提案装置(100)は、過去に実施された第1会議の開始からの経過時間および曖昧度との関係に対応するモデル曲線を生成するモデル曲線生成部(152)と、第2会議の参加者によるテキスト情報を取得し、テキスト情報の曖昧度を算出する曖昧度算出部(153)と、テキスト情報の曖昧度が、テキスト情報の取得のタイミングのモデル曲線の曖昧度に近づくように、第2会議の参加者に対する提案を実行する提案部(154)とを有する。

Description

提案装置、提案方法および提案プログラム
 本発明は、提案装置、提案方法および提案プログラムに関する。
 曖昧な表現は時として誤解を生むため、何かを決定することを目的とする組織の会議では、誤解の原因となり得る曖昧な表現を避けることが求められる。
 一方で、会議の目的や状況によっては、曖昧な表現が効果的な場合もある。たとえば、会議の開始時には、曖昧でも様々なニュアンスの言葉が飛び交う方が、良いアイデアの創出に結びつく場合がある。
 このため、会議の初期段階では、曖昧な表現を避けるよりも、制限のない自由な発言を行った方がよい結果を得られる。
 なお、特許文献1では、コミュニケーション中あるいは後の会議に含まれるリスクを定期的に算出する技術が開示されている。

 しかしながら、上述した従来技術では、会議の状況に応じた発言方針を提案することができないという課題がある。
 本発明は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、会議の状況に応じた発言方針を提案することができる提案装置、提案方法および提案プログラムを提供することを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、提案装置は、過去に実施された第1会議の開始からの経過時間および曖昧度との関係に対応するモデル曲線を生成するモデル曲線生成部と、第2会議の参加者によるテキスト情報を取得し、前記テキスト情報の曖昧度を算出する曖昧度算出部と、前記テキスト情報の曖昧度が、前記テキスト情報の取得のタイミングの前記モデル曲線の曖昧度に近づくように、前記第2会議の参加者に対する提案を実行する提案部とを有する。
 本発明によれば、会議の状況に応じた発言方針を提案することができる。

 以下に、本願の開示する提案装置、提案方法および提案プログラムの実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施例によりこの発明が限定されるものではない。
(実施の形態)
(オフィスコミュニケーションにおける前提及び仮定)
 実施の形態における提案装置の説明を行う前に、オフィスコミュニケーションにおける前提及び仮定について説明する。オフィスコミュニケーションは、会議等である。会議では、原則的には意思決定(具体的な結論)の合意が目標となる。会議では、最終的には、極めて具体的で曖昧性のない結論に収束することが求められる。一方で、具体的な結論に合意する前段階では、コンセプト等の抽象的な議論が重要となることが多い。
 図1は、オフィスコミュニケーションにおける前提及び仮定を説明するための図である。図1のグラフG1は、会議を開始してからの経過時間と、曖昧度との関係を示すグラフである。グラフG1の縦軸は、曖昧度に対応する。グラフG1の横軸は、会議を開始してからの経過時間に対応する。線L1は、経過時間と、曖昧度との関係を示す。
 なお、曖昧度は、会議の参加者の発話情報を基にして算出されるスコアであり、発話情報に含まれる多義語の数、文脈、参加者同士の人間関係を基に算出される。曖昧度が大きいほど、発話の内容がより抽象的であり、曖昧度が小さいほど、発話の内容がより具体的ある。曖昧度は、いかなる既存技術を用いて算出してもよい。
 たとえば、線L1は、経過時間に応じて、フェーズが変化する。本実施の形態では、フェーズとして、冒頭ph1、序盤ph2、中盤ph3、終盤ph4、結論ph5を取り扱う。なお、会議の議題を「新しい事業分野を決める」とする。フェーズの意向段階では、経過時間に対する曖昧度の変化の割合が大きくなる。
 冒頭ph1は、具体的な課題や抽象的な方針など様々な角度で議題についての背景が説明されるフェーズである。たとえば、冒頭ph1では、会社の置かれている状況、新しい事業の必要性が説明される。冒頭ph1では、具体と抽象の混ざった議論がなされるため、理想的な曖昧度は「曖昧度中(ニュートラル)」である。
