Description

플라즈마 디바이스
본 발명은 플라즈마 디바이스에 관한 것이다.
플라즈마를 생성하는 플라즈마 디바이스에 있어서, 자속의 분포는 플라즈마 생성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 예를 들어, 양 단에 음극부가 위치하고 그 사이에 양극부가 위치하는 경우, 내부에 형성된 자속이 양극부에 연결되지 않도록 하여 전자의 이동을 억제할 필요가 있다.

본 발명은 전술한 문제 및 다른 문제를 해결하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 내부에 형성된 자속의 일부가 양극부에 형성된 중공부를 통과하면서 양극부와 만나지 않는 플라즈마 디바이스를 제공하는 것을 다른(another) 목적으로 한다.

도 1 내지 도 11을 참조하면, 자기장 발생부(500)는, 서브 마그넷(510, 520) 및 미들 마그넷(530)을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 미들 마그넷(530)은, 제1 마그넷(510)과 제2 마그넷(520)의 사이에 위치할 수 있다.
서브 마그넷(510, 520)은, 자속을 형성할 수 있다. 서브 마그넷(510, 520)이 형성하는 자속의 방향은, 하우징(100)의 종방향일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 마그넷(510)의 상부(upper portion)와 하부(lower portion)의 극성(polarity)은, 서로 다를 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)의 상부(upper portion)와 하부(lower portion)의 극성(polarity)은, 서로 다를 수 있다.

다른 예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)은 기둥(pillar) 형상을 형성할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)은, 제2 바디(410)의 하면에 인접하거나 결합될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)의 상면은, 제2 바디(410)의 하면을 마주할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)의 상부(upper portion)의 극성은, 미들 마그넷(530)의 하부(lower portion)의 극성과 다를 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)의 하부의 극성은, 제2 마그넷(520)의 상부의 극성과 다를 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 12를 참조하면, 자기장 발생부(500)는, 하우징(100)의 외측면에 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 자기장 발생부(500)의 내측면은, 하우징(100)의 외측면을 마주할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 미들 마그넷 내측면(531)은, 하우징(100)의 외측면을 마주할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 미들 마그넷 내측면(531)은, 양극부(200)를 향할 수 있다.
서브 마그넷(510, 520)은, 미들 마그넷(530)에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 서브 마그넷(510, 520)은, 미들 마그넷(530)과 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 서브 마그넷(510, 520)은, 미들 마그넷(530)에서 연장될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제1 마그넷(510)은, 미들 마그넷(530)의 상단(upper edge)에서 위로 연장될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 마그넷(520)은, 미들 마그넷(530)의 하단(lower edge)에서 아래로 연장될 수 있다.
서브 마그넷(510, 520)과 미들 마그넷(530)이 일체로 형성되거나 서로 연결됨으로써, 플라즈마 디바이스(10)가 용이하게 제작될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 서브 마그넷(510, 520)과 미들 마그넷(530)이 일체로 형성되거나 서로 연결됨으로써, 자기장 발생부(500)에 의해 형성된 자속의 일부는, 양극부(200)에 형성된 중공부를 통과하면서 양극부(200)와 만나지 않을 수 있다.
음극부(300, 400)는, 제1 음극부(300)와 제2 음극부(400) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하거나 의미할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 자기장 발생부(500)에 의해 형성된 자속의 일부는, 양극부(200)에 형성된 중공부를 통과하면서 양극부(200)와 만나지 않으면서 음극부(300, 400)와 만날 수 있다. 이로써, 하우징(100)의 내부에서 플라즈마가 효과적으로 형성될 수 있다.
앞에서 설명된 본 발명의 어떤 실시예 또는 다른 실시예들은 서로 배타적이거나 구별되는 것은 아니다. 앞서 설명된 본 발명의 어떤 실시예들 또는 다른 실시예들은 각각의 구성 또는 기능이 병용되거나 조합될 수 있다.
본 발명은 본 발명의 정신 및 필수적 특징을 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다른 특정한 형태로 구체화될 수 있음은 당업자에게 자명하다. 상기의 상세한 설명은 모든 면에서 제한적으로 해석되어서는 아니 되고 예시적인 것으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 첨부된 청구항의 합리적 해석에 의해 결정되어야 하고, 본 발명의 등가적 범위 내에서의 모든 변경은 본 발명의 범위에 포함된다.

