Description

消息交互方法、装置、设备和存储介质 技术领域
本公开的示例实施例总体涉及计算机领域,特别地涉及消息交互方法、装置、设备和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
伴随着智能化的快速发展,各种形式的电子设备能够极大地丰富人们的日常生活。例如,用户可以基于各种电子设备与其他用户进行消息交互。如何提高管理用户基于各种电子设备与其他用户进行信息交互的效率是关注的焦点问题。
发明内容
在本公开的第一方面,提供了一种消息交互方法。该方法包括:响应于接收到的消息查看请求,在第一应用中显示目标会话的查看界面,目标会话至少关联于第一对象和第二对象;通过调用目标数据集,获取来自第二对象的至少一条消息,目标数据集至少关联于第一应用和不同于第一应用的至少一个其他应用;获取至少一条消息中的第一消息的第一属性,第一属性指示第二对象发送第一消息的第一发送途径;以及根据与第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在查看界面中显示第一消息。
在本公开的第二方面,提供了一种用于消息交互的装置。该装置包括:第一显示模块,被配置为响应于接收到的消息查看请求,在第一应用中显示目标会话的查看界面,目标会话至少关联于第一对象和第二对象;第一获取模块,被配置为通过调用目标数据集,获取来自第二对象的至少一条消息,目标数据集至少关联于第一应用和不同于第一应用的至少一个其他应用;第二获取模块,被配置为获取至少一 条消息中的第一消息的第一属性,第一属性指示第二对象发送第一消息的第一发送途径;以及第二显示模块,被配置为根据与第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在查看界面中显示第一消息。
在本公开的第三方面,提供了一种电子设备。该设备包括至少一个处理单元;以及至少一个存储器,至少一个存储器被耦合到至少一个处理单元并且存储用于由至少一个处理单元执行的指令。指令在由至少一个处理单元执行时使设备执行第一方面的方法。
在本公开的第四方面,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质。该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序可由处理器执行以实现第一方面的方法。

本公开的实施例提出了一种消息交互方案。根据该方案,可以响 应于接收到的消息查看请求,在第一应用中显示目标会话的查看界面,目标会话至少关联于第一对象和第二对象;通过调用目标数据集,获取来自第二对象的至少一条消息,目标数据集至少关联于第一应用和不同于第一应用的至少一个其他应用;获取至少一条消息中的第一消息的第一属性,第一属性指示第二对象发送第一消息的第一发送途径;以及根据与第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在查看界面中显示第一消息。
由此,本公开的实施例可以在查看页面中区分查看用户与其他用户基于不同的应用和/或基于不同类型的客户端进行信息交互时的消息,有效的提高了基于不同的应用和/或基于不同类型的客户端进行信息交互的效率。
示例环境
图1示出了本公开的实施例能够在其中实现的示例环境100的示意图。如图1所示,示例环境100可以包括电子设备110。
在该示例环境100中,电子设备110可以运行有支持界面交互的应用120。应用120可以是用于界面交互的任何适当类型应用,其示例可以包括但不限于:视频应用或其它适当的应用。目标用户140可以基于电子设备的应用120查看目标用户与其他用户基于应用120以外的其他应用和/或除电子设备以外的其他类型的客户端与其他用户的聊天记录。
目标用户140可以经由电子设备110和/或其附接设备来与应用120进行交互。
在图1的环境100中,如果应用120处于活动状态,电子设备110可以通过应用120呈现用于支持界面交互的界面150。
在一些实施例中,电子设备110与服务器130通信,以实现对应用120的服务的供应。电子设备110可以是任意类型的移动终端、固定终端或便携式终端,包括移动手机、台式计算机、膝上型计算机、笔记本计算机、上网本计算机、平板计算机、媒体计算机、多媒体平 板、掌上电脑、便携式游戏终端、VR/AR设备、个人通信系统(Personal Communication System,PCS)设备、个人导航设备、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、音频/视频播放器、数码相机/摄像机、定位设备、电视接收器、无线电广播接收器、电子书设备、游戏设备或者前述各项的任意组合,包括这些设备的配件和外设或者其任意组合。在一些实施例中,电子设备110也能够支持任意类型的针对目标用户的接口(诸如“可佩戴”电路等)。
服务器130可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式系统,还可以是提供云服务、云数据库、云计算、云函数、云存储、网络服务、云通信、中间件服务、域名服务、安全服务、内容分发网络、以及大数据和人工智能平台等基础云计算服务的云服务器。服务器130例如可以包括计算系统/服务器,诸如大型机、边缘计算节点、云环境中的计算设备,等等。服务器130可以为电子设备110中支持界面交互的应用120提供后台服务。