 序盤ph2は、議論の方針や目指すゴールについて議論がなされるフェーズである。たとえば、序盤ph2では、目標とすべき事業規模などゴールが満たすべき条件の整理がなされる(冒頭説明の詳細化)。序盤ph2では、具体的な議論を行うことが望ましく、理想的な曖昧度は「曖昧度小」である。
 中盤ph3は、大きな視野の議論で方向性を定めるフェーズである。たとえば、中盤ph3では、大きな分野別の将来性、世界の動向等、検討する候補群の選択がなされる。中盤ph3では、抽象的な議論を行うことが望ましく、理想的な曖昧度は「抽象度大」である。
 終盤ph4は、中盤ph3における方向性を具体論に落とし込むフェーズである。たとえば、終盤ph4では、大きな分野から具体的に進出する分野の絞り込みを行う。終盤ph4では、具体的な議論を行うことが望ましく、理想的な曖昧度は「抽象度小」である。
 結論ph5は、明確な合意を達成するためのフェーズである。たとえば、結論ph5では、曖昧さがあってはならない。結論ph5の理想的な曖昧度は「曖昧度極小」である。
 以上、オフィスコミュニケーションにおける前提及び仮定について説明した。
(提案装置の処理)
 次に、本実施の形態に係る提案装置の処理の一例について説明する。以下の説明では、本実施の形態に係る提案装置を「提案装置100」と表記する。本実施の形態では、会議に参加する複数の参加者を、参加者A、参加者B、参加者Cとする。また、かかる会議には、議論の進行役となる司会者が存在するものとする。
 提案装置100は、過去に実施された良い会議に関し、開始時間からの経過時間と、かかる良い会議の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度との関係を記憶部に保持する。提案装置100は、係る情報を基にして、モデル曲線を生成する。以下の説明では、会議の開始時間からの経過時間を、単に、経過時間と表記する。モデル曲線は、経過時間と曖昧度との関係を示す。なお、発話情報は、テキスト情報の一例である。
 たとえば、提案装置100は、式(1)を利用して、モデル曲線を生成する。図2は、式(1)の変数を説明するための図である。式(1)のtは、曖昧度を求めたい経過時間である。f(t)は、経過時間tにおけるモデル曲線の曖昧度である。t、tは、良い会議において曖昧度が算出された経過時間である。f(t)は、経過時間tにおける良い会議の曖昧度である。f(t)は、経過時間tにおける良い会議の曖昧度である。dは、tからtまでの時間である。dは、tからtまでの時間である。
 また、提案装置100は、マイク等を利用して、複数の参加者の発話情報を取得し、発話情報を取得する度に、参加者の曖昧度を算出する。
 提案装置100は、モデル曲線および参加者の曖昧度を基にして、参加者の曖昧度がモデル曲線に近づくように、参加者に対する提案を行う。たとえば、提案装置100は、ある経過時間の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度が、ある経過時間におけるモデル曲線の曖昧度よりも大きい場合には、具体的な内容の発話を促すような提案を行う。一方、提案装置100は、ある経過時間の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度が、ある経過時間におけるモデル曲線の曖昧度よりも小さい場合には、抽象的な内容の発話を促すような提案を行う。
 たとえば、提案装置100が、参加者に対して提案を行う場合、提案のテキストを提案装置100の表示部に表示させる。
 図3~図6は、提案装置の基本的な処理を説明するための図である。まず、図3について説明する。図3のグラフG2の縦軸は曖昧度に対応する軸であり、横軸は経過時間に対応する軸である。グラフG2の線は、モデル曲線L2である。
 グラフG2の丸印10Aは、該当する経過時間における参加者Aの曖昧度を示す。丸印10Bは、該当する経過時間における参加者Bの曖昧度を示す。丸印10Cは、該当する経過時間における参加者Cの曖昧度を示す。なお、丸印10Zは、会議の現在の経過時間を示す。提案装置100は、経過時間に合わせて、モデル曲線L2上の丸印10Zを移動させる。
 経過時間t1-1において、参加者A、Bの曖昧度は、モデル曲線L2の曖昧度よりも高い。たとえば、提案装置100は、参加者Aに対して、提案「Aさんは課題を理解したいと思ったら発言を待ってください。」を表示する。提案装置100は、参加者Bに対して、提案「Bさんの発した曖昧後について、もう少し深堀してみましょう。」を表示する。
