ユーザ装置、ノード、及び通信方法
 本発明は、ユーザ装置、ノード、及び通信方法に関する。
 移動通信システムの標準化プロジェクトである第3世代パートナーシッププロジェクト(3GPP(登録商標。以下同じ))により第6世代(6G)の規格が策定される予定である。
 一方、近年、サステナビリティ(持続可能性)を実現するために、温室効果ガスの排出量を実質ゼロにするカーボンニュートラルを社会全体で実現することが求められている。カーボンニュートラルの実現を目的として、化石燃料から再生可能エネルギーへの転換(脱炭素社会)の取り組みが社会全体で行われている。さらに、脱炭素社会を目指す取り組みを通じて経済社会を変革させる取り組みであるグリーントランスフォーメーション(GX:Green Transformation)が社会全体で行われている。
 従来の移動通信システムにおいては、GXが考慮されていなかった。

 以下において、図面を参照しながら、実施形態に係る移動通信システムについて説明する。図面の記載において、同一又は類似の部分には同一又は類似の符号を付している。
 (1)第1実施形態
 図1乃至図8を参照して第1実施形態について説明する。
 (1.1)システムの概要
 図1は、実施形態に係る移動通信システムの概略を示す図である。ユーザ装置(UE)100は、ノード200と無線通信を行う。ノード200によってユーザデータのルーティングが行われる。ユーザデータとは、UE100とデータセンターとの間で送信および受信が行われるデータである。図1に示す例では、データセンターには、データセンター410と、データセンター420とが含まれる。データセンター410は、非持続可能なエネルギーによって稼働している。データセンター420は、持続可能(sustainable)なエネルギーによって稼働している。持続可能なエネルギーとは、例えば、太陽光、または風力などを利用した、CO2排出量が0もしくは化石燃料よりも少ない再生可能エネルギーである。非持続可能なエネルギーとは、例えば、火力発電由来など化石燃料で発電した電力である。
 UE100は、複数のネットワークのなかから使用するネットワークが選択可能であるとする。その場合、なるべく持続可能なエネルギーで稼働しているデータセンター420へUE100がユーザデータをルーティングすることによって、UE100は、脱炭素化などの持続可能性(sustainability)に貢献できると考えられる。
 3GPPにより将来策定される第6世代(6G)の規格において、従来実施されてきたUE100又はノード200といった装置自体の消費電力削減とは異なる方向性として、持続可能性、GX、カーボンニュートラルなどを指標とする技術・標準仕様開発が実施される可能性がある。
 本実施形態において、グリーン通信モードとは、UE100の動作モードのひとつであって、持続可能な移動通信システムを実現するため、UEが通信システムに協力する動作モードである。持続可能な移動通信システムとは、例えば、持続可能なエネルギーを所定の割合以上用いて稼働する移動通信システムである。以下の説明では、持続可能なエネルギーを、グリーンエネルギーとも記載する。また、非持続可能なエネルギーを、非グリーンエネルギーとも記載する。
 なお、グリーン通信モードには、UE100の消費電力の削減(UE power saving(PS))を目的とする動作モードが含まれてもよい。また、グリーン通信モードには、ネットワークの消費電力の削減(Energy Saving(ES)またはNetwork Energy Saving(NES)を目的とする動作モードが含まれてもよい。
 UE協力型グリーン通信とは、グリーン通信モードを含む、持続可能な通信方式である。UE協力型グリーン通信を、単にグリーン通信とも記載する。
 グリーン優先情報とは、グリーン通信モードまたはUE協力型グリーン通信を実行することの要望を示す情報である。または、グリーン優先情報とは、UE協力型グリーン通信を実行するための情報である。または、グリーン優先情報とは、グリーン通信モードまたはUE協力型グリーン通信を実行することの要望を示す情報、ならびにUE協力型グリーン通信を実行するための情報である。なお、グリーン優先情報を、グリーンプレファレンス(Green Preference)とも記載する。
 グリーン稼働情報は、一例として、グリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態の指標を示す情報である。グリーン稼働情報は、ネットワークの稼働情報のひとつであって、グリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態の指標を示す情報、省電力稼働状態の指標を示す情報、非グリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態の指標を示す情報、および、非省電力稼働状態の指標を示す情報のうちいずれか1以上であってもよい。
 (1.2)システム構成例
 図2は、実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成例を示す図である。実施形態に係る移動通信システムは、3GPP規格に準拠するシステムである。例えば、実施形態に係る移動通信システムは、第5世代(5G)システム又は第6世代(6G)システムであってもよい。
 移動通信システムは、ネットワーク(NW)1と、ユーザ装置(UE)100とを有する。UE100は、移動可能な通信装置であって、NW1との無線通信を行う。UE100は、ユーザにより利用される装置であればよく、例えば、携帯電話端末(スマートフォンを含む)又はタブレット端末、ノートPC(Personal Computer)、通信モジュール(通信カード又はチップセットを含む)、センサ又はセンサに設けられる装置、車両又は車両に設けられる装置(Vehicle UE)、若しくは、飛行体又は飛行体に設けられる装置(Aerial UE)であってもよい。UE100は、IAB(Integrated Access and Backhaul)やNCR(Network-Controlled Repeater)などの中継装置のMT(Mobile Termination)であってもよい。
 NW1は、無線アクセスネットワーク(RAN)10と、コアネットワーク(CN)20とを含む。移動通信システムが第5世代システム(5GS:5th Generation System)である場合、RAN10はNG-RAN(Next Generation Radio Access Network)と称され、CN20は5GC(5G Core Network)と称される。
 RAN10は、複数のノード200(図示の例では、ノード200a乃至200c)を含む。ノード200は、ノード間インターフェイスを介して相互に接続される。ノード200は、基地局とも称される。ノード200は、CU(Central Unit)とDU(Distributed Unit)とで構成され(すなわち、機能分割され)、両ユニット間がフロントホールインターフェイスで接続されていてもよい。移動通信システムが5GSである場合、ノード200はgNBと称され、ノード間インターフェイスはXnインターフェイスと称され、フロントホールインターフェイスはF1インターフェイスと称される。
 各ノード200は、1又は複数のセルを管理する。各ノード200は、自セルとの接続を確立したUE100との無線通信を行う。各ノード200は、無線リソース管理(RRM)機能、ユーザデータ(単に「データ」とも称する)のルーティング機能、モビリティ制御・スケジューリングのための測定制御機能等を有する。なお、「セル」は、無線通信エリアの最小単位を示す用語として用いられる。「セル」は、UE100との無線通信を行う機能又はリソースを示す用語としても用いられる。1つのセルは1つのキャリア周波数(単に「周波数」とも称する)に属する。
 CN20は、複数のCN装置300(図示の例では、CN装置300a乃至CN装置300c)を含む。CN装置300は、制御プレーン(Cプレーン)に対応するCプレーン装置と、ユーザプレーン(Uプレーン)に対応するUプレーン装置と、を含んでもよい。Cプレーン装置は、UE100に対する各種モビリティ制御及びページング等を行う。Cプレーン装置は、NAS(Non-Access Stratum)シグナリングを用いてUE100と通信する。Uプレーン装置は、データの転送制御を行う。移動通信システムが5GSである場合、Cプレーン装置はAMF(Access and Mobility Management Function)と称され、Uプレーン装置はUPF(User Plane Function)と称され、ノード200とCN装置300との間のインターフェイスはNGインターフェイスと称される。
 UE100は、複数のノード200がそれぞれ管理する1又は複数のセルを再選択できる。ノード200は、複数のCN装置300を選択、または複数のCN装置300に接続できる。複数のノード200、及び複数のCN装置300はそれぞれ、グリーンエネルギー、または非グリーンエネルギーのうちいずれか一方で稼働している。複数のノード200、及び複数のCN装置300はそれぞれ、グリーンエネルギー、または非グリーンエネルギーを所定の割合で組み合わせて稼働している。
 例えば、ノード200を構成するCU、およびDU、ならびにCN装置300は仮想化されており、それぞれが異なる電力源で稼働するデータセンターで実行されている。また、データセンターは、電力源が互いに異なるだけでなく、パフォーマンス(例えば、距離に応じた遅延量など)がさらに異なっていてよい。
 これらのセル、ノード200、CN装置300は、UE100から必ずしも接続可能でなくてよい。つまり、使用可能な組み合わせ(例えばデータパス)には制限があってよい。
 図3は、データを取り扱うUプレーンの無線インターフェイスのプロトコルスタックの構成例を示す図である。
 Uプレーンの無線インターフェイスプロトコルは、例えば、物理(PHY)レイヤと、MAC(Medium Access Control)レイヤと、RLC(Radio Link Control)レイヤと、PDCP(Packet Data Convergence Protocol)レイヤと、SDAP(Service Data Adaptation Protocol)レイヤとを有する。
 PHYレイヤは、符号化・復号、変調・復調、アンテナマッピング・デマッピング、及びリソースマッピング・デマッピングを行う。UE100のPHYレイヤとノード200のPHYレイヤとの間では、物理チャネルを介してデータ及び制御情報が伝送される。なお、UE100のPHYレイヤは、ノード200から物理下りリンク制御チャネル(PDCCH)上で送信される下りリンク制御情報(DCI)を受信する。具体的には、UE100は、無線ネットワーク一時識別子(RNTI)を用いてPDCCHのブラインド復号を行い、復号に成功したDCIを自UE宛てのDCIとして取得する。ノード200から送信されるDCIには、RNTIによってスクランブルされたCRCパリティビットが付加されている。
 MACレイヤは、データの優先制御及びハイブリッドARQ(HARQ)による再送処理等を行う。UE100のMACレイヤとノード200のMACレイヤとの間では、トランスポートチャネルを介してデータ及び制御情報が伝送される。ノード200のMACレイヤはスケジューラを含む。スケジューラは、上下リンクのトランスポートフォーマット(トランスポートブロックサイズ、変調・符号化方式(MCS))及びUE100への割当リソースを決定する。
 RLCレイヤは、伝送データの自動再送(ARQ)や分割・連結(Segmentation・Reassembly)等を行う。RLCレイヤは、MACレイヤ及びPHYレイヤの機能を利用してデータを受信側のRLCレイヤに伝送する。UE100のRLCレイヤとノード200のRLCレイヤとの間では、論理チャネルを介してデータ及び制御情報が伝送される。
 PDCPレイヤは、ヘッダ圧縮・伸張、及び暗号化・復号化等を行う。
 SDAPレイヤは、CN20がQoS制御を行う単位であるIPフロー(QoSフローとも称する)とAS(Access Stratum)がQoS制御を行う単位である無線ベアラとのマッピングを行う。なお、RANがEPCに接続される場合は、SDAPが無くてもよい。
 図4は、シグナリング(制御信号)を取り扱うCプレーンの無線インターフェイスのプロトコルスタックの構成例を示す図である。
