いて説明する。更に、実施形態1のリード導体を非水電解質電池に適用した場合のリード導体の配置について、図4~図5を用いて説明する。
 図1に示されるように、実施形態1のリード導体10は、第一方向に延びる導体3と、導体3の第一方向の第一端部3aと、第一方向に沿って見た場合の導体3の第一端部3aと反対側の第二端部3bとを露出しながら、導体3の第一端部3aと第二端部3bとの間で、導体3の外周面を被覆する絶縁フィルム1と、を備える。導体3は、銅または銅合金からなる基材4と、基材4上に設けられる表面処理層7と、を有する。表面処理層7の直上に絶縁フィルム1が設けられる。表面処理層7の絶縁フィルム1に接する第一面7aは、第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が、0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が、0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2が前記Ra1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含む。
 図2に示されるように、表面処理層7は、少なくとも、基材4と絶縁フィルム1との間に設けられている。
 図4~図5に示されるように、実施形態1のリード導体10は、非水電解質電池30において、導体3の第一方向が、封入容器2の内部から外部へ延びるように配置される。絶縁フィルム1は、封入容器2と融着されている。
 実施形態1のリード導体の導体の表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面(以下「表面処理層の第一面」とも記す。)は、第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下の領域を含む。これによると、特に、非水電解質電池の使用初期においても、封入容器の内部から外部に向かう第一方向に沿って、表面処理層の第一面と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、封入容器内の圧力が過度に上昇した場合に、封入容器内の圧力を外部へ開放することができる。なお、非水電解質電池の使用に伴い、表面処理層の第一面と絶縁フィルムとの接着力が増加することはない。このため、使用初期と同様に、全使用期間において、封入容器の内部から外部に向かう第一方向に沿って、表面処理層の第一面と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、封入容器内の圧力が過度に上昇した場合に、封入容器内の圧力を外部へ開放することができる。
 一方、本開示のリード導体の導体の表面処理層の第一面は、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がR1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含む。これによると、表面処理層の第一面と絶縁フィルムとの第二方向の接着力は、第一方向の接着力よりも大きく、表面処理層の第一面と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好となり、非水電解質電池は良好な信頼性を有することができる。
 <導体>
 実施形態1のリード導体において、導体は、銅または銅合金からなる基材と、基材上に設けられる表面処理層と、を有する。導体は、銅または銅合金からなる基材と、基材上に設けられる表面処理層と、からなってもよい。導体3の形状および寸法は、用途に応じて適宜設定される。導体の形状は、例えば、直方体でもよいし、または、帯状でもよい。導体の第一方向の長さは、10mm以上150mm以下でもよく、20mm以上100mm以下でもよく、または、30mm以上50mm以下でもよい。導体の第二方向の長さは、5mm以上200mm以下でもよく、15mm以上140mm以下でもよく、または、25mm以上80mm以下でもよい。導体の第一方向および第二方向に直交する第三方向の長さ(厚さに相当)は、50μm以上1500μm以下でもよく、100μm以上1000μm以下でもよく、または、150μm以上500μm以下でもよい。
 ≪基材≫
 実施形態1のリード導体において、基材は銅または銅合金からなる。これによると、導体の導電性が良好となる。本開示において、「基材は銅からなる」とは、基材が銅純度99.9質量%以上の純銅からなることを意味する。銅合金としては、銅と、リン(P)、亜鉛(Zn)およびスズ(Sn)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素とからなる銅合金が挙げられる。銅合金としては、例えば、リン青銅が挙げられる。本開示の効果を損なわない限り、基材は銅または銅合金とともに、不純物元素を含んでいてもよい。不純物元素としては、鉛(Pb)、鉄(Fe)が挙げられる。基材の銅以外の元素の含有率は、例えば、7.0質量%以下とすることができる。銅以外の元素の含有率とは、基材に銅以外の元素が2種類以上存在する場合は、基材に含まれる銅以外の全ての元素の合計含有率を意味する。基材4の銅以外の元素の含有率は、高周波誘導結合プラズマ(ICP:Inductively Coupled Plasma)発光分光分析法で測定される。
 基材の形状は、用途に応じて適宜設定される。例えば、基材は、直方体でもよいし、または、帯状でもよい。基材が直方体の場合、角部にテーパーがついていてもよい。
