ケーブル把持装置
 本開示は、航空機を用いてケーブルを布設するための方法に関する。
 従来より、特に河川や山岳地等において、ケーブルを電柱・鉄塔などの支持物に布設することが行われている。このような場合において、布設元及び布設先の支持物へ作業者がケーブルを高所作業により取り付けることが行われている。
 例えば、特許文献1には、支持物の高所に、ケーブルを把持するためのケーブル把持金物装置を設け、当該ケーブル把持金物装置を介して支持物の高所にケーブルを固定する方法が開示されている。当該ケーブル把持金物装置は、ボルト及びナットを用いて支持物の高所に固定されている。
特開2006-197666号公報
 高所作業においては、横風等の影響によりケーブルが振られるため、作業に困難が伴う。しかしながら、特許文献1では、このようにケーブルが振られることによる作業の困難性を考慮されておらず、ケーブルを作業箇所の近傍に一旦仮止めすることで、高所作業における困難性を緩和することが望まれていた。
 そこで、本開示は、ケーブルを作業箇所の近傍に一旦仮止めすることで、高所作業における困難性を緩和することが可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本開示のケーブル把持装置及び方法は、ケーブルの移動によりケーブルを把持するという手法を採用する。
 具体的には、本開示のケーブル把持装置は、
 支持物の間に布設されるケーブルの移動に応じて、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動を規制する。
 また、具体的には、本開示のケーブル把持方法は、
 支持物の間に布設されるケーブルの移動に応じて、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動を規制する。
 また、前記ケーブルの側面方向への移動に応じて前記ケーブルを収容するとともに、前記収容した前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動を規制するケーブル把持部を備えていてもよい。
 また、前記ケーブル把持部は、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動のうちのいずれか一方向への移動を許容し、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動のうちのいずれか他方向への移動を規制してもよい。

 なお、上記各開示は、可能な限り組み合わせることができる。
 本開示によれば、ケーブルを作業箇所の近傍に一旦仮止めすることで、高所作業における困難性を緩和することが可能である。

 以下、本開示の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、本開示は、以下に示す実施形態に限定されるものではない。これらの実施の例は例示に過ぎず、本開示は当業者の知識に基づいて種々の変更、改良を施した形態で実施することができる。なお、本明細書及び図面において符号が同じ構成要素は、相互に同一のものを示すものとする。
 [ケーブル布設作業]
 図1から図4を参照しながら、ドローンを用いたケーブル布設作業について説明する。図1に示されるように、本実施形態における布設環境においては、複数の電柱20が所定の間隔で立設している。以下の説明においては、複数の電柱20間にケーブル30を布設するケーブル布設作業について説明する。図の左側の電柱20が布設元の支持物に相当し、図の右側の電柱20が布設先の支持物に相当する。各電柱20には、ケーブル30を固定するための固定ベルト21が設けられている。
 図1は、布設元の電柱20へのケーブル取付作業を説明する図である。布設元の電柱20へのケーブル取付においては、重機40等を用いてケーブル30の一端を高所作業により固定ベルト21に固定する。当該作業の前後において、ケーブル30(ケーブル30の巻かれたドラム)をドローン10に固定する。ドローン10は航空機の一例である。ドローン10は、外部から遠隔操作可能に構成されている。
 図2は、ドローン10によるケーブル牽引作業を説明する図である。まず、作業者は、ドローン10を遠隔操作し、離陸上昇させる。そのうえで、作業者は、ドローン10を布設先の電柱20へ向けて飛行させる。
 図3は、関連する技術において、布設先の電柱20へのケーブル取付作業を説明する図である。図3に示されるように、関連する技術においては、布設先の電柱20へのケーブル取付の際にも、重機40等を用いてケーブル30を高所作業により固定ベルト21に固定する。具体的には、関連する技術では、ドローン10を飛行させて、一定の張力をケーブル30に加えながら、ケーブル30を高所作業により固定ベルト21に固定する。
 しかしながら、このような方法では、布設先の電柱20へケーブル30を高所作業により取り付ける際に、横風等によりドローン10が流されることに起因してケーブル30の振れが発生し、接触事故が起こってしまう可能性がある。また、ドローン10を布設先の電柱20の近傍で飛行させつつ作業を行う必要があるため、ケーブル30がドローン10からのローター風等の影響を受ける可能性もある。