 一方、経過時間t1-1において、参加者Cの曖昧度は、モデル曲線L2の曖昧度よりも低い。たとえば、提案装置100は、参加者Cに対して、提案「Cさんの発言について一般化してみてはいかがでしょうか。」を表示する。
 経過時間t1-2において、参加者A,Bの曖昧度は、モデル曲線L2の曖昧度よりも高い。提案装置100は、参加者Aに対して、提案「Aさんの曖昧後をもう少し具体化しましょう。」を表示する。提案装置100が行う参加者Bに対する提案の内容の説明は省略する。経過時間t1-2において、参加者Cの曖昧度は、モデル曲線L2の曖昧度よりも低い。提案装置100が行う参加者Cに対する提案の内容の説明は省略する。また、経過時間t1-2における丸印10Zの図示を省略する。
 続いて、図4について説明する。図4では、提案装置100が司会者に対して行う提案の一例について説明する。図4に示すグラフG3の縦軸、横軸および各丸印の説明は、図3で行った説明と同様である。たとえば、提案装置100は、会議の経過時間に合わせて、モデル曲線L2上の丸印10Zを移動させる。
 提案装置100は、モデル曲線L2に関し、経過時間に対する変化の割合が正の数で、かつ、変化の割合が所定の割合以上となった経過時間において、会議のフェーズが次のフェーズに移行したと判定し、司会者に対して提案を行う。たとえば、提案装置100は、経過時間t2-1において、経過時間に対する変化の割合(正の数)が所定の割合以上となったと判定し、司会者に提案「参加者の曖昧度が急上昇しました。会議のフェーズが、序盤から中盤に変化しました」を表示する。
 また、提案装置100は、モデル曲線L2に関し、経過時間に対する変化の割合が負の数で、かつ、変化の割合が所定の割合未満となった経過時間において、会議のフェーズが次のフェーズに移行したと判定し、司会者に対して提案を行う。たとえば、提案装置100は、経過時間t2-2において、経過時間に対する変化の割合(負の数)が所定の割合未満となったと判定する。この際、提案装置100は、司会者に提案「参加者の曖昧度が急降下しました。会議のフェーズが、中盤から終盤に変化しました。そろそろまとめていきましょう」を表示する。
 続いて、図5について説明する。上記の説明では、提案装置100は、各参加者の曖昧度と、モデル曲線の曖昧度とを基にして、参加者毎に提案を行っていたが、図5で説明するように、複数の参加者の曖昧度をまとめて取り扱ってもよい。図5に示すG4の縦軸、横軸および各丸印の説明は、図3で行った説明と同様である。
 提案装置100は、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値を算出し、平均値が周期的に変化する場合に、議論が行き詰っていると判定する。この場合、提案装置100は、参加者A、B、Cに対して、提案「堂々巡りになりつつありませんか?一度論点や前提条件を整理するところに戻ってはいかがでしょうか?」を表示する。
 たとえば、提案装置100は、グラフG4の同時期に算出した各参加者の曖昧度の平均値を算出する。経過時間t3-1を基準とした所定時間幅において算出された参加者A、B、Cの曖昧度に対応する丸印をそれぞれ10A-1,10B-1,10C-1とする。経過時間t3-2を基準とした所定時間幅において算出された参加者A、B、Cの曖昧度に対応する丸印をそれぞれ10A-2,10B-2,10C-2とする。
 経過時間t3-3を基準とした所定時間幅において算出された参加者A、B、Cの曖昧度に対応する丸印をそれぞれ10A-3,10B-3,10C-3とする。経過時間t3-4を基準とした所定時間幅において算出された参加者A、B、Cの曖昧度に対応する丸印をそれぞれ10A-4,10B-4,10C-4とする。
 提案装置100は、所定の期間内において、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値が、所定の曖昧度未満となり、その後、所定の曖昧度以上となる条件を、所定回数(例えば2回)満たした場合に、議論が行き詰っていると判定する。
