本申请实施例提供了一种电池单体、电池和用电设备,能够提高电池单体的可靠性。
第一方面,提供了一种电池单体,该电池单体包括:电极组件;绝缘部件,该绝缘部件用于包裹该电极组件的至少部分区域,该绝缘部件包括第一绝缘结构和第二绝缘结构,该第一绝缘结构为一端开口的中空结构,该中空结构用于容纳该电极组件,该第二绝缘结构用于盖合该第一绝缘结构的开口。
因此,本申请实施例的电池单体,通过设置绝缘部件包括有第一绝缘结构和第二绝缘结构,可以包裹该电极组件的每个端面的至少部分区域,即电极组件的每个端面均设置有绝缘部件,可以提高电极组件每个端面与电池单体的外壳之间的绝缘可靠性,减少电极组件与外壳之间发生短路和绝缘失效的风险。
在一些实施例中,该电极组件具有极耳,该绝缘部件用于包裹该电极组件的除该极耳以外的区域。一方面可以减少安装过程中绝缘部件对极耳的影响,例如,可以减少对极耳的损伤,进而减少极耳开裂的风险;另一方面,考虑到极耳用于与电极端子电连接,还可以减少该绝缘部件对极耳与电极端子之间电连接的影响,提高极耳与电极端子之间的连接效率,进而提高电池单体的性能。
在一些实施例中,该极耳设置于该电极组件的第一端面,该第一绝缘结构用于包裹该电极组件的除该第一端面以外的区域,该第二绝缘结构用于包裹该第一端面的除该极耳以外的至少部分区域,结构简单,易于实现。
在一些实施例中,该第一端面设置有两个该极耳,该第二绝缘结构位于两个该极耳之间。在该两个极耳之间设置第二绝缘结构,尤其在第一端面的两个极耳之间的距离较大的情况下,既可以简化该第二绝缘结构的结构,便于加工和组装,又可以实现该两个极耳之间与电池单体的外壳之间的绝缘,减少绝缘失效的风险。
在一些实施例中,该极耳设置于该电极组件的第一端面,该第二绝缘结构用于包裹该电极组件的第二端面,该第一端面和该第二端面不同。在电极组件的极耳所在的第一端面以外其他端面设置第二绝缘结构,可以提高该绝缘部件的设计灵活度,便于应用于不同的电池单体。
在一些实施例中,该第一端面与该第二端面相对设置,则第一绝缘结构的开口与极耳所在的第一端面相对设置,便于将第一绝缘结构套设于电极组件的外部。
在一些实施例中,该第一绝缘结构设置有避让开口,该避让开口用于避让该极耳,结构简单,易于实现。
在一些实施例中,该第二绝缘结构包括第一区域和两个第二区域,该第一区域位于该两个第二区域之间,该第一区域用于覆盖该第一绝缘结构的开口的至少部分区域,该两个第二区域分别与该第一绝缘结构的相对设置的侧壁重叠。通过弯折第二绝缘结构,使得该第二绝缘结构的第二区域与第一绝缘结构的侧壁重叠,可以固定连接第一绝缘结构与第二绝缘结构,结构简单稳定,且可以降低第一绝缘结构与第二绝缘结构连接处绝缘失效的风险。
在一些实施例中,该两个第二区域中每个第二区域的沿该第一区域的厚度方向的尺寸大于或者等于0.5mm,以减少由于重叠部分面积过小造成局部 翘起的风险,进而降低绝缘部件局部有间隙而导致绝缘失效的风险。
在一些实施例中,该电池单体包括:壳体,该壳体为具有开口的中空结构,包裹有该绝缘部件的该电极组件容纳于该壳体内;盖板,该盖板用于盖合该壳体的开口,以隔离外部环境。
在一些实施例中,该壳体具有朝向该电池单体内部凹陷的凹部,该绝缘部件的第三区域位于该凹部与该电极组件之间,该凹部的底壁的朝向该第三区域的正投影位于该第三区域内,以减少凹部的底壁与电极组件之间绝缘失效的风险,提高可靠性。
在一些实施例中,该电极组件的第一端面设置有两个极耳,该凹部位于该两个极耳之间,则设置有该凹部的壳体可以更加适配该电极组件的形状,减少电池单体内部不必要的空间,提高电池单体内部的空间利用率,同时还可以提高箱体内部的空间利用率。
在一些实施例中,该盖板包括该电池单体的面积最大的壁,以便于电极组件通过该壳体的开口进入壳体,提高电池单体的安装速度。
在一些实施例中,该第一绝缘结构的厚度的取值范围为[0.03mm,0.3mm];和/或,该第二绝缘结构的厚度的取值范围为[0.03mm,0.3mm]。该第一绝缘结构的厚度以及第二绝缘结构的厚度不宜设置过大,以减少绝缘部件占用的空间;相反地,该第一绝缘结构的厚度以及第二绝缘结构的厚度不宜设置过小,以满足绝缘要求,降低局部绝缘失效的风险。
在一些实施例中,该第二绝缘结构为胶纸,结构简单稳定,易于实现。
第二方面,提供了一种电池,电池包括多个电池单体,该电池单体为第一方面或者第一方面中任意一个实施例所述的电池单体。
第三方面,提供了一种用电设备,包括:电池,该电池包括多个电池单体,该电池单体为第一方面或者第一方面中任意一个实施例所述的电池单体,该电池用于为该用电设备供电。
在一些实施例中,所述用电设备为车辆、船舶或航天器。

本申请实施例中,电池单体可以为二次电池,二次电池是指在电池单体放电后可通过充电的方式使活性材料激活而继续使用的电池单体。
电池单体可以为锂离子电池、钠离子电池、钠锂离子电池、锂金属电池、钠金属电池、锂硫电池、镁离子电池、镍氢电池、镍镉电池、铅蓄电池等,本申请实施例对此并不限定。
在一些实现方式中,本申请实施例中的电池单体可以为金属电池,具体地,该金属电池可包括锂金属二次电池、钠金属电池或镁金属电池等,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
电池单体一般包括电极组件。电极组件包括正极、负极以及隔离件。在电池单体充放电过程中,活性离子(例如锂离子)在正极和负极之间往返嵌入和脱出。隔离件设置在正极和负极之间,可以起到防止正负极短路的作用,同时可以使活性离子通过。
在一些实施例中,正极可以为正极片,正极片可以包括正极集流体以及设置在正极集流体至少一个表面的正极活性材料。
作为示例,正极集流体具有在其自身厚度方向相对的两个表面,正极活 性材料设置在正极集流体相对的两个表面的任意一者或两者上。
