本公开的示例实施例总体涉及计算机领域,特别地涉及直播互动方法、装置、设备和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,互联网已经成为人们获取各种内容的重要来源。利用互联网和流媒体技术进行内容传播的直播技术发展迅速,人们可以在直播间来进行多种类型的互动,并可以通过直播间来获取类型丰富的信息。
发明内容
在本公开的第一方面,提供了一种直播互动方法。该方法包括:在直播界面中显示互动消息,直播界面关联于目标直播方;以及在直播界面显示针对互动消息的响应消息,响应消息是由与目标直播方相关联的虚拟对象基于互动消息所生成,虚拟对象基于目标直播方的配置操作所构建。
在本公开的第二方面,提供了一种直播互动装置。该装置包括:第一显示模块,被配置为在直播界面中显示互动消息,直播界面关联于目标直播方;以及第二显示模块,被配置为在直播界面显示针对互动消息的响应消息,响应消息是由与目标直播方相关联的虚拟对象基于互动消息所生成,虚拟对象基于目标直播方的配置操作所构建。

如参考上文所介绍的,直播已经成为一种重要的互联网互动形式。人们例如可以发起直播,并成为直播间的主播方。或者,人们也可以加入到其它直播间,以获取对应的直播内容。
在直播过程中,人们可以通过评论、虚拟礼物、点赞等方式来进行各种类型的互动。相应的互动消息也将被呈现在直播界面中,以被主播或其它用户所获取。然而,在互动人数较多的情况下,用户的互动消息可能无法获得及时的响应。
有鉴于此,本公开的实施例提出了一种直播互动方案。根据该方案,可以在直播界面中接收来自用户的互动消息,直播界面关联于目标直播方。进一步地,可以在直播界面的互动区域中,向用户展示针对互动消息的响应消息,响应消息是由与目标直播方相关联的虚拟对象响应于互动消息关联于目标主题所生成,虚拟对象基于目标直播方的配置操作所构建。基于以上方式,本公开的实施例能够提高直播过程中的消息处理效率。
基于以上方式,本公开的实施例能够利用与直播方对应的虚拟对象来处理用户在直播过程中的互动消息,从而提高消息处理的效率,并提升用户的互动体验。
以下进一步结合附图来详细描述该方案的各种示例实现。
示例环境
图1示出了本公开的实施例能够在其中实现的示例环境100的示意图。如图1所示,示例环境100可以包括电子设备110。
在该示例环境100中,电子设备110可以运行有用于提供、观看媒体内容的应用120。应用120可以是用于提供、观看媒体内容的任何适当类型应用,其示例可以包括但不限于:在线视频应用、直播应用。用户140可以经由电子设备110和/或其附接设备来与应用120进行交互。用户140可以例如提供直播内容的用户(也称为,主播)、观看直播的用户(也称为,观众)。
在图1的环境100中,如果应用120处于活动状态,电子设备110可以通过应用120呈现直播界面150。
在一些实施例中,电子设备110与服务器130通信,以实现对应用120的服务的供应。电子设备110可以是任意类型的移动终端、固定终端或便携式终端,包括移动手机、台式计算机、膝上型计算机、笔记本计算机、上网本计算机、平板计算机、媒体计算机、多媒体平板、掌上电脑、便携式游戏终端、VR/AR设备、个人通信系统(Personal Communication System,PCS)设备、个人导航设备、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、音频/视频播放器、数码相机/摄像机、定位设备、电视接收器、无线电广播接收器、电子书设备、游戏设备或者前述各项的任意组合,包括这些设备的配件和外设或者其任意组合。在一些实施例中,电子设备110也能够支持任意类型的针对用户的接口(诸如“可佩戴”电路等)。
服务器130可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式系统,还可以是提供云服务、云数据库、云计算、云函数、云存储、网络服务、云通信、中间件服务、域名服务、安全服务、内容分发网络、以及大数据和人工智能平台等基础云计算服务的云服务器。服务器130例如可以包括计算系统/服务器,诸如大型机、边沿计算节点、云环境中的计算设备,等等。服务器130可以为电子设备110中支持虚拟场景的应用120提供后台服务。
服务器130与电子设备110之间可以建立有通信连接。通信连接可以通过有线方式或无线方式建立。通信连接可以包括但不限于蓝牙连接、移动网络连接、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)连接、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)连接等,本公开的实施例在此方面不受限制。在本公开的实施例中,服务器130与电子设备110可以通过二者之间的通信连接实现信令交互。