服务器130与电子设备110之间可以建立有通信连接。通信连接可以通过有线方式或无线方式建立。通信连接可以包括但不限于蓝牙连接、移动网络连接、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)连接、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)连接等,本公开的实施例在此方面不受限制。在本公开的实施例中,服务器130与电子设备110可以通过二者之间的通信连接实现信令交互。
应当理解,仅出于示例性的目的描述环境100中各个元素的结构和功能,而不暗示对于本公开的范围的任何限制。
以下将继续参考附图描述本公开的一些示例实施例。
示例交互
以下将参考图2-图3来描述根据本公开的实施例的示例交互过程。图2至图3示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的示例界面200至界面300,界面200至界面300例如可以由图1所示的电子设备110所提供。
如图2所示,电子设备可以提供界面200,界面200中可以包括基于电子设备的应用120呈现的目标用户与各个用户的聊天入口,比如与用户1的聊天入口210、与用户2的聊天入口220等等,以支持目标用户可以选择在这个应用120中与哪个用户聊天。
在一些实施例中,界面200中还可以包括入口230,用于支持目标用户可以查看其他用户基于各个发送途径发送的各个属性的消息,其中,属性用于指示以下至少一项:消息发送自的应用以及消息发送自的应用的客户端版本,即,入口230用于支持目标用户可以查看基于除电子设备对应的客户端版本以外的其他客户端版本上的应用与各个用户的聊天记录。其他客户端版本为可以为除了电子设备以外其他任意适当类型的客户端版本,比如若电子设备为智能终端版本,那么其他客户端版本可以为平板版本、电脑版本、智能手表版本等等。这个其他客户端版本上的应用可以与电子设备上的应用120为同一个但是被下载在不同客户端版本端的应用,还可以为与电子设备上的应用120不同且被下载在不同客户端版本的应用。在一些实施例中,目标用户可以称为第一对象,任意一个其他用户可以称为第二对象。应用120可以为第一应用,其他应用可以为不同于第一应用的其他应用。
作为一种示例,用户点击入口230后,应用120可以显示目标用与至少一个其他用户的聊天入口。用户可以点击与目标其他用户的聊天入口,此时电子设备可以接收到消息查看请求。电子设备可以响应于接收到消息查看请求,在应用120中显示图3所示的界面300(目标会话)。目标会话至少关联于目标用户与被选择的目标其他用户。在一些实施例中,目标其他用户可以为一个,也可以为多个,也就是说这个被选择的聊天入口可以为私聊入口,也可以为群聊入口。
电子设备可以通过调用目标数据集,获取来自目标其他用户的至少一条消息。目标数据集至少关联于第一应用和不同于第一应用的至少一个其他应用,即,目标数库中保存有目标用户基于应用120以及除应用120以外的其他应用与目标其他用户的历史聊天记录,且这至少一条消息中包括基于各个应用目标其他用户发送的消息。以图3作 为示例,电子设备可以设置来源于平板的应用1的消息310以及来源于电脑的应用2的消息320等等。
在一些实施例中,电子设备可以针对至少一条消息中不同属性的消息,在查看界面中设置不同的显示样式,以区分这至少一条消息中各个消息对应的发送途径不同。
在一些实施例中,电子设备可以将至少一条消息中的第一消息和第二消息设置不同的显示样式。需要说明的是,第一消息和第二消息只是用于区分对应不同的属性,属性指示目标其他用户发送消息的发送途径。
在一些实施例中,电子设备可以获得至少第一条信息中的第一消息的第一属性以及第二消息的第二属性。电子设备可以根据第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在查看界面中显示这个第一消息,并根据第二属性对应的第二显示样式,在查看界面中显示这个第二消息。
在一些实施例中,第一消息和第二消息分别对应的第一显示样式和第二显示样式可以为电子设备基于配置信息确定的,其中配置信息包括预设的配置信息,或者,配置信息是至少部分基于用户的配置操作所确定的。配置信息指示与消息的不同发送途径对应的不同显示样式。作为一种示例,电子设备可以预设了基于平板的应用发送的消息对应白色的消息气泡,基于电脑的应用发送的消息对应红色的消息气泡等的配置信息。
需要说明的是,电子设备根据第一显示样式显示第一消息之前,还可以确定预设配置项是否被启用。响应于预设配置项被启动,电子设备可以根据第一显示样式显示第一消息。响应于预设配置项未被启动,电子设备可以不基于不同的显示样式显示第一消息和第二消息,即基于预设显示样式显示第一消息。
在一些实施例中,电子设备可以针对第一消息对应的消息气泡和第二消息对应的消息设置不同的显示样式。作为一种示例,电子设备可以针对第一消息和第二消息设置不同颜色的消息气泡。作为另一种示例,可以针对第一消息和第二消息设置不同形状的消息气泡等等。 比如,针对来源于平板的应用1对应的第一消息的消息气泡可以设置为红色,针对来源于电脑的应用2对应的第二消息的消息气泡可以设置为绿色等等。