作为示例,正极集流体可采用金属箔片、泡沫金属或复合集流体。例如,作为金属箔片,可采用银表面处理的铝或不锈钢、不锈钢、铜、铝、镍、炭精电极、碳、镍或钛等。泡沫金属可以为泡沫镍、泡沫铜、泡沫铝、泡沫合金、或泡沫碳等。复合集流体可包括高分子材料基层和金属层。复合集流体可通过将金属材料(铝、铝合金、镍、镍合金、钛、钛合金、银及银合金等)形成在高分子材料基材(如聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯等的基材)上而形成。
作为示例,正极活性材料可包括以下材料中的至少一种:含锂磷酸盐、锂过渡金属氧化物及其各自的改性化合物。但本申请并不限定于这些材料,还可以使用其他可被用作电池正极活性材料的传统材料。这些正极活性材料可以仅单独使用一种,也可以将两种以上组合使用。其中,含锂磷酸盐的示例可包括但不限于磷酸铁锂(如LiFePO4(也可以简称为LFP))、磷酸铁锂与碳的复合材料、磷酸锰锂(如LiMnPO4)、磷酸锰锂与碳的复合材料、磷酸锰铁锂、磷酸锰铁锂与碳的复合材料中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,负极可以为负极片,负极片可以包括负极集流体以及设置在负极集流体至少一个表面上的负极活性材料。
作为示例,负极集流体具有在其自身厚度方向相对的两个表面,负极活性材料设置在负极集流体相对的两个表面中的任意一者或两者上。
作为示例,负极集流体可采用金属箔片、泡沫金属或复合集流体。例如,作为金属箔片,可以采用银表面处理的铝或不锈钢、不锈钢、铜、铝、镍、炭精电极、用碳、镍或钛等。复合集流体可包括高分子材料基层和金属层。泡沫金属可以为泡沫镍、泡沫铜、泡沫铝、泡沫合金、或泡沫碳等。复合集流体可通过将金属材料(铜、铜合金、镍、镍合金、钛、钛合金、银及银合金等)形成在高分子材料基材(如聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯等的基材)上而形成。
作为示例,负极活性材料可采用本领域公知的用于电池单体的负极活性材料。作为示例,负极活性材料可包括以下材料中的至少一种:人造石墨、天然石墨、软炭、硬炭、硅基材料、锡基材料和钛酸锂等。
在一些实施方式中,电极组件还包括隔离件,隔离件设置在正极和负极之间。
在一些实施方式中,隔离件为隔离膜。本申请对隔离膜的种类没有特别的限制,可以选用任意公知的具有良好的化学稳定性和机械稳定性的多孔结构隔离膜。
作为示例,隔离膜的主要材质可选自玻璃纤维、无纺布、聚乙烯、聚丙烯及聚偏二氟乙烯,陶瓷中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,隔离件为固态电解质。固态电解质设于正极和负极之间,同时起到传输离子和隔离正负极的作用。
在一些实施方式中,电池单体还包括电解质,电解质在正、负极之间起到传导离子的作用。本申请对电解质的种类没有具体的限制,可根据需求进行选择。电解质可以是液态的、凝胶态的或固态的。
在一些实施方式中,电极组件为卷绕结构。正极片、负极片卷绕成卷绕结构。
在一些实施方式中,电极组件为叠片结构。
作为示例,正极片、负极片可分别设置多个,多个正极片和多个负极片交替层叠设置。
作为示例,正极片可设置多个,负极片折叠形成多个层叠设置的折叠段,相邻的折叠段之间夹持一个正极片。
作为示例,正极片和负极片均折叠形成多个层叠设置的折叠段。
作为示例,隔离件可设置多个,分别设置在任意相邻的正极片或负极片之间。
作为示例,隔离件可连续地设置,通过折叠或者卷绕方式设置在任意相邻的正极片或负极片之间。

在一些实施方式中,电池单体可以包括外壳。外壳用于封装电极组件及电解质等部件。外壳可以为钢壳、铝壳、塑料壳(如聚丙烯)、复合金属壳(如铜铝复合外壳)或铝塑膜等。外壳包括壳体和盖板。
作为示例,电池单体可以为圆柱形电池单体、棱柱电池单体、软包电池单体或其它形状的电池单体,棱柱电池单体包括方壳电池单体、刀片形电池 单体、多棱柱电池,多棱柱电池例如为六棱柱电池等,本申请没有特别的限制。
本申请的实施例所提到的电池可以包括一个或多个电池单体以提供更高的电压和容量的单一的物理模块。电池单体有多个时,多个电池单体通过汇流部件串联、并联或混联。
在一些实施例中,电池可以为电池模块,电池单体有多个时,多个电池单体排列并固定形成一个电池模块。
在一些实施例中,电池可以为电池包,电池包包括箱体和电池单体,电池单体或电池模块容纳于箱体中。
在一些实施例中,箱体可以作为车辆的底盘结构的一部分。例如,箱体的部分可以成为车辆的地板的至少一部分,或者,箱体的部分可以成为车辆的横梁和纵梁的至少一部分。
电池技术的发展要同时考虑多方面的设计因素,例如,能量密度、循环寿命、放电容量、充放电倍率等性能参数,另外,还需要考虑电池的安全性和加工效率。为避免电池单体内部电极组件与外壳之间发生短路,可以在电极组件的外部包裹绝缘材料。例如,为了提高加工效率,通常在电极组件的外表面的部分区域包裹绝缘材料。以长方体电极组件为例,可以在该电极组件的局部表面包裹绝缘材料,以减少该部分表面与外壳之间发生短路的风险,而未包裹绝缘材料的表面可以用于设置极耳等部件。但不同类型的电池单体的结构不同,例如,为提高电池内部电池单体的能量密度或者空间利用率,电池单体局部可以设置朝内部凹陷的凹部,该凹部与电极组件之间的距离较小,若电极组件表面的绝缘材料覆盖区域较少,会导致电极组件局部与外壳之间发生短路,导致绝缘失效的问题。