 たとえば、経過時間t3-1において、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値が、所定の曖昧度未満となり、経過時間t3-2において、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値が、所定の曖昧度以上となったとする。また、経過時間t3-3において、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値が、所定の曖昧度未満となり、経過時間t3-4において、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値が、所定の曖昧度以上となったとする。この場合、提案装置100は、議論が行き詰っていると判定し、参加者A、B、Cに対して、上記の提案を表示する。
 なお、提案装置100は、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値と、モデル曲線L2の曖昧度とを比較し、平均値が、モデル曲線L2の曖昧度に近づくように、複数の参加者に提案を行ってもよい。
 続いて、図6について説明する。提案装置100は、時間経過に対する参加者の曖昧度が急上昇した場合には、該当の参加者が異常な発話を行ったと判定し、提案を行う。たとえば、提案装置100は「一度休憩をいれたらいかがでしょうか?」を表示する。
 提案装置100は、過去の会議で算出した参加者毎の曖昧度を基にして、参加者毎の曖昧度の変化の傾向を算出しておく。たとえば、提案装置100は、過去の会議で算出した参加者Cの経過時間に対する曖昧度について、経過時間に対する変化の割合をそれぞれ算出し、変化の割合の最大値を特定する。
 提案装置100は、参加者Cの曖昧度を算出しつつ、経過時間に対する曖昧度の変化の割合を算出する。提案装置100は、曖昧度の変化の割合が、事前に算出しておいた最大値以上となった場合に、参加者Cが異常な発言を行ったと判定する。たとえば、図6において、提案装置100は、経過時間tにおいて、参加者Cの曖昧度の変化の割合が最大値以上となった場合に、参加者Cに対して、上記の提案を表示する。
 以上、提案装置100の基本的な処理について、図3~図6を用いて説明した。なお、提案装置100は、図3~図6に示したグラフG2,G3,G4,G5を、表示部に出力して表示させてもよい。
(提案装置の構成例)
 次に、図1に示した提案装置100の構成例について説明する。図7は、提案装置の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。図7に示すように、この提案装置100は、マイク105、タイマ106、通信制御部110、入力部120、表示部130、記憶部140、制御部150を有する。
 マイク105は、会議に参加中の各参加者の発話を集音する。マイク105は、集音した発話の情報を、制御部150に出力する。マイク105は、会議開始の情報を受け付けた際に、発話の集音を開始する。
 タイマ106は、現在日時の情報を、制御部150に出力する。なお、制御部150は、ネットワーク上のサーバから、現在日時の情報を取得してもよい。
 通信制御部110は、NIC(Network Interface Card)等で実現され、ネットワークに接続され端末等との通信を制御する。
 入力部120は、キーボード、マウス等の入力デバイスを用いて実現される。ユーザは、入力部120を操作して、各種の情報を制御部150に入力する。ユーザは、会議が開始された際に、入力部120を操作して、会議が開始された旨の情報を、制御部150に入力する。ユーザは、会議が終了した際に、入力部120を操作して、会議が終了した旨の情報を、制御部150に入力する。
 表示部130は、制御部150から取得した情報を出力する出力デバイスであり、液晶ディスプレイなどの表示装置等によって実現される。たとえば、表示部130は、図3~図6で説明した、モデル曲線L2、丸印10A,10B,10Cで説明した各参加者の曖昧度、丸印10Zで説明した会議の現在の経過時間を表示する。
 記憶部140は、発話履歴バッファ141、会議履歴テーブル142、個人曖昧度テーブル143を有する。記憶部140は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、フラッシュメモリ(Flash Memory)等の半導体メモリ素子、または、ハードディスク等の記憶装置によって実現される。
 発話履歴バッファ141は、会議の間に参加者が発話した発話情報を保持する。たとえば、発話情報は、テキストであり、発話された経過時間、発話した参加者を識別する情報が付与される。