 Cプレーンの無線インターフェイスのプロトコルスタックは、例えば、図3に示したSDAPレイヤに代えて、RRC(Radio Resource Control)レイヤ及びNAS(Non-Access Stratum)レイヤを有する。
 UE100のRRCレイヤとノード200のRRCレイヤとの間では、各種設定のためのRRCシグナリングが伝送される。RRCレイヤは、無線ベアラの確立、再確立及び解放に応じて、論理チャネル、トランスポートチャネル、及び物理チャネルを制御する。UE100のRRCとノード200のRRCとの間にコネクション(RRC接続)がある場合、UE100はRRCコネクティッド状態である。UE100のRRCとノード200のRRCとの間にコネクション(RRC接続)がない場合、UE100はRRCアイドル状態である。UE100のRRCとノード200のRRCとの間のコネクションがサスペンドされている場合、UE100はRRCインアクティブ状態である。
 RRCレイヤの上位に位置するNASレイヤ(単に「NAS」とも称する)は、セッション管理及びモビリティ管理等を行う。UE100のNASレイヤとCN装置300のNASレイヤとの間では、NASシグナリングが伝送される。なお、UE100は、無線インターフェイスのプロトコル以外にアプリケーションレイヤ等を有する。また、NASレイヤよりも下位のレイヤをASレイヤと称する(単に「AS」とも称する)。
 (1.3)ユーザ装置の構成例
 図5は、実施形態に係るUE100(ユーザ装置)の構成例を示す図である。
 UE100は、受信部110、送信部120、及び制御部130を有する。受信部110及び送信部120は、ノード200との無線通信を行う無線通信部140を構成する。
 受信部110は、制御部130の制御下で各種の受信を行う。受信部110は、アンテナ及び受信機を含む。受信機は、アンテナが受信する無線信号をベースバンド信号(受信信号)に変換して制御部130に出力する。送信部120は、制御部130の制御下で各種の送信を行う。送信部120は、アンテナ及び送信機を含む。送信機は、制御部130が出力するベースバンド信号(送信信号)を無線信号に変換してアンテナから送信する。
 制御部130は、UE100における各種の制御及び処理を行う。上述及び後述のUE100の動作は、制御部130の制御による動作であってもよい。制御部130は、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ及び少なくとも1つのメモリを含む。メモリは、プロセッサにより実行されるプログラム、及びプロセッサによる処理に用いられる情報を記憶する。プロセッサは、ベースバンドプロセッサと、CPU(Central Processing Unit)とを含んでもよい。ベースバンドプロセッサは、ベースバンド信号の変調・復調及び符号化・復号等を行う。CPUは、メモリに記憶されるプログラムを実行して各種の処理を行う。
 制御部130は、アプリケーション処理部131と、NAS処理部132と、AS処理部133とを備える。アプリケーション処理部131、NAS処理部132、およびAS処理部133はそれぞれ、プロセッサにより実行されるプログラムとして実現される。アプリケーション処理部131は、アプリケーションレイヤの処理を行う。アプリケーションレイヤは、NASレイヤよりも上位に設けられる。NAS処理部132は、NASレイヤの処理を行う。AS処理部133は、ASレイヤの処理を行う。
 また、UE100は、操作部(不図示)を備える。操作部は、ユーザからの操作を受け付ける。操作部は、例えば、タッチパネルを含む。
 このように構成されたUE100は、移動通信システムにおいてノード200との無線通信を行う。送信部120は、グリーン優先情報を送信する。
 上記の構成により、UE100は、移動通信システムにおいてGXに貢献できる。
 本実施形態の一例では、グリーン優先情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望することを示す情報である。
 なお、AS処理部133は、第1レイヤの処理を行う第1処理部の一例である。NAS処理部132は、第1レイヤよりも上位に設けられるレイヤであってUE100がCN装置300とノード200を介して通信を行うための第2レイヤの処理を行う第2処理部の一例である。
 (1.4)ノードの構成例
 図6は、実施形態に係るノード200(基地局、gNB)の構成例を示す図である。
 ノード200は、送信部210、受信部220、制御部230、及びNW通信部240を有する。送信部210及び受信部220は、UE100との無線通信を行う無線通信部250を構成する。
 送信部210は、制御部230の制御下で各種の送信を行う。送信部210は、アンテナ及び送信機を含む。送信機は、制御部230が出力するベースバンド信号(送信信号)を無線信号に変換してアンテナから送信する。受信部220は、制御部230の制御下で各種の受信を行う。受信部220は、アンテナ及び受信機を含む。受信機は、アンテナが受信する無線信号をベースバンド信号(受信信号)に変換して制御部230に出力する。
 制御部230は、ノード200における各種の制御及び処理を行う。上述及び後述のノード200の動作は、制御部230の制御による動作であってもよい。制御部230は、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ及び少なくとも1つのメモリを含む。メモリは、プロセッサにより実行されるプログラム、及びプロセッサによる処理に用いられる情報を記憶する。プロセッサは、ベースバンドプロセッサと、CPUとを含んでもよい。ベースバンドプロセッサは、ベースバンド信号の変調・復調及び符号化・復号等を行う。CPUは、メモリに記憶されるプログラムを実行して各種の処理を行う。
 NW通信部240は、ノード間インターフェイスを介して隣接ノードと接続される。NW通信部240は、ノード-CN間のインターフェイスを介してCN装置300と接続される。
 このように構成されたノード200は、移動通信システムにおいてUE100との無線通信を行う。受信部220は、グリーン優先情報を受信する。
 (1.5)システム動作例
 図7および図8は、第1実施形態に係るシステム動作例を示す図である。第1実施形態に係るシステム動作では、ランダムアクセス手順においてグリーン優先情報がUE100からノード200に通知される。
 ステップS10において、AS処理部133はRRCアイドル状態である。なお、AS処理部133は、RRC INACTIVE状態であってもよい。
 ステップS20において、上位レイヤ処理部150は、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知する。上位レイヤ処理部150は、一例として、NAS処理部132である。また、上位レイヤ処理部150によるグリーン優先指示情報の通知は、AS処理部133にグリーン優先情報を送信させるための指示情報の通知の一例であり、その他の情報の通知によりグリーン優先情報の送信を指示してもよく、以下の各例においても同様である。AS処理部133は、上位レイヤ処理部150からグリーン優先指示情報が通知された場合、送信部120にグリーン優先情報をノード200に送信させる。なお、グリーン優先指示情報は、グリーン優先情報の一例であるが、本実施形態では、送信部120からノード200に送信されるグリーン優先情報と区別するために、グリーン優先指示情報と称した。
 例えば、NAS処理部132は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための操作を操作部が受け付けた場合に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知する。グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための操作は、例えば、操作部に含まれるタッチパネル上でグリーン通信モードボタンをオンにする操作(例えば、タップ)である。
 別の一例として、NAS処理部132は、アプリケーション処理部131からの通知を受けた場合に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知してもよい。アプリケーション処理部131からNAS処理部132への通知もまたグリーン優先指示情報であってもよい。例えば、NAS処理部132からAS処理部133へ通知されるグリーン優先指示情報は、後述するスライス識別子であり、アプリケーション処理部131からNAS処理部132へ通知されるグリーン優先指示情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信の要求というように、これらのグリーン優先指示情報は、互いに異なっていてもよいが、同じであってもよい。アプリケーション処理部131は、例えば、UE100にインストールされているアプリケーションの再構成の通知、または、当該アプリケーションのアップデートの通知がサービスプロバイダ(サーバ)から行われた場合に、NAS処理部132に通知を行う。また、アプリケーション処理部131は、ユーザがアプリケーション上でグリーン通信モードボタンをONにする操作を操作部が受け付けた場合に、NAS処理部132に通知を行ってもよい。
 別の一例として、NAS処理部132は、グリーン通信モードの対象のスライスと対応するPDU(Protocol Data Unit)セッションをNAS処理部132が確立しようとする場合に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知してもよい。その場合、NAS処理部132は、例えば、スライス識別子、またはスライスグループ識別子と、これに対応づけられたグリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知する。ここでスライス識別子とは、例えば、NSSAI(Network Slice Selection Assistance Information)、S-NSSAI(Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information)、または、SST(Slice and Service Type)もしくはSD(Slice Differentiator)である。スライスグループ識別子とは、例えば、NSAG(NetworkSlice AS Group) IDである。
 グリーン通信モードの対象のスライスと対応するPDUセッションをNAS処理部132が確立しようとする場合にNAS処理部132によって通知されるグリーン優先指示情報は、当該スライスまたはスライスグループがグリーン通信モードの対象であるか否かを示す情報であってもよい。当該情報は、例えば、1ビットの情報である。
 また、当該グリーン優先指示情報は、当該スライスまたはスライスグループの目標とされるグリーン稼働率、または要求されるグリーン稼働率であってもよい。例えば、当該グリーン優先指示情報は、当該スライスまたはスライスグループについて、目標とされる、または要求される再生可能エネルギーの使用率が所定の割合(例えば、50%など)以上であることを示してもよい。
 グリーン通信モードの対象のスライスと対応するPDUセッションをNAS処理部132が確立しようとする場合に、NAS処理部132がグリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知する場合には、アプリケーション処理部131からNAS処理部132へグリーン優先指示情報が通知されると、NAS処理部132は、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133に通知する。
 NAS処理部132は、ポリシーに基づいて、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知してもよい。例えば、サブスクリプション(契約)に従って、ポリシーがCN装置300からUE100へ予めダウンロードされており、NAS処理部132は当該ポリシーに従って、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知する。ポリシーとは、例えば、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを示すグリーン通信ポリシーであってもよいし、目標とされる、あるいは要求されるグリーン稼働率を示すグリーン通信ポリシーであってもよい。NAS処理部132は、ポリシーがダウンロードされた時期もしくはダウンロードが完了した後の所定の時期、または当該ポリシーに従ってService Request(通信セッション確立要求)を行おうとした時期に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知してもよい。