以下将继续参考附图描述本公开的一些示例实施例。图2A示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的示例界面200A(也称为直播界面),该界面200A例如可以由与直播间的用户140(例如,观众用户)相关联的电子设备110所提供。
如图2A所示,界面200A可以包括互动区域205,以用于展示与直播内容相关联的互动消息。作为示例,这样的互动消息可以包括诸如评论消息、礼物消息等。
以图2A作为示例,电子设备110可以经由互动控件220来获取用户所输入的互动消息,例如,评论消息。进一步地,这样的互动消息210例如可以被展示在界面200A的互动区域205中。
在一些场景中,这样的互动消息210(例如,评论消息)可能无法及时被直播方(例如,主播)响应。根据本公开的实施例,直播方例如可以配置对应的虚拟对象,以用于辅助直播过程。
在一些实施例中,这样的虚拟对象可以是基于直播方的配置操作所创建的。在一些场景中,这样的虚拟对象也可以称为数字分身、虚拟分身等。
作为示例,直播方可以通过配置形象信息、设定信息、知识信息等来创建这样虚拟对象。在一些示例中,这样的虚拟对象可以被配置为具有基于配置信息来进行对话的能力。这样的能力例如可以基于适当的机器学习模型(例如,语言模型)来实现。
作为示例,直播方可以通过上传一组图像来生成虚拟对象的视觉形象。附加地,直播方例如还可以通过输入角色设定信息和/或上传知识信息,以配置虚拟对象的对话能力。这样的角色设定信息例如可以包括文本提示项,以用于描述虚拟对象的身份设定、对话风格等信息。进一步地,直播方还可以将所创建的虚拟对象关联于直播场景,以支持在直播互动中启用该虚拟对象。
进一步地,直播方例如可以在直播活动开启之间配置本场直播活动中所启用的一个或多个虚拟对象。进一步地,虚拟对象可以生成针对用户的互动消息210的响应消息215。如图2A所示,该响应消息215例如可以被相应地展示在互动区域205中。在一些其他示例中,该响应消息215例如还可以基于其他适当的方式被提供,例如,弹窗消息等。
在一些实施例中,响应于互动消息210被确定为与目标主题相关联,虚拟对象可以被触发以用于生成并提供对应的响应消息215。例如,直播内容可以是与商品推广有关的内容,目标主题可以是与商品咨询相关的主题。
在一些场景中,这样的目标主题例如可以包括预设的主题。备选地或附加地,这样的目标主题例如可以直播内容相关联。例如,这样的目标主题可以是基于直播活动的主题、直播活动的类别等信息所确定。备选地或附加地,这样的目标主题例如还可以是由直播方或直播方的关联用户(例如,直播间的管理员)配置。例如,主播方可以配置一个或多个特定主题,以使得虚拟对象能够在直播互动中处理与这样的特定主题匹配的互动消息。
进一步地,虚拟对象例如可以利用对应的语言模型生成针对互动消息210的响应内容,并可以触发电子设备110展示对应的响应消息215。这样的响应内容的生成可以基于虚拟对象的配置信息(例如,角色设定信息、知识信息等)、互动消息210相关联的上下文信息等,本公开不旨在对响应消息215的具体生成过程进行限定。
在一些实施例中,电子设备110可以展示与响应消息215相关联的指示元素,以表示该响应消息215是由虚拟对象所提供。例如,这样的指示元素可以包括与虚拟对象对应的标识,或者与响应消息215对应的预设标签等。
在一些实施例中,如图2A所示,响应消息215可以指示对互动消息210的引用。例如,响应消息215可以展示对应的互动消息210的内容。
备选地或附加地,响应消息215例如还可以指示对发送互动消息210的用户(也称为目标用户)的引用。例如,响应消息215可以通过提及标识符(例如,@)和用户名的组合来指示对该用户的引用。
在一些实施例中,电子设备110例如还可以根据第一消息样式展示响应消息215。这样的消息样式例如可以指示相应消息215的字体样式、字体颜色、字体大小、消息框的样式、背景颜色、透明度等。在一些实施例中,这样的第一消息样式例如可以不同于其他互动消息的第二消息样式。例如,响应消息215的显示样式可以不同于来自其他用户的互动消息的显示样式。
在一些实施例中,如图2B所示,响应于由虚拟对象针对用户所提供的历史响应消息的数目大于阈值,电子设备110还可以在界面200B呈现与虚拟对象相关联的提示消息225。
