 リモートセンシング画像を解析して調査領域の土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報を設定する土地利用分類部と、
 前記調査領域に設けられたIoT機器(Internet of Things機器)から発信されるログ情報を受信し、前記ログ情報に基づいて前記IoT機器が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報として推定する局所情報推定部と、
 前記リモートセンシング画像と前記局所状況情報とに基づいて、前記調査領域における前記調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を推定し、前記ラベル情報より高精度に前記調査領域の土地の状態および状況を表す領域状態情報を生成する高精度化部とを備える。
 本開示に係る土地状況把握装置では、局所情報推定部が、調査領域に設けられたIoT機器から発信されるログ情報を受信する。局所情報推定部が、ログ情報に基づいてIoT機器が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報として推定する。高精度化部が、リモートセンシング画像と局所状況情報とに基づいて、調査領域における地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を推定し、ラベル情報より高精度に調査領域の土地の状態および状況を表す領域状態情報を生成する。よって、本開示に係る土地状況把握装置によれば、調査領域について、より高精度に土地の状況および状態を把握することができるという効果を奏する。

 以下、本実施の形態について、図を用いて説明する。各図中、同一または相当する部分には、同一符号を付している。実施の形態の説明において、同一または相当する部分については、説明を適宜省略または簡略化する。図中の矢印はデータの流れまたは処理の流れを主に示している。また、以下の図では各構成部材の大きさの関係が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。また、実施の形態の説明において、上、下、左、右、前、後、表、裏といった向きあるいは位置が示されている場合がある。これらの表記は、説明の便宜上の記載であり、装置、器具、あるいは部品等の配置、方向および向きを限定するものではない。
 実施の形態1.
***構成の説明***
 図1は、本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100の構成例を示す図である。
 土地状況把握装置100は、リモートセンシング画像52とIoT機器61からのログ情報31およびセンサデータ32とを用いて、調査領域における土地の状態および状況を把握する装置である。本実施の形態では、土地状況把握装置100は、調査領域における事物の動態を含む土地の状態および状況を把握する、広域動態把握装置ともいう。
 土地状況把握装置100は、コンピュータである。土地状況把握装置100は、プロセッサ910を備えるとともに、メモリ921、補助記憶装置922、入力インタフェース930、出力インタフェース940、および通信装置950といった他のハードウェアを備える。プロセッサ910は、信号線を介して他のハードウェアと接続され、これら他のハードウェアを制御する。
 土地状況把握装置100は、機能要素として、土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140と記憶部150を備える。記憶部150には、土地利用マップ51とリモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53と局所動態情報54と領域状態情報55とが記憶される。土地利用マップ51には、土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報511が含まれる。
 土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との機能は、ソフトウェアにより実現される。記憶部150は、メモリ921に備えられる。なお、記憶部150は、補助記憶装置922に備えられていてもよいし、メモリ921と補助記憶装置922に分散して備えられていてもよい。
 プロセッサ910は、土地状況把握プログラムを実行する装置である。土地状況把握プログラムは、土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との機能を実現するプログラムである。
 プロセッサ910は、演算処理を行うICである。プロセッサ910の具体例は、CPU、DSP、GPUである。ICは、Integrated Circuitの略語である。CPUは、Central Processing Unitの略語である。DSPは、Digital Signal Processorの略語である。GPUは、Graphics Processing Unitの略語である。
 メモリ921は、データを一時的に記憶する記憶装置である。メモリ921の具体例は、SRAM、あるいはDRAMである。SRAMは、Static Random Access Memoryの略語である。DRAMは、Dynamic Random Access Memoryの略語である。