因此,本申请实施例提供了一种电池单体、电池和用电设备,能够解决上述问题。本申请实施例的电池单体包括电极组件和绝缘部件。该绝缘部件包裹该电极组件的至少部分区域。该绝缘部件包括第一绝缘结构和第二绝缘结构,其中,第一绝缘结构为一端开口的中空结构,电极组件容纳于该中空结构内部,第二绝缘结构用于盖合该第一绝缘结构的开口。这样,绝缘部件可以包裹该电极组件的每个端面的至少部分区域,即电极组件的每个端面均设置有绝缘部件,可以提高电极组件每个端面与外壳之间的绝缘可靠性,减少电极组件与外壳之间发生短路和绝缘失效的风险。
以下实施例为了方便说明,以用电设备为车辆为例进行说明。
例如,如图1所示,为本申请一个实施例的一种车辆1的结构示意图,车辆1可以为燃油汽车、燃气汽车或新能源汽车,新能源汽车可以是纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车或增程式汽车等。车辆1的内部可以设置马达40,控制器30以及电池10,控制器30用来控制电池10为马达40的供电。例如,在车辆1的底部或车头或车尾可以设置电池10。电池10可以用于车辆1的供电,例如,电池10可以作为车辆1的操作电源,用于车辆1的电路系统,例如,用于车辆1的启动、导航和运行时的工作用电需求。在本申请的另一实施例中,电池10不仅仅可以作为车辆1的操作电源,还可以作为车辆1的驱动电源,替代或部分地替代燃油或天然气为车辆1提供驱动动力。
为了满足不同的使用电力需求,电池可以包括多个电池单体,其中,多个电池单体之间可以串联或并联或混联,混联是指串联和并联的混合。电池也可以称为电池包。例如,多个电池单体可以先串联或并联或混联组成电池模块,多个电池模块再串联或并联或混联组成电池。也就是说,多个电池单体可以直接组成电池,也可以先组成电池模块,电池模块再组成电池。
例如,图2示出了本申请一个实施例的一种电池10的结构示意图,电池10可以包括多个电池单体20。电池10还可以包括箱体11,箱体11内部为中空结构,多个电池单体20容纳于箱体11内。图2示出了本申请实施例的箱体11的一种可能的实现方式,如图2所示,箱体11可以包括两部分,这里分别称为第一部分111和第二部分112,第一部分111和第二部分112扣合在一起。第一部分111和第二部分112的形状可以根据多个电池单体20组合后的形状而定,第一部分111和第二部分112中至少一个具有一个开口。例如,如图2所示,该第一部分111和第二部分112均可以为中空长方体且各自只有一个面为开口面,第一部分111的开口和第二部分112的开口相对设置,并且第一部分111和第二部分112相互扣合形成具有封闭腔室的箱体11。
再例如,不同于图2所示,第一部分111和第二部分112中可以仅有一个为具有开口的中空长方体,而另一个为板状,以盖合开口。例如,这里以第二部分112为中空长方体且只有一个面为开口面,第一部分111为板状为例,那么第一部分111盖合在第二部分112的开口处以形成具有封闭腔室的箱体11,该腔室可以用于容纳多个电池单体20。多个电池单体20相互并联 或串联或混联组合后置于第一部分111和第二部分112扣合后形成的箱体11内。
在一些实施例中,电池10还可以包括其他结构,在此不再一一赘述。例如,该电池10还可以包括汇流部件,汇流部件用于实现多个电池单体20之间的电连接,例如并联或串联或混联。具体地,汇流部件可通过连接电池单体20的电极端子实现电池单体20之间的电连接。进一步地,汇流部件可通过焊接固定于电池单体20的电极端子。多个电池单体20的电能可进一步通过导电机构穿过箱体11而引出。
根据不同的电力需求,电池10中的电池单体20的数量可以设置为任意数值。多个电池单体20可通过串联、并联或混联的方式连接以实现较大的容量或功率。由于每个电池10中包括的电池单体20的数量可能较多,为了便于安装,可以将电池单体20分组设置,每组电池单体20组成电池模块。电池模块中包括的电池单体20的数量不限,可以根据需求设置。另外,为了提高电池10内电池单体20的空间占用率,可以根据多个电池单体20的形状合理设置电池单体20的安装方向;并且,电池10内不同电池单体20的安装方向可以相同或者不同,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
图3示出了本申请实施例的电池单体20的结构示意图,例如,该图3可以为图2所示的电池10包括的任意一个电池单体20;图4示出了本申请实施例的电池单体20的分解结构示意图,例如,图4可以为图3所示的电池单体20的一种可能的分解结构示意图。
在本申请实施例中,如图3和图4所示,本申请实施例的电池单体20包括:电极组件22和绝缘部件23。具体地,该绝缘部件23用于包裹该电极组件22的至少部分区域,该绝缘部件23包括第一绝缘结构231和第二绝缘结构232,该第一绝缘结构231为一端开口的中空结构,该中空结构用于容纳该电极组件22,该第二绝缘结构232用于盖合该第一绝缘结构231的开口2311。
应理解,本申请实施例的第一绝缘结构231为一端开口的中空结构,电极组件22容纳于该中空结构内,以使得该第一绝缘结构231可以包裹该电极组件22的除与第一绝缘结构231的开口2311对应的端面以外的其他端面,即除该电极组件22的与第一绝缘结构231的开口2311对应的端面以外,其他每个端面均设置有第一绝缘结构231,且对任一端面而言,其至少部分 区域覆盖该第一绝缘结构231。
例如,如图3和图4所示,第一绝缘结构231具有开口2311,电极组件22对应具有第一端面223,在将电极组件22容纳于第一绝缘结构231内部的中空结构的情况下,即将第一绝缘结构231包裹于电极组件22的外部的情况下,第一绝缘结构231能够包裹该电极组件22的除第一端面223以外的其他端面的至少部分区域,即对于电极组件22的除第一端面223以外的其他任一端面,该端面均设置有第一绝缘结构231,且该第一绝缘结构231可以覆盖该端面的全部区域或者部分区域。