 なお、図示する一例では、AS処理部133がRRCアイドル状態またはRRC INACTIVE状態である場合について説明しているが、当該RRCアイドル状態またはRRC INACTIVE状態は、AS処理部133とAMFとの間の通信が行われた後にAS処理部133がRRCアイドル状態またはRRC INACTIVE状態へと遷移した状態であってもよい。その場合、NAS処理部132は、NAS処理部132がAMFへグリーン優先情報を通知した時期に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知してもよい。
 また、NAS処理部132は、AMFによってグリーン通信が許可された場合に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知してもよい。ここでAMFは、例えば、サブスクリプションを参照してグリーン通信を許可する。AMFは、NAS処理部132からのグリーン優先情報に基づいて、グリーン通信を許可してもよい。
 また、NAS処理部132は、グリーン通信をサポートしているAMFに接続した場合、またはグリーン通信をサポートしているトラッキングエリア(Tracking Area:TA)にUE100が位置登録した場合に、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知してもよい。グリーン通信をサポートしているとは、グリーン通信対応していること、またはグリーン通信を行う能力があることである。
 また、NAS処理部132は、AMFからグリーン通信をサポートしている旨の通知を受信している場合、グリーン優先指示情報をAS処理部133へ通知してもよい。
 AS処理部133は、上位レイヤ処理部150からグリーン優先指示情報を受信すると、自身の通信モードを通常通信モードからグリーン通信モードへと切り替える。つまり、AS処理部133は、上位レイヤ処理部150からグリーン優先指示情報を受信したか否かに応じて、自身の通信モードを通常通信モードからグリーン通信モードへと切り替える。
 なお、上位レイヤ処理部150からAS処理部133に通知されるグリーン優先指示情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを示す情報であってもよい。その場合、AS処理部133は、上位レイヤ処理部150から通知されたグリーン優先指示情報の内容に基づいて、自身の通信モードをグリーン優先指示情報が示す通信モードであるグリーン通信モードへと切り替える。
 なお、NAS処理部132からAS処理部133に通知される指示情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を解除することを示す情報であってもよい。その場合、AS処理部133は、上位レイヤ処理部150から通知された指示情報に基づいて、グリーン通信モードを解除して自身の通信モードを通常通信モードへと切り替える。
 ステップS30において、UE100は、物理ランダムアクセスチャネル(Physical Random Access Channel:PRACH)をノード200に送信する。ノード200は、PRACHを受信する。
 ここでAS処理部133は、グリーン優先情報を物理ランダムアクセスチャネル(Physical Random Access Channel:PRACH)に含める。AS処理部133は、自身の通信モードがグリーン通信モードである場合に、PRACHにグリーン優先情報を含める。AS処理部133は、グリーン優先情報を含むPRACHを送信部120に送信させる。つまり、上位レイヤ処理部150からAS処理部133にグリーン優先情報が通知されている場合に、AS処理部133は、送信部120にグリーン優先情報をノード200へ送信させる。
 グリーン優先情報を含むPRACHの送信に用いられるPRACHリソースを示す情報は、ノード200からUE100に通知されてよい。例えば、ノード200は、グリーン優先情報を含むPRACHの送信に用いられるPRACHリソースを示す情報と、グリーン優先情報を含まないPRACHの送信に用いられるPRACHリソースを示す情報とをシステム情報ブロック(System Information Block:SIB)に含めてUE100に送信する。AS処理部133は、送信部120にグリーン優先情報をノード200に送信させる場合は、PRACHリソースを選択する際に、グリーン優先情報を含むPRACHの送信に用いられるPRACHリソースを示す情報が示すPRACHリソースを選択する。AS処理部133は、選択したPRACHリソースを用いて、送信部120にPRACHを送信させることで、グリーン優先情報をノード200に送信させる。なお、PRACHリソースを示す情報は、時間、周波数、ランダムアクセスプリアンブルのいずれかを示す情報、あるいはこれらのいずれかを決定するための情報であってもよい。また、グリーン優先情報を含むPRACHの送信に用いられる複数のPRACHリソースが示されてもよい。例えば、該複数のPRACHリソースの各々は、互いに異なるグリーン稼働率を示してもよい。
 上述したように、本実施形態の一例では、グリーン優先情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望することを示す情報(グリーン通信希望情報と称する)である。グリーン通信希望情報は、例えば、1ビットの情報である。その場合、グリーン優先情報は、UE100がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望するか否かを示す情報である。例えば、グリーン優先情報には、UE100がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望する場合には1が、UE100がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望しない場合には0が値として設定される。なお、グリーン通信希望情報は、UE100の通信モードがグリーン通信モードであるか否かを示す情報であってもよい。
 別の一例として、グリーン通信希望情報は、グリーン通信をNW1に要求することを示す情報であってもよい。
 別の一例として、グリーン通信希望情報は、グリーン稼働についての指標についての閾値、または目標値を示す情報であってもよい。グリーン稼働についての指標とは、例えば、NW1におけるグリーンエネルギーの使用率である。例えば、グリーン通信希望情報は、NW1におけるグリーン通信においてグリーンエネルギーの使用率が一定以上(例えば、50%)であることを目標とする情報、またはNW1におけるグリーン通信においてグリーンエネルギーの使用率が一定以上であることを要求する情報であってもよい。
 グリーン通信希望情報は、上位レイヤ処理部150からAS処理部133に通知されるグリーン優先指示情報の内容に応じた情報であってよい。グリーン通信希望情報は、上位レイヤ処理部150からAS処理部133に通知されるグリーン優先指示情報の内容に応じた情報とは異なる情報であってもよい。
 なお、グリーン優先情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望することを示す情報以外であってもよい。別の一例として、グリーン優先情報は、論理伝送路の品質の低下を許容することを示す情報であってもよい。すなわち、グリーン優先情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信における論理伝送路の要求品質を示す情報であってもよい。通常通信モードに基づく通信の場合よりも低い要求品質を、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信の場合の要求品質とすることで、論理伝送路の品質の低下を許容することができる。また、グリーン優先情報は、通常通信モードに基づく通信における論理伝送路の要求品質に対する、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信における低下分(緩和分)により、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信における論理伝送路の要求品質を示してもよい。グリーン優先情報は、例えば、論理伝送路のQoSクラス識別子(例えば、Quality Class Identifier(QCI)、5QI)であってもよい。グリーン優先情報は、パケット遅延量、パケットエラー率、ビットレート、プライオリティ、平均化ウィンドウなど各パラメータの緩和値あるいは緩和分を示す値であってもよい。当該論理伝送路は、ネットワークスライス(例えば、S-NSSAIによって識別される)、仮想的な通信路(例えば、PDU session)、QoS flow(QFI)、無線ベアラ、またはLCH(Logical Channel)に対応する。
 また、グリーン優先情報には、当該グリーン優先情報を適用する論理伝送路の識別子が含まれてもよい。論理伝送路の識別子とは、例えば、QFI、ベアラID、RLC(Radio Link Control)チャネル識別子、論理チャネル識別子(Logical Channel Identifier:LCID)、スライス識別子、またはスライスグループ識別子などである。ここでスライス識別子とは、例えば、NSSAI(Network Slice Selection Assistance Information)、S-NSSAI(Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information)、または、SST(Slice and Service Type)もしくはSD(Slice Differentiator)である。スライスグループ識別子とは、例えば、NSAG IDである。
 なお、特定のネットワークスライスではなく、UE100が行う通信の全体がグリーン通信モードで動作する場合、グリーン優先情報に論理伝送路の識別子は含まれている必要はない。
 なお、ステップS20において、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を解除することを示す指示情報がNAS処理部132から通知された場合、ステップS30では、AS処理部133は、グリーン優先解除情報を含むPRACHをノード200に送信する。
 ここでグリーン優先解除情報とは、例えば、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望しなくなったことを示す情報である。また、グリーン優先解除情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を解除することを示す情報であってもよい。グリーン優先解除情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を解除する論理伝送路の識別子を含んでもよい。例えば、UE100は、論理伝送路の品質の低下を許容することを示す情報(relaxed QoS)が割り当てられている無線ベアラについて、relaxed QoSをキャンセルしてrelaxed QoSが割り当てられる前のQoSを適用する。
 また、UE100は、グリーン優先情報の代わりに、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信以外の通信を希望することを示す情報をノード200に送信してもよい。グリーン通信モードに基づく通信以外の通信を希望することを示す情報とは、例えば、通常通信優先情報、またはゲーム通信優先情報などであってもよい。通常通信優先情報は、通常通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを示す情報である。ゲーム通信優先情報は、ゲーム通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを示す情報である。なお、ゲーム通信モードでは、UE100は、例えば、グリーンエネルギー指標よりもパフォーマンス(データレート、および遅延量など)を優先した通信を行う。