 基材の寸法は、用途に応じて適宜設定される。基材の第一方向の長さは、10mm以上150mm以下でもよい。基材の第二方向の長さは5mm以上200mm以下でもよい。基材の第三方向の長さ(厚さに相当)は50μm以上1500μm以下でもよい。
 基材の表面のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される、第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1は0.5μm以下でもよく、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2は0.3μm以下でもよい。このような表面性状を有する基材を用い、かつ、表面処理層の形成条件を調整することにより、表面処理層の第一面のRa1を0.05μm以上0.3μm以下、Ra2を0.15μm以上0.8μm以下、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きくすることができる。基材の表面性状は、耐水ペーパーで基材材料の表面を第一方向に沿って研磨することにより、調整することができる。
 ≪表面処理層≫
 実施形態1のリード導体において、表面処理層は基材上に設けられる。表面処理層は、基材の直上に設けられてもよい。
 表面処理層の直上に、絶縁フィルムが設けられる。絶縁フィルムは、表面処理層の全てを被覆するように設けられていてもよいし、または、表面処理層の一部を被覆するように設けられていてもよい。すなわち、表面処理層の少なくとも一部の直上に、絶縁フィルムが設けられており、表面処理層と絶縁フィルムとは接している。
 表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含む。本開示において、表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含むことは、以下の手順で確認される。
 手順1:リード導体に対して、25℃の条件下で、導体と絶縁フィルムとを180°はく離試験ではく離を行うことにより、導体と絶縁フィルムとを分離して、絶縁フィルムと接していた表面処理層の第一面を露出させる。この時、表面処理層の第一面に絶縁フィルムの一部が残存する可能性がある。残存した絶縁フィルムを除去するために、表面処理層を含む導体を120℃のキシレン溶液に60分間浸漬する。
 手順2:導体をキシレン溶液から取り出し、乾燥させた後に、絶縁フィルムと接していた表面処理層の第一面の第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1、および、第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2を測定する。測定には、例えば、キーエンス社製の「VK-X100」(商標)を用いる。測定条件は、以下の通りである。
 観察倍率:50倍
 解析長さ:0.2mm
 補正:傾き補正(自動)、曲面補正(自動)
 測定の際には、第一面を5mm×5mmのグリッドに分割し、各グリッドにおいて、Ra1およびRa2を測定する。第一面の大きさおよび形状によっては、第一面が整数のグリッドに分割できず、グリッドが第一面および第一面に隣接する領域を含む場合がある。このような場合は、第一面のみからなるグリッドを測定対象とし、第一面および第一面に隣接する領域を含むグリッドは測定対象から除外する。
 手順3:全てのグリッドの数Nに対する、Ra1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、Ra2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい第一グリッドの数N1の百分率(N1/N)×100を算出する。本開示において、百分率(N1/N)×100が60%以上の場合、表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含むことが確認される。
 百分率(N1/N)×100は、60%以上であり、70%以上でもよく、80%以上でもよく、90%以上でもよく、または、100%でもよい。
 第一面のRa1の平均は、0.05μm以上0.25μm以下でもよく、0.10μm以上0.20μm以下でもよく、または、0.10μm以上0.15μm以下でもよい。第一面のRa1の平均とは、上記の手順2で測定された、全てのグリッドのRa1の合計を、全てのグリッドの数Nで除した値である。
 第一面のRa2の平均は、0.25μm以上0.80μm以下でもよく、0.30μm以上0.60μm以下でもよく、または、0.40μm以上0.60μm以下でもよい。第一面のRa2の平均とは、上記の手順2で測定された、全てのグリッドのRa2の合計を、全てのグリッドの数Nで除した値である。
 第一面のRa2の平均と第一面のRa1の平均との差(Ra2-Ra1)は、0.1μm以上1.0μm以下でもよく、0.15μm以上0.8μm以下でもよく、0.20μm以上0.6μm以下でもよく、または、0.35μm以上0.55μm以下でもよい。
 第一面は、(a)Ra1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下、(b)Ra2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下、および、(c)Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい、という3つの条件のうち、少なくとも一つを満たさない第二グリッドを含んでもよい。第二グリッドのRa1は、0.01μm以上0.5μm以下でもよい。第二グリッドのRa2は、0.01μm以上1.5μm以下でもよい。第二グリッドのRa2の平均とRa1の平均との差(Ra2-Ra1)は、-0.1μm以上1.5μm以下でもよい。