Claims (18)

  1. 하단에서 위로 연장되어 상단에 이어지고, 내부에 중공부를 형성하는, 하우징;
    상기 하우징의 상기 상단에 연결되는 제1 바디 및 상기 제1 바디에 형성된 홀(hole)로서 상기 하우징의 상기 중공부에 연통되는 인출 홀을 포함하는, 제1 음극부;
    상기 하우징의 상기 하단에 연결되는 제2 바디를 포함하는 제2 음극부;
    상기 하우징의 상기 중공부에 위치하고, 상기 제1 음극부와 상기 제2 음극부의 사이에 위치하는, 양극부; 그리고
    상기 하우징의 상기 중공부에 자속을 형성하는 자기장 발생부를 포함하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징의 상기 중공부에 형성되는 상기 자속의 일부는,
    상기 양극부의 내부를 통과하되 상기 양극부와 만나지 않는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 양극부의 전위(electric potential)는,
    상기 제1 음극부의 전위 및 상기 제2 음극부의 전위 보다 높은,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 자기장 발생부는,
    상기 양극부에 인접한 미들 마그넷을 포함하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 미들 마그넷의 내측면은 상기 양극부를 마주하고,
    상기 미들 마그넷의 외측면은 상기 하우징을 마주하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 미들 마그넷은 상기 하우징의 외부에 위치하며,
    상기 미들 마그넷의 내측면은 상기 하우징을 마주하고,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 자기장 발생부는,
    상기 제1 음극부에 인접한 제1 마그넷 및 상기 제2 음극부에 인접한 제2 마그넷 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷은 상기 미들 마그넷의 위에 위치하고,
    상기 제2 마그넷은 상기 미들 마그넷의 아래에 위치하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷, 상기 제2 마그넷, 그리고 상기 미들 마그넷은,
    상기 하우징의 외부에 위치하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷은 상기 미들 마그넷의 상단에서 위로 연장되고,
    상기 제2 마그넷은 상기 미들 마그넷의 하단에서 아래로 연장된,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷, 상기 제2 마그넷, 그리고 상기 미들 마그넷은, 상기 하우징의 내부에 위치하고,
    상기 제1 마그넷의 하면은 상기 미들 마그넷의 상면을 마주하며,
    상기 제2 마그넷의 상면은 상기 미들 마그넷의 하면을 마주하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 음극부는,
    상기 제1 바디에서 아래로 돌출된 제1 넥을 더 포함하고,
    상기 제1 바디는,
    상기 제1 넥과 단차를 형성하며 상기 미들 마그넷을 마주하는 제1 숄더 면을 형성하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷은,
    상기 제1 숄더 면에 위치하고 상기 미들 마그넷을 마주하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 음극부는,
    상기 제2 바디에서 위로 돌출된 제2 넥을 더 포함하고,
    상기 제2 바디는,
    상기 제2 넥과 단차를 형성하며 상기 미들 마그넷을 마주하는 제2 숄더 면을 형성하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  15. 제14항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 마그넷은,
    상기 제2 숄더 면에 위치하고 상기 미들 마그넷을 마주하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  16. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷은 상기 미들 마그넷의 위에 위치하고,
    상기 제2 마그넷은 상기 미들 마그넷의 아래에 위치하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  17. 제16항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 마그넷의 하면은 상기 미들 마그넷의 상면을 마주하며,
    상기 제2 마그넷의 상면은 상기 제2 바디의 하면을 마주하는,
    플라즈마 디바이스.
  18. 제17항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 음극부는,
    상기 제1 바디에서 아래로 돌출된 제1 넥을 더 포함하고,
    상기 제1 마그넷은,
    링(ring)의 형상을 형성하며 상기 제1 넥을 감싸되 상기 미들 마그넷을 마주하는,
