ケーブル布設方法
 本開示は、ドローンを用いるケーブル布設方法に関する。
 従来より、電柱等の架空構造物を介して架空へケーブルを単独布設する際に、人手によって、布設するルートの始点から終点に沿って地上にケーブルを配置したうえで、架空構造物の架渉位置にて張力をかけることが行われている。このような方法によると、地上の状況が交通量の多い道路である場合や、架空構造物が高低差のある山谷に配置されている場合に、作業に危険を伴う。特に道路上での作業の場合には、道路を通行する車や人にとっても布設中のケーブルは危険である。
 これを回避する方法として、ロケットランチャーやドローンにより架空構造物のスパン間の架空上で布設する工法が一般的に知られている。しかしながら、ドローンのペイロード性能の限界により、牽引糸など線質量密度が小さい物から、線質量密度が大きいものへ(例えば、牽引紐、牽引ロープ、ケーブルの順に)置き換えていくための往復作業が必要となる。
 例えば、非特許文献1には、一般的なウィンチを用いて、軽量ロープ、牽引ロープ、ケーブルの順に、布設する方法が開示されている。このような方法を用いた場合、布設できるスパン長は、ケーブルを張線する機械の牽引張力により制限される。つまり、単独のドローンを用いてケーブルを布設する場合には、ケーブルの重量等により布設可能なスパン長に制限が存在する。

 一方で、複数のドローンを用いてケーブルを布設することが考えられるが、各ドローンを安定して飛行させつつ十分な地上高を確保可能な水平張力をケーブルに加えるために、各ドローンがどのような条件を満たせばよいかが明らかでなかった。
 そこで、本開示は、複数のドローンを用いて、各ドローンを安定して飛行させつつ十分な地上高を確保可能な水平張力をケーブルに加えることが可能な、ケーブル布設方法を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本開示のケーブル布設方法は、複数のドローンを用い、各ドローンが所定のピッチ角を満足しつつケーブルが所定の地上高を確保するように、各ドローンがケーブルに水平張力を加える、という手法を採用する。
 具体的には、ケーブル布設方法は、
 複数のドローンを用いて架空構造物間にケーブルを布設するケーブル布設方法であって、
 前記各ドローンに前記ケーブルを把持させること、
 前記各ドローンが所定のピッチ角を満足しつつ前記ケーブルが所定の地上高を確保するように、前記各ドローンが前記ケーブルに水平張力を加えること、を含む。
 これによれば、スパン間での往復作業を行うことなく、ドローンを安定飛行させつつ布設中および布設後の地上高を確保して、長スパンのケーブル布設を行うことができる。
 また、ケーブル布設方法は、
 前記各ドローンに所定の間隔で前記ケーブルを把持させること、
 隣接する前記ドローン間における弛度が各ドローン間で一定となるように、前記各ドローンが前記ケーブルに前記水平張力を加えること、を含んでもよい。

 本開示のケーブル布設方法によれば、複数のドローンを用いて、各ドローンを安定して飛行させつつ十分な地上高を確保可能な水平張力をケーブルに加えることができる。

 (第1の実施形態)
 本開示の第1の実施形態にかかるケーブル布設方法について、図1から図8を参照しながら説明する。
 第1の実施形態は、一般的なドローン100を複数用いて、架空へケーブル300を牽引し電柱200間に布設するケーブル布設方法を提供する。複数のドローン100の運用にあたっては、各ドローン100が安定して飛行できる条件であるピッチ角を満足させつつ、最大の水平張力Tを確保するように連携させる方法を取る。つまり、本実施形態では、複数のドローン100を安定飛行させつつ、布設後のケーブル300の地上高を確保可能な水平張力Tを複数のドローン100によりケーブル300に対し加える。電柱200は「架空構造物」の一例である。
 具体的には、本開示のケーブル布設方法は、
 複数のドローン100を用いて電柱200間にケーブル300を布設するケーブル布設方法であって、
 各ドローン100にケーブル300を把持させること、