 グリーン通信モードに基づく通信以外の通信を希望することを示す情報は、例えば、論理伝送路に高い品質を要求することを示す情報であってもよい。
 ステップS40において、ノード200は、ランダムアクセス応答をUE100に送信する。UE100は、ランダムアクセス応答を受信する。ここでノード200は、UE100に割り当てたPUSCHリソースを示すスケジューリング情報をランダムアクセス応答に含めて当該ランダムアクセス応答を送信する。
 ステップS50において、UE100は、RRC接続要求(RRC Connection Request)メッセージをノード200に送信する。ノード200は、RRC接続要求メッセージを受信する。ここでUE100は、スケジューリング情報に基づいて、RRC接続要求メッセージをノード200に送信する。または、UE100がRRC INACTIVE状態の場合、UE100は、RRC復旧要求(RRC Resume Request)をノード200に送信する。
 ステップS60において、ノード200は、RRC接続メッセージをUE100に送信する。UE100は、RRC接続メッセージを受信する。または、ステップS50においてRRC復旧要求メッセージをUE100から受信した場合には、ノード200は、RRC復旧メッセージをUE100に送信してもよい。
 ステップS70において、AS処理部133は、RRC接続状態となる。
 ステップS80において、UE100は、RRC接続完了(RRC Setup Complete)メッセージをノード200に送信する。ノード200は、RRC接続完了メッセージを受信する。
 なお、UE100がステップS10においてRRC INACTIVE状態だった場合(ステップS50においてRRC復旧要求を送信した場合)、UE100は、ステップS80では、RRC復旧完了(RRC Resume Complete)メッセージをノード200に送信する。
 ステップS90において、ノード200は、初期UEメッセージを送信するAMFを選択する。ここで、ノード200は、UE100から通知されたグリーン優先情報に基づいてAMFを選択する。ノード200は、グリーン稼働しているCN装置300のAMFを、初期UEメッセージを送信するAMFとして選択する。グリーン稼働しているCN装置300とは、グリーン優先情報が示す条件を満たすグリーン稼働情報のCN装置300である。例えば、ノード200は、グリーン優先情報が示すグリーン稼働率の目標値または要求値を満たすグリーン稼動率のCN装置300のAMFを選択する。
 なお、CN装置300についてのグリーン稼働情報は、CN装置300からノード200に予め通知されている。グリーン稼働情報がネットワークにおいて共有されるプロシージャについては、第2の実施形態において後述する。
 ステップS100において、ノード200は、選択したAMFを含むCN装置300に初期UEメッセージを送信する。つまり、ノード200は、グリーン稼働しているCN装置300に初期UEメッセージを送信する。CN装置300は、初期UEメッセージを受信する。
 ここでノード200は、グリーン優先情報に基づいて、グリーン優先情報を通知してきたUE100に対してグリーン通信の設定を行ってもよい。例えば、ノード200は、スライス識別子、またはスライスグループ識別子などのグリーン優先情報に論理伝送路の識別子が含まれる場合、当該論理伝送路の識別子を初期UEメッセージに含めてもよい。
 ステップS110において、CN装置300は、初期コンテキストセットアップ要求をノード200に送信する。ノード200は、初期コンテキストセットアップ要求を受信する。
 ステップS120において、送信部120は、UE Assistance Information(UAI)をノード200に送信する。ノード200は、UAIを受信する。UAIは、ノード200で用いられるUE100のパラメータの変更を促すRRCメッセージである。
 ステップS130において、ノード200は、RRC再設定メッセージをUE100に送信する。UE100は、RRC再設定メッセージを受信する。
 ステップS140において、UE100は、RRC再設定完了メッセージをノード200に送信する。ノード200は、RRC再設定完了メッセージを受信する。
 ステップS150において、UE100とノード200との間のDRB(Data Radio Bearer)が確立される。
 ここでノード200は、グリーン優先情報に基づいて、グリーン優先情報を通知してきたUE100に対してグリーン通信の設定を行ってもよい。例えば、ノード200は、グリーン優先情報に論理伝送路の識別子が含まれる場合、当該論理伝送路の識別子に基づいてDRBを確立してもよい。
 ステップS160において、ノード200は、初期コンテキストセットアップ応答をCN装置300に送信する。CN装置300は、初期コンテキストセットアップ応答を受信する。
 ステップS170において、上位レイヤ処理部150は、PDUセッション確立要求メッセージ(PDU Session Establishment Request)をNASシグナリングによりCN装置300に送信する。ここで上位レイヤ処理部150は、送信部120にPDUセッション確立要求メッセージを、ノード200を介してCN装置300に送信する。CN装置300は、PDUセッション確立要求メッセージを受信する。
 ステップS180において、CN装置300は、PDUセッション確立受諾メッセージ(PDU Session Establishment Accept)を上位レイヤ処理部150に送信する。上位レイヤ処理部150は、PDUセッション確立受諾メッセージを受信する。
 ステップS190において、上位レイヤ処理部150とCN装置300との間にPDUセッションが確立される。
 ここでCN装置300(AMF)は、ノード200にグリーン優先情報を通知してきたUE100に、グリーンPDUセッションの設定を行ってもよい。グリーンPDUセッションとは、グリーン通信に基づくPDUセッションである。例えば、CN装置300は、PDUセッションに対して、グリーン通信のためのネットワークスライスを割り当ててもよい。グリーン通信のためのネットワークスライスの割り当てには、グリーン優先情報に含まれるスライス識別子、またはスライスグループ識別子が用いられてよい。CN装置300は、当該グリーンPDUセッションの通信についてグリーンエネルギー稼働率を上げるために、CN装置300内のデータ経路(ルーティング)を変更または最適化してもよい。
 ステップS1100において、UE100とCN装置300との間においてノード200を介して、データの通信が行われる。UE100からはユーザデータとしてULデータがノード200を介してCN装置300に送信される。CN装置300からはDLデータがノード200を介してUE100に送信される。
 なお、上述の各ステップの間には、図7、図8に不図示の通信が行われてもよい。
 (1.6)第1実施形態の第1変形例
 図9を参照して、第1実施形態の第1変形例について、第1実施形態との相違点を主として説明する。第1実施形態の第1変形例では、グリーン優先情報がランダムアクセス手順ではなくRRCメッセージに含めて送信される点が第1実施形態とは異なる。つまり、第1実施形態の第1変形例では、制御部130は、グリーン優先情報をRRCメッセージに含める。送信部120は、グリーン優先情報を含むRRCメッセージをノード200に送信する。第1実施形態の第1変形例では、当該RRCメッセージはRRC接続要求メッセージである。つまり、第1実施形態の第1変形例では、送信部120がグリーン優先情報を含めてノード200に送信するRRCメッセージは、RRC接続の確立を要求するメッセージである。

 ステップS250において、UE100は、RRC接続要求メッセージをノード200に送信する。ノード200は、RRC接続要求メッセージを受信する。

 ここでAS処理部133は、グリーン優先情報として、例えば、UAIに含まれる値(例えば、「Green-communication」)を用いてもよい。グリーン優先情報が示す情報、グリーン優先情報に含まれる情報は、第1の実施形態と同様である。また、第1の実施形態と同様に、グリーン優先情報の代わりにグリーン優先解除情報が送信されてもよい。
 ノード200は、グリーン優先情報を含むUAIを受信すると、自身が管理するセルの省電力化、他のセルへのオフロード、またはUE100の省電力化などのうち1以上を実施してもよい。
 自身が管理するセルの省電力化では、ノード200は、例えばUE100の協力でデータ遅延を許容する場合、PDSCHを時間的に離散的に(分散させて)割り当ててスケジュールすることによって、複数のUE100に対するPDSCHの送信タイミングを同期させ、ノード200がPDSCHをUE100に送信しない期間(つまり、ノード200とUE100との通信が行われない期間)はマイクロスリープを行う。
 他のセルへのオフロードでは、ノード200は、非グリーンエネルギーによって稼働している場合、例えばグリーン稼働している他セル(自身が管理するセル以外のセル)へUE100をハンドオーバする。これによって、ノード200は、非グリーンエネルギーによって稼働している自身が管理するセルのトラフィックを減らすことができるため、NW1全体としてのグリーン稼働率を向上させることができる。例えば、UE100の協力でデータ遅延を許容する場合、ノード200は、ノード200から地理的には遠くにあるもののグリーン稼動しているデータセンターを用いているセルへUE100をハンドオーバする。その場合、NW1ではノード200から地理的には遠くにあるもののグリーン稼働しているデータセンターを用いて各種の処理(CUの処理、またはDUの処理、ならびにその他の処理)を実施できる。これによって、グリーン稼働しているデータセンターを用いて各種の処理を実施できるという選択肢がNW1に生まれるため、NW1全体としてのグリーン稼働率を向上させることができる。
 UE100の省電力化では、例えば、上述したノード200がマイクロスリープを行う期間に応じて、UE100の間欠受信(Connected mode Discontinuous Reception:C-DRX)モード設定が最適化されることが好ましい。
 なお、ノード200は、UE100から受信したグリーン優先情報をCN装置300へ通知してもよい。ノード200は、例えば、初期コンテキストセットアップ応答に含まれるUE Context Modificationメッセージなどにグリーン優先情報を含めてCN装置300へ通知してもよい。グリーン優先情報を通知されたCN装置300は、例えば、該グリーン優先情報をノード200に送信したUE100に対するPDUセッション、およびQoSフローなどのQoS設定を変更してもよい。
 (1.9)第1実施形態の第4変形例
 図13を参照して、第1実施形態の第4変形例について、第1実施形態の第3変形例との相違点を主として説明する。第1実施形態の第4変形例では、グリーン優先情報は、NAS処理部132によってCN装置300に通知され、CN装置300からノード200に通知される。つまり、第1実施形態の第4変形例では、NAS処理部132(第2処理部の一例)は、NASレイヤを用いて、グリーン優先情報をノード200を介してCN装置300へ送信する。すなわち、NAS処理部132は、グリーン優先情報をNASシグナリングによりCN装置300へ送信する。グリーン優先情報を通知されたCN装置300は、当該グリーン優先情報をノード200に通知する。

 グリーン優先情報を含むPDUセッション確立要求メッセージを受信したCN装置300のAMFは、UE Context Modificationメッセージなどに当該グリーン優先情報を含めてノード200に通知する。ここで当該AMFは、グリーン優先情報として、例えば、UE Context Modificationメッセージに定義される値(例えば、「Green-communication」)を用いる。
 なお、当該AMFは、グリーン優先情報を含めてノード200に通知するとともに、UE100に対するPDUセッション、およびQoSフローなどのQoS設定を変更してもよい。また、当該AMFは、グリーン優先情報を含めてノード200に通知する代わりに、UE100に対するPDUセッション、およびQoSフローなどのQoS設定を変更してもよい。
 なお、ノード200は、上述したように、自身が管理するセルの省電力化、他のセルへのオフロード、またはUE100の省電力化などのうち1以上を実施してもよい(図12におけるステップS4120の処理を参照)。
