Abstract

980MPa以上のTSを維持しながら、70%以上のYRと高い延性、および、曲げ加工部の耐水素脆性を両立させた高強度鋼板とそれらの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 所定の成分組成を有し、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚1/4位置における鋼組織が、フェライトが面積率で0~5%、残留オーステナイトが体積率で3~20%、焼戻しマルテンサイトが面積率で70%以上、フレッシュマルテンサイトが面積率で0~20%であり、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層における鋼組織が、フェライトが面積率で0~5%、アスペクト比2.0以上の残留オーステナイトが全残留オーステナイトに占める割合は50%以下、TS≧980MPa、100×YR≧70、板厚方向の硬度分布において、板厚1/4位置の硬度値H025と板厚1/20位置の硬度値H005の関係が、2.5≦100×(H025-H005)/H025≦20.0である高強度鋼板。

Description

高強度鋼板およびその製造方法
 本発明は、主に自動車車体の構造部品や電器部品に供して好適な、980MPa以上の引張強さ(TS)を有する高強度鋼板、および、その製造方法に関するものである。
 近年、地球環境問題に対する関心の高まりを受け、CO排出規制が厳格化しており、自動車分野においては、車体の軽量化による燃費向上や、自動車の電動化に伴い搭載される大型バッテリーの衝突安全性が求められている。そのために、自動車に適用される鋼材へは、薄肉化・軽量化しても高い車体剛性や衝突安全性が得られる高強度材の適用が活発になっている。多くの鉄鋼メーカは、自動車用鋼板として、引張強度980MPa級や、さらにそれを超える高強度材のラインナップを拡大している。自動車用部品の衝突安全性確保のためには、引張強度はさることながら鋼板の降伏強度や延性についても高いことが重要となっている。
 一般に、鋼の強化手法としては、固溶強化、析出強化、転位強化(変態強化)が知られている。引張強度980MPa超級の鋼板の高強度化には、変態強化によって、マルテンサイトやベイナイトといった硬質な組織の分率を高める必要がある。しかしながら、鋼板にこれら硬質相をより多く含ませた場合、鋼板の加工性が低下する。その結果、複雑な加工が要求される部品への適用が叶わず、適用部品が限定される欠点があった。近年の自動車用鉄鋼材料開発では、硬質相を有しながらも、高強度と高加工性を両立することが主要課題となっている。
 このような硬質相を利用した高強度鋼板における機械特性改善の方法として、焼戻しマルテンサイトを活用する方法が知られている。例えば、特許文献1、2には、最終焼鈍工程において、Ms点以下の温度まで冷却した後に、再加熱し、冷却時に生じたマルテンサイトを焼戻して高い伸びフランジ性を得る技術が示されている。特許文献3には、鋼板をめっきした後に焼戻す方法が開示されている。さらに、特許文献4には、鋼板をめっきした後、200℃以下までに冷却した後、さらに100℃~600℃の温度域で焼き戻し処理を行うことで、良好な曲げ特性と曲げ性とを有する鋼板の製造方法が示されている。
 また、これらの技術をさらに改良し、焼戻しマルテンサイトを主体としつつ、さらに、延性を担うオーステナイト相を活用することによって、鋼板の高強度と高延性を両立する技術が確立され、例えば、特許文献5に示されている。ここでは、最終焼鈍工程において、マルテンサイト変態開始温度未満かつマルテンサイト変態完了温度より高い温度への冷却によって、マルテンサイトとオーステナイトの組織を形成している。その後、オーステナイトを安定化させるため、ならびに、マルテンサイトを焼戻すため、再加熱保持を行っている。
 また、特許文献7には、焼入れ/焼戻しマルテンサイト等の組織制御によって降伏比を制御する技術が示され、その実施例においては降伏比が85%を超えるような高い値も示されている。しかしながら、本特許文献に示される焼戻しマルテンサイトの面積率は高々40%前後と低く、また、全伸び値が9.9%と低い課題があった。同様に、特許文献8においても、実施例にて降伏比85%の値を示されているものの全伸び値は9%と低い問題があった。

 さらに、980MPa以上の引張強さ(TS)を有する高強度鋼板では、素材の曲げ性が劣位となるばかりか、曲げ加工時に鋼板表層にクラックが生じる他、生成した微小クラックを起点に、水素脆化を伴い、破断に至る問題が生じていた。また、本発明者らは、曲げ破断は、特に、曲げ加工時の曲げ角度が90°未満の厳しい成形条件において顕在化することを突き止めた。このような問題に対しては、素材の化学組成や組織分率を変更する方法がある。例えば特許文献4には、表層脱炭層を形成することによって良好な伸び特性を得る発明が示され、表層の軟質フェライトが、曲げ成形性を改善する効果が説明されている。しかしながら、表層の軟質フェライトの形成は、母材の強度レベルを低下させてしまう他、フェライトとマルテンサイトといった機械特性の異なる組織界面を増やすことより、加工時に微細なクラックやボイドの形成が促進される。特に、引張強度が980MPaを超えるような材料では、水素脆化を伴って破断に至る問題がある。
 本発明者らは、焼戻しマルテンサイトを主体として70%以上含み、残部は主にオーステナイトの組織からなって、さらに、980MPa以上の引張強さ(TS)を有する高強度鋼板の強度延性バランスを向上させる製造方法について検討を行った。
 はじめに、公知文献技術に従い、最終焼鈍工程における、焼鈍温度/時間、冷却速度、冷却停止温度/時間、再加熱温度/時間といった焼鈍パラメータ調整を試みた。しかしながら、基本的に、鋼板の強度(引張試験のTS)と伸び(引張試験のEl)にはトレードオフの関係が認められ、強度延性バランスの明瞭な改善は認められなかった。また、急冷却後に再加熱を行う従来の焼鈍パターンでは、コイル内の温度が均一にならず、機械特性値が不均一化する問題も併せて認められた。