 補助記憶装置922は、データを保管する記憶装置である。補助記憶装置922の具体例は、HDDである。また、補助記憶装置922は、SD(登録商標)メモリカード、CF、NANDフラッシュ、フレキシブルディスク、光ディスク、コンパクトディスク、ブルーレイ(登録商標)ディスク、DVDといった可搬の記憶媒体であってもよい。なお、HDDは、Hard Disk Driveの略語である。SD(登録商標)は、Secure Digitalの略語である。CFは、CompactFlash(登録商標)の略語である。DVDは、Digital Versatile Diskの略語である。
 入力インタフェース930は、マウス、キーボード、あるいはタッチパネルといった入力装置と接続されるポートである。入力インタフェース930は、具体的には、USB端子である。なお、入力インタフェース930は、LANと接続されるポートであってもよい。USBは、Universal Serial Busの略語である。LANは、Local Area Networkの略語である。
 出力インタフェース940は、ディスプレイといった出力機器のケーブルが接続されるポートである。出力インタフェース940は、具体的には、USB端子またはHDMI(登録商標)端子である。ディスプレイは、具体的には、LCDである。出力インタフェース940は、表示器インタフェースともいう。HDMI(登録商標)は、High Definition Multimedia Interfaceの略語である。LCDは、Liquid Crystal Displayの略語である。
 通信装置950は、レシーバとトランスミッタを有する。通信装置950は、LAN、インターネット、電話回線、あるいはWi-Fi(登録商標)といった通信網に接続している。通信装置950は、具体的には、通信チップまたはNICである。NICは、Network Interface Cardの略語である。
 土地状況把握プログラムは、土地状況把握装置100において実行される。土地状況把握プログラムは、プロセッサ910に読み込まれ、プロセッサ910によって実行される。メモリ921には、土地状況把握プログラムだけでなく、OSも記憶されている。OSは、Operating Systemの略語である。プロセッサ910は、OSを実行しながら、土地状況把握プログラムを実行する。土地状況把握プログラムおよびOSは、補助記憶装置922に記憶されていてもよい。補助記憶装置922に記憶されている土地状況把握プログラムおよびOSは、メモリ921にロードされ、プロセッサ910によって実行される。なお、土地状況把握プログラムの一部または全部がOSに組み込まれていてもよい。
 土地状況把握装置100は、プロセッサ910を代替する複数のプロセッサを備えていてもよい。これら複数のプロセッサは、土地状況把握プログラムの実行を分担する。それぞれのプロセッサは、プロセッサ910と同じように、土地状況把握プログラムを実行する装置である。
 土地状況把握プログラムにより利用、処理または出力されるデータ、情報、信号値および変数値は、メモリ921、補助記憶装置922、または、プロセッサ910内のレジスタあるいはキャッシュメモリに記憶される。
 土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との各部の「部」を「回路」、「工程」、「手順」、「処理」、あるいは「サーキットリー」に読み替えてもよい。土地状況把握プログラムは、土地利用分類処理と局所情報推定処理と動態解析処理と高精度化処理とを、コンピュータに実行させる。土地利用分類処理と局所情報推定処理と動態解析処理と高精度化処理との「処理」を「プログラム」、または「プログラムプロダクト」に読み替えてもよい。あるいは土地利用分類処理と局所情報推定処理と動態解析処理と高精度化処理との「処理」を「プログラムを記憶したコンピュータ読取可能な記憶媒体」に読み替えてもよい。あるいは土地利用分類処理と局所情報推定処理と動態解析処理と高精度化処理との「処理」を「プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体」に読み替えてもよい。また、土地状況把握方法は、土地状況把握装置100が土地状況把握プログラムを実行することにより行われる方法である。
 土地状況把握プログラムは、コンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体に格納されて提供されてもよい。また、土地状況把握プログラムは、プログラムプロダクトとして提供されてもよい。
***動作の説明***
 図2は、本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100の動作例を示すフロー図である。
 本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100の動作について説明する。土地状況把握装置100の動作手順は、土地状況把握方法に相当する。また、土地状況把握装置100の動作を実現するプログラムは、土地状況把握プログラムに相当する。
<土地利用分類処理:ステップS101>
 土地利用分類部110は、リモートセンシング画像52を解析して調査領域の土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報511を設定する。