 会議履歴テーブル142は、過去に実行された会議に関する各種の情報を保持する。図8は、会議履歴テーブルのデータ構造の一例を示す図である。図8に示すように、会議履歴テーブル142は、会議識別情報、フラグ、開催日時、曖昧度情報が含まれる。
 会議識別情報は、会議を一意に識別する情報である。フラグは、該当する会議が、良い会議であったか否かを示す。たとえば、良い会議である場合には、フラグが「オン」となり、一方、良い会議でない場合には、フラグが「オフ」となる。フラグのオンオフは、事前に設定される。
 たとえば、管理者は、製品やモノの仕様を決定する会議に対する、製品の売上、アンケート結果から、会議の良し悪しを判断し、フラグを設定する。管理者は、体験などのコトを決定する会議に対する、動員数、アンケート結果から、会議の良し悪しを判断し、フラグを設定する。なお、提案装置100が、会議の参加者の満足度を推定し、推定した満足度を基にして、フラグを設定してもよい。
 開催日時は、該当する会議の開催日時を示す。曖昧度情報は、会議に参加した参加者毎の経過時間と曖昧度との履歴を有する。たとえば、曖昧度情報に含まれるある経過時間の参加者の曖昧度を、ある経過時間における、該当する会議の曖昧度とする。
 個人曖昧度テーブル143は、現在行われている会議に関し、経過時間と各参加者の曖昧度との関係を保持する。図9は、個人曖昧度テーブルのデータ構造の一例を示す図である。図9に示すように、個人曖昧度テーブル143は、参加者識別情報と、個別曖昧度情報とを有する。
 参加者識別情報は、参加者を一意に識別する情報である。たとえば、参加者識別情報「U101」の参加者を参加者Aとする。参加者識別情報「U102」の参加者を参加者Bとする。参加者識別情報「U103」の参加者を参加者Cとする。
 個別曖昧度情報は、会議に参加している参加者の経過時間と、曖昧度とを対応付けた情報である。
 制御部150の説明に移行する。制御部150は、取得部151、モデル曲線生成部152、曖昧度算出部153、提案部154を有する。制御部150は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、MPU(Micro Processing Unit)等のプロセッサ等である。
 取得部151は、マイク105から、参加者の発話(音声)の情報を取得し、発話(音声)をテキストに変換することで、発話情報を生成する。取得部151は、従来の音声認識技術を用いて、音声をテキストに変換する。取得部151は、発話情報に、発話の情報を取得した日時と、参加者を識別する情報を付与する。取得部151は、音声の特徴と、事前に設定された参加者の音声の特徴とを基にして、参加者を識別してもよい。
 取得部151は、発話情報を発話履歴バッファ141に登録する。取得部151は、マイク105から、参加者の発話(音声)の情報を取得する度に、上記処理を繰り返し実行する。
 モデル曲線生成部152は、会議履歴テーブル142を基にして、モデル曲線を生成する。たとえば、モデル曲線生成部152は、会議履歴テーブル142から、フラグが「オン」となる会議の曖昧度情報を取得し、式(1)を基にして、経過時間と、曖昧度との関係を算出することで、モデル曲線を生成する。モデル曲線は、図1~図6で説明したモデル曲線L2等である。モデル曲線生成部152は、モデル曲線の情報を、提案部154に出力する。
 曖昧度算出部153は、発話履歴バッファ141に登録された発話情報を基にして、参加者の曖昧度を算出する。曖昧度算出部153は、発話情報に添付された参加者を識別する情報と、経過時間と、曖昧度とを対応付けて、個人曖昧度テーブル143に登録する。
 曖昧度算出部153は、曖昧度算出に関する既存技術を用いて、発話情報の曖昧度を算出する。たとえば、曖昧度算出部153は、多義語辞書を基にして、発話情報に含まれる多義語を計数し、計数した多義語の数が多いほど、曖昧度を大きな値とする。曖昧度算出部153は、発話情報の文脈を評価して、曖昧度を算出してもよいし、会議に参加している参加者の人間関係を基にして、曖昧度を算出してもよい。
 曖昧度算出部153は、発話履歴バッファ141に発話情報が登録される度に、曖昧度を算出し、算出した曖昧度の情報を、個人曖昧度テーブル143に登録する処理を繰り返し実行する。