 そこで、本実施形態では、布設先の電柱20へのケーブル取付の際において、ドローンを飛行させながら布設先の電柱20へのケーブル取付作業を行うことを回避可能なケーブル把持装置及び当該ケーブル把持装置を用いたケーブル把持方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本実施形態では、図4(A)に示されるように、布設先の電柱20へのケーブル取付作業時において、ドローン10を操作することによって一旦固定ベルト21付近にケーブル30を固定する。具体的には、本実施形態では、図4(B)に示されるケーブル把持装置50を用いて、一旦ケーブル30を固定する。
 ケーブル把持装置50は、固定ベルト近傍に設けられた設置台22上に設置されている。固定ベルト近傍は、ケーブルの固定箇所の近傍の一例である。ケーブル把持装置50は、ケーブル把持部51を備える。詳細は後述するが、ケーブル把持部51は、ケーブル30の動作に応じて、ケーブル30を収容するとともに把持することが可能に構成されている。
 具体的には、本開示のケーブル把持装置50は、電柱20の間に布設されるケーブル30の移動に応じて、ケーブル30の長手方向の移動を規制する。
 このような方法によれば、ドローン10を飛行させながら布設先の電柱20へのケーブル取付作業を行うことを回避可能である。また、ケーブル把持装置51に対する直接の操作を行うことなく、ドローン10に対する操作によりケーブル30をケーブル把持装置50に把持させることができる。
そして、ケーブル30を作業箇所の近傍に一旦仮止めすることで、高所作業における困難性を緩和することができる。
 [ケーブル把持装置の構成]
 次に、図5を参照しながら、ケーブル把持装置50の構成について説明する。図5(A)は、ケーブル把持装置50の外観を示す斜視図である。ケーブル把持装置50は、略直方体形状をなしており、前壁50Aと、後壁50Bと、側壁50Cとを有する。また、ケーブル把持装置50は、ケーブル把持部51と、ガイドポール52と、抜け止め板53と、角度調整フレーム54とを備える。
 図5(B)は、ケーブル把持装置50の上面図である。図5(B)に示されるように、ケーブル把持部51は、図の左右方向において側壁50Cに挟まれる4つの圧着板51Aを備える。圧着板51Aは、2つずつ対となり、左右方向に対向するように設けられている。4つの圧着板51Aのそれぞれは、シャフト51Bによって側壁50Cと接続されている。シャフト51Bは、図の左右方向に対して所定の傾きを有するように圧着板51Aと側壁50Cとの間に配置されている。本実施形態では、シャフト51Bは、圧着板51Aとの接続端の方が側壁50Cとの接続端よりも図の上方に位置するように傾いている。これにより、圧着板51Aに図の上方へ向かう力が作用した場合にシャフトが倒れこみ、対向する圧着板51A間に所定の間隙が形成される。なお、本実施形態では、圧着板51Aにケーブル把持装置50外部からの力が作用していない場合に、対向する圧着板51A同士が接触する方向の力が圧着板51Aに働くように構成されている。具体的には、図示せぬバネ等によって圧着板51Aに中央に向かう力が加えられていてもよい。
 図5(C)は、ケーブル把持装置50の前面図である。図5(C)に示されるように、圧着板51Aの上面には、切り欠きが設けられている。これにより、上方からドローン10により牽引されるケーブル30が近接する場合に、対向する圧着板51A間にケーブル30を収容することができる。
 図5(C)に示されるように、前壁50Aには、上下方向に延びる溝50aが形成され、ガイドポール52を保持するガイドポール保持部52Aが設けられている。溝50aは、ケーブル把持部51と協働してケーブル30を収容する。ガイドポール52及びガイドポール保持部52Aは、左右対称に1つずつ設けられている。ただし、本開示の範囲はこれに限定されず、ガイドポール52及びガイドポール保持部52Aは、左右対象に複数個ずつ設けられていてもよい。つまり、ガイドポール52及びガイドポール保持部52Aは、左右対称に最低1つずつ設けられていてもよい。また、ガイドポール52及びガイドポール保持部52Aは、必ずしも左右対称に設けられる必要は無く、前壁50Aの右側部分あるいは左側部分に設けられてもよい。ガイドポール52は、上下方向に対して所定角度(本実施形態では、45度)傾くように設けられている。これにより、ドローン10により牽引されるケーブル30が、適切にケーブル把持部51に案内される。なお、ガイドポール保持部52Aがガイドポール52を保持する態様は任意であり、ネジ止めでも、溶接であってもよい。このように、ガイドポール52は、ケーブル把持部51にケーブル30が収容されることをガイドする。ガイドポール52は「ガイド部」として機能する。
 図5(D)は、ケーブル把持装置50の後面図である。後壁50Bには、上下方向に延びる溝50bが形成され、抜け止め板53が設けられている。溝50bは、ケーブル把持部51と協働してケーブル30を収容する。抜け止め板53は、略直方体状をなし、ピン53Aを中心に回動可能である。抜け止め板53の動作については後述する。