 表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定されるスキューネスRsk2が0より大きい領域を含んでもよい。Rsk2は、0超0.7以下でもよく、0.2以上0.7以下でもよく、0.4以上0.7以下でもよく、または、0.5以上0.7以下でもよい。
 本開示において、表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定されるスキューネスRsk2が0より大きい領域を含むことは、以下の手順で確認される。上記の手順1~手順2と同一の方法で、第一面上で、Ra1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、Ra2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい第一グリッドを特定する。各第一グリッドにおいて、手順2に記載の条件で、第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定されるスキューネスRsk2を測定する。第一グリッドのうち、Rsk2が0より大きい第二グリッドを特定する。第一グリッドの数N1に対する、第二グリッドの数N2の百分率(N2/N1)×100を算出する。本開示において、百分率(N2/N1)×100が60%以上の場合、表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定されるスキューネスRsk2が0より大きい領域を含むことが確認される。
 第一面のRsk2の平均は、0超0.7以下でもよく、0.2以上0.7以下でもよく、0.4以上0.7以下でもよく、または、0.5以上0.7以下でもよい。第一面のRsk2の平均とは、全てのグリッドのRsk2の合計を、全てのグリッドの数Nで除した値である。
 実施形態1において、第一面のRa1の平均、第一面のRa2の平均、第一面のRa2の平均と第一面のRa1の平均との差(Ra2-Ra1)、および第一面のRsk2の平均は、上記の範囲を適宜組み合わせることができる。
 実施形態1において、表面処理層の絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、Ra1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、Ra2が、0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きく、Rsk2が0より大きい領域を含んでもよい。
 ≪金属層≫
 実施形態1のリード導体において、表面処理層は、基材上に設けられるニッケルを含む金属層を含んでもよい。金属層は、基材の直上に設けられてもよい。金属層は、単層でもよいし、複数の層からなってもよい。表面処理層が金属層を含むことは、X線回折により確認される。金属層が、単層または複数の層から構成されることは、走査型電子顕微鏡で導体の断面組織を観察して分析することにより確認される。
 金属層の平均厚みは、0.5μm以上5.0μm以下でもよく、0.8μm以上2.5μm以下でもよく、または、1.0μm以上2.0μm以下でもよい。金属層の平均厚みが0.5μm以上であると、基材の金属層で被覆されず、露出する部分の発生を抑制することができる。金属層の平均厚みが5.0μm以下であると、経済合理性に加え、リード導体を非水電解質電池に組み込む際の溶接工程の作業性を損ねないという利点を有する。
 本開示において、金属層の平均厚みの測定方法は以下の通りである。リード導体に対して、絶縁フィルムの外部に露出する主面の法線方向に沿って、樹脂埋め研磨を行い、リード導体の断面を露出させる。断面を走査型電子顕微鏡を用いて20,000倍で観察し、基材の表面の法線方向に沿う金属層の厚みを5箇所測定する。5箇所の金属層の厚みの平均が、本開示における金属層の平均厚みに該当する。後述のニッケルリン合金層および非金属層の平均厚みについても、同様に測定し、算出される。
 金属層は、ニッケル層およびニッケル合金層の一方または両方からなってもよい。ニッケル合金としては、ニッケルと、リン、スズ、クロム、モリブデン、およびタングステンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素とからなるニッケル合金が挙げられる。金属層のニッケル以外の元素の含有率は、30質量%以下でもよい。
 金属層は、リン含有率が6質量%以上16質量%以下のニッケルリン合金層を含んでもよい。金属層は、リン含有率が6質量%以上16質量%以下のニッケルリン合金層からなってもよい。ニッケルリン合金層のリン含有率の測定方法は、以下の通りである。上記の金属層の平均厚みの測定方法と同一の方法で、リード導体の断面を露出させる。断面を走査型電子顕微鏡を用いて20,000倍で観察し、エネルギー分散型X線分析(EDX)で、ニッケルリン合金層のリン含有率を測定する。測定を互いに重複しない5箇所で行う。5箇所のリン含有率の平均が、本開示におけるニッケルリン合金層のリン含有率に該当する。
 リン含有率が6質量%以上16質量%以下のニッケルリン合金層の平均厚みは、0.2μm以上5.0μm以下でもよく、0.5μm以上2.5μm以下でもよく、または、0.8μm以上2.0μm以下でもよい。ニッケルリン合金層の平均厚みが0.2μm以上であると、金属層が非水電解質電池内で腐食溶解することを抑制することができる。ニッケルリン合金層の平均厚みが5.0μm以下であると、リード導体が変形した際にニッケルリン合金層が割れにくくなり、金属層が非水電解質電池内で腐食溶解することを抑制することができる。