 提案部154は、モデル曲線生成部152によって生成されたモデル曲線と、個人曖昧度テーブル143に登録された各参加者の曖昧度とを基にして、参加者に提案を行う。
 提案部154は、モデル曲線および参加者の曖昧度を基にして、参加者の曖昧度がモデル曲線に近づくように、参加者に対する提案を行う。たとえば、提案部154は、ある経過時間の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度が、ある経過時間におけるモデル曲線の曖昧度よりも大きい場合には、具体的な内容の発話を促すような提案を行う。一方、提案部154は、ある経過時間の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度が、ある経過時間におけるモデル曲線の曖昧度よりも小さい場合には、抽象的な内容の発話を促すような提案を行う。係る処理に関する提案部154の処理は、図3で説明した処理に対応する。
 提案部154は、ある経過時間の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度が、ある経過時間におけるモデル曲線の曖昧度よりも大きい場合に提案するテキスト、および、ある経過時間の参加者による発話情報の曖昧度が、ある経過時間におけるモデル曲線の曖昧度よりも小さい場合に提案するテキストを保持したテーブルを利用して、提案を行う。また、かかるテーブルは、会議のフェーズや、モデル曲線と参加者による曖昧度との乖離具合に応じて、複数パターンのテキストを保持していてもよい。
 また、提案部154は、モデル曲線L2の情報を、表示部130に出力して表示させ、会議の経過時間に合わせて、モデル曲線L2上の丸印10Z(会議の現在の経過時間)を移動させる。提案部154は、モデル曲線L2に関し、経過時間に対する変化の割合が正の数で、かつ、変化の割合が所定の割合以上となった経過時間において、会議のフェーズが次のフェーズに移行したと判定し、司会者に対して提案を行う。提案部154は、モデル曲線L2に関し、経過時間に対する変化の割合が負の数で、かつ、変化の割合が所定の割合未満となった経過時間において、会議のフェーズが次のフェーズに移行したと判定し、司会者に対して提案を行う。係る処理に関する提案部154の処理は、図4で説明した処理に対応する。
 なお、提案部154は、次のように、フェーズの移行を判定してもよい。提案部154は、会議が開始された後、始めに、変化の割合が所定割合未満となった場合、フェーズが、冒頭ph1から序盤ph2に移行したと判定し、司会者にフェーズが冒頭から序盤に移行したことを提案する。
 提案部154は、会議のフェーズが序盤に移行した後、始めに、変化の割合が所定割合以上となった場合、フェーズが、序盤ph2から中盤ph3に移行したと判定し、司会者にフェーズが序盤から中盤に移行したことを提案する。
 提案部154は、会議のフェーズが中盤に移行した後、始めに、変化の割合が所定割合未満となった場合、フェーズが、中盤ph3から終盤ph4に移行したと判定し、司会者にフェーズが中盤から終盤に移行したことを提案する。
 提案部154は、会議のフェーズが終盤に移行した後、始めに、変化の割合が所定割合未満となった場合、フェーズが、終盤ph4から結論ph5に移行したと判定し、司会者にフェーズが終盤から結論に移行したことを提案する。
 また、提案部154は、個人曖昧度テーブル143を基にして、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値を算出し、平均値が周期的に変化する場合に、議論が行き詰っていると判定し、提案を行う。係る処理に関する提案部154の処理は、図5で説明した処理に対応する。
 また、提案部154は、個人曖昧度テーブル143を基にして、時間経過に対する参加者の曖昧度が急上昇した場合には、該当の参加者が異常な発話を行ったと判定し、提案を行う。係る処理に関する提案部154の処理は、図6で説明した処理に対応する。なお、異常な発話を行ったか否かの閾値は、参加者毎に事前に設定されていてもよい。
 上記のように、提案部154は、図3~図6で説明した処理を実行する。提案部154は、図3~図6に示したグラフG2,G3,G4,G5を、表示部130に出力して表示させてもよい。
 なお、会議の司会者は、会議の進行情報に応じて、入力部120を操作し、表示部130に表示されたグラフG2(G3~G5)に表示された丸印10Z(会議の現在の経過時間)のモデル曲線L2上の位置を調整してもよい。提案部154は、丸印10Zの調整を受け付けた場合には、調整後の位置から、再度、丸印10Zの移動を開始する。