 各ドローン100が所定のピッチ角を満足しつつケーブル300が所定の地上高を確保するように、各ドローン100がケーブル300に水平張力を加えること、を含む。
 [単独のドローンによる布設について]
 前提として、1台のドローン100によるケーブル布設を考える。一般のドローンは、飛行力学上の制限から、ピッチ角約30度が限度である。本開示におけるピッチ角とは、図1に示されるように、鉛直方向に対してペイロード成分が傾く角度として定義される。言い換えると、ペイロードは、ドローン100の浮力(鉛直方向)に牽引力(水平方向)を加えたものであるため、ピッチ角=arctan(浮力/牽引力)として定義される。
 ドローン100は、ピッチ角約30度を超えると浮力を安定して確保することができず、ドローン100自身の荷重を支えられずに墜落する。このため、図1に示されるように、農薬散布等で一般的に用いられるペイロード上限200N(約20kg)程度のドローンを用いた場合でも、水平方向の牽引力は、上限であるピッチ角30度のときの100Nとなる。なお、このとき同時に発生する浮力(鉛直方向)は、170Nとなる。
 ここで、図2に示されるように、ドローン100を用いて電柱200等の架空構造物にケーブル300を布設する際にかかる力、および、架渉高度と弛度、地上高との関係は、以下のようになる。なお、ドローン100は等速運動するものとし、ケーブル300等への風圧荷重は十分小さいものと仮定する。
 架渉高度H[m]=地上高[m]+弛度D[m]
 牽引力[N]=水平張力T[N]
 浮力[N]=ケーブル荷重V[N]
 ペイロード[N]=合力F[N]
 ピッチ角=arctan(浮力/牽引力)=arctan(ケーブル荷重/水平張力)
 また、図3に示されるように、布設中及び布設後のケーブル300がカテナリー曲線をなすことが知られている。布設中及び布設後のケーブル300の形状(カテナリー曲線)、弛度D、及び、ケーブルの実長Lは、xy平面上において、以下の数式で表される。
 ただし、aは、水平張力Tをケーブル300の線質量密度W[N/m]で除算した値、つまり、a=T/Wである。
 本開示では、ドローン100がケーブル300を牽引する際の弛度D、水平張力T、実長Lを用いた計算に際し、上記の数式から得られる以下の近似式を用いる。具体的には、弛度Dが十分に小さいと仮定したとき、マクローリン展開により、弛度D、水平張力T、及び、実長Lは、以下のように近似することができる。
 上記の関係を前提に、図4を参照しながら、単独のドローン100で線質量密度W=3[N/m](吊り線45CR程度)のケーブル300を牽引する際に発生する課題を説明する。図4は、所定の条件下におけるピッチ角、弛度、又は、スパン長を説明する図である。ここで、地上高を確保するようにケーブル300を牽引する場合、鉛直方向の浮力で支えるべきケーブル荷重よりも、水平方向の牽引力の方が大きくなる傾向がある。
 例えば、図4(A)に示されるように、通常の出来形、つまり、スパン長S=30m、弛度D=0.2mで布設することを考える。この場合、以下に示すように、ケーブル荷重V=90Nに対し、必要となる水平張力Tは、1688Nとなる。この場合のピッチ角は、86.95度となる。これはドローン100の性能限界を超えているため実現不可能である。
 これに対し、図4(B)に示すように、ピッチ角30度以内という条件下で、スパン長S=30mを確保しつつ、線質量密度W=3N/mのケーブル300を布設することを考える。この場合、以下に示すように、弛度D=6mとする必要がある。このため、地上から10mの位置にケーブル300を布設する場合における地上高が4mとなり、有線電気通信設備令施行規則おける車道上等での必要な地上高(=5m)を確保することができない。
 そこで、図4(C)に示すように、ピッチ角30度以内という条件を満たし、かつ、省令上必要な地上高(=5m)を確保して、線質量密度W=3N/mのケーブル300を布設することを考える。この場合、以下に示すように、スパン長Sが25mより大きくなる場合に対応することができない。このため、単独のドローン100を用いる場合には、市中に存在するスパン長が30mから50m程度の電柱間にケーブル300を布設することができない。また、山岳区間などには特殊区間として250m程度のスパン長も存在するが、単独のドローン100を用いる場合には、そのような長いスパン長に対応することもできない。