 ≪非金属層≫
 実施形態1のリード導体において、表面処理層は、金属層上に設けられるクロムを含む非金属層を含んでもよい。これによると、導体の耐電解溶液性が向上し、腐食が抑制される。ここで、金属層上とは、金属層の基材側の面と反対側の面上を意味する。
 非金属層は、金属層の直上に設けられてもよい。非金属層は、リン含有率が6質量%以上16質量%以下のニッケルリン合金層の直上に設けられてもよい。非金属層は、単層でもよいし、複数の層からなってもよい。表面処理層が非金属層を含むことは、X線光電子分光法により確認される。
 非金属層は、水酸化クロムを含む層でもよい。非金属層のクロム含有量は、1mg/m以上20mg/m以下でもよく、2mg/m以上15mg/m以下でもよく、または、3mg/m以上10mg/m以下でもよい。非金属層のクロム含有量が1mg/m以上であると、導体の耐電解溶液性が更に向上する。非金属層のクロム含有量が20mg/m以下であると、非金属層内での凝集破壊を抑制でき、第一面と絶縁フィルムとの接着力が良好になる。非金属層のクロム含有量は、ICP質量分析法で測定される。
 非金属層は有機物を含んでいてもよい。非金属層はクロム以外の遷移金属化合物を含んでいてもよい。
 <絶縁フィルム>
 絶縁フィルム1の導体3の第二方向の幅は、導体3の第二方向の幅よりも広く形成される。絶縁フィルム1は、導体3の第二方向の幅の両端部からはみ出すように導体3の外周面に接着または融着により貼られており、導体3の両端部からはみ出した絶縁フィルム1同士が接着または融着により貼り合わされている。絶縁フィルム1の導体3の第一方向の長さは、導体3の第一方向の長さよりも短く形成される。絶縁フィルム1は、導体3の第一端部3aおよび第二端部3bに貼られていない。
 絶縁フィルムの平均厚みは、40μm以上500μm以下でもよく、80μm以上500μm以下でもよく、100μm以上300μm以下でもよく、または、120μm以上250μm以下でもよい。
 本開示において、絶縁フィルムの平均厚みの測定方法は以下の通りである。リード導体に対して、絶縁フィルムの外部に露出する主面の法線方向に沿って、樹脂埋め研磨を行い、リード導体の断面を露出させる。断面をマイクロスコープを用いて500倍で観察し、基材の表面の法線方向に沿う、絶縁フィルムの厚みを5箇所測定する。5箇所の絶縁フィルムの厚みの平均が、本開示における絶縁フィルムの平均厚みに該当する。本開示において、後述の第一絶縁層、第二絶縁層および第三絶縁層の平均厚みも同様の方法で測定される。
 ≪第一絶縁層≫
 実施形態1のリード導体10において、絶縁フィルム1は、導体3に接して配置される第一絶縁層1aを含んでもよい。第一絶縁層は、酸変性ポリプロピレン層からなってもよい。酸変性基としては、例えば、無水マレイン酸が挙げられる。第一絶縁層が酸変性ポリプロピレン層であると、第一絶縁層は導体との接着性およびシール性が良好である。酸変性ポリプロピレン層は、本開示の効果を損なわない限りにおいて、樹脂成分として酸変性ポリプロピレンとともに、無変性のポリプロピレンを含んでいてもよい。以下、酸変性ポリプロピレンおよび無変性のポリプロピレンをまとめてポリプロピレンとも記す。
 第一絶縁層が酸変性基を含むこと、および、第一絶縁層がポリプロピレンを含むことは、リード導体から第一絶縁層のみを取り出し、第一絶縁層に対してフーリエ変換赤外分光光度計を用いて透過光分析を行うことにより確認することができる。
 実施形態1の絶縁フィルムにおいて、第一絶縁層の平均厚みは、20μm以上150μm以下でもよく、25μm以上120μm以下でもよく、または、30μm以上100μm以下でもよい。第一絶縁層の平均厚みが20μm以上であると、薄すぎて破損するという不具合が生じにくく、導体との接着性を良好に確保できる。第一絶縁層の平均厚みが150μm以下であると、絶縁フィルムを薄くすることができ、絶縁フィルムを含む非水電解質電池を小型化することができる。
 実施形態1のリード導体において、第一絶縁層は、難燃剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、滑剤、着色剤等の各種添加剤を含むことができる。これらの添加剤の種類および量は、従来公知の酸変性ポリプロピレン層に用いられている種類および量と同様とすることができる。
 ≪第二絶縁層≫
 実施形態1のリード導体10において、絶縁フィルム1は、第一絶縁層1aの導体3と接する面と反対側の面に設けられる第二絶縁層1bを含んでもよい。絶縁フィルム1は、第一絶縁層1aと第二絶縁層1bとからなってもよい。第二絶縁層は、耐熱性樹脂層からなってもよい。第二絶縁層が耐熱性樹脂層であると、第二絶縁層が絶縁フィルムと導体との熱圧着時に溶融しないため、第二絶縁層は支持体として優れている。
 第二絶縁層が耐熱性樹脂層の場合、耐熱性樹脂としては、例えば、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド、フッ素樹脂、が挙げられる。中でも、ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、酸変性ポリプロピレン層からなる第一絶縁層との接着性が良好である。ポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、架橋ポリプロピレン、アイオノマー樹脂、酸変性ポリオレフィン等が挙げられる。特に、第二絶縁層は、ポリプロピレンの1種であるホモポリプロピレンを含んでもよい。第二絶縁層は、ホモポリプロピレン層でもよい。ホモポリプロピレンは、接着性フィルムと導体との熱圧着時に溶融しないため、支持体としての機能が高い。第二絶縁層は、ポリエステル不織布を含んでもよい。