应理解,本申请实施例的第一绝缘结构231可以为一体结构,或者也可以通过多个部分拼接而成。例如,如图3和图4所示,该第一绝缘结构231可以为一体结构,通过折叠进而包裹电极组件22的部分区域,既便于加工,又可以提高电池单体20的组装效率。
本申请实施例的第二绝缘结构232可以盖合第一绝缘结构231的开口2311,则该第二绝缘结构232可以用于包裹电极组件22的与第一绝缘结构231的开口2311对应的端面的至少部分区域。例如,如图3和图4所示,第一绝缘结构231具有开口2311,电极组件22对应具有第一端面223,该第二绝缘结构232可以用于包裹该第一端面223的至少部分区域,即该第二绝缘结构232可以覆盖该第一端面223的全部区域或者部分区域。
这样,通过设置绝缘部件23包括有第一绝缘结构231和第二绝缘结构232,可以包裹该电极组件22的每个端面的至少部分区域,即电极组件22的每个端面均设置有绝缘部件23,可以提高电极组件22每个端面与电池单体20的外壳21之间的绝缘可靠性,减少电极组件22与外壳21之间发生短路和绝缘失效的风险,并且,还可以根据电极组件22的每个端面的不同,灵活设置绝缘部件23的具体位置,提高电池单体20的结构涉及灵活度。
应理解,本申请实施例的电极组件22是电池单体20中发生电化学反应的部件,根据实际使用需求,电池单体20内的电极组件22可设置为一个或多个。电极组件22的形状可以根据实际应用进行设置,例如,该电极组件22可以是圆柱体、长方体等。另外,电池单体20的外部的形状可以与该电极组件22的形状相同或者不同。例如,若电极组件22为圆柱体结构,电池单体20的外壳21也可以为圆柱体结构,或者也可以为长方体结构;若电极组件22为长方体结构,外壳21通常也可以为长方体结构,但本申请实施例并不 限于此。为了便于说明,如图3和图4所示,本申请实施例主要以长方体电极组件22为例进行说明。
对于任意一个电极组件22,电极组件22可以包括极耳222和极片主体部221。具体地,如图3至图4所示,电极组件22可以包括至少两个极耳222,该至少两个极耳222可以包括至少一个正极极耳和至少一个负极极耳,正极极耳可以由正极极片上未涂覆正极活性物质层的部分层叠形成,而正极极片上涂覆正极活性物质层的部分可以通过卷绕或者层叠的方式形成极片主体部221;负极极耳可以由负极极片上未涂覆负极活性物质层的部分层叠形成,而负极极片上涂覆负极活性物质层的部分可以通过卷绕或者层叠的方式形成极片主体部221。
本申请实施例的电极组件22的多个极耳222可以位于该电极组件22的相同或者不同的端面。例如,电极组件22可以包括两个极耳222,该两个极耳222可以位于同一端面,或者该两个极耳222可以设置于不同的端面,例如,该两个极耳222可以位于相对设置的端面,本申请实施例并不限于此。为了便于说明,如图3和图4所示,本申请实施例主要以电极组件22包括两个极耳222,且该两个极耳222均设置于电极组件22的第一端面223为例。
在一些实施例中,本申请实施例的电池单体20的外壳21上还可以设置有电极端子213,电极端子213用于与电极组件22电连接,以输出电池单体20的电能。如图3至图4所示,该电池单体20可以包括至少两个电极端子213,该至少两个电极端子213包括至少一个正极电极端子和至少一个负电极端子。每个电极端子213用于与对应的极耳222电连接。例如,每个电极端子213可以通过连接构件与对应的极耳222电连接。例如,电极组件22的正极极耳可以通过一个连接构件与正极电极端子连接,电极组件22的负极极耳通过另一个连接构件与负极电极端子连接。
电池单体20的至少两个电极端子213可以设置在电池单体20的同一个壁或者不同的壁上。例如,可以根据电极组件22的极耳222的位置设置电极端子213的位置。例如,如图3至图4所示,本申请实施例主要以该电池单体20包括两个电极端子213,且该两个电极端子213设置在电池单体20的外壳21的相对的两个壁上为例。
在本申请实施例中,电极组件22具有极耳222,绝缘部件23用于包裹 电极组件22的除极耳222以外的区域,即绝缘部件23不用于包裹极耳222所在的区域。在除极耳222以外的区域设置绝缘部件23,一方面可以减少安装过程中绝缘部件23对极耳的影响,例如,可以减少对极耳222的损伤,进而减少极耳222开裂的风险;另一方面,考虑到极耳222用于与电极端子213电连接,还可以减少该绝缘部件23对极耳222与电极端子213之间电连接的影响,提高极耳222与电极端子213之间的连接效率,进而提高电池单体20的性能。
应理解,本申请实施例中绝缘部件23不包裹极耳222所在的区域包括:该绝缘部件23不包裹极耳222以及极耳222周围临近区域,即极耳222以及靠近极耳222一定距离内均不设置该绝缘部件23,以减少该绝缘部件23对极耳222的影响。
本申请实施例的电极组件22外部包裹有绝缘部件23,该绝缘部件23可以通过多种方式实现。图5示出了本申请实施例的电极组件22以及绝缘部件23的结构示意图,例如,该图5所示的电极组件22和绝缘部件23可以为如图3和图4所示的电池单体20的一部分。图6示出了本申请实施例的绝缘部件23的分解结构示意图,例如,该图6所示的绝缘部件23可以为图3至图4所示的电池单体20包括的绝缘部件23,即图6所示的绝缘部件23可以为图5所示的绝缘部件23的分解结构。