 図5(E)は、ケーブル把持装置50の側面図である。図5(E)に示すように、ケーブル把持装置50の下部には角度調整フレーム54が設けられている。角度調整フレーム54は、ケーブル把持装置50の本体部分の設置台22に対する角度(つまり、地面に対する角度)を調整することが可能に構成されている。角度調整フレーム54の動作については後述する。
 [ケーブル把持部の動作]
 次に、図6を参照しながら、ケーブル把持装置50のケーブル把持部51の動作について説明する。図6(A)は、圧着板51Aにケーブル把持装置50外部からの力が作用していない通常時のケーブル把持部51を示す。図6(B)はケーブル牽引時におけるケーブル把持部51を示す。図6(C)はケーブル把持後のケーブル把持部51を示す。
 具体的には、ケーブル把持部51は、ケーブル30の側面方向への移動に応じてケーブル30を収容するとともに、収容したケーブル30の長手方向の移動を規制する。
 上記のように、圧着板51Aは、2つずつ対となり、左右方向に対向している。図6(A)に示すように、通常時において、左右方向に対向する圧着板51Aは接触している。図6(B)の白抜き矢印の方向にドローン10によって牽引されたケーブル30が対向する圧着板51A間にケーブル30が入りこむと、シャフト51Bが倒れこみ、対向する圧着板51A間に間隙が形成される。言い換えると、圧着板51Aがスライド動作し、対向する圧着板51A間に間隙が形成される。これにより、ケーブル30の長手方向の移動のうちの一方向、つまり、ドローン10によるケーブル牽引方向へのケーブル30の移動を許容する。ただし、本実施形態では、図示せぬバネ等により対向する圧着板51A同士が接触する方向の力が圧着板51Aに働くため、圧着板51A間にケーブル30が入りこんだ場合に、圧着板51Aとケーブル30とは接触し摺動する。
 ドローン10によるケーブル牽引が終わると、ケーブル30に図6(C)の白抜き矢印方向の力が働く。ケーブル30の側面と圧着板51Aとが摺動することにより、シャフト51Bが起き上がり、対向する圧着板51Aの間隙が小さくなるように圧着板51Aに力が働く。これにより、対向する圧着板51A間にケーブル30が把持され固定される。言い換えると、ケーブルの長手方向のうちの他方向、つまり、ドローン10によるケーブル牽引方向とは逆方向へのケーブル30の移動が規制される。このように、ケーブル把持部51は、ドローン10によるケーブル牽引方向の張力の変化に応じて機能する。具体的には、ケーブル把持部51は、ケーブル30に対する牽引とは逆の方向の張力により圧着板51Aからの圧着力が増加することを用いて、ケーブル30を把持する。
 [抜け止め板の動作]
 次に、図7を参照しながら、抜け止め板53の動作について説明する。図7は、抜け止め板の動作を説明する図である。抜け止め板53は、ケーブル把持部51にケーブル30が収容された後に、上部に抜け出さないようにするためのロック機構である。つまり、抜け止め板53は、ケーブル把持部51、溝50a及び50bがケーブル30を収容した際に、溝50a及び50bの上部方向へのケーブル30の移動を規制する。言い換えると、抜け止め板53は、溝50a及び50bの開口部からケーブル30が脱落することを規制する。抜け止め板53は「抜け止め部」として機能する。
 抜け止め板53は、外部からの力が作用していない通常時において、図示せぬバネ等の力により水平に保たれている。また、図7に点線及び矢印で示されているように、抜け止め板53は、ピン53Aを中心として、下方にのみ回動可能に構成されている。抜け止め板53は、ケーブル30から下方への力を受けると、ケーブル把持部51がケーブル30を収容可能に下方に回動する。また、抜け止め板53は、ケーブル把持部51がケーブル30を収容した後に、再び水平に戻るように構成されている。
 [角度調整フレームの動作]
 次に、図8及び図9を参照しながら、角度調整フレーム54の動作について説明する。図8は、角度調整フレーム54の動作を説明する図である。角度調整フレーム54は、ドローン10に牽引されたケーブル30のたるみ具合に応じてケーブル把持部51にケーブル30を収容(把持)しやすいように、設置台22とケーブル把持装置50の本体部分との間に所定の角度をつけるための機構である。このように、角度調整フレーム54は、ケーブル30のたるみ具合に応じて、ケーブル把持部51と設置台22との間の角度を調整する。角度調整フレーム54は「角度調整部」として機能する。
 具体的には、図8に示されるように、角度調整フレーム54は、前壁50Aの下端部を中心として、ケーブル把持装置50の本体部分と設置台22との間の設置角度を0度から30度の範囲で設定可能である。なお、このような角度調整のための具体的な構成は任意であり、例えば図示せぬバネ等を用いて、ケーブル把持装置50の本体部分と設置台22との間の角度を調整してもよい。