 なお、ノード200は、ノード200がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であることを通知する通知情報(ノードグリーン通信可能通知情報と称する)、またはノード200がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための設定が行われことを通知する通知情報(ノードグリーン通信設定完了通知情報と称する)をUE100に通知してもよい。つまり、送信部210は、受信部220がグリーン優先情報を受信すると、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であること、または当該通信を実施していることをUE100に通知してもよい。なお、ノードグリーン通信可能通知情報、またはノードグリーン通信設定完了通知情報の通知は、上述した第1実施形態、ならびに第1実施形態の第1変形例、第2変形例、第3変形例、および第4変形例のいずれのプロシージャにおいて行われてもよい。
 例えば、図8のステップS130(または、図12のステップS4130、図13のステップS5130)の処理において、ノード200は、ノードグリーン通信可能通知情報、またはノードグリーン通信設定完了通知情報をRRC再設定メッセージ(RRC Reconfigurationなど)に含めてUE100に通知する。
 UE100は、ノードグリーン通信可能通知情報、またはノードグリーン通信設定完了通知情報をノード200から受信する。したがって、受信部110は、ノード200がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であること、またはグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための設定が行われことを通知する情報をノード200から受信する。
 また、CN装置300は、CN装置300がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であることを通知する通知情報(CNグリーン通信可能通知情報と称する)、またはCN装置300がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための設定が行われことを通知する通知情報(CNグリーン通信設定完了通知情報と称する)をUE100に通知してもよい。
 例えば、図8のステップS180(または、図12のステップS4180、図13のステップS5180)の処理において、CN装置300は、CNグリーン通信可能通知情報、またはCNグリーン通信設定完了通知情報をPDUセッション確立受諾メッセージに含めてUE100に通知する。
 UE100は、CNグリーン通信可能通知情報、またはCNグリーン通信設定完了通知情報を、ノード200を介してCN装置300から受信する。したがって、受信部110は、CN装置300がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であること、またはグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための設定がUE100に対して行われことを通知する情報をCN装置300から受信する。
 (2)第2実施形態
 第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を主として説明する。上述した第1実施形態において、ノード200が、UE100を現在のセルからグリーン稼働している他のセルへハンドオーバさせる場合についても説明した。そのためには、ノード200は、自身と隣接するノードなど他のノード、または当該他のノードが管理しているセルのグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握している必要がある。第2実施形態では、この課題を解決するためのプロシージャについて説明する。
 (2.1)ノードの構成例
 図14は、第2実施形態に係るノード200a(基地局、gNB)の構成例を示す図である。ノード200aは、CU260aと、DU270aとで構成されている。ノード200aの構成は、第1実施形態に係るノード200の構成と同様であるが、図14ではCU260a、及びDU270aそれぞれの構成の詳細を記載している点が図6とは異なる。
 CU260aは、制御部231a、及びNW通信部241aを有する。
 制御部231aは、CU260aにおける各種の制御及び処理を行う。制御部231aは、制御部230の構成のうち特にCU260aが有する構成と同様の構成を有する。
 NW通信部241aは、NW通信部240の構成のうち特にCU260aが有する構成と同様の構成を有する。NW通信部241aは、Xnインターフェイスを介して隣接ノード(一例として、ノード200b)と接続される。図14では、ノード200bを構成するCU260bが示されている。なお、ノード200bは、ノード200aと同様に、CU260bと、DU270bとで構成されている。また、NW通信部241aは、F1インターフェイスを介してDU270aのNW通信部242aと接続される。また、NW通信部241aは、NGインターフェイスを介してCN装置300aと接続される。
 DU270aは、送信部210a、受信部220a、制御部232a、及びNW通信部242aを有する。
 制御部232aは、DU270aにおける各種の制御及び処理を行う。制御部232aは、制御部230の構成のうち特にDU270aが有する構成と同様の構成を有する。
 NW通信部242aは、NW通信部240の構成のうち特にDU270aが有する構成と同様の構成を有する。上述したように、NW通信部242aは、F1インターフェイスを介してCU260aのNW通信部241aと接続される。
 送信部210aは、送信部210と同様の構成を有する。送信部210aは、UE100へ各種の送信を行う。受信部220aは、受信部220と同様の構成を有する。受信部220aは、UE100から各種の受信を行う。
 このように構成されたノード200aは、ユーザ装置とネットワークを備える移動通信システムの当該ネットワークにおける通信装置の一例である。NW通信部241aは、Xnインターフェイスを介して、グリーン稼動状態に関するグリーン稼働情報を通知する。Xnインターフェイスは、複数のノードを相互に接続する第1インターフェイスの一例である。第1インターフェイスは、グリーン稼働情報を通知するためのネットワークインターフェイスの一例である。
 (2.2)システム動作例
 図15は、第2実施形態に係るシステム動作例を示す図である。図示する一例では、ノード200として、ノード200aと、ノード200bとの2つが示されているが、ノード200の数は、3つ以上であってもよい。また、ノード200aは、CU260aと、DU270aとで構成されている。ノード200bもノード200aと同様に構成されているが、図示する一例では、ノード200bについてはCU260bのみが示されている。また、ノード200a、およびノード200bはそれぞれ、複数のDUを備えていてもよい。
 ステップS600において、CU260aとCU260bとは、Xnインターフェイスを介して相互に通信接続されている。つまり、CU260aとCU260bとは、XnAP(Xn Application Protocol)を用いてXnAPメッセージを互いに送信または受信可能な状態となっている。
 ステップS610において、CU260aは、Xnインターフェイスを介してNG-RANノード設定更新(NG-RAN Node Configuration Update)をCU260bに送信する。ここでCU260aのNW通信部241aは、ノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報をNG-RANノード設定更新に含めてノード200bに送信する。したがって、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、Xnインターフェイスを介してノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報をノード200bに通知する。
 CU260bは、NG-RANノード設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたノード200bは、ノード200aについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 なお、グリーン稼働情報は、セルID(例えば、物理層セルID、セルグローバルアイデンティティ)と紐づけられてもよい。グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、ノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報には、ノード200aが管理するセルについてのグリーン稼働情報が含まれる。グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、グリーン稼働情報を通知されたノード200bは、ノード200aが管理するセルについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 ステップS620において、CU260bは、Xnインターフェイスを介してNG-RANノード設定更新をCU260aに送信する。ここでCU260bのNW通信部241b(図14において不図示)は、ノード200bについてのグリーン稼働情報をNG-RANノード設定更新に含めてノード200aに送信する。CU260bは、グリーン稼働情報を含むNG-RANノード設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたノード200aは、ノード200bについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 なお、CU260aまたはCU260bがグリーン稼働情報を含めるXnAPメッセージは、NG-RANノード設定更新に限らない。別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるXnAPメッセージは、Xn Setup RequestまたはXn Setup Responseであってもよい。
 別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるXnAPメッセージは、Resource Status Updateであってもよい。その場合、例えば、ノード200bは、Resource Status Requestにおいて、ノード200aに、Resource Status Updateにグリーン稼働情報を含めるように要求する。ノード200aは、当該Resource Status Requestに応じて、Resource Status Updateにグリーン稼働情報を含めてノード200bに送信する。
 別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるXnAPメッセージは、Xn Setup Request、Xn Setup Response、NG-RANノード設定更新、およびResource Status Update以外のXnAPメッセージであってもよい。当該XnAPメッセージは、例えば、「green operation status update」などと称される。
 ステップS630において、CU260aとCU260bとは、Xnインターフェイスを介して相互に接続されている。
 ステップS640において、CU260aは、Xnインターフェイスを介してハンドオーバ要求メッセージをCU260bに送信する。ここでCU260aは、グリーン通信モードであるUE100をハンドオーバすることを決定する。CU260aは、DU270aがグリーン優先情報をUE100から受信している場合、当該UE100がグリーン通信モードであると判定する。