 第二絶縁層が耐熱性樹脂を含むことは、リード導体から第二絶縁層のみを取り出し、第二絶縁層に対してフーリエ変換赤外分光光度計を用いて透過光分析を行うことにより確認することができる。
 実施形態1の絶縁フィルムにおいて、第二絶縁層の平均厚みは、20μm以上150μm以下でもよく、25μm以上120μm以下でもよく、または、30μm以上100μm以下でもよい。第二絶縁層の平均厚みが20μm以上であると、薄すぎて破損するという不具合が生じにくく、導体との接着性を良好に確保できる。第二絶縁層の平均厚みが150μm以下であると、絶縁フィルムを薄くすることができ、絶縁フィルムを含む非水電解質電池を小型化することができる。
 実施形態1のリード導体において、第二絶縁層は、難燃剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、滑剤、着色剤等の各種添加剤を含むことができる。これらの添加剤の種類や量は、従来公知の耐熱性樹脂層に用いられている種類および量と同様とすることができる。
 <第三絶縁層>
 実施形態1の絶縁フィルムは、第一絶縁層および第二絶縁層に加えて、第三絶縁層を含んでもよい。実施形態1の絶縁フィルムは、第一絶縁層と、第二絶縁層と、第三絶縁層とからなってもよい。第三絶縁層としては、例えば、アルミニウム箔を含む封入容器との接着性を向上させる役割を担う層が挙げられる。第三絶縁層は1層でもよいし、2層以上を組み合わせてもよい。第三絶縁層の位置は、第三絶縁層の種類によって適宜選択される。
 絶縁フィルムは、第一絶縁層と、第一絶縁層の導体に接する面と反対側の面に設けられた第二絶縁層と、第二絶縁層の第一絶縁層と対向する面と反対側の面に設けられた第三絶縁層とを含むことができる。
 実施形態1の絶縁フィルム1において、第三絶縁層の平均厚みは、20μm以上100μm以下でもよく、30μm以上70μm以下でもよく、または、35μm以上60μm以下でもよい。
 本開示において、第三絶縁層は、難燃剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、滑剤、着色剤等の各種添加剤を含むことができる。これらの添加剤の種類や量は、従来公知の第三絶縁層に用いられている種類および量と同様とすることができる。
 [実施形態2:非水電解質電池]
 図4および図5に示されるように、本開示の一実施形態(以下、「実施形態2」とも記す。)の非水電解質電池30は、封入容器2と、封入容器2の内部から外部へ延びるように配置された実施形態1のリード導体10と、を備える。絶縁フィルム1は、封入容器2と融着されている。
 実施形態2の非水電解質電池30は、正極20と、負極14と、正極20と負極14とに挟まれた電解質13とを含む電池セル15と、正極20および負極14のそれぞれに電気的に接続された導体3と、電池セル15を封止する封入容器2と、を備える。導体3の一部は封入容器2の外部に露出し、導体3と封入容器2との間に、絶縁フィルム1が配置される。絶縁フィルム1の第一絶縁層1aは、導体3と接して配置される。
 図5に示されるように、封入容器2は、金属層16と、金属層16を被覆する第一樹脂層17および第二樹脂層18とからなる3層構造のラミネートフィルム8からなる。金属層16はアルミニウム箔などの金属から形成される。封入容器2の外部側に位置する第二樹脂層18としては、6,6-ナイロン、6-ナイロンなどのポリアミド樹脂や、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂等を用いることができる。また封入容器2の内部側に位置する第一樹脂層17には非水電解質に溶解せず、また加熱して溶融する絶縁性樹脂を用いることが好ましい。絶縁性樹脂としては、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂、酸変性スチレン系エラストマーが例示される。封入容器2は、2枚のラミネートフィルム8を重ね合わせて、導体が貫通する辺以外の3辺をヒートシールして作製する。封入容器2の外周部では、2つの金属層16は第一樹脂層17を介して接着される。
 導体は、絶縁フィルム1を介して封入容器2(ラミネートフィルム8)とシール部9で接着(熱融着)される。非水電解質電池30の内部には、更に、導体の端部に接続された正極20、負極14および電解質13が封入される。
 電解質13は非水電解質である。非水電解質としては、例えば、LiPF、LiBFなどのフッ素を含有するリチウム塩を炭酸ジエチル(DEC)、炭酸ジメチル(DMC)、炭酸プロピレン(PC)などに溶解したものが挙げられる。
 本実施の形態を実施例によりさらに具体的に説明する。ただし、これらの実施例により本実施の形態が限定されるものではない。
 [試料1]
 ≪導体の作製≫
 基材材料として、厚み0.2mmに圧延加工された無酸素銅板(C1020)を長さ45mm、幅45mmに加工したものを準備した。基材材料は、第一面および第一面と反対側の第二主面とを含み、第一面の第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1が0.15μm、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2が0.2μm、かつ、第一面の第二方向のスキューネスRsk2は0.8であった。