 続いて、焼鈍工程の抜本的な見直しを行い、特許文献6に示されるような、冷間圧延後Ac1点~Ac1点+130℃の追加熱処理を行うことによる特性の向上を検討した。ところが、公知に示される方法の適用では、熱処理を追加することによって、鋼の組織が粗大化して強度が低下し、むしろ強度延性バランスが劣位となる傾向が認められた。
 本発明は、上記のような事情に鑑みてなされたものである。本発明は、980MPa以上のTS、70%以上の降伏比(YR)と10000/TS(MPa)%以上のEl、つまり、El×TS≧10000MPa・%であり、及び、曲げ加工部の耐水素脆化特性を両立させた高強度鋼板と、その製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明者らは、上記課題の解決に向けて鋭意検討を重ねた。
 本発明者らは、鋼の化学組成を含め、さらに上流の製造工程に着目し、主に、単純な温度や時間の調整だけではない、熱処理プロセスの改善を行った。
 その結果、軟質なフェライト相を活用せずして板厚方向に異なる特性分布を形成しながら、すなわち、鋼板の表層側でより軟質な組織を形成し、板厚中心側でより硬質な組織を形成することができた。これにより、980MPa級の引張強度を維持しながら、高い降伏比と高い延性ならびに曲げ加工部の耐水素脆化特性が両立できることを知見した。本開示は、上記した知見に立脚するものである。すなわち、本開示の要旨構成は以下のとおりである。
[1]質量%で、C:0.090%以上0.300%以下、Si:0.50%以上2.50%以下、Mn:1.8%以上4.0%以下、P:0.100%以下、S:0.0200%以下、Al:0.200%以下、N:0.0200%以下、および、O:0.0100%以下を含有し、Cu:0.005%以上0.5%以下、Sn:0.005%以上0.5%以下、および、Sb:0.001%以上0.07%以下、の内から少なくとも2種を合計で、0.005≦α≦0.07となるよう含有し、ここで、α=[Sb]+[Cu]/10+[Sn]/10で表される無次元量であり、[Sb]、[Cu]、[Sn]はそれぞれの含有量(質量%)を意味し、含有しない場合にはゼロであり、残部が、Feおよび不可避的不純物からなる成分組成を有し、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚1/4位置における、鋼組織が、フェライトが面積率で0%以上5%以下、残留オーステナイトが体積率で3%以上20%以下、焼戻しマルテンサイトが面積率で70%以上、および、フレッシュマルテンサイトが面積率で0%以上20%以下を満足し、さらに、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層における鋼組織が、フェライトが面積率で0%以上5%以下を満足し、さらに、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層における、鋼組織において、アスペクト比が2.0以上である残留オーステナイトが、全残留オーステナイトに占める割合は、50%以下を満足し、引張強さTS、降伏強度YSについて、TS≧980MPa、100×YS/TS≧70を満足し、板厚方向の硬度分布において、板厚1/4位置の硬度値H025と板厚1/20位置の硬度値H005の関係が、2.5≦100×(H025-H005)/H025≦20.0である、高強度鋼板。
[2]前記成分組成は、さらに、質量%で、Ti:0.200%以下、B:0.0100%以下、Nb:0.200%以下、V:0.200%以下、Ta:0.10%以下、W:0.10%以下、Cr:1.00%以下、Mo:1.00%以下、Co:0.010%以下、Ni:0.200%以下、Ca:0.0100%以下、Mg:0.0100%以下、REM:0.0100%以下、Zr:0.100%以下、Te:0.100%以下、Hf:0.10%以下、Bi:0.200%以下、のうちから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を含有する、[1]に記載の高強度薄鋼板。

[4]表面に、溶融亜鉛めっき層が形成されている、[1]又は[2]に記載の高強度鋼板。
[5]表面に、合金化溶融亜鉛めっき層が形成されている、[1]又は[2]に記載の高強度鋼板。
[6][1]または[2]に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法であって、前記成分組成を有する鋼スラブを、1080℃以上1300℃以下の温度域に加熱したのち、850℃以上1000℃以下の温度域の仕上げ温度で熱間圧延し、次いでMs+50℃以上Bs℃以下の温度域で巻取り、熱延スケールを表層に残したままの状態で、軟質化焼鈍を、Ac3点以上で焼鈍した後、400℃以上Ac1点以下且つ温度域Tで、T≧5000√α -600℃を満たしてさらに焼鈍を行い、ここで、α=[Sb]+[Cu]/10+[Sn]/10であり、[Sb]、[Cu]、[Sn]はそれぞれの含有量(質量%)を意味し、含有しない場合にはゼロであり、鋼板表面のスケールを酸洗で除去した後、30%以上の冷延圧下率で得られた冷延板を、Ac3+10℃以上950℃以下に加熱し、さらに、400℃までの平均冷却速度を10℃/s以上100℃/s以下、400℃から50℃以上300℃以下の冷却停止温度域まで、平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下で冷却し、次いで、250℃以上、530℃以下の温度域まで加熱をしたのち、該温度域で10s以上の間保持し、冷却の後、伸び率0.02%以上のスキンパス圧延を行う、高強度鋼板の製造方法。
[7]前記400℃から50℃以上300℃以下の冷却停止温度域まで平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下で冷却した後、該冷却停止温度域で0.5s以上の間保持する、[6]に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