 CU260aの制御部231aは、ノード200bについてのグリーン稼働情報に基づいて、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージを送信するCU260を決定する。図示する一例では、ノード200bが、ノード200aにグリーン稼働情報を通知したノード200のなかで最もグリーン稼働率が高いものとする。あるいは、ノード200bが、グリーン優先情報により示された目標とするグリーン稼動率を満たすものであってもよい。CU260aは、グリーン稼働情報が示すグリーン稼働率に基づいてノード200b(CU260b)を、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージを送信するCU260として決定する。
 なお、CU260aがハンドオーバ要求メッセージを送信する対象として決定するCU260は、CU260aにグリーン稼働情報を送信したCU260である必要はない。
 CU260aがCU260bに送信するハンドオーバ要求メッセージは、グリーン通信モードであると判定したUE100をノード200aのセルからノード200bのセルにハンドオーバするためのハンドオーバ要求メッセージである。
 本実施形態の一例では、ソース側のノード200aが、隣接ノードのグリーン稼動情報を参照してターゲットの候補となるノード(一例として、ノード200b)を決定してハンドオーバ要求を、そのノードに送信し、そのノードは、自身のグリーン稼動情報(自身が管理する各DUのグリーン稼動情報も含む)を参照してターゲットとなるセルを、自身が管理セルの中から決定する場合の一例について説明する。
 なお、ソース側のノード200aが、隣接ノードのグリーン稼動情報を参照してターゲットの候補となるセルを決定してハンドオーバ要求を、そのセルを管理しているノードに送信してもよい。
 例えば、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、セルIDをハンドオーバ要求メッセージに含めてノード200bに送信してもよい。当該セルIDは、例えば、グリーン稼働率が最も高いセルを指定するセルIDであってもよいし、グリーン優先情報により示された目標とするグリーン稼動率を満たすセルのセルIDであってもよい。グリーン稼働率が最も高いセルは、CU260aによってグリーン稼働情報に基づいて判定される。その場合、グリーン稼働情報には、セルIDが紐づけられている。
 したがって、CU260aのNW通信部241a(通知部の一例)は、自身が管理するセルのなかからUE100と接続するセルを他のノード(つまり、ノード200b)に通知する。
 なお、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、UE100についてのグリーン優先情報をハンドオーバ要求メッセージに含めてノード200bに送信してもよい。したがって、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、Xnインターフェイスを介してノード200bに、UE100をノード200aからノード200bにハンドオーバするためのハンドオーバ要求メッセージに含めてグリーン優先情報を通知する。なお、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、第1インターフェイスを介して相互に接続される他のノードに、UE100と無線通信を行うノードを他のノードにハンドオーバするためのハンドオーバ要求メッセージに含めてグリーン優先情報を通知する通知部の一例である。なお、ハンドオーバは、UE100のPCellを変更することであってもよい。
 CU260aのNW通信部241aは、例えば、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージに含まれるRRCコンテナに含まれるAS Contextにグリーン優先情報を含めて送信する。なお、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、RRCコンテナに含まれるAS Context以外の領域にグリーン優先情報を含めて送信してもよい。
 CU260bは、CU260aから上述のハンドオーバ要求メッセージを受信する。すなわち、CU260bのNW通信部241bは、UE100から送信されたグリーン優先情報をノード200aから受信する。
 CU260bは、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージを受信すると、ノード200bが管理するセルのなかからUE100をハンドオーバ先のセルを決定する。例えば、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージにグリーン優先情報が含まれている場合、CU260bは、グリーン優先情報に基づいてグリーン稼働率が最も高いセルをハンドオーバ先のセルとして決定する。
 なお、UE100からノード200aに受信品質レポートが送信されてもよい。当該受信品質レポートは、UE100がサービングセルおよび周辺セルそれぞれについての参照信号の測定結果を示す。参照信号とは、例えば、同期信号ブロック(Synchronization Signal Block:SSB)、またはCSI-RSである。UE100からノード200aに受信品質レポートが送信される場合、CU260aは、受信品質レポートに基づいてハンドオーバ先のセルを決定する。ノード200aは、ハンドオーバ先のセルを決定する際に、受信品質レポートに加えて、グリーン優先情報とグリーン稼動情報を考慮してもよい。例えば、ノード200aは、グリーン稼動情報が、グリーン優先情報が示す条件に応じたセルの中から、受信品質レポートに基づいてハンドオーバ先のセルを決定してもよい。
 ステップS650において、CU260bは、Xnインターフェイスを介してハンドオーバ要求承諾メッセージをCU260aに送信する。ここでCU260bは、ハンドオーバを指示するパラメータ(例えば、RRCパラメータであるreconfigurationWithSync)をハンドオーバ要求承諾メッセージに含めてCU260aに送信する。
 CU260aは、ハンドオーバ要求承諾メッセージを受信する。CU260aは、受信したハンドオーバ要求承諾メッセージにreconfigurationWithSyncをUE100に送信する。UE100は、reconfigurationWithSyncに基づいてハンドオーバを実行する。
 なお、UE100についてのグリーン優先情報は、第1実施形態において説明したように、UE100からノード200aに通知される。つまり、ノード200aの受信部220aは、UE100からグリーン優先情報を受信する。グリーン優先情報がUE100からノード200aに通知されるプロシージャは、ステップS640の処理以前に実行される。ステップS640の処理以前とは、ステップS600の処理以前であってもよい。
 (2.3)第2実施形態の第1変形例
 図16を参照して、第2実施形態の第1変形例について、第2実施形態との相違点を主として説明する。UE100を現在のセルからグリーン稼働している他のセルへハンドオーバさせる場合に、ノード200は、自身と隣接するノードなど他のノードを構成するCUもしくは複数のDU、または当該複数のDUが管理するセルそれぞれについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握している必要がある。第2実施形態の第1変形例では、この課題を解決するためのプロシージャについて説明する。
 第2実施形態の第1変形例では、CU260aに備えられるNW通信部241aは、F1インターフェイスを介してCU260aからDU270aにグリーン稼働情報を通知する。または、DU270aに備えられるNW通信部242aは、F1インターフェイスを介してDU270aからCU260aにグリーン稼働情報を通知する。F1インターフェイスは、集約ユニット(CU)と分散ユニット(DU)とを接続する第2インターフェイスの一例である。第2インターフェイスは、グリーン稼働情報を通知するためのネットワークインターフェイスの一例である。
 なお、CU260a、及びDU270aはそれぞれ、ユーザ装置とネットワークを備える移動通信システムの当該ネットワークにおける通信装置の一例である。
 (2.3)システム動作例
 図16は、第2実施形態の第1変形例に係るシステム動作例を示す図である。なお、ステップS730、ステップS740、及びステップS750の各処理は、図15におけるステップS630、ステップS640、及びステップS650の各処理とノード200aとノード200bの関係が逆であるがその他は同様であるため、説明を省略する。
 ステップS700において、DU270aとCU260aとは、F1インターフェイスを介して相互に接続されている。つまり、DU270aとCU260aとは、F1AP(F1 Application Protocol)を用いてF1APメッセージを互いに送信または受信可能な状態となっている。
 ステップS710において、DU270aは、F1インターフェイスを介してノードDU設定更新をCU260aに送信する。ここでDU270aのNW通信部242aは、F1インターフェイスを介してDU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報をノードDU設定更新に含めてCU260aに送信する。したがって、DU270aのNW通信部242aは、F1インターフェイスを介してDU270aからCU260aにDU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報を通知する。
 CU260aは、グリーン稼働情報を含むノードDU設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCU260aは、DU270aについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 なお、ステップS735において後述するように、DU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報は、ステップS735において、ノード200bに送信されてもよい。DU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報は、ノード200bが、ハンドオーバ先を決定するために用いられてよい。
 なお、DU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報は、ステップS740において、ノード200aがハンドオーバ先を決定するために用いられてよい。
 ステップS720において、CU260aは、F1インターフェイスを介してノードCU設定更新をDU270aに送信する。ここでCU260aのNW通信部241aは、F1インターフェイスを介してCU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報をノードCU設定更新に含めてDU270aに送信する。したがって、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、F1インターフェイスを介してCUからDUにCUについてのグリーン稼働情報を通知する。
 なお、CU260aにDU270a以外のDUが備えられていてもよい。その場合、F1インターフェイスは、CUと複数のDUとを接続する第2インターフェイスの一例である。CU260aにDU270a以外のDUが備えられる場合、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、F1インターフェイスを介してCU260aから複数のDUのうちの1つに当該複数のDUのうちの他の1つについてのグリーン稼働情報を通知してもよい。
 また、このノードCU設定更新には、DU270a以外のノード200aのDUのグリーン稼動情報が含まれていてもよい。また、このノードCU設定更新とともに、DU270a以外のノード200aのDUのグリーン稼動情報が、DU270aに送信されてもよい。
 なお、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、F1インターフェイスを介して他のノード200のDU(例えば、ノード200bのDU270b)についてのグリーン稼働情報をノードCU設定更新に含めてDU270aに送信してもよい。