作为示例,当虚拟对象在互动区域205中提供了超过3条的响应消息时,电子设备110可以呈现提示消息225。在一些实施例中,这样的提示消息225可以关联于与虚拟对象相关联的访问入口(例如,图2B所示的“分身”按钮)所显示。
在一些实施例中,这样的提示消息225的内容可以是基于用户与虚拟对象的历史交互所生成,即,历史的互动消息和对应的响应消息。

在一些实施例中,该会话窗口230可以对应于当前用户与虚拟对象的会话。如图2C所示,电子设备110可以在会话窗口230中展示用户与虚拟对象的历史交互消息。例如,电子设备110可以展示与互动消息210对应的会话消息235,并展示与响应消息215对应的会话消息240。
进一步地,会话窗口230还可以包括输入控件245,以在会话中输入新的消息。相应地,电子设备110可以在会话窗口230中呈现虚拟对象针对新的消息所生成的答复内容。在一些实施例中,这样的答复内容可以基于会话窗口230中的历史上下文所生成。作为示例,历史上下文可以包括当前用户与虚拟对象的多轮历史交互。在一些实施例中,这样的新的消息和/或答复消息将不展示在互动区域205中。
基于以上方式,本公开的实施例能够利用与直播方对应的虚拟对象来处理用户在直播过程中的互动消息,从而提高消息处理的效率,并提升用户的互动体验。
以上结合图2A至图2C描述了展示由虚拟对象生成的响应消息的示例交互。在一些实施例中,本公开的实施例例如还可以支持用户在直播过程中主动发起与虚拟对象的交互。
如图3C所示,在直播界面300A中,电子设备110例如在互动控件305中提供互动入口310。以图3A作为示例,这样的互动控件305例如可以包括直播界面300A的评论控件。
作为示例,电子设备110可以接收对于互动入口310的选择,并相应地呈现如图3B所示的会话窗口315,以支持用户在会话窗口315中与虚拟对象的对话交互。例如,用户可以通过会话窗口315中的输入控件320来输入请求消息。相应地,电子设备110可以在会话窗口315中展示来自虚拟对象的响应消息。
在一些实施例中,电子设备110例如还可以接收用户对如图3A所示的输入控件305的选择,并呈现如图3C所示的互动控件325。互动控件325例如可以对应于消息输入控件。
如图3C所示,电子设备110还可以在互动控件325中提供与虚拟对象相关联的访问入口330。类似地,在接收到对于访问入口330的选择后,电子设备110可以相应地呈现如图3B所示的会话窗口315,以支持用户在会话窗口315中与虚拟对象的对话交互。
以此方式,本公开的实施例还能够支持用户在互动过程中主动发起与虚拟对象的交互,从而提高直播过程中的消息交互效率,提高信息获取的效率。

图4示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的示例直播互动过程400的流程图。过程400可以被实现在与直播间的用户(例如,参与直播事件的用户或观众)相关联的电子设备110处。下面参考图1来描述过程400。

如图6所示,电子设备600是通用电子设备的形式。电子设备600的组件可以包括但不限于一个或多个处理器或处理单元610、存储器620、存储设备630、一个或多个通信单元640、一个或多个输入设备650以及一个或多个输出设备660。处理单元610可以是实际或虚拟处理器并且能够根据存储器620中存储的程序来执行各种处理。在多处理器系统中,多个处理单元并行执行计算机可执行指令,以提高电子设备600的并行处理能力。
电子设备600通常包括多个计算机存储介质。这样的介质可以是电子设备600可访问的任何可以获取的介质,包括但不限于易失性和非易失性介质、可拆卸和不可拆卸介质。存储器620可以是易失性存储器(例如寄存器、高速缓存、随机访问存储器(RAM))、非易失性存储器(例如,只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、闪存)或它们的某种组合。存储设备630可以是可拆卸或不可拆卸的介质,并且可以包括机器可读介质,诸如闪存驱动、磁盘或者任何其他介质,其可以能够用于存储信息和/或数据并且可以在电子设备600内被访问。

根据本公开的示例性实现方式,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可执行指令,其中计算机可执行指令被处理器执行以实现上文描述的方法。根据本公开的示例性实现方式,还提供了一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品被有形地存储在非瞬态计算机可读介质上并且包括计算机可执行指令,而计算机可执行指令被处理器执行以实现上文描述的方法。