[8]さらに、電気亜鉛めっきを施す、[6]又は[7]に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
[9]さらに、溶融亜鉛めっきを施す、[6]又は[7]に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
[10]さらに、溶融亜鉛めっきを施し、その後470℃以上530℃以下の温度域で亜鉛めっきの合金化処理を施す、[6]又は[7]に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
 本発明によれば、高い降伏強度比を有しつつ、従来よりも高い強度延性バランスを得ることができる。その結果、自動車車体部品への適用範囲が広がり、複雑なプレス加工を要する部品にも適用が可能となる。特に、自動車車体の軽量化に大きく寄与することができる他、高強度材に特有の課題である、加工部、とくに、成形条件の特に厳しい曲げ加工部の耐水素脆化特性を改善することができる。
 以下、本開示の実施形態について説明する。なお、本開示は以下の実施形態に限定されない。先ず、本発明の高強度鋼板の素材に用いる鋼スラブの成分組成の適正範囲およびその限定理由について説明する。なお、以下の説明において、鋼の成分元素の含有量を表す「%」は、特に明記しない限り「質量%」を意味する。
 [C:0.090%以上0.300%以下]
 Cは、鋼の重要な基本成分の1つであり、特に本発明では、マルテンサイト、フェライトおよび残留オーステナイトの分率に影響する重要な元素である。Cの含有量が0.090%未満では、マルテンサイトの分率が減少し、所望のTSを実現することが困難になる。一方、Cの含有量が0.300%を超えると、マルテンサイトが脆化し、所望の伸びを実現することが困難になる。したがって、Cの含有量は、0.090%以上0.300%以下とする。好ましい下限は、0.120%以上、より好ましい下限は、0.150%以上とする。好ましい上限は、0.280%以下、さらに好ましい上限は、0.240%以下とする。
 [Si:0.50%以上2.50%以下]
 Siは、鋼の重要な基本成分の1つであり、特に本発明では、連続焼鈍中の炭化物生成を抑制し、残留オーステナイトの生成を促進することから、マルテンサイトの硬さ、および、残留オーステナイトの分率に影響する元素である。Siの含有量が0.50%未満では、残留オーステナイトの分率が減少し、所望の伸びを実現することが困難になる。一方、Siの含有量が2.50%を超えると、残留オーステナイト中の炭素濃度が過度に増加し、局部延性が低下する。例えば、曲げ試験において、曲げ表層側に亀裂が生成しやすくなる。したがって、Siの含有量は、0.50%以上2.50%以下とする。好ましい下限は0.60%以上、より好ましくは0.80%以上とする。好ましい上限は2.00%以下、より好ましくは1.80%以下とする。
 [Mn:1.8%以上4.0%以下]
 Mnは、鋼の重要な基本成分の1つであり、特に本発明では、マルテンサイトの分率に影響する重要な元素である。Mnの含有量が1.8%未満では、マルテンサイトの分率が減少し、980MPa以上のTSを実現することが困難になる。一方、Mnの含有量が4.0%を超えると、焼戻しマルテンサイトの分率が減少し、局部延性が低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。したがって、Mnの含有量は、1.8%以上4.0%以下とする。好ましい下限は2.0%以上、より好ましくは2.2%以上とする。好ましい上限は3.8%以下、より好ましくは3.6%以下とする。
 [P:0.100%以下]
 Pは、旧オーステナイト粒界に偏析して粒界を脆化させるため、鋼板の局部延性を低下させ、伸びを低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Pの含有量は0.100%以下にする必要がある。なお、Pの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Pは固溶強化元素であり、鋼板の強度を上昇させることができることから、0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Pの含有量は、0.100%以下、好ましくは、0.070%以下とする。
 [S:0.0200%以下]
 Sは、硫化物として存在し、鋼板の局部延性を低下させることから、伸びを低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Sの含有量は0.0200%以下にする必要がある。なお、Sの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、生産技術上の制約から、0.0001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Sの含有量は0.0200%以下、好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。
 [Al:0.200%以下]
 Alは、多量に添加されると、A3変態点を上昇し、ミクロ組織中に多量のフェライトを含んでしまうため、マルテンサイト組織の活用による高強度化を妨げる。そのため、Alの含有量は0.200%以下にする必要がある。なお、Alの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、連続焼鈍中の炭化物生成を抑制し、残留オーステナイトの生成を促進することから、Alの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。より好ましい範囲は0.150%以下である。
 [N:0.0200%以下]