 調査領域とは、土地状況把握装置100が調査する、すなわち土地利用状況を分類および識別する対象の領域である。土地利用状況とは、土地のラベル情報により示される分類、および事物の動態を含む土地の状態および状況が含まれる。土地のラベル情報とは、土地の被覆状況を表す。
 具体的には、以下の通りである。
 図3は、本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100により取得されるデータの一例である。
 土地状況把握装置100により取得されるデータには、リモートセンシング画像52と、IoT機器61により取得されるデータとが含まれる。
 土地利用分類部110は、リモートセンシング画像52を取得する。
 土地利用分類部110は、互いに粒度の異なる複数のリモートセンシング画像52を取得する。具体的には、図3に示すように、リモートセンシング画像52は、(1)衛星マルチセンシングデータ、(2)航空機撮影データ、あるいは(3)ドローン撮影データといった画像である。例えば、リモートセンシング画像52は、(1)衛星マルチセンシングデータ、(2)航空機撮影データ、そして(3)ドローン撮影データの順に、画像の粒度が細かくなっていく。
 土地利用分類部110は、リモートセンシング画像52を画像解析し、土地利用マップ51を出力する。また、土地利用分類部110は、リモートセンシング画像52を画像解析し、調査領域の土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報511を設定する。ラベル情報511は、土地利用マップ51に対応付けられていてもよい。
 土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報511は、少なくとも建築物、水域、裸地、および土砂といった分類を含む。
 土地の被覆状況とは、土地が何に利用されているか、土地がどのような状況か、あるいは土地がどのように変化しているかを示す状況を含む。
<局所情報推定処理:ステップS102>
 局所情報推定部120は、調査領域に設けられたIoT機器61から発信されるログ情報31を受信する。そして、局所情報推定部120は、ログ情報31に基づいてIoT機器61が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報53として推定する。土地の状態および状況とは、ラベル情報により分類される土地の利用情報の他に、その調査地点の周辺が正常な状態であるか異常な状態であるかといった周辺状態あるいは周辺状況が含まれる。
 局所情報推定部120は、地上に存在する1つ以上のIoT機器61から構成される機器群の各IoT機器に対応するログ情報31を受信する。ログ情報31は、例えばIoT機器61の正常あるいは異常を示す。局所情報推定部120は、ログ情報31に基づいて機器群の各IoT機器が存在する調査地点における正常あるいは異常を推定する。
 例えば、IoT機器61は、IoT家電および昇降機の少なくともいずれかである。
 IoT家電には、例えば、空気調和機、冷蔵庫、テレビ、あるいはその他のインターネットに接続されている家電が含まれる。また、IoT機器61は、インターネットに接続され、情報を土地状況把握装置100に送信することができる機器であればよい。
 IoT機器61として次のような機器を用いてもよい。IoT機器61は、固定された監視カメラ、移動する監視カメラ(ライダー・レーダー)、移動体に搭載されたカメラ、あるいはPMV周辺監視センサといった機器でもよい。また、IoT機器61は、カメラ以外に高精度ロケータ等でもよい。また、IoT機器61は、施設に設けられているセンサ、ドライブレコーダー、公共的に設置されているセンサ、携帯端末のセンサ、あるいは入退管理に用いられているセンサ等でもよい。このように、IoT機器61は、家電といった機器に搭載されているもの、動体に積まれるもの、施設に搭載されているもの、あるいは空中に存在するもの等がある。IoT機器61は、そのログ情報をもとに、建物あるいは家屋の健在可否を推定することができるセンサであればよい。
 IoT機器61がIoT家電の場合、例えば、空気調和機のオンオフの信号、冷蔵庫の開け閉めの信号、あるいはテレビのオンオフの信号といった情報がログ情報31となる。
 局所情報推定部120は、このようなログ情報31から、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報53として推定する。具体的には、局所状況情報53には、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点に建物が存在しているか否か、その調査地点は正常か異常かといった情報が含まれる。
 IoT機器61が昇降機の場合、例えば、上昇あるいは下降、冠水センサによる冠水の有無、あるいはサーモカメラによる床上の水の検知といった情報がログ情報31となる。
 局所情報推定部120は、このようなログ情報31から、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報53として推定する。具体的には、局所状況情報53には、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点に冠水が発生しているか、火事が発生しているか、昇降機は正常に動いているか否かといった情報が含まれる。局所状況情報53には、その調査地点は正常か異常かといった情報が含まれる。