这里参照根据本公开实现的方法、装置、设备和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或框图描述了本公开的各个方面。应当理解,流程图和/或框图的每个方框以及流程图和/或框图中各方框的组合,都可以由计算机可读程序指令实现。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种直播互动方法,包括:
    在直播界面中显示互动消息,所述直播界面关联于目标直播方;以及
    在所述直播界面显示针对所述互动消息的响应消息,所述响应消息是由与所述目标直播方相关联的虚拟对象基于所述互动消息所生成,所述虚拟对象基于所述目标直播方的配置操作所构建。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    关联于所述响应消息,呈现与所述虚拟对象对应的指示元素。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    响应于接收到针对所述响应消息的预设操作,呈现与所述虚拟对象的会话窗口;以及
    在所述会话窗口中呈现与所述互动消息和所述响应消息对应的会话消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述响应消息是由所述虚拟对象响应于确定所述互动消息与目标主题相关联所生成。
  5. 权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述目标主题包括以下至少一项:
    预设的第一主题;
    基于与所述直播界面相关联的直播内容确定的第二主题;
    由所述目标直播方或所述目标直播方的关联用户配置的第三主题。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述响应消息还指示对所述互动消息和/或与所述互动消息对应的目标用户的引用。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中显示针对所述互动消息的响应消息包括:
    在所述直播界面的互动区域中显示所述响应消息,所述互动区域用于显示与所述直播界面相关联的一组互动消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述响应消息的第一消息样式不同于所述一组互动消息的第二消息样式。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述互动消息对应于目标用户,所述方法还包括:
    响应于由所述虚拟对象针对所述目标用户所提供的历史响应消息的数目大于阈值,在所述直播界面中呈现与所述虚拟对象相关联的提示消息;以及
    基于对所述提示消息的选择,呈现与所述虚拟对象的会话窗口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述提示消息的内容基于所述历史响应消息所确定。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    在与所述直播界面相关联的至少一个互动控件中呈现与所述虚拟对象相关联的互动入口;以及
    响应于对所述互动入口的选择,呈现与所述虚拟对象的会话窗口。
  12. 一种用于直播互动的装置,包括:
    第一显示模块,被配置为在直播界面中显示互动消息,所述直播界面关联于目标直播方;以及
    第二显示模块,被配置为在所述直播界面显示针对所述互动消息的响应消息,所述响应消息是由与所述目标直播方相关联的虚拟对象基于所述互动消息所生成,所述虚拟对象基于所述目标直播方的配置操作所构建。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    至少一个存储器,所述至少一个存储器被耦合到所述至少一个处理器并且存储用于由所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令在由所述至少一个处理器执行时使所述电子设备执行根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令可由处理器执行以实现根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机可执行指令,其中所述计算机可执行指令在被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