 Nは、窒化物として存在し、鋼板の局部延性を低下させることから、伸びを低下する。また、曲げ性を低下する。そのため、Nの含有量は0.0200%以下にする必要がある。なお、Nの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、生産技術上の制約から、Nの含有量は0.0001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Nの含有量は0.0200%以下、好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。
 [O:0.0100%以下]
 Oは、酸化物として存在し、鋼板の局部延性を低下させることから、伸びを低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Oの含有量は0.0100%以下にする必要がある。なお、Oの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、生産技術上の制約から、Oの含有量は0.0001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Oの含有量は0.0100%以下、より好ましくは、0.0050%以下とする。
 [Cu:0.005%以上0.5%以下、Sn:0.005%以上0.5%以下、Sb:0.001%以上0.07%以下]
 CuおよびSnは、0.5%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Cu、Snの含有量は0.5%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、含有量は0.005%以上とすることよりが好ましい。より好ましいCuとSnの下限は、0.01%以上とする。さらに好ましいCuとSnの上限は0.30%以下とする。
 Sbは、0.07%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Sbの含有量は0.07%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Sbの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、表層脱炭の効果を得るために含有量は0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。より好ましくは0.004%以上とする。
 [α:0.005以上0.07以下]
 Cu、Sn、Sbは後述するように、本発明の特徴であり、そのうちの少なくとも2元素は必須で含有され、αが0.005以上となる必要がある。ここで、α=[Sb]+[Cu]/10+[Sn]/10で表される無次元量であり、[Sb]、[Cu]、[Sn]はそれぞれの含有量(質量%)を意味し、含有しない場合にはゼロである。これらの元素は、表面偏析元素として知られ、一定量の添加によって、焼鈍工程中の表層脱炭を抑制し、ひいては、板厚方向の組織不均一を抑制することが可能である。より好ましくは、αが0.010以上、さらに好ましくは0.015以上とする。αの上限は0.07以下とする必要がある。0.07超では曲げ性が低下する。αの好ましい上限は0.05以下、さらに好ましくは0.03以下とする。
 本発明の一実施形態に従う高強度鋼板は、上記の成分を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物を含む成分組成を有する。また、好適には、本発明の一実施形態に従う高強度鋼板は、上記の成分を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる成分組成を有する。ここで不可避的不純物として、H、Zn、Pb、As、Se、Ge、SrおよびCsが挙げられる。これら不純物は合計で0.100%以下含有されることは許容される。
 本発明の高強度鋼板は、上記の成分組成に加えて、さらに、質量%で、Ti:0.200%以下、Nb:0.200%以下、V:0.200%以下、Ta:0.10%以下、W:0.10%以下、B:0.0100%以下、Cr:1.00%以下、Mo:1.00%以下、Co:0.010%以下、Ni:0.200%以下、Ca:0.0100%以下、Mg:0.0100%以下、REM:0.0100%以下、Zr:0.100%以下、Te:0.100%以下、Hf:0.10%以下、およびBi:0.200%以下から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を、単独で、あるいは組み合わせて含有しても良い。
 Vは、0.200%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が多量に生成せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Vの含有量は0.200%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Vの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、熱間圧延時あるいは連続焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させることから、Vの含有量は0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Vを含有する場合には、その含有量は0.200%以下とする。より好ましい下限は0.001%以上とする。より好ましい上限は、0.100%以下とする。