 ログ情報31は、「無線LANモジュール内蔵を内蔵し、ネットワークに接続が可能な機器が収集する機器の動作・運転情報、ならびに機器に搭載されたセンサより収集する外界の情報」である。
 例えば、ログ情報31は、IoT機器61から発信される情報であり、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報として推定するための根源もしくは源泉情報である。例えば、ログ情報31は、IoT機器61の正常あるいは異常の状態を示す情報である。また、ログ情報31は、IoT機器61の動作状態(オンオフの信号、正常動作を示す信号等)あるいは構成部位の状態および態様を示す情報(開け閉めの信号、上昇あるいは下降を示す信号等)である。また、ログ情報31は、IoT機器61のセンサの検知した物理状態もしくは物質の検出状態を示す情報(冠水センサによる冠水の有無、あるいはサーモカメラによる床上の水の検知を示す情報等)などである。
<動態解析処理:ステップS103>
 動態解析部130は、ログ情報31を解析し、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点における事物の動態を局所動態情報54として生成する。動態解析部130は、IoT機器61からセンサデータ32を取得し、ログ情報31とセンサデータ32を解析し、局所動態情報54を生成してもよい。
 IoT機器61が昇降機の場合、昇降機に備えられた監視カメラから送信される監視映像がセンサデータ32となる。IoT機器61が昇降機の場合、扉の開け閉めの信号等がログ情報31となり、監視映像がセンサデータ32となる。
 また、IoT機器61が空気調和機の場合、空気調和機に備えられた赤外線カメラから送信される赤外線画像がセンサデータ32となる。IoT機器61が空気調和機の場合、オンオフの信号等がログ情報31となり、赤外線画像がセンサデータ32となる。
 動態解析部130は、例えば、空気調和機のオンオフの信号、冷蔵庫の開け閉めの信号、あるいはテレビのオンオフの信号といったログ情報31からIoT機器61が存在する調査地点における人の存否を解析する。また、動態解析部130は、監視カメラの映像から人が何をしているかといった動態を解析する。また、あるいは動態解析部130は、赤外線画像から人の周囲の温度を解析してもよい。
 動態解析部130は、ログ情報31とセンサデータ32とを組み合わせて解析することにより、IoT機器61が存在する調査地点の周辺における人の状況あるいは動態を示す局所動態情報54を生成する。
 なお、本実施の形態では、動態を解析する対象の事物として人を例にして説明したが、人以外の動態を解析してもよい。例えば、ペット等の動物の動態を解析してもよい。あるいは、稼働中の機械の動態を解析してもよい。その他、動態を解析できる対象であればどのような事物の動態を解析してもよい。
 また、動態解析部130は、局所動態情報54に含まれる人の動態を見守り情報541として、ユーザに送信してもよい。ここで、見守り情報541を受け取るユーザは、見守り情報541を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザである。具体的には、調査地点の建物に住む家族の局所動態情報54を含む見守り情報541は、予め登録された当該家族の一員に送信される。より具体的には、子ども、高齢者、あるいはペット等の局所動態情報54を含む見守り情報541は、その保護者あるいは管理者等に送信される。あるいは、施設を利用する利用者の局所動態情報54を含む見守り情報541は、予め登録された施設の管理者等に送信される。
 局所情報推定部120は、複数の調査地点に設けられた複数のIoT機器61から複数のログ情報31を取得する。また、局所情報推定部120は、複数種類のIoT機器61から複数種類のログ情報31を取得する。また、動態解析部130は、複数の調査地点に設けられた複数のIoT機器61から複数のセンサデータ32を取得する。また、動態解析部130は、複数種類のIoT機器61から複数種類のセンサデータ32を取得する。
 なお、本実施の形態では、局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130とを別の構成要素として説明している。しかし、局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130との機能を一つの構成要素により実現してもよい。
 図3に示すように、ログ情報31およびセンサデータ32の具体例として、(4)映像データ、(5)建物センシングデータ、(6)家電センシングデータ、(7)車流データ、および(8)SNSデータといったデータがある。SNSは、Social Networking Serviceの略語である。
 (4)映像データは、例えば街中あるいは地域に設置された防犯カメラ等により取得される画像あるいは動画である。
 (5)建物センシングデータは、建物内に設置される建物状態センサにより取得されるデータである。例えば、建物センシングデータは、建物の揺れの状態等を示す揺れの波形のデータである。あるいは、建物センシングデータは、建物内の状態を撮影した画像あるいは動画を含んでいてもよい。