在一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,极耳222设置于电极组件22的第一端面223,第一绝缘结构231用于包裹电极组件22的除第一端面223以外的区域,第二绝缘结构232用于包裹第一端面223的除极耳222以外的至少部分区域。电极组件22的极耳222设置于第一端面223,第一绝缘结构231在对应于该第一端面223一端设置开口2311,能够便于将第一绝缘结构231包裹在电极组件22的外部。尤其在该电极组件22的全部极耳222均设置于第一端面223的情况下,则其他端面相对平整,便于将第一绝缘结构231包裹在其他端面的外部。再通过第二绝缘结构232包裹第一端面223的除极耳222以外的至少部分区域,结构简单,易于实现。
在一些实施例中,第一端面223设置有两个极耳222,第二绝缘结构232位于两个极耳222之间。如图5和图6所示,在第一端面223设置有两个极耳222的情况下,两个极耳222之间距离通常较大,以减少两个极耳222之间的相互影响。因此,在该两个极耳222之间设置第二绝缘结构232,尤其 在第一端面223的两个极耳222之间的距离较大的情况下,既可以简化该第二绝缘结构232的结构,便于加工和组装,又可以实现该两个极耳222之间与电池单体20的外壳21之间的绝缘,减少绝缘失效的风险。
或者,不同于如图5和图6所示的实施例,该第二绝缘结构232还可以设置有避让区,通过该避让区避让极耳222所在的区域。例如,该避让区可以为通孔,则极耳222穿过该第二绝缘结构232的通孔,以使得该第一端面223的两个极耳222之间的区域能够设置第二绝缘结构232,同时两个极耳222外侧的区域也可以设置有第二绝缘结构232,以提高该第一端面223与外壳21之间的可靠性,进一步减少绝缘失效的风险。
应理解,本申请实施例的第二绝缘结构232也可以设置于其他位置。图7示出了本申请另一实施例的电极组件22以及绝缘部件23的结构示意图,例如,该图7所示的电极组件22和绝缘部件23可以替换如图3和图4所示的电池单体20中的电极组件22以及绝缘部件23。图8示出了本申请另一实施例的绝缘部件23的分解结构示意图,例如,该图8所示的绝缘部件23可以为图7所示的绝缘部件23的分解结构。
在一些实施例中,极耳222设置于电极组件22的第一端面223,第二绝缘结构232用于包裹电极组件22的第二端面224,第一端面223和第二端面224不同。在电极组件22的极耳222所在的第一端面223以外其他端面设置第二绝缘结构232,可以提高该绝缘部件23的设计灵活度,便于应用于不同的电池单体20。
在本申请实施例中,第一端面223和第二端面224可以为电极组件22的任意两个不同的端面。例如,如图6和图7所示,第一端面223与第二端面224相对设置,则第一绝缘结构231的开口2311与极耳222所在的第一端面223相对设置,便于将第一绝缘结构231套设于电极组件22的外部。
在一些实施例中,第一绝缘结构231设置有避让开口2312,避让开口2312用于避让极耳222,结构简单,易于实现。例如,该第一端面223可以设置有多个极耳222,该第一绝缘结构231可以对应设置有与多个极耳222一一对应的多个避让开口2312,以避让每个极耳222所在区域,减少对极耳222的影响。
应理解,本申请实施例的第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232可以通过不同方式连接固定。例如,图9示出了本申请实施例的电极组件22与绝缘 部件23的侧视示意图,例如,该图9所示的电极组件22与绝缘部件23可以为如图3和图4所示的电池单体20的一部分,并且,该图9所示的侧面垂直于电池单体20的厚度方向Y。下文主要以如图9所示的实施例为例进行描述,但相关描述同样适用于其他实施例,例如,同样可以适用于如图7和图8所示的实施例。
在本申请实施例中,第二绝缘结构232包括第一区域2321和两个第二区域2322,第一区域2321位于两个第二区域2322之间,第一区域2321用于覆盖第一绝缘结构231的开口2311的至少部分区域,两个第二区域2322分别与第一绝缘结构231的相对设置的侧壁重叠。如图5至图9所示,通过弯折第二绝缘结构232,使得该第二绝缘结构232的第二区域2322与第一绝缘结构231的侧壁重叠,可以固定连接第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232,结构简单稳定,且可以降低第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232连接处绝缘失效的风险。
在一些实施例中,第一绝缘结构231的与第二区域2322重叠的侧壁可以为该第一绝缘结构231的面积最大的壁,即第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232重叠部分对应电池单体20的面积最大的壁,以增加第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232之间重叠区域的面积,提高第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232之间的连接强度和稳定性。例如,两个第二区域2322与第一绝缘结构231重叠的两个侧壁可以为面积相等的两个壁,且该两个侧壁均为面积最大的壁。
在一些实施例中,第二绝缘结构232可以为胶纸,则相对第一区域2321弯折的第二区域2322可以直接粘贴于第一绝缘结构231的外表面,以实现第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232的固定连接,结构简单稳定,易于实现。或者,也可以在第二区域2322与第一绝缘结构231的外表面之间涂覆粘结剂,以固定连接第一绝缘结构231与第二绝缘结构232,本申请实施例并不限于此。