 [始点から終点までの布設作業]
 ここで、複数のドローン100を用いたケーブル300の布設作業について説明する。ケーブル布設作業に関しては、まず、始点に布設する長さのケーブル300を予め確保する。その後、始点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置にケーブル300の片端を把持させ、ケーブル300の別の片端を取り付けた牽引用ドローン100を始点側から終点側へ向かって水平に飛行させる。
 予定のスパン分のケーブルが繰り出されたら、次のドローン100にケーブル300を固定し、前のドローン100に連動させて飛行させる。これを繰り返し、始点側から終点側に向けて必要なケーブル長を用意するとともに、複数のドローン100を架空に配置する。この終点までの配置段階では、牽引中のケーブル300に必要な地上高が取れるかのみを気にすればよいため、ケーブル300を牽引するための水平張力は厳密に制御する必要はない。
 ケーブル300及び複数のドローン100が終点まで配置された後、完成形に向けてケーブル300に水平張力をかける必要がある。この際には、予めプログラミング等しておいた位置に各ドローン100を配置し、各ドローン100にピッチ角30度以内でケーブルを牽引させる。ドローン100全機が所定の位置に停止したら、終点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置にケーブル300を把持させる。両端でケーブル300を把持させ固定すれば完成形の実長は不変となるため、あとは全ドローン100に固定したケーブル300をリリースさせる。リリースさせる方法に関し、各ドローン100には、市販のドローンのように遠隔で開閉可能なアームが設けられていてもよい。ピッチ角30度は「所定のピッチ角」の一例である。
 なお、リリースにあたっては、各ドローン位置において想定される弛度分の鉛直距離分だけ各ドローン100を降下させ、リリースによって加わるケーブル300への水平張力を徐々に荷重させていくことで、各ドローン100を安定させつつケーブルの布設を完成形とすることができる。なお、複数のドローン100への指示の出力方法は任意であり、複数のドローン100を一括して管理する制御装置により複数のドローン100に対して一括して指示を出してもよいし、複数のドローン100毎に制御装置を用意してもよい。
 [撤去作業]
 上記の工法により布設したケーブル300の撤去に関しては、布設時の逆手順により撤去が可能である。
 上記のように、本開示のケーブル布設方法は、
 始点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置にケーブル300を把持させること、
 始点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置から終点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置に向けて各ドローンを水平飛行させること、
 各ドローンが所定の位置で停止するまでケーブルに水平張力を加えること、
 各ドローンが所定の位置で停止した後、終点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置にケーブル300を把持させること、
 終点に位置する電柱200の架渉位置にケーブル300を把持させた後、各ドローンにケーブル300をリリースさせること、を含む。
 [複数のドローンを用いたケーブル布設方法]
 ここからは、複数のドローンを用いたケーブル布設方法について、図5から図8を参照しながら、より詳細に説明する。図5は、N個のドローンがケーブルを牽引する場合における、牽引中の各スパンにおける弛度・スパン長と、布設完了時の弛度・スパン長との関係を説明する図である。