 以上、提案装置100の構成例について説明した。
(提案装置の処理手順)
 続いて、提案装置100の処理手順の一例について説明する。図10は、提案装置の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。図10に示すように、提案装置100のモデル曲線生成部152は、会議履歴データベースを基にして、モデル曲線を生成する(ステップS101)。
 提案装置100の取得部151は、マイク105から参加者によって発話された音の情報を取得し、発話情報を生成する(ステップS102)。取得部151は、発話情報を発話履歴バッファ141に登録する(ステップS103)。
 提案装置100の曖昧度算出部153は、発話履歴バッファ141に登録された発話情報を基にして、経過時間に対応する曖昧度を算出する(ステップS104)。曖昧度算出部153は、曖昧度の算出結果を個人曖昧度テーブル143に登録する(ステップS105)。
 提案装置100の提案部154は、現在の会議の経過時間に関する、モデル曲線の曖昧度と、個人曖昧度テーブル143に登録された各参加者の曖昧度を基にして、提案を行う(ステップS106)。
 提案装置100は、会議が終了していない場合には(ステップS107,No)、ステップS102に移行する。一方、提案装置100は、会議が終了した場合には(ステップS107,Yes)、処理を終了する。
 以上、提案装置100の処理手順について説明した。
(提案装置の効果)
 本実施の形態に係る提案装置100は、過去に実施された会議の開始からの経過時間および曖昧度からモデル曲線を生成し、現在の会議の参加者による発話情報から曖昧度を算出する。提案装置100は、発話情報の曖昧度が、発話情報を取得したタイミングのモデル曲線の曖昧度に近づくような提案を実行する。これによって、会議の状況に応じた発言方針を提案することができる。
 提案装置100は、現在の会議が開始してからの経過時間に対応するモデル曲線の曖昧度の変化の割合が閾値以上となった場合に、現在の会議の議論のフェーズを進める提案を実行する。これによって、会議の司会者の進行を補助することができる。
 提案装置100は、複数の参加者の曖昧度の平均値を算出し、平均値が周期的に変化する場合に、議論が行き詰っていると判定し、提案を行う。これによって、会議の流れに沿った方針を参加者全員に対して提案できる。
(提案装置のその他の構成)
 上記の実施の形態では、提案装置100は、マイク105を用いて、会議の参加者の発話の音声を取得していたがこれに限定されるものではない。たとえば、会議の各参加者が、PC(Personal Computer)等を用いて、Web会議等に参加する場合には、提案装置100は、各ユーザのPCから、参加者の発話の音声を取得してもよい。
 更に、上記の実施の形態は、マイクによる会議参加者の音声に限定されるものではない。たとえば、提案装置100を、チャットなどの音声を介さない方法で、参加者間でテキストを取り交わしながら進行する会議にも適用することができる。この場合、提案装置100は、各ユーザのPCからテキストの情報を取得し、取得したテキストの情報を基にして、曖昧度を算出する。その他の説明は、上記の提案装置100に関する説明と同様である。
(提案プログラム)
 続いて、提案プログラムを実行するコンピュータの一例について説明する。図11は、提案プログラムを実行するコンピュータの一例を示す図である。コンピュータ1000は、たとえば、メモリ1010と、CPU1020と、ハードディスクドライブインタフェース1030と、ディスクドライブインタフェース1040と、シリアルポートインタフェース1050と、ビデオアダプタ1060と、ネットワークインタフェース1070とを有する。これらの各部は、バス1080によって接続される。
 メモリ1010は、ROM(Read Only Memory)1011およびRAM1012を含む。ROM1011は、たとえば、BIOS(Basic Input Output System)等のブートプログラムを記憶する。ハードディスクドライブインタフェース1030は、ハードディスクドライブ1031に接続される。ディスクドライブインタフェース1040は、ディスクドライブ1041に接続される。ディスクドライブ1041には、たとえば、磁気ディスクや光ディスク等の着脱可能な記憶媒体が挿入される。シリアルポートインタフェース1050には、たとえば、マウス1051およびキーボード1052が接続される。ビデオアダプタ1060には、たとえば、ディスプレイ1061が接続される。