在一些实施例中,电子设备可以在查看界面中显示第一消息的描述信息,描述信息至少指示第一消息的发送途径。作为一种示例,电子设备可以在查看界面中显示第一消息的发送途径对应的标识。比如,电子设备可以设置来源于平板的消息310对应的标识为标识1,电子设备可以设置来源于电脑的消息320对应的标识为标识2等等。在界面300中显示的针对第一消息的描述信息可以被显示在与第一消息相关联的任意适当位置,比如设置第一消息的上方、第一消息的下方等等。
在一些实施例中,电子设备还可以响应于与第一发送途径对应的目标客户端未被安装,界面300中还可以关联于描述信息提供用于获取目标客户端的获取入口。比如,界面300显示目标用户基于电脑上的应用2与用户1的消息320,但是电子设备110本地未安装有应用1,那么界面300中可以显示的针对可以显示应用2的获取入口330。
由此,本公开的实施例可以在查看页面中区分查看用户与其他用户基于不同的应用和/或基于不同类型的客户端进行信息交互时的消息,有效的提高了基于不同的应用或者基于不同类型的客户端进行信息交互的效率。
示例过程
图4示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的消息交互的过程400的流程图。过程400可以被实现在电子设备110处。下面参考图1描述过程400。
在框410,响应于接收到的消息查看请求,在第一应用中显示目标会话的查看界面,目标会话至少关联于第一对象和第二对象。
在框420,通过调用目标数据集,获取来自第二对象的至少一条消息,目标数据集至少关联于第一应用和不同于第一应用的至少一个 其他应用。
在框430,获取至少一条消息中的第一消息的第一属性,第一属性指示第二对象发送第一消息的第一发送途径。
在框440,根据与第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在查看界面中显示第一消息。
在一些实施例中,第一属性指示以下至少一项:第一消息发送自的应用;第一消息发送自的应用的客户端版本。
在一些实施例中,过程400还包括:基于配置信息,确定与第一属性对应的第一显示样式,其中,配置信息包括预设的配置信息,或者,配置信息是至少部分基于用户的配置操作所确定的。
在一些实施例中,配置信息指示与消息的不同发送途径对应的不同显示样式。
在一些实施例中,过程400还包括:获取至少一条消息中的第二消息的第二属性,第二属性指示第二对象发送第二消息的第二发送途径,第二发送途径不同于第一发送途径;基于配置信息,确定与第二属性对应的第二显示样式;以及根据与第二属性对应的第二显示样式,在查看界面中显示第二消息。

示例装置和设备
本公开的实施例还提供了用于实现上述方法或过程的相应装置。图5示出了根据本公开的某些实施例的用于消息交互的装置500的示意性结构框图。装置500可以被实现为或者被包括在如上文所讨论的电子设备110中。装置500中的各个模块/组件可以由硬件、软件、固件或者它们的任意组合来实现。

装置500中所包括的单元可以利用各种方式来实现,包括软件、硬件、固件或其任意组合。在一些实施例中,一个或多个单元可以使用软件和/或固件来实现,例如存储在存储介质上的机器可执行指令。除了机器可执行指令之外或者作为替代,装置500中的部分或者全部单元可以至少部分地由一个或多个硬件逻辑组件来实现。作为示例而非限制,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑组件包括现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、专用标准品(ASSP)、片上系统(SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD),等等。
图6示出了其中可以实施本公开的一个或多个实施例的电子设备600的框图。应当理解,图6所示出的电子设备600仅仅是示例性的,而不应当构成对本文所描述的实施例的功能和范围的任何限制。图6所示出的电子设备600可以用于实现图1所示的电子设备110。
如图6所示,电子设备600是通用电子设备的形式。电子设备600的组件可以包括但不限于一个或多个处理器或处理单元610、存储器620、存储设备630、一个或多个通信单元640、一个或多个输入设备 650以及一个或多个输出设备660。处理单元610可以是实际或虚拟处理器并且能够根据存储器620中存储的程序来执行各种处理。在多处理器系统中,多个处理单元并行执行计算机可执行指令,以提高电子设备600的并行处理能力。
电子设备600通常包括多个计算机存储介质。这样的介质可以是电子设备600可访问的任何可以获取的介质,包括但不限于易失性和非易失性介质、可拆卸和不可拆卸介质。存储器620可以是易失性存储器(例如寄存器、高速缓存、随机访问存储器(RAM))、非易失性存储器(例如,只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、闪存)或它们的某种组合。存储设备630可以是可拆卸或不可拆卸的介质,并且可以包括机器可读介质,诸如闪存驱动、磁盘或者任何其他介质,其可以能够用于存储信息和/或数据(例如用于训练的训练数据)并且可以在电子设备600内被访问。