 (6)家電センシングデータは、IoTと呼ばれる通信機能を有する家電に搭載されたセンサにより取得される。家電センシングデータは、家電の状態、あるいは家電の周囲の状態を示すデータである。Iotは、Internet of Thingsの略語である。
 (7)車流データは、ETC、ドライブレコーダー、あるいはGPS受信機により取得されるデータである。車流データは、車の分布および流動を示すデータである。ETCは、Electronic Toll Collection Systemの略語である。GPSは、Global Positioning Systemの略語である。
 (8)SNSデータは、人がSNSにより発信するデータであり、テキスト、画像、あるいは動画といった情報である。
<高精度化処理:ステップS104からステップS108>
 ステップS104において、高精度化部140は、調査領域における発災が検知されたか否かを判定する。
 発災が検知されなければ、ステップS105に進む。
 発災が検知されると、ステップS106に進む。
 発災の検知は、土地利用分類部110がリモートセンシング画像52から検知してもよい。あるいは、リモートセンシング画像52に、発災時の画像であるか、あるいは平時の画像であるかが付与されていてもよい。あるいは、土地利用分類部110が、リモートセンシング画像52の送信元が、発災時のクラウドか、平時のクラウドかにより、災害が発生しているか否かを判定してもよい。
 その他、どのような手法を用いて、調査領域における発災が検知されてもよい。
<<平時の高精度化処理>>
 ステップS105は、調査領域に災害が生じていることが検知されなかった場合、すなわち平時の処理である。
 ステップS105において、高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53とに基づいて、調査領域における調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を推定し、領域状態情報55を生成する。領域状態情報55は、ラベル情報511より高精度に調査領域の土地の状態および状況を表す情報である。また、高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53と局所動態情報54とに基づいて、調査地点における人の動態を含む領域状態情報55を生成してもよい。
 高精度化部140は、領域状態情報55を、領域状態情報55を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザに送信してもよい。なお、発災を検知しない場合は、高精度化部140は領域状態情報55を送信しなくてもよい。
 高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53と局所動態情報54とに基づいて、IoT機器61の各々が存在する調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を再推定する。これにより、高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53と局所動態情報54とに基づいて、IoT機器61の各々が存在する調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を補間し、高精度な領域状態情報55を生成することができる。
<<発災時の高精度化処理>>
 ステップS106からステップS108は、調査領域に災害が生じていることが検知された場合、すなわち発災時の処理である。
 ステップS106において、高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53と局所動態情報54とに基づいて、領域状態情報55を生成する。領域状態情報55の生成についてはステップS104と同様である。ここでは、高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52と局所状況情報53と局所動態情報54とに基づいて、調査地点における人の動態を含む領域状態情報55を生成する。このとき、高精度化部140は、調査地点において逃げ遅れた人がいないかどうかを示す逃げ遅れ情報551を含む領域状態情報55を生成する。
 高精度化部140は、領域状態情報55を、領域状態情報55を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザに送信する。ここで、領域状態情報55を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザとは、例えば、政府、自治体、消防、あるいは警察といった救援部隊等である。
 ステップS107において、高精度化部140は、逃げ遅れ情報551を生成したことを動態解析部130に通知する。