在一些实施例中,两个第二区域2322中每个第二区域2322的沿第一区域2321的厚度方向Z的尺寸可以根据实际应用进行设置。其中,以该第一区域2321的厚度方向Z为电池单体20的高度方向Z为例。例如,两个第二区域2322中每个第二区域2322的沿第一区域2321的厚度方向Z的尺寸大于或者等于0.5mm,以减少由于重叠部分面积过小造成局部翘起的风险,进而 降低绝缘部件23局部有间隙而导致绝缘失效的风险。相反地,每个第二区域2322的沿第一区域2321的厚度方向Z的尺寸也不宜设置过大,限制重叠区域的面积,以节省成本,降低绝缘部件23的重量和占用的空间。
应理解,本申请实施例的绝缘部件23的设置还可以考虑电池单体20的外壳21的设置方式。具体地,本申请实施例的电池单体20还可以包括外壳21,该外壳21内部用于容纳电极组件22。该外壳21可以为多面体的中空结构,该中空结构可以用于容纳电极组件22。电池单体20的形状可以根据实际应用灵活设置,即该电池单体20可以为任意多面体结构,例如,可以设置为长方体或者圆柱体等。具体地,该电池单体20的外壳21可以包括多个壁,以使得该电池单体20为多面体结构。示例性的,外壳21可以为长方体或者近似长方体,该外壳21可以包括六个壁,每个壁为矩形。如图3至图9所示,本申请实施例主要以外壳21为近似的长方体结构为例进行描述,该外壳21可以包括六个壁;其中,该六个壁中可以包括一个或者多个壁为近似矩形,例如,该壁的大致轮廓为矩形,但存在局部区域为凹陷区域或者凸起区域,但本申请实施例并不限于此。
具体地,对于长方形的电池单体20,为了便于描述,本申请实施例定义了三个参考方向。该电池单体20的厚度方向为方向Y,该电池单体20的高度方向为方向Z,该电池单体20的长度方向为方向X,其中,该电池单体20的厚度方向Y、高度方向Z和长度方向X相互垂直,且该电池单体20的厚度方向Y尺寸小于长度方向X的尺寸。
在本申请实施例中,电池单体20还可以包括壳体211和盖板212,例如,外壳21可以包括壳体211和盖板212。具体地,壳体211为具有开口2111的中空结构,包裹有绝缘部件23的电极组件22容纳于壳体211内;盖板212用于盖合壳体211的开口2111,以隔离外部环境。
在一些实施例中,该壳体211可以是至少一端形成开口2111的空心结构,而盖板212的形状可以与壳体211的形状相适配,盖板212用于盖合于壳体211的开口2111,以使外壳21将电池单体20的内部环境与外部环境隔绝。若壳体211为一端形成开口2111的空心结构,盖板212则可以设置为一个,例如图3至图9所示;或者,与之不同的,若壳体211为相对的两端形成开口2111的空心结构,盖板212则可以设置为两个,两个盖板212分别盖合于壳体211两端的开口2111,本申请实施例并不限于此。
本申请实施例的壳体211的材质可以是多种,比如,铜、铁、铝、钢、铝合金等。盖板212的材质也可以是多种,比如,铜、铁、铝、钢、铝合金等,盖板212的材质与壳体211的材质可以相同,也可以不同。
本申请实施例的壳体211和盖板212的形状相互配合,例如,如图3至图9所示,壳体211可以为近似的长方体结构,盖板212为与壳体211相适配的近似矩形板状结构。盖板212可以为外壳21的任意一个壁,例如,该盖板212可以为外壳21包括的多个壁中面积最大的壁,或者面积最小的壁,或者也可以为其他壁,本申请实施例并不限于此。或者,盖板212也可以为其他结构,例如,该盖板212也可以为具有开口的凹槽结构,以将盖板212的开口盖合壳体211的开口2111,本申请实施例并不限于此。
在一些实施例中,盖板212包括电池单体的面积最大的壁,即壳体211的开口2111所在端面对应电池单体20的面积最大的壁,以便于电极组件22通过该壳体211的开口2111进入壳体211,提高电池单体20的安装速度。
为了便于说明,本申请主要以外壳21为如图3至图9所示的近似长方体为例;另外,壳体211为一端开口的中空结构;对应的,该盖板212用于盖合壳体211的开口2111,例如,可以通过焊接的方式,实现壳体211与盖板212之间的密封连接,以形成放置电极组件22的封闭的腔体,提高密封可靠性。
图10示出了本申请实施例的电池单体20的剖面示意图,该图10所示的剖面图可以为如图3和图4所示的电池单体20的剖面示意图,且该图10所示的剖面垂直于电池单体20的厚度方向Y。图11示出了本申请实施例的电池单体20的另一局部剖面示意图,该图11所示的剖面图为图10所示的剖面图中区域A的局部放大图。
在一些实施例中,如图10和图11所示,壳体211具有朝向电池单体内部凹陷的凹部2112,以使得该壳体211更加适配电极组件22的形状,进一步减少电池单体20的体积,壳体211的该凹部2112可以用于放置电池10的箱体11内的其他部件,以提高电池10箱体11内部空间的利用率。
进一步地,相比壳体211的其他区域,壳体211的凹部2112与电极组件22的距离较近,可以设置绝缘部件23的第三区域233位于凹部2112与电极组件22之间,即凹部2112与电极组件22之间设置有绝缘部件23的第三区域233,以实现该凹部2112与电极组件22之间电绝缘,减少二者之间 发生短路的风险。例如,第一绝缘结构231可以包括该第三区域233,或者,第二绝缘结构232包括该第三区域233,本申请实施例并不限于此。
在一些实施例中,凹部2112的底壁的朝向第三区域233的正投影位于第三区域233内,即该凹部2112的底壁朝向第三区域233的正投影的尺寸小于第三区域233的尺寸。例如,以电池单体20的长度方向X为例,该凹部2112的底壁朝向第三区域233的正投影与第三区域233之间的尺寸差值可以为L2,则该L2大于零,以减少凹部2112的底壁与电极组件22之间绝缘失效的风险,提高可靠性。