 DU270aは、グリーン稼働情報を含むノードCU設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたDU270aは、CU260aについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 なお、グリーン稼働情報は、セルID(例えば、物理層セルID、セルグローバルアイデンティティ)と紐づけられてもよい。グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、DU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報には、DU270aが管理するセルについてのグリーン稼働情報が含まれる。グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCU260aは、DU270aが管理するセルについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 また、グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、CU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報には、ノード200aに含まれる複数のDUがそれぞれ管理するセルについてのグリーン稼働情報が含まれる。グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、グリーン稼働情報を通知されたDU270aは、ノード200aに含まれる複数のDUがそれぞれ管理するセルについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 なお、DU270aがグリーン稼働情報を含めるF1APメッセージは、ノードDU設定更新に限らない。また、CU260aがグリーン稼働情報を含めるF1APメッセージは、ノードCU設定更新に限らない。別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるF1APメッセージは、F1 Setup RequestまたはF1 Setup Responseであってもよい。
 別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるF1APメッセージは、F1 Setup Request、F1 Setup Response、ノードDU設定更新、およびノードCU設定更新以外のF1APメッセージであってもよい。当該F1APメッセージは、例えば、「green operation status update」などと称される。
 ステップS735において、CU260aは、Xnインターフェイスを介してNG-RANノード設定更新をCU260bに送信する。ここでCU260aのNW通信部241aは、グリーン稼働情報をNG-RANノード設定更新に含めてノード200bに送信する。当該グリーン稼働情報は、CU260aがDU270aから受信したDU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報、またはCU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報のうちいずれか1つ以上である。当該グリーン稼働情報は、ノード200bが、ハンドオーバ先を決定するために用いられてよい。
 なお、CU260aのNW通信部241aがNG-RANノード設定更新に含めてノード200bに送信するグリーン稼働情報は、U260aにDU270a以外のDUが備えられる場合、当該DU270a以外のDUについてのグリーン稼働情報であってもよい。
 なお、CU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報と、DU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報とは、ノード200についてのグリーン稼働情報の一例である。つまり、ノード200についてのグリーン稼働情報は、CU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報と、DU270aについてのグリーン稼働情報とを含む。
 (2.4)第2実施形態の第2変形例
 図17を参照して、第2実施形態の第2変形例について、第2実施形態との相違点を主として説明する。CN装置300が、ノード200にUE100を他のセルへハンドオーバさせる場合、CN装置300は、ノード200が管理するセルについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握している必要がある。第2実施形態の第2変形例では、この課題を解決するためのプロシージャについて説明する。
 第2実施形態の第2変形例では、CU260aに備えられるNW通信部241aは、NGインターフェイスを介してCU260aからCN装置300に、CU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報を通知する。または、CU260aに備えられるNW通信部241aは、NGインターフェイスを介してCN装置300からCN装置300についてのグリーン稼働情報を受信する。NGインターフェイスは、集約ユニット(CU)とコアネットワーク装置(CN)とを接続する第3インターフェイスの一例である。第3インターフェイスは、グリーン稼働情報を通知するためのネットワークインターフェイスの一例である。
 なお、CN装置300a(またはAMF)は、ユーザ装置とネットワークを備える移動通信システムの当該ネットワークにおける通信装置の一例である。
 (2.4)システム動作例
 図17は、第2実施形態の第2変形例に係るシステム動作例を示す図である。図示する一例では、ノード200として、ノード200aと、ノード200bとの2つが示されているが、ノード200の数は、3つ以上であってもよい。また、ノード200aは、CU260aと、DU270aとで構成されている。ノード200bもノード200aと同様に構成されているが、図示する一例では、ノード200bについてはCU260bのみが示されている。また、図示する一例では、CN装置300として、CN装置300aが示されているが、CN装置300の数は、2つ以上であってもよい。
 ステップS800aにおいて、CU260aとCN装置300aとは、NGインターフェイスを介して相互に接続されている。つまり、CU260aとCN装置300aとは、NGAP(NG Application Protocol)を用いてNGAPメッセージを互いに送信または受信可能な状態となっている。
 ステップS810aにおいて、CU260aは、NGインターフェイスを介してRAN設定更新をCN装置300aに送信する。ここでCU260aは、ノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報をRAN設定更新に含める。CU260aは、ノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報を含むRAN設定更新をCU260aのNW通信部241aにCN装置300aへ送信させる。したがって、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、NGインターフェイスを介してCU260aからCN装置300aにCU260aについてのグリーン稼働情報を通知する。
 CN装置300aは、グリーン稼働情報を含むRAN設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCN装置300aは、ノード200aについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 ステップS820aにおいて、CN装置300aは、NGインターフェイスを介してAMF設定更新をCU260aに送信する。ここでCU260aのNW通信部241aは、NGインターフェイスを介してCN装置300aについてのグリーン稼働情報を含むAMF設定更新を受信する。したがって、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、NGインターフェイスを介してCN装置300aからCN装置300aについてのグリーン稼働情報を受信する。
 上述したように、CU260aは、グリーン稼働情報を含むAMF設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCU260aは、CN装置300aについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。なお、上述した第1実施形態におけるプロシージャ(図8)におけるステップS90において、ノード200がAMFを選択する処理において、ノード200は、CN装置300aについてのグリーン稼動情報に基づいてAMFを選択してもよい。
 ステップS800bにおいて、CU260bとCN装置300aとは、NGインターフェイスを介して相互に接続されている。
 ステップS810bにおいて、CU260bは、NGインターフェイスを介してRAN設定更新をCN装置300aに送信する。ここでCU260bのNW通信部241b(図14において不図示)は、ノード200bについてのグリーン稼働情報をRAN設定更新に含めてCN装置300aに送信する。
 CN装置300aは、グリーン稼働情報を含むRAN設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCN装置300aは、ノード200bについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 ステップS820bにおいて、CN装置300aは、NGインターフェイスを介してAMF設定更新をCU260bに送信する。ここでCU260bのNW通信部241bは、NGインターフェイスを介してCN装置300aについてのグリーン稼働情報を含むAMF設定更新を受信する。したがって、CU260bのNW通信部241bは、NGインターフェイスを介してCN装置300aからCN装置300aについてのグリーン稼働情報を受信する。
 上述したように、CU260bは、グリーン稼働情報を含むAMF設定更新を受信する。グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCU260bは、CN装置300aについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 なお、CU260aまたはCU260bについてのグリーン稼働情報は、セルID(例えば、物理層セルID、セルグローバルアイデンティティ)と紐づけられてもよい。当該グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、CU260aまたはCU260bについてのグリーン稼働情報には、CU260aまたはCU260bが管理するセルについてのグリーン稼働情報が含まれる。グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、グリーン稼働情報を通知されたCN装置300aは、CU260aまたはCU260bが管理するセルについてグリーンエネルギーを用いた稼働状態を把握する。
 また、CN装置300aについてのグリーン稼働情報は、セルID(例えば、物理層セルID、セルグローバルアイデンティティ)と紐づけられてもよい。当該グリーン稼働情報がセルIDと紐づけられている場合、CN装置300aについてのグリーン稼働情報には、CN装置300aが通信を行うノード200が管理するセルについてのグリーン稼働情報が含まれる。
 なお、CU260aまたはCU260bがグリーン稼働情報を含めるNGAPメッセージは、RAN設定更新に限らない。また、CN装置300aがグリーン稼働情報を含めるNGAPメッセージは、AMF設定更新に限らない。別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるNGAPメッセージは、NG Setup RequestまたはNG Setup Responseであってもよい。
 別の一例として、グリーン稼働情報を含めるNGAPメッセージは、NG Setup Request、NG Setup Response、RAN設定更新、およびAMF設定更新以外のNGAPメッセージであってもよい。当該NGAPメッセージは、例えば、「green operation status update」などと称される。
 ステップS830において、CU260aとCN装置300aとは、NGインターフェイスを介して相互に接続されている。