根据本公开的示例性实现方式,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可执行指令,其中计算机可执行指令被处理器执行以实现上文描述的方法。根据本公开的示例性实现方式,还提供了一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品被有形地存储在非瞬态计算机可读介质上并且包括计算机可执行指令,而计算机可执行指令被处理器执行以实现上文描述的方法。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种消息交互方法,包括:
    响应于接收到的消息查看请求,在第一应用中显示目标会话的查看界面,所述目标会话至少关联于第一对象和第二对象;
    通过调用目标数据集,获取来自所述第二对象的至少一条消息,所述目标数据集至少关联于所述第一应用和不同于所述第一应用的至少一个其他应用;
    获取所述至少一条消息中的第一消息的第一属性,所述第一属性指示所述第二对象发送所述第一消息的第一发送途径;以及
    根据与所述第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在所述查看界面中显示所述第一消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第一属性指示以下至少一项:
    所述第一消息发送自的应用;
    所述第一消息发送自的应用的客户端版本。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    基于配置信息,确定与所述第一属性对应的所述第一显示样式,其中,所述配置信息包括预设的配置信息,或者,所述配置信息是至少部分基于用户的配置操作所确定的。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述配置信息指示与消息的不同发送途径对应的不同显示样式。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:
    获取所述至少一条消息中的第二消息的第二属性,所述第二属性指示所述第二对象发送所述第二消息的第二发送途径,所述第二发送途径不同于所述第一发送途径;
    基于所述配置信息,确定与所述第二属性对应的第二显示样式;以及
    根据与所述第二属性对应的所述第二显示样式,在所述查看界面 中显示所述第二消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中根据与所述第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在所述查看界面中显示所述第一消息包括:
    确定的预设配置项是否被启用;以及
    响应于所述预设配置项被启用,根据所述第一显示样式显示所述第一消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:
    响应于所述预设配置项未被启用,根据预设显示样式显示所述第一消息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    在所述查看界面中,显示关于所述第一消息的描述信息,所述描述信息至少指示所述第一消息的所述第一发送途径。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,还包括:
    响应于与所述第一发送途径对应的目标客户端未被安装,关联于所述描述信息提供用于获取所述目标客户端的获取入口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第一显示样式至少指示用于显示所述第一消息的消息气泡的颜色。
  11. 一种用于消息交互的装置,包括:
    第一显示模块,被配置为响应于接收到的消息查看请求,在第一应用中显示目标会话的查看界面,所述目标会话至少关联于第一对象和第二对象;
    第一获取模块,被配置为通过调用目标数据集,获取来自所述第二对象的至少一条消息,所述目标数据集至少关联于所述第一应用和不同于所述第一应用的至少一个其他应用;
    第二获取模块,被配置为获取所述至少一条消息中的第一消息的第一属性,所述第一属性指示所述第二对象发送所述第一消息的第一发送途径;以及
    第二显示模块,被配置为根据与所述第一属性对应的第一显示样式,在所述查看界面中显示所述第一消息。
  12. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理单元;以及
    至少一个存储器,所述至少一个存储器被耦合到所述至少一个处理单元并且存储用于由所述至少一个处理单元执行的指令,所述指令在由所述至少一个处理单元执行时使所述电子设备执行根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