 ステップS108において、動態解析部130は、高精度化部140から逃げ遅れ情報551を生成した旨の通知を受ける。動態解析部130は、逃げ遅れ情報551を取得し、見守り情報541に逃げ遅れ情報551を付加する。動態解析部130は、逃げ遅れ情報551を付加した見守り情報541を、ユーザに送信する。ここで、逃げ遅れ情報551を付加した見守り情報541を送信する先のユーザとは、見守り情報541を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザである。すなわち、見守り対象の家族、保護者、あるいは管理者といったユーザである。
 高精度化部140は、調査領域に対して何らかの事象が発生した場合に領域状態情報55を生成してもよい。具体的には、高精度化部140は、調査領域に対して災害が発生した、すなわち発災を検知した場合に領域状態情報55を生成してもよい。
 あるいは、高精度化部140は、定期的あるいは不定期に領域状態情報55を生成してもよい。また、高精度化部140は、ユーザからの要求に応じて領域状態情報55を生成してもよい。
 高精度化部140は、リモートセンシング画像52から得られる土地の被覆状況と、IoT機器61から発信されるログ情報31およびセンサデータ32との組み合わせから、高精度に土地の状態および状況を表す領域状態情報55を生成する。領域状態情報55には、調査領域における土地の被覆状況および建物あるいは家屋の状況および状態を示す情報が含まれる。また、領域状態情報55には、調査領域における人、動物、あるいは稼働中の機械といった見守り対象の動態を示す情報が含まれる。また、領域状態情報55には、土地の状態および状況の分類結果と、その分類時とは異なるデータ取得タイミングのログ情報31およびセンサデータ32とを時系列に組み合わせ、土地の状況あるいは人の動態の変化を示す情報が含まれる。
 土地利用分類部110は、領域状態情報55を取得し、リモートセンシング画像52と領域状態情報55とに基づいてラベル情報511を再設定してもよい。
 ここで、再設定されるラベル情報511は、建築物、水域、裸地、土砂といった分類をさらに高精度に細分化および詳細化したものとなる。
 なお、土地状況把握装置100は、リモートセンシング画像による観測により、土地の被覆状況を把握する。
 土地被覆情報については、例えば光学画像やSAR画像の画像特徴から判別された建築物、水域、裸地、および土砂といった分類が考えられる。
 また別の一例では光学画像の波長情報の統計量から判別された、水域、植生、雲、積雪、土壌の粒度、都市部、影といった分類が考えられる。
 またさらに別に一例では、SAR画像の偏波情報やコヒーレンス情報から判別された、水域、田畑、森林、都市部、農地、積雪等が考えられる。
<土地状況把握処理の例>
 次に、図4から図8を用いて、本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握処理の例について説明する。図4から図8では、リモートセンシング画像をリモートセンシングあるいはリモセンと略して記載する場合がある。

 図4における処理1から処理6の各々では、土地状況把握装置100は、災害時において、ラベル情報が設定されている調査領域62について、リモートセンシング画像により観測する。土地状況把握装置100は、リモートセンシング画像による観測により、土地の被覆状況を把握する。
 土地被覆情報については、例えば光学画像あるいはSAR画像の画像特徴から判別された建築物、水域、裸地、および土砂といった分類が考えられる。
 また別の一例では光学画像の波長情報の統計量から判別された、水域、植生、雲、積雪、土壌の粒度、都市部、影といった分類が考えられる。
 またさらに別に一例では、SAR画像の偏波情報やコヒーレンス情報から判別された、水域、田畑、森林、都市部、農地、積雪等が考えられる。
 その際、土地状況把握装置100は、リモートセンシング画像の観測範囲において、IoT機器からログ情報およびセンサデータを取得する。IoT機器からのログ情報およびセンサデータは、調査地点63の近傍における範囲は狭いが局所的に精度の高い情報である。土地状況把握装置100は、ログ情報およびセンサデータを用いて、リモートセンシング画像の観測情報を補間する。具体的には、土地状況把握装置100は、ログ情報およびセンサデータを用いて、調査領域62における調査地点63以外の土地の状態および状況を推定する。これにより、土地状況把握装置100は、精度が高いログ情報およびセンサデータの情報が反映された領域状態情報55を生成することができ、高精度に観測範囲を広げることができる。

 なお、図5において「ラベル更新」と記載した処理1から処理6は、例えば、土地状況把握装置の高精度化部により実行される。処理1から処理6の各処理において、土地状況把握装置の高精度化部が、主体的にリモセンB,Cを選択、あるいは、センサD,E,Fを選択してもよい。あるいは、処理1から処理6の各処理において、土地状況把握装置の高精度化部が、受動的にリモセンB,Cを選択、あるいは、センサD,E,Fを選択してもよい。
 具体的には、以下の通りである。
 主体的の例は、土地状況把握装置の内部で完結する、自動化されたケースである。土地状況把握装置は、所定の場所あるいは状態を予め指定しておき、状況あるいは状態をモニタする。土地状況把握装置は、モニタにより変化があれば、より粒度の細かいリモセンあるいはセンサで当該場所の状況、状態、あるいは情報を取得する。