 第一処理として、基材材料の第二主面を両面テープで治具に固定して、1000番の耐水ペーパーを用いて、第一面の第一方向に沿って、第一面全体の研磨を行い、基材を得た。研磨後の基材の表面の第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2、および第二方向のスキューネスRsk2を表1に示す。
 次に、第二処理として、25℃の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液(濃度:40g/L)に基材を浸漬し、電流密度1.0A/dmで陰極電解脱脂を行った。脱脂後の基材を流水で洗浄した。
 次に、第三処理として、25℃の硫酸水溶液(濃度:10質量%)に、洗浄後の基材を30秒間浸漬して酸活性を行った。酸活性後の基材を流水で洗浄した。
 次に、第四処理として、硫酸ニッケル六水和物(濃度:500g/L)、塩化ニッケル六水和物(濃度:30g/L)、ノボプレートHS(株式会社アトテックジャパン製、濃度:100mL/L)およびホウ酸(濃度:30g/L)を混合し、ニッケルリン合金めっき液を得た。65℃のニッケルリン合金めっき液に酸活性後の基材を浸漬し、電流密度10.0A/dmで120秒間、ニッケルリン合金めっきを行い、基材上にニッケルリン合金からなる金属層を形成した。ニッケルリン合金めっき後の基材を流水で洗浄した。
 次に、第五処理として、塩化クロム六水和物(5.0g/L)およびギ酸カリウム(170g/L)を純水に混合し、表面処理液を得た。45℃の表面処理液にニッケルリン合金めっき後の基材を浸漬し、電流密度10A/dmで30秒間陰極電解を行い、金属層上にクロムを含む非金属層を形成した。陰極電解後の基材を流水で洗浄した。
 上記の工程により、基材上に表面処理層が形成された導体を得た。
 ≪絶縁フィルムの作製≫
 第一絶縁層の原料として酸変性ポリプロピレン、第二絶縁層の原料としてホモポリプロピレン、および第三絶縁層の原料としてランダムポリプロピレンを準備した。第一絶縁層の原料、第二絶縁層の原料および第三絶縁層の原料のそれぞれを、混合装置を用いて混合して混合原料を得た。
 単軸押出機3台を備えるコートハンガー式の三種三層Tダイ成膜機を用いて、1台目の押出機に第一絶縁層の混合原料を、2台目の押出機に第二絶縁層の混合原料を、3台目の押出機に第三絶縁層の混合原料をそれぞれ投入し、共押出しすることで、酸変性ポリプロピレン層(第一絶縁層に該当)、ホモポリプロピレン層(第二絶縁層に該当)およびランダムポリプロピレン層(第三絶縁層に該当)が前記の順で積層された絶縁フィルムを得た。第一絶縁層の平均厚みは50μm、第二絶縁層の平均厚みは50μm、および第三絶縁層の平均厚みは50μmであった。
 ≪試験用試料の作製≫
 次に、得られた絶縁フィルムを、長さ55mmおよび幅10mmのサイズに切断した。切断した絶縁フィルムを、長手方向が、導体表面の第二方向と平行となるように導体の基材の第一面側の表面に置いた状態で、金型温度220℃、面圧0.3MPaの条件でヒートシールした。これにより、試験用試料を得た。
 [試料2]
 第一処理において、第一面の第一方向の長さ45mm×第二方向の長さ40.5mmの矩形の領域を研磨したこと、および、第四処理において、ニッケルリン合金めっき時間を15秒間としたこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 [試料3]
 第四処理において、ノボプレートHS濃度を50mL/L、ニッケルリン合金めっき時間を80秒間としたこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 [試料4]
 第五処理を実施しなかったこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 [試料5]
 第一処理において、2000番の耐水ペーパーを用いたこと、および、第一面の第一方向の長さ45mm×第二方向の長さ36mmの矩形の領域を研磨したこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。研磨後の基材の表面の第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2、および第二方向のスキューネスRsk2を表1に示す。
 [試料6]
 第一処理において、600番の耐水ペーパーを用いたこと、および、第一面の第一方向の長さ45mm×第二方向の長さ40.5mmの矩形の領域を研磨したこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。研磨後の基材の表面の第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2、および第二方向のスキューネスRsk2を表1に示す。
 [試料7]
 第四処理において、ニッケルリン合金めっきの代わりにニッケルめっきを実施し、ニッケルからなる金属層を形成したこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。ニッケルめっき液は、アミド硫酸ニッケル四水和物(濃度:500g/L)、塩化ニッケル六水和物(濃度:30g/L)、およびホウ酸(濃度:30g/L)を混合して作製した。55℃のめっき液に基材を浸漬し、電流密度5.0A/dmで90秒間、ニッケルめっきを行った。
 [試料8]
 第一処理において、第一面の第一方向の長さ45mm×第二方向の長さ40.5mmの矩形の領域を研磨したこと、ならびに、第四処理および第五処理を実施しなかったこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 [試料9]