 上記の通り、布設後のケーブル300は、目標の弛度となるように、牽引される必要がある。そこで、複数のドローン100は、布設後のケーブル300が目標の弛度となるように、ケーブル300を牽引する。例えば、概算としては、最終的な完成形としてスパン長S=250mを弛度D=10mを目標にケーブル300を布設するためには、ドローン20台程度で各スパンにおける弛度dが0.5mになるよう、各ドローン100を制御する必要がある。
 具体的には、本開示のケーブル布設方法は、
 各ドローンに所定の間隔でケーブル300を把持させること、
 隣接するドローン間における弛度が各ドローン間で一定となるように、各ドローンがケーブル300に水平張力を加えること、を含む。
 本実施形態では、図5(A)に示されるように、異なるスパンで配置した複数のドローン100を用いて、ケーブル300を牽引し、電柱200間に布設する。異なるスパンは「所定の間隔」の一例である。図5は、N個のドローンがケーブル300を牽引する場合における、牽引中の各スパンにおける弛度・スパン長と、布設完了時の弛度・スパン長との関係を説明する図である。本実施形態では、図の最も右に位置する第1ドローンから最も左側に位置する第Nドローンまで順にケーブル300に張力を加える。また、第nドローンと第n+1ドローンとの間の弛度をdとし、実長をlとし、スパン長をsとする。また、第Nドローンと電柱200との間の弛度をdとし、実長をlとし、スパン長をsとする。
 最終的な完成形としてのスパン長Sはドローン間の各スパン長sの合計であり、実長Lはドローン間の各実長lの合計である。このため、スパン長S及び実長Lは、以下のように表される。

 n番目のスパン間での弛度d、実長l及びスパン長sの関係は、近似式(2-3)より、以下のように表される。
 式(7-1)、(7-2)、(8)より、実長Lは以下のように表される。
 また、近似式(2-3)、及び、式(7)より、以下の関係が成り立つ。
 よって、図5(B)に示される完了時の弛度Dの関係は、以下の通り表せる。
 次に、図6を参照しながら、ピッチ角30度の条件を満たしつつドローン間の弛度d=0.5mを確保しながら、ケーブル300を牽引する場合の、水平張力T、ケーブル荷重V、及び、スパン長sについて説明する。図6は、第1ドローン及び第2ドローンによるケーブルの牽引を説明する図である。
 図6(A)に示されるように、先頭の第1ドローンがケーブル300を牽引する際に弛度dが各ドローン間で共通の0.5mとなるようにする場合、ピッチ角30度となるような水平張力T及びケーブル荷重Vは、例えば線質量密度W=3N/mのとき、それぞれ1.7Nおよび2.9Nとなる。
 図6(B)に示されるように、第2ドローン以降は、自身より前のドローン100の水平張力に、自身の水平張力を加えた合計の水平張力によりケーブル300を牽引するため、弛度dを共通にする場合には、徐々に(つまり、nが大きくなるにつれて)ドローン間のスパン長sは長くなる。具体的には、最も右側のスパンS1のケーブル300の部分に加わる水平張力T1が1.7Nであるのに対し、2番目のスパンS2のケーブル300の部分に加わる水平張力T2は6.0Nとなる。ここで、水平張力T2とT1との差分が、第2ドローンがケーブル300に加える水平張力となる。
 図7は、20台のドローン100を用いて、ドローン間の弛度dを共通にする場合のドローン間の距離等を説明する表である。なお、ケーブル300の線質量密度は、3.0N/mである。必要な水平張力は、ドローン番号nが増えるにつれて大きくなる。これに対し、本実施形態では、上記のように、自身より前のドローン100の水平張力に、自身の水平張力を加えた合計の水平張力によりケーブル300を牽引することができる。このため、ドローン番号nが増えるにつれて水平張力が増える場合でも十分に対応することができる。図7の表においても、ケーブル300に加わる水平張力の総和が、ドローン番号nが増えるにつれて大きくなる様子が示される。なお、各ドローンに加わるケーブル荷重Vもドローン番号nが増えるにつれて大きくなる。