在一些实施例中,电极组件22的第一端面223设置有两个极耳222,凹部2112位于两个极耳222之间,则设置有该凹部2112的壳体211可以更加适配该电极组件22的形状,减少电池单体20内部不必要的空间,提高电池单体20内部的空间利用率,同时还可以提高箱体11内部的空间利用率。
应理解,本申请实施例的绝缘部件23的尺寸以及材料可以根据实际应用灵活设置。图12示出了本申请实施例的电池单体20的剖面示意图,例如,该图12所示的剖面图可以为如图3和图4所示的电池单体20的剖面示意图,且该图12所示的剖面垂直于电池单体20的长度方向Y。图13示出了本申请实施例的电池单体20的另一局部剖面示意图,该图13所示的剖面图为图12所示的剖面图中区域B的局部放大图。
在一些实施例中,如图12和图13所示,该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1可以根据实际应用进行设置,同样地,该第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2也可以根据实际应用进行设置;并且,该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1可以与第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2相同或者不同。例如,该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1可以与第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2不同,以满足不同的需求。
在一些实施例中,第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1的取值范围为[0.03mm,0.3mm];和/或,第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2的取值范围为[0.03mm,0.3mm]。该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1以及第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2不宜设置过大,以减少绝缘部件23占用的空间;相反地,该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1以及第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2不宜设置过小,以满足绝缘要求,降低局部绝缘失效的风险。例如,该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1可以具体设置为0.03mm、0.05mm、0.08mm、0.1mm、0.13mm、0.15mm、0.18mm、0.2mm、0.23mm、0.25mm、0.28mm或者0.3mm,或者,该第一绝缘结构231的厚度T1也可以设 置为以上任意两个数值之间的数。类似的,第二绝缘结构232的厚度T2也可以具体设置为0.03mm、0.05mm、0.08mm、0.1mm、0.13mm、0.15mm、0.18mm、0.2mm、0.23mm、0.25mm、0.28mm或者0.3mm,或者设置为以上任意两个数值之间的数。
在一些实施例中,本申请实施例的第一绝缘结构231的材料可以根据实际应用进行设置,同样地,该第二绝缘结构232的材料也可以根据实际应用进行设置;并且,该第一绝缘结构231的材料可以与第二绝缘结构232的材料相同或者不同。例如,该第一绝缘结构231的材料可以与第二绝缘结构232的材料不同,以满足不同的需求。例如,该第一绝缘结构231的材料和/或第二绝缘结构232的材料可以包括聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)和/或聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)。
根据本申请的一些实施例,本申请还提供了一种电池10,包括以上任一方案所述的电池单体20。
根据本申请的一些实施例,本申请还提供了一种用电设备,包括以上任一方案所述的电池10,并且电池10用于为用电设备提供电能。
用电设备可以是前述任一应用电池的设备或系统。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参见图3至图8,本申请提供了一种电池单体20,该电池单体20包括电极组件22和绝缘部件23,该绝缘部件23用于包裹该电极组件22的至少部分区域,该绝缘部件23包括第一绝缘结构231和第二绝缘结构232,该第一绝缘结构231为一端开口的中空结构,该中空结构用于容纳该电极组件22,该第二绝缘结构232用于盖合该第一绝缘结构231的开口2311。该电极组件22具有极耳222,该绝缘部件23用于包裹该电极组件22的除该极耳222以外的区域。在一些实施例中,该极耳222设置于该电极组件22的第一端面223,该第一绝缘结构231用于包裹该电极组件22的除该第一端面223以外的区域,该第二绝缘结构232用于包裹该第一端面223的除该极耳222以外的至少部分区域。该第一端面223设置有两个该极耳222,该第二绝缘结构232位于两个该极耳222之间。在一些实施例中,该极耳222设置于该电极组件22的第一端面223,该第二绝缘结构232用于包裹该电极组件22的第二端面224,该第一端面223和该第二端面224不同。该第一端面223与该第二端面224相对设置。该第二绝缘结构232包括第一区域2321和两个第二区域2322,该第一区域2321位于 该两个第二区域2322之间,该第一区域2321用于覆盖该第一绝缘结构231的开口2311的至少部分区域,该两个第二区域2322分别与该第一绝缘结构231的相对设置的侧壁重叠。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电池单体,其特征在于,包括:
    电极组件(22);
    绝缘部件(23),所述绝缘部件(23)用于包裹所述电极组件(22)的至少部分区域,所述绝缘部件(23)包括第一绝缘结构(231)和第二绝缘结构(232),所述第一绝缘结构(231)为一端开口的中空结构,所述中空结构用于容纳所述电极组件(22),所述第二绝缘结构(232)用于盖合所述第一绝缘结构(231)的开口(2311)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述电极组件(22)具有极耳(222),所述绝缘部件(23)用于包裹所述电极组件(22)的除所述极耳(222)以外的区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述极耳(222)设置于所述电极组件(22)的第一端面(223),所述第一绝缘结构(231)用于包裹所述电极组件(22)的除所述第一端面(223)以外的区域,所述第二绝缘结构(232)用于包裹所述第一端面(223)的除所述极耳(222)以外的至少部分区域。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述第一端面(223)设置有两个所述极耳(222),所述第二绝缘结构(232)位于两个所述极耳(222)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述极耳(222)设置于所述电极组件(22)的第一端面(223),所述第二绝缘结构(232)用于包裹所述电极组件(22)的第二端面(224),所述第一端面(223)和所述第二端面(224)不同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述第一端面(223)与所述第二端面(224)相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘结构(231)设置有避让开口(2312),所述避让开口(2312)用于避让所述极耳(222)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述第二绝缘结构(232)包括第一区域(2321)和两个第二区域(2322),所述第 一区域(2321)位于所述两个第二区域(2322)之间,所述第一区域(2321)用于覆盖所述第一绝缘结构(231)的开口(2311)的至少部分区域,所述两个第二区域(2322)分别与所述第一绝缘结构(231)的相对设置的侧壁重叠。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述两个第二区域(2322)中每个第二区域(2322)的沿所述第一区域(2321)的厚度方向的尺寸大于或者等于0.5mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述电池单体包括:
    壳体(211),所述壳体(211)为具有开口(2111)的中空结构,包裹有所述绝缘部件(23)的所述电极组件(22)容纳于所述壳体(211)内;
    盖板(212),所述盖板(212)用于盖合所述壳体(211)的开口(2111)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述壳体(211)具有朝向所述电池单体内部凹陷的凹部(2112),所述绝缘部件(23)的第三区域(233)位于所述凹部(2112)与所述电极组件(22)之间,所述凹部(2112)的底壁的朝向所述第三区域(233)的正投影位于所述第三区域(233)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述电极组件(22)的第一端面(223)设置有两个极耳(222),所述凹部(2112)位于所述两个极耳(222)之间。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述盖板(212)包括所述电池单体的面积最大的壁。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘结构(231)的厚度的取值范围为[0.03mm,0.3mm];和/或,
    所述第二绝缘结构(232)的厚度的取值范围为[0.03mm,0.3mm]。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的电池单体,其特征在于,所述第二绝缘结构(232)为胶纸。
  16. 一种电池,其特征在于,包括:
    多个电池单体,所述电池单体为如权利要求1至15中任一项所述的电池单体。
  17. 一种用电设备,其特征在于,包括:
    电池,所述电池包括多个电池单体,所述电池单体为如权利要求1至15中任一项所述的电池单体,所述电池用于为所述用电设备供电。