 図9は、角度調整フレーム54の具体的な動作例を説明する図である。図9(A)には、ケーブル30のたるみが比較的大きい場合が示されている。図9(B)には、ケーブル30のたるみが比較的小さい場合が示されている。図9(A)に示されるように、ドローン10に牽引されるケーブル30のたるみが比較的大きい場合には、角度調整フレーム54によりケーブル把持装置50と設置台22との間の角度を大きく設定することで、ケーブル把持部51にケーブル30を把持しやすくすることができる。また、図9(B)に示されるように、ドローン10に牽引されるケーブル30のたるみが比較的小さい場合には、角度調整フレームによりケーブル把持装置50と設置台22との間の角度を小さく設定することで、ケーブル把持部51にケーブル30を把持しやすくすることができる。
 [布設環境とケーブル把持装置のスペック及び配置との関係]
 次に、図10を参照しながら、布設環境及びドローン性能とケーブル把持装置50のスペック及び配置との関係について説明する。具体的には、使用するドローン10の性能や布設環境からケーブル把持装置50に必要なスペックを算出する。ここで、本実施形態における布設環境及びドローン性能は以下の通りである。
・布設環境
 支持物:15m電柱
 ケーブル布設距離:100m(図10(A)参照)
・ドローン性能
 機種:大型ドローン
 積載重量:200kg
 機体全長:8m
 離隔半径:30m(図10(A)参照)
 ここで、ドローンの積載重量以上の力でケーブル30を牽引することはできない。このため、積載重量200kgから求められるケーブル張力の最大値は約2kNとなり、これがケーブル把持装置50に必要なケーブル把持力となる。
 図10(B)は、上記の布設環境及びドローン性能に対して必要とされるケーブル把持装置50の設置位置及びスペックを説明する図である。本実施形態のように、設置台22やケーブル把持装置50がケーブル取付位置(固定ベルト21の位置)から側方につきだしている場合には、ケーブル張力もケーブル取付位置の側方において働くため、電柱20及びケーブル把持装置50等の回転モーメントを考慮する必要がある。本実施形態において、上記のようにケーブル張力を2kNとした場合に適用できる設置距離(電柱20とケーブル把持装置50の中心との間の距離)は0.7mとなる。また、上記の通り、ガイドポール52は、上下方向に略45度をなしている。このため、ガイドポール52は、電柱20に接触しないように、1m程度の長さを有するように設計されている。
 結局、本実施形態において、ケーブル把持装置50のスペックや配置位置は以下のようになる。
 ケーブル把持力:2kN
 設置位置:0.7m
 ガイドポール長:1m
 (その他の実施例)
 本開示の範囲は、上記の実施形態に限定されない。具体的には、本開示の範囲は、ドローンを用いたケーブル布設作業に限定されない。また、本開示のケーブル把持装置は、布設先の支持物へのケーブル取付作業において用いられることに限定されない。例えば、本開示のケーブル把持装置は、布設元及び布設先の支持物に対する人手でのケーブル取付作業におけるケーブルの仮止めのために用いられてもよい。

Claims (8)

  1.  支持物の間に布設されるケーブルの移動に応じて、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動を規制する、
     ケーブル把持装置。
  2.  前記ケーブルの側面方向への移動に応じて前記ケーブルを収容するとともに、前記収容した前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動を規制するケーブル把持部を備える、
     請求項1に記載のケーブル把持装置。
  3.  前記ケーブル把持部は、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動のうちのいずれか一方向への移動を許容し、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動のうちのいずれか他方向への移動を規制する、
     請求項2に記載のケーブル把持装置。
  4.  前記ケーブルは、航空機によって牽引され、
     前記一方向は、前記航空機による前記ケーブルの牽引方向であり、
     前記ケーブル把持部は、前記牽引方向の張力の変化に応じて機能する、
     請求項3に記載のケーブル把持装置。
  5.  前記ケーブル把持部と協働して前記ケーブルを収容する溝が形成され、
     前記ケーブル把持部及び前記溝が前記ケーブルを収容した際に、前記溝の上部方向への前記ケーブルの移動を規制する抜け止め部を備える、
     請求項2に記載のケーブル把持装置。
  6.  前記ケーブル把持部に前記ケーブルが収容されることをガイドするガイド部を備える、
     請求項2に記載のケーブル把持装置。
  7.  前記支持物の前記ケーブルの固定箇所の近傍に設けられる設置台上に配置され、
     前記ケーブルのたるみ具合に応じて、前記ケーブル把持部と前記設置台との間の角度を調整する角度調整部を備える、
     請求項4に記載のケーブル把持装置。
  8.  支持物の間に布設されるケーブルの移動に応じて、前記ケーブルの長手方向の移動を規制する、
     ケーブル把持方法。