 例えば、リモセンB,C、あるいはセンサD,E,Fは、領域状態情報55の利用目的によって選択されてもよい。利用目的の具体例として、被災場所からの避難ルートの策定、災害状況の変化予測、またこれらの被災者への通知がある。また、救援部隊の派遣ルートの策定、あるいは救出緊急度の策定を、政府、自治体、消防、あるいは警察といったユーザが行う例もある。

 図9は、本実施の形態の変形例に係る土地状況把握装置100の構成例を示す図である。
 電子回路909は、土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との機能を実現する専用の電子回路である。電子回路909は、具体的には、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ロジックIC、GA、ASIC、または、FPGAである。GAは、Gate Arrayの略語である。ASICは、Application Specific Integrated Circuitの略語である。FPGAは、Field-Programmable Gate Arrayの略語である。
 土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との機能は、1つの電子回路で実現されてもよいし、複数の電子回路に分散して実現されてもよい。
 別の変形例として、土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との一部の機能が電子回路で実現され、残りの機能がソフトウェアで実現されてもよい。また、土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との一部またはすべての機能がファームウェアで実現されてもよい。
 プロセッサと電子回路の各々は、プロセッシングサーキットリとも呼ばれる。つまり、土地利用分類部110と局所情報推定部120と動態解析部130と高精度化部140との機能は、プロセッシングサーキットリにより実現される。
<変形例4>
 ここでは、土地状況把握装置100がリモートセンシング画像による観測により把握する土地被覆情報について、説明する。
 土地被覆情報については、例えば光学画像やSAR画像の画像特徴から判別された建築物、水域、裸地、および土砂といった分類が考えられる。
 また別の一例では光学画像の波長情報の統計量から判別された、水域、植生、雲、積雪、土壌の粒度、都市部、影といった分類が考えられる。
 またさらに別に一例では、SAR画像の偏波情報やコヒーレンス情報から判別された、水域、田畑、森林、都市部、農地、積雪等が考えられる。
***本実施の形態の効果の説明***
 本実施の形態の効果について説明する。
 本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100は、リモートセンシング画像の解析結果より得られる土地利用マップ、および複数のIoT機器からのログ情報およびセンサデータを組み合わせ、土地被覆の状況および変化を広域かつ詳細に把握する。
 局所情報推定部は、調査地点に存在する1つ以上のIoT機器から構成される機器群の各機器に対応する正常あるいは異常を示すログ信号に基づいて、機器群の各機器が存在する地点における正常あるいは異常を推定する。
 高精度化部は、調査地点における局所的な土地利用情報と、リモートセンシングによって取得された調査領域に対応する土地利用情報とを用いて、調査地点以外の地点の土地利用情報を示す情報を推定する。そして、高精度化部は、調査地点における局所的な土地利用情報と、リモートセンシングによって取得された調査領域に対応する土地利用情報と、調査地点以外の地点の土地利用情報を示す情報とに基づいて、調査領域における土地利用情報を高精度に再推定する。
 以上のように、本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100は、調査地点のログ情報およびセンサデータとリモートセンシングデータとを連携させることにより、調査地点以外の情報を推定し、調査領域を高精度化することができる。本実施の形態に係る土地状況把握装置100は、調査地点のログ情報およびセンサデータとリモートセンシングデータを連携させて、アグリゲーションすることで、高精度な土地利用情報を得ることができる。
 以上の実施の形態1では、土地状況把握装置の各部を独立した機能ブロックとして説明した。しかし、土地状況把握装置の構成は、上述した実施の形態のような構成でなくてもよい。土地状況把握装置の機能ブロックは、上述した実施の形態で説明した機能を実現することができれば、どのような構成でもよい。また、土地状況把握装置は、1つの装置でなく、複数の装置から構成されたシステムでもよい。
 また、実施の形態1のうち、複数の部分を組み合わせて実施しても構わない。あるいは、実施の形態1のうち、1つの部分を実施しても構わない。その他、この実施の形態を、全体としてあるいは部分的に、どのように組み合わせて実施しても構わない。
 すなわち、実施の形態1では、各実施の形態の自由な組み合わせ、あるいは各実施の形態の任意の構成要素の変形、もしくは各実施の形態において任意の構成要素の省略が可能である。
 なお、上述した実施の形態は、本質的に好ましい例示であって、本開示の範囲、本開示の適用物の範囲、および本開示の用途の範囲を制限することを意図するものではない。上述した実施の形態は、必要に応じて種々の変更が可能である。例えば、フロー図あるいはシーケンス図を用いて説明した手順は、適宜に変更してもよい。