 ステップS840において、CU260bとCN装置300aとは、NGインターフェイスを介して相互に接続されている。
 ステップS850において、CU260aは、NGインターフェイスを介してハンドオーバrequired(リクワイアード)メッセージをCN装置300aに送信する。ここでCN装置300aは、グリーン通信モードであるUE100をハンドオーバすることを決定する。CN装置300aは、ノード200aのDU270aがグリーン優先情報をUE100から受信している場合、当該UE100がグリーン通信モードであると判定する。
 なお、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、UE100についてのグリーン優先情報をハンドオーバrequired(リクワイアード)メッセージに含めてCN装置300aに送信してもよい。
 CN装置300aは、ステップS810bで通知されたノード200bについてのグリーン稼働情報に基づいて、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージを送信するCU260を決定する。図示する一例では、ノード200bが、ノード200のなかで最もグリーン稼働率が高いものとする。CN装置300aは、グリーン稼働情報が示すグリーン稼働率に基づいてノード200bを、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージを送信するCU260として決定する。
 なお、CN装置300aがハンドオーバ要求メッセージを送信する対象として決定するCU260は、CN装置300aにグリーン稼働情報を送信したCU260である必要はない。
 ステップS860において、CN装置300aは、NGインターフェイスを介してハンドオーバ要求メッセージをCU260bに送信する。ここでCU260bは、グリーン通信モードであるUE100をハンドオーバすることを決定する。
 なお、CN装置300aは、UE100についてのグリーン優先情報をハンドオーバ要求メッセージに含めてノード200bに送信してもよい。CU260bは、グリーン優先情報をCN装置300aから受信した場合、グリーン優先情報が示すUE100がグリーン通信モードであると判定する。
 CU260bは、CN装置300aから上述のハンドオーバ要求メッセージを受信する。CU260bは、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージを受信すると、ノード200bが管理するセルのなかからUE100をハンドオーバするためのセルを決定する。例えば、ハンドオーバ要求メッセージにグリーン優先情報が含まれている場合、CU260bは、グリーン優先情報に基づいてグリーン稼働率が最も高いセルをハンドオーバするためのセルとして決定する。
 なお、図15、図16、および図17それぞれに示したプロシージャは、組み合わせて実行されてもよい。例えば、図15、図16、および図17それぞれに示したプロシージャは並列に実行されてもよいし、逐次実行されてもよい。
 図15、図16、および図17それぞれにおいて、インターフェイスを介してグリーン稼働情報を通知するプロシージャは省略されてもよい。当該プロシージャは、図15ではステップS600からステップS620までの処理である。当該プロシージャは、図16ではステップS700からステップS720までの処理である。当該プロシージャは、図17ではステップS800aからステップS820bまでの処理である。
 また、図15、図16、および図17それぞれにおいて、ハンドオーバのプロシージャは省略されてもよい。当該プロシージャは、図15ではステップS630からステップS650までの処理である。当該プロシージャは、図16ではステップS730からステップS750までの処理である。当該プロシージャは、図17ではステップS830からステップS860までの処理である。
 なお、上述した各実施形態およびその変形例では、ノード200がCUとDUとに分かれている場合の一例について説明したが、これに限られない。ノード200は、CUとDUとに分かれていなくてもよい。ノード200がCUとDUとに分かれていない場合、第2実施形態および第2実施形態の各変形例で説明したプロシージャにおいて、CU260aとCU260bとの間の通信は、ノード200aとノード200bとの間の通信であってもよい。その場合、例えば、CU260aのNW通信部241aは、Xnインターフェイスを介してノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報をノード200bに通知する。同様に、CU260bのNW通信部241bは、Xnインターフェイスを介してノード200bについてのグリーン稼働情報をノード200aに通知する。
 また、ノード200がCUとDUとに分かれていない場合、第2実施形態の第2変形例で説明したプロシージャにおいて、CU260a(またはCU260b)とCN装置300aとの間の通信は、ノード200a(またはノード200b)とCN装置300aとの間の通信であってもよい。ノード200aのNW通信部240aは、NGインターフェイスを介してノード200aからCN装置300aにノード200aについてのグリーン稼働情報を通知する。ノード200がCUとDUとに分かれていない場合、NGインターフェイスは、ノードとコアネットワーク装置(CN)とを接続する第3インターフェイスの一例である。
 上述の実施形態に係る動作をコンピュータ(UE100、ノード200、200a、200b)に実行させるプログラムが提供されてもよい。プログラムは、コンピュータ読取り可能媒体に記録されていてもよい。コンピュータ読取り可能媒体を用いれば、コンピュータにプログラムをインストールすることが可能である。ここで、プログラムが記録されたコンピュータ読取り可能媒体は、非一過性の記録媒体であってもよい。非一過性の記録媒体は、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、CD-ROMやDVD-ROM等の記録媒体であってもよい。また、UE100又はノード200、200a、200bが行う各処理を実行する回路を集積化し、UE100又はノード200、200a、200bの少なくとも一部を半導体集積回路(チップセット、システム・オン・チップ(SoC))として構成してもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、ノード200、200a、200bがNR基地局(gNB)である一例について説明したが、ノード200、200a、200bはLTE基地局(eNB)又は6G基地局であってもよい。また、ノード200、200a、200bは、IAB(Integrated Access and Backhaul)ノード等の中継ノードであってもよい。ノード200、200a、200bは、IABノードのDUであってもよい。また、UE100は、IABノードのMT(Mobile Termination)であってもよい。
 また、用語「ノード」は、主として基地局を意味するが、コアネットワークの装置又は基地局の一部(CU、DU、又はRU(Radio Unit))を意味してもよい。また、ノードは、コアネットワークの装置の少なくとも一部と基地局の少なくとも一部との組み合わせにより構成されてもよい。
 以上、図面を参照してこの発明の一実施形態について詳しく説明してきたが、具体的な構成は上述のものに限られることはなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において様々な設計変更等をすることが可能である。

Claims (17)

  1.  移動通信システムにおいてノードとの無線通信を行うユーザ装置であって、
     グリーン優先情報を送信する送信部
     を備えるユーザ装置。
  2.  前記グリーン優先情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うことを希望することを示す情報である
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  3.  前記グリーン優先情報は、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信における論理伝送路の要求品質を示す情報である
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  4.  前記グリーン優先情報には、当該グリーン優先情報を適用する論理伝送路の識別子が含まれる
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  5.  前記グリーン優先情報を物理ランダムアクセスチャネル(PRACH)に含める制御部を備え、
     前記送信部は、前記グリーン優先情報を含む前記物理ランダムアクセスチャネルを前記ノードに送信する
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  6.  前記グリーン優先情報をRRCメッセージに含める制御部を備え、
     前記送信部は、前記グリーン優先情報を含む前記RRCメッセージを前記ノードに送信する
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  7.  前記RRCメッセージは、RRC接続の確立を要求するメッセージである
     請求項6に記載のユーザ装置。
  8.  前記RRCメッセージは、RRC接続の完了を通知するメッセージ、またはRRC接続の復旧の完了を通知するメッセージである
     請求項6に記載のユーザ装置。
  9.  前記RRCメッセージは、前記ノードで用いられる前記ユーザ装置のパラメータの変更を促すメッセージ(UE Assistance Information)である
     請求項6に記載のユーザ装置。
  10.  第1レイヤの処理を行う第1処理部と、
     前記第1レイヤよりも上位に設けられるレイヤであって前記ユーザ装置がコアネットワーク装置(CN)と前記ノードを介して通信を行うための第2レイヤの処理を行う第2処理部と、
     を備え、
     前記第2処理部は、前記第2レイヤを用いて、前記グリーン優先情報を前記コアネットワーク装置へ送信する
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  11.  第1レイヤの処理を行う第1処理部と、
     前記第1レイヤよりも上位に設けられる第2レイヤの処理を行う第2処理部と、
     を備え、
     前記第2処理部は、グリーン優先情報を送信させるための指示情報を前記第1処理部に通知し、
     前記第1処理部は、前記第2処理部から前記指示情報が通知された場合、前記送信部に前記グリーン優先情報を前記ノードに送信させる
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  12.  前記送信部は、グリーン優先解除情報を前記ノードに送信する
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  13.  前記ノードまたはコアネットワーク装置(CN)がグリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であること、またはグリーン通信モードに基づく通信を行うための設定が前記ユーザ装置に対して行われことを通知する情報を前記ノードから受信する受信部を備える
     請求項1に記載のユーザ装置。
  14.  移動通信システムにおいてユーザ装置との無線通信を行うノードであって、
     グリーン優先情報を受信する受信部
     を備えるノード。
  15.  前記受信部が前記グリーン優先情報を受信すると、グリーン通信モードに基づく通信が可能であること、または当該通信を実施していることを前記ユーザ装置に通知する送信部を備える
     請求項14に記載のノード。
  16.  移動通信システムにおいてノードとの無線通信を行うユーザ装置で用いる通信方法であって、
     グリーン優先情報を送信する送信ステップ
     を有する通信方法。
  17.  移動通信システムにおいてユーザ装置との無線通信を行うノードで用いる通信方法であって、
     グリーン優先情報を受信する受信ステップ
     を有する通信方法。