 図8には、牽引中の各スパンにおける弛度・スパン長と、布設完了時の弛度・スパン長との関係が示される。図8(A)には布設中における各スパンにおける弛度とスパン長との関係が示され、図8(B)には布設完了時の弛度とスパン長との関係が示される。布設中において、各ドローン間の弛度dは共通である。ここまで説明してきたように、布設中において弛度が一定であるため、スパン長sはnが増えるにつれて大きくなっている。
 本実施形態によれば、同一高度で同一弛度を保ちつつ複数のドローン100を飛行させるため、運用がシンプルとなる。また、地上高も十分に確保することが可能となる。
 (第2の実施形態)
 本開示の第3の実施形態にかかるケーブル布設方法について、図9から図11を参照しながら説明する。図9は、重りによるアジャストがある場合の、第1ドローン及び第2ドローンによるケーブルの牽引を説明する図である。
 第3の実施形態は、ピッチ角の制限内で可能な限りの水平張力を生み出すため、ドローン100に鉛直方向の重り400をあえてペイロード制限内で加え、ケーブル300に加える水平張力を最大化する手段を採用する。これにより、一定のスパン長Sにおいて必要とするドローン数を少なくすることができる。重り400を設けることは、各ドローンに鉛直方向の荷重を加える方法の一例である。
 具体的には、本開示のケーブル布設方法は、
 各ドローンに鉛直方向の荷重を加えること、を含む。
 具体的には、図9(A)に示されるように、各ドローンに重り400を付加する。各ドローン100がケーブル荷重に対してピッチ角30度を保ちつつ牽引できる水平張力は上述の通りである。これに対し、鉛直方向の荷重として重り等を付加しアジャストさせることで、ピッチ角30度を保ちつつ、ケーブルに加える水平張力を大きくすることができる。
 本実施形態でも、自身より前のドローン100の水平張力に、自身の水平張力を加えた合計の水平張力によりケーブル300を牽引することができる。具体的には、図9(B)に示すように、最も右側のスパンS1のケーブル300の部分に加わる水平張力T1が100.0Nであるのに対し、2番目のスパンS2のケーブル300の部分に加わる水平張力T2は200.0Nとなる。ここで、水平張力T2とT1との差分が、第2ドローンがケーブル300に加える水平張力となる。このようにドローン毎に必要な水平張力が変わってくるため、ドローン毎に重り400の重さを変えてもよい。具体的には、本実施形態では、自身より前のドローン100の水平張力を利用することができるため、ドローン番号nが増えるにつれて、重り400の重さを軽くしている。
 図10は、重りによるアジャストがある場合の、ドローン数やドローンの間隔等を説明する表である。上述のように、鉛直方向の荷重として重り等を付加しアジャストさせることで、ピッチ角30度を保ちつつ、ケーブル300に加える水平張力を大きくすることができる。図10の表においても、ケーブル300に加わる水平張力の総和が、ドローン番号nが増えるにつれて大きくなる様子が示される。これにより、図10に示されるように、第2の実施形態において説明した場合よりも、必要なドローン100の機数を少なくすることができる。なお、各ドローンに加わるケーブル荷重Vもドローン番号nが増えるにつれて大きくなる。
 図11には、牽引中の各スパンにおける弛度・スパン長と、布設完了時の弛度・スパン長との関係が示される。図11(A)には布設中の各スパンにおける弛度とスパン長との関係が示され、図11(B)には布設後における弛度とスパン長との関係が示される。布設中において、各ドローン間の弛度dは共通である。ここまで説明してきたように、布設中において弛度が一定であるため、スパン長sはnが増えるにつれて大きくなっている。同様に、水平張力も第1ドローンの水平張力T1、第2ドローンの水平張力T2、第3ドローンの水平張力T3、第4ドローンの水平張力T4、第5ドローンの水平張力T5、第6ドローンの水平張力T6の順に大きくなる。
 本実施形態によれば、同一高度で同一弛度を保ちつつ複数のドローン100を飛行させるため、運用がシンプルとなる。また、地上高も十分に確保することが可能となる。また、上述したように、必要なドローン100の機数を少なくすることができる。