Claims (10)

  1.  リモートセンシング画像を解析して調査領域の土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報を設定する土地利用分類部と、
     前記調査領域に設けられたIoT機器(Internet of Things機器)から発信されるログ情報を受信し、前記ログ情報に基づいて前記IoT機器が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報として推定する局所情報推定部と、
     前記リモートセンシング画像と前記局所状況情報とに基づいて、前記調査領域における前記調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を推定し、前記ラベル情報より高精度に前記調査領域の土地の状態および状況を表す領域状態情報を生成する高精度化部と
    を備える土地状況把握装置。
  2.  前記土地状況把握装置は、
     前記ログ情報を解析し、前記調査地点における人の動態を局所動態情報として生成する動態解析部を備え、
     前記高精度化部は、
     前記リモートセンシング画像と前記局所状況情報と前記局所動態情報とに基づいて、前記調査地点における人の動態を含む前記領域状態情報を生成する請求項1に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  3.  前記高精度化部は、
     前記調査領域における発災を検知すると、前記リモートセンシング画像と前記局所状況情報と前記局所動態情報とに基づいて、前記調査地点において逃げ遅れた人がいないかどうかを示す逃げ遅れ情報を含む前記領域状態情報を生成する請求項2に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  4.  前記高精度化部は、
     前記領域状態情報を、前記領域状態情報を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザに送信する請求項3に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  5.  前記動態解析部は、
     前記局所動態情報に含まれる人の動態を見守り情報として、前記見守り情報を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザに送信する請求項3または請求項4に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  6.  前記動態解析部は、
     前記逃げ遅れ情報を取得し、前記見守り情報に前記逃げ遅れ情報を付加して前記見守り情報を受け取るユーザとして予め登録されたユーザに送信する請求項5に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  7.  前記動態解析部は、
     前記IoT機器に備えられたセンサ機器からセンサデータを取得し、前記ログ情報と前記センサデータを解析し、前記局所動態情報を生成する請求項2から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  8.  前記IoT機器は、IoT家電および昇降機の少なくともいずれかである請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の土地状況把握装置。
  9.  コンピュータが、リモートセンシング画像を解析して調査領域の土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報を設定し、
     コンピュータが、前記調査領域に設けられたIoT機器(Internet of Things機器)から発信されるログ情報を受信し、前記ログ情報に基づいて前記IoT機器が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報として推定し、
     コンピュータが、前記リモートセンシング画像と前記局所状況情報とに基づいて、前記調査領域における前記調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を推定し、前記ラベル情報より高精度に前記調査領域の土地の状態および状況を表す領域状態情報を生成する土地状況把握方法。
  10.  リモートセンシング画像を解析して調査領域の土地の被覆状況を表すラベル情報を設定する土地利用分類処理と、
     前記調査領域に設けられたIoT機器(Internet of Things機器)から発信されるログ情報を受信し、前記ログ情報に基づいて前記IoT機器が存在する調査地点の土地の状態および状況を局所状況情報として推定する局所情報推定処理と、
     前記リモートセンシング画像と前記局所状況情報とに基づいて、前記調査領域における前記調査地点以外の地点における土地の状態および状況を推定し、前記ラベル情報より高精度に前記調査領域の土地の状態および状況を表す領域状態情報を生成する高精度化処理と
    をコンピュータに実行させる土地状況把握プログラム。
