Definitions
- Current lighting fixtures generally consist of a lampshade, a lamp post, and a base assembly.
- the lampshade is connected to the base assembly via the lamp post, and the lamp post and base assembly are typically connected and fixed by welding or fasteners.
- the lamp post and base assembly are connected by screws.
- alignment is required first, ensuring the connecting holes on the lamp post align with those on the base assembly, before securing them with screws.
- disassembling the lamp post requires the use of screwdrivers or other tools to unscrew the screws, making the process cumbersome and time-consuming.
- the purpose of this application is to provide a base assembly and a lamp for a lamp, which can solve the problem in the related art that the lamp post and base assembly of the lamp cannot be disassembled or that disassembly and assembly are cumbersome and time-consuming.
- embodiments of this application provide a base assembly for a lamp, including a base housing, a connecting component, and an unlocking component;
- the connecting assembly includes a first connector, a second connector, and an elastic reset member. At least one of the first connector and the second connector is slidably connected to the base. A clamping space is formed between the first connector and the second connector.
- the elastic reset member is installed on the base housing to drive the first connector and the second connector to move closer to each other.
- At least one of the first connector and the second connector is connected to the unlocking member, and the unlocking member is operated to overcome the elastic force of the elastic reset member so that the first connector and the second connector move away from each other.
- embodiments of this application also provide a lamp, including a lamp post and a base assembly of the lamp, wherein a portion of the lamp post is located within a clamping space between a first connector and a second connector of the base assembly.
- a portion of the lamp post when installing the lamp post and base assembly, a portion of the lamp post can be directly inserted into the clamping space formed by the first and second connectors of the base assembly.
- the first and second connectors under the action of the elastic reset member, clamp the lamp post, achieving a quick connection between the lamp post and the base assembly.
- the unlocking member can overcome the elastic force of the elastic reset member, causing the first and second connectors to move away from each other, thus removing the clamps on the lamp post.
- the lamp post can then be easily removed, achieving a quick separation between the lamp post and the base assembly. This quick assembly and disassembly of the base assembly effectively shortens the assembly and disassembly time.