 ここで、ハードディスクドライブ1031は、たとえば、OS1091、アプリケーションプログラム1092、プログラムモジュール1093およびプログラムデータ1094を記憶する。上記実施形態で説明した各情報は、たとえばハードディスクドライブ1031やメモリ1010に記憶される。
 また、提案プログラムは、たとえば、コンピュータ1000によって実行される指令が記述されたプログラムモジュール1093として、ハードディスクドライブ1031に記憶される。具体的には、上記実施の形態で説明した取得部151、モデル曲線生成部152、曖昧度算出部153、提案部154を実行する各処理が記述されたプログラムモジュール1093が、ハードディスクドライブ1031に記憶される。
 また、提案プログラムによる提案処理に用いられるデータは、プログラムデータ1094として、たとえば、ハードディスクドライブ1031に記憶される。そして、CPU1020が、ハードディスクドライブ1031に記憶されたプログラムモジュール1093やプログラムデータ1094を必要に応じてRAM1012に読み出して、上述した各手順を実行する。
 なお、提案プログラムにかかるプログラムモジュール1093やプログラムデータ1094は、ハードディスクドライブ1031に記憶される場合に限られず、たとえば、着脱可能な記憶媒体に記憶されて、ディスクドライブ1041等を介してCPU1020によって読み出されてもよい。あるいは、提案プログラムにかかるプログラムモジュール1093やプログラムデータ1094は、LANやWAN(Wide Area Network)等のネットワークを介して接続された他のコンピュータに記憶され、ネットワークインタフェース1070を介してCPU1020によって読み出されてもよい。
 以上、本発明者によってなされた発明を適用した実施形態について説明したが、本実施例による本発明の開示の一部をなす記述および図面により本発明は限定されることはない。すなわち、本実施形態に基づいて当業者等によりなされる他の実施形態、実施例および運用技術等は全て本発明の範疇に含まれる。

Claims (4)

  1.  過去に実施された第1会議の開始からの経過時間および曖昧度との関係に対応するモデル曲線を生成するモデル曲線生成部と、
     第2会議の参加者によるテキスト情報を取得し、前記テキスト情報の曖昧度を算出する曖昧度算出部と、
     前記テキスト情報の曖昧度が、前記テキスト情報の取得のタイミングの前記モデル曲線の曖昧度に近づくように、前記第2会議の参加者に対する提案を実行する提案部と、
     を有することを特徴とする提案装置。
  2.  前記提案部は、前記第2会議が開始してからの経過時間に対応する前記モデル曲線の曖昧度の変化の割合が閾値以上となった場合に、前記第2会議の議論のフェーズを進める提案を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の提案装置。
  3.  提案装置が実行する提案方法であって、
     過去に実施された第1会議の開始からの経過時間および曖昧度との関係に対応するモデル曲線を生成するモデル曲線生成工程と、
     第2会議の参加者によるテキスト情報を取得し、前記テキスト情報の曖昧度を算出する曖昧度算出工程と、
     前記テキスト情報の曖昧度が、前記テキスト情報の取得のタイミングの前記モデル曲線の曖昧度に近づくように、前記第2会議の参加者に対する提案を実行する提案工程と、
     を含んだことを特徴とする提案方法。
  4.  過去に実施された第1会議の開始からの経過時間および曖昧度との関係に対応するモデル曲線を生成するモデル曲線生成ステップと、
     第2会議の参加者によるテキスト情報を取得し、前記テキスト情報の曖昧度を算出する曖昧度算出ステップと、
     前記テキスト情報の曖昧度が、前記テキスト情報の取得のタイミングの前記モデル曲線の曖昧度に近づくように、前記第2会議の参加者に対する提案を実行する提案ステップと、
     をコンピュータに実行させるための提案プログラム。