 第一処理において、600番の耐水ペーパーを用い、第四処理において、ニッケルリン合金めっき時間を40秒間としたこと、および、第一面の第一方向の長さ45mm×第二方向の長さ36mmの矩形の領域を研磨したこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。研磨後の基材の表面の第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2、および第二方向のスキューネスRsk2を表1に示す。
 [試料10]
 第一処理において、第一面の第一方向の長さ45mm×第二方向の長さ27mmの矩形の領域を研磨したこと以外は、試料8と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 [試料1-1]
 試験試料の作製において、絶縁フィルムの長手方向が、導体表面の第一方向と平行となるように導体の基材の第一面側の表面に置いた状態でヒートシールしたこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 [試料1-2]
 第一処理において、600番の耐水ペーパーを用い、第四処理において、ニッケルリン合金めっき時間を15秒間としたこと以外は、試料1と同一の手順で試験用試料を得た。
 <評価>
 ≪金属層のリン含有率および非金属層のクロム含有率の測定≫
 各試料において、ニッケルリン合金からなる金属層のリン含有率および非金属層のクロム含有率を実施形態1に記載の方法で測定した。結果を表1に示す。
 ≪導体の表面形状の測定≫
 各試料の試験用試料に対して、120℃の条件下で、導体と絶縁フィルムとを180°はく離試験ではく離を行うことにより、導体と絶縁フィルムとを分離して、表面処理層の第一面を露出させた。表面処理層を含む導体を120℃のキシレン溶液に60分間浸漬して、導体上に残存した絶縁フィルムの一部を除去した。
 導体をキシレン溶液から取り出し、乾燥させた後に、表面処理層の第一面の第一方向の算術平均粗さRa1、第二方向の算術平均粗さRa2、および第二方向のスキューネスRsk2を測定した。具体的な測定方法は実施形態1に記載の通りである。
 各試料における、全てのグリッドの数Nに対する、Ra1が0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、Ra2が0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、Ra2がRa1より0.1μm以上大きい第一グリッドの数N1の百分率(N1/N)×100を表2に示す。
 各試料における、第一面のRa1の平均(表2において「Ra1」と示される。)、第一面のRa2の平均(表2において「Ra2」と示される。)、第一面のRa2の平均と第一面のRa1の平均との差(Ra2-Ra1)(表2において「Ra2-Ra1」と示される。)、および、第一面のRsk2の平均(表2において「Rsk2」と示される。)を表2に示す。
 ≪初期接着力の評価≫
 試験用試料の製造から1時間後に、120℃の条件下で、第一方向の導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力P1、および第二方向の導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力P2を180°はく離試験で測定した。引張速度は50mm/分とした。結果を表3に示す。P1が4N/cm以上6N/cm以下、P2が6N/cm以上10N/cm以下、かつ、P2とP1との差(P2-P1)が1以上の場合、試験用試料は、使用初期において第一方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、第一方向に沿って導体と絶縁フィルムとが剥離しやすく、かつ、導体と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好であると判断される。
 ≪老化後接着力の評価≫
 試料1、試料6、および、試料9について、以下の方法で老化後接着力を評価した。
 エチレンカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、炭酸ジメチルを1:1:1の体積比率で混合した混合溶液を準備した。混合溶液に、六フッ化リン酸リチウム(LiPF)を1.0mol/Lとなるように溶解し、水分率が1000ppmになるように水分を添加して試験液を準備した。試験液に各試料の試験用試料を浸漬し、85℃の恒温槽内に4週間放置した。その後、試験液から試験用試料を取り出し、25℃の条件下で、第一方向の導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力Q1、および第二方向の導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力Q2を180°はく離試験で測定した。引張速度は50mm/分とした。結果を表4に示す。Q1が4N/cm以上6N/cm以下、Q2が6N/cm超10N/cm以下、かつ、Q2とQ1との差(Q2-Q1)が1以上の場合、試験用試料は、老化後において、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、第一方向に沿って導体と絶縁フィルムとが剥離しやすく、かつ、導体と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好であると判断される。