 なお、荷重のアジャストは、重りではなく、ドローン100に持たせるケーブル300の長さを変えることでも可能ではある。しかしながら、必要なケーブル300の長さが長くなり無駄が発生する。また、牽引時の地上高を確保しつつ牽引するには、長くなった分だけ所定のドローンを他のドローンよりも高度飛行させる必要があるため、高圧線への接触や高い風圧下での安定飛行の点で問題が発生する。このため、荷重のアジャストは、あくまで重り等によって行ってもよい。
 (第3の実施形態)
 本開示の第4の実施形態にかかるケーブル布設方法について、図12を参照しながら説明する。図12は、必要数のドローン100が高度飛行を行う様子を説明する図である。上記の実施形態においては、複数のドローン100が同一高度で飛行することを前提に説明を行った。しかしながら、本開示の範囲はこれに限らず、必要数の牽引ドローンのみが高度飛行してもよい。
 一例として、図12(A)には、1台の牽引ドローンが高度飛行する様子が示される。このような方法によれば、シンプルな運用でケーブル300を牽引することができる。
 また、一例として、図12(B)には、複数台の牽引ドローンが高度飛行する様子が示される。このような方法によれば、1台の牽引ドローンを高度飛行させるよりも好適にケーブル300を牽引することができる。
 (第4の実施形態)
 本開示の第5の実施形態にかかるケーブル布設方法について、図13を参照しながら説明する。図13は、全てのドローン100が高度飛行を行う様子を説明する図である。図13に示されるように、全てのドローン100を高度飛行させることによりケーブル300を牽引してもよい。これによれば、好適にケーブル300を牽引することができるとともに、運用がシンプルとなる。
 (その他の実施例)
 上記の各実施形態では、一例として、スパン長Sを約250mから300mとしたが、ドローンの機数を増やすことで、架空構造物及び牽引するケーブル300の耐張力が許す範囲内において、スパン長Sの制限なく、架空にケーブルを布設することができる。
 (効果)
 本開示の各実施形態によれば、従来、地上での作業を伴っていた架空へのケーブル布設作業について、ケーブルを空中に保持しながら布設することができる。このため、ケーブルを布設するルートの始点から終点までの地上の状況に関係なく、安全な布設作業を行うことが可能となる。
 また、本開示の各実施形態によれば、単独のドローンにより牽引糸をスパン間に引いた後、牽引紐、牽引ロープと徐々に牽引用具を太くし、最終的に目的のケーブルを牽引・布設する工法のような、スパン間での往復作業が不要となる。

Claims (4)

  1.  複数のドローンを用いて架空構造物間にケーブルを布設するケーブル布設方法であって、
     前記各ドローンに前記ケーブルを把持させること、
     前記各ドローンが所定のピッチ角を満足しつつ前記ケーブルが所定の地上高を確保するように、前記各ドローンが前記ケーブルに水平張力を加えること、を含む、
     ケーブル布設方法。
  2.  前記各ドローンに所定の間隔で前記ケーブルを把持させること、
     隣接する前記ドローン間における弛度が各ドローン間で一定となるように、前記各ドローンが前記ケーブルに前記水平張力を加えること、を含む、
     請求項1に記載のケーブル布設方法。
  3.  前記各ドローンに鉛直方向の荷重を加えること、を含む、
     請求項2に記載のケーブル布設方法。
  4.  始点に位置する前記架空構造物の架渉位置に前記ケーブルを把持させること、
     前記始点に位置する前記架空構造物の架渉位置から終点に位置する前記架空構造物の架渉位置に向けて前記各ドローンを水平飛行させること、
     前記各ドローンが所定の位置で停止するまで前記ケーブルに前記水平張力を加えること、
     前記各ドローンが前記所定の位置で停止した後、前記終点に位置する前記架空構造物の前記架渉位置に前記ケーブルを把持させること、
     前記終点に位置する前記架空構造物の前記架渉位置に前記ケーブルを把持させた後、前記各ドローンに前記ケーブルをリリースさせること、を含む、
     請求項1に記載のケーブル布設方法。