 <考察>
 試料1~試料10は、実施例に該当する。試料1-1~試料1-2は、比較例に該当する。試料1~試料10は、初期接着力の結果から、使用初期において第一方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、導体と絶縁フィルムとが剥離しやすく、かつ、導体と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好であることが確認された。したがって、試料1~試料9の導体および絶縁フィルムを用いて作製されたリード導体は、非水電解質電池に用いられた場合、非水電解質電池の使用初期においても、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、リード導体と封入容器との接着部分を剥離させやすく、かつ、導体と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好である。
 試料1、試料6、および、試料9は、老化後接着力の結果から、老化後において第一方向に沿って、導体と絶縁フィルムとの間の接着力が適切に制御され、導体と絶縁フィルムとが剥離しやすく、かつ、表面処理層の第一面と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好であることが確認された。したがって、試料1および試料6の導体および絶縁フィルムを用いて作製されたリード導体は、非水電解質電池に用いられた場合、非水電解質電池の使用中の長期にわたり、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、リード導体と封入容器との接着部分を剥離させやすく、かつ、導体と絶縁フィルムとの全体としての接着力が良好である。
 試料1-1および試料1-2は、初期接着力の結果から、使用初期において第一方向に沿って剥離しにくいことが確認された。したがって、試料1-1および試料1-2の導体および絶縁フィルムを用いて作製されたリード導体は、非水電解質電池に用いられた場合、非水電解質電池の使用初期において、封入容器の内部から外部へ向かう方向に沿って、リード導体と封入容器との接着部分が剥離しにくい。
 以上のように本開示の実施の形態および実施例について説明を行なったが、上述の各実施の形態および実施例の構成を適宜組み合わせたり、様々に変形することも当初から予定している。今回開示された実施の形態および実施例はすべての点で例示であって、制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した実施の形態および実施例ではなく請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味、および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

  1.  第一方向に延びる導体と、
     前記導体の前記第一方向の第一端部と、前記第一方向に沿って見た場合の前記導体の前記第一端部と反対側の第二端部とを露出しながら、前記導体の前記第一端部と前記第二端部との間で、前記導体の外周面を被覆する絶縁フィルムと、を備えるリード導体であって、
     前記導体は、
      銅または銅合金からなる基材と、
      前記基材上に設けられる表面処理層と、を有し、
     前記表面処理層の直上に前記絶縁フィルムが設けられ、
     前記表面処理層の前記絶縁フィルムに接する第一面は、
      前記第一方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa1が、0.05μm以上0.3μm以下であり、
      前記第一方向に直交する第二方向のJIS B 0601:2001に規定される算術平均粗さRa2が、0.15μm以上0.8μm以下であり、かつ、
      前記Ra2が前記Ra1より0.1μm以上大きい領域を含む、リード導体。

  4.  前記金属層の平均厚みは、0.5μm以上5.0μm以下である、請求項3に記載のリード導体。
  5.  前記金属層は、リン含有率が6質量%以上16質量%以下のニッケルリン合金層を含み、
     前記ニッケルリン合金層の直上に、前記非金属層が設けられる、請求項3または請求項4に記載のリード導体。
  6.  前記ニッケルリン合金層の平均厚みは、0.2μm以上5.0μm以下である、請求項5に記載のリード導体。
  7.  前記非金属層のクロム含有量は、1mg/m以上20mg/m以下である、請求項3から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のリード導体。
  8.  前記絶縁フィルムは、
      前記導体に接して設けられる第一絶縁層と、
      前記第一絶縁層の前記導体に接する面と反対側の面に設けられる第二絶縁層と、を含み、
     前記第一絶縁層は、酸変性ポリプロピレン層であり、
     前記第二絶縁層は、耐熱性樹脂層である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のリード導体。
  9.  封入容器と、
     前記封入容器の内部から外部へ延びるように配置された請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の前記リード導体と、を備え、
     前記絶縁フィルムは、前記封入容器と融着されている、非水電解質電池。