 TaおよびWは、それぞれ0.10%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が多量に生成せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、TaおよびWの含有量はそれぞれ0.10%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、TaおよびWの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、熱間圧延時あるいは連続焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させることから、TaおよびWの含有量はそれぞれ0.01%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、TaおよびWを含有する場合には、その含有量はそれぞれ0.10%以下とする。より好ましいTaおよびWの含有量は0.01%以上とする。さらに好ましいTaおよびWの含有量は0.08%以下とする。
 CrおよびMoは、それぞれ1.00%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Cr、Moの含有量はそれぞれ1.00%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Cr、Moの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Cr、Moの含有量はそれぞれ0.01%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Cr、Moを含有する場合には、その含有量はそれぞれ1.00%以下とする。より好ましいCrおよびMoの含有量は0.01%以上とする。さらに好ましいCrおよびMoの含有量は0.80%以下とする。
 Coは、0.010%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Coの含有量は0.010%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Coの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Coの含有量は0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Coを含有する場合には、その含有量は0.010%以下とする。より好ましいCoの含有量は0.001%以上とする。さらに好ましいCoの含有量は0.008%以下とする。
 Niは、0.200%以下であれば鋳造時あるいは熱間圧延時において鋼板内部に割れを生成せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Niの含有量は0.200%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Niの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Niは焼入れ性を向上させる元素(一般的には耐食性を向上させる元素)であることから、Niの含有量は0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Niを含有する場合には、その含有量は0.200%以下とし、より好ましくは0.001%以上とする。さらに好ましいNi含有量は0.150%以下とする。
 Ca、MgおよびREMは、それぞれ0.0100%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量は0.0100%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、窒化物や硫化物の形状を球状化し、鋼板の局部延性を向上する元素であることから、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量はそれぞれ0.0005%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Ca、MgおよびREMを含有する場合には、その含有量はそれぞれ0.0100%以下とする。より好ましいCa、Mg、REMの含有量は0.0005%以上とする。さらに好ましいCa、Mg、REMの含有量は0.0050%以下とする。なお、REM(希土類元素)とは、Sc、Yと原子番号57のランタン(La)から原子番号71のルテチウム(Lu)までの15元素の総称であり、ここでいうREM含有量は、これらの元素の合計含有量である。
 ZrおよびTeは、それぞれ0.100%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、ZrおよびTeの含有量は0.100%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、ZrおよびTeの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、窒化物や硫化物の形状を球状化し、鋼板の局部延性を向上する元素であることから、ZrおよびTeの含有量はそれぞれ0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、ZrおよびTeを含有する場合には、その含有量はそれぞれ0.100%以下とする。より好ましいZr及びTeの含有量は0.001%以上とする。さらに好ましいZr及びTeの含有量は0.080%以下とする。
 Hfは、0.10%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Hfの含有量は0.10%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Hfの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、窒化物や硫化物の形状を球状化し、鋼板の局部延性を向上する元素であることから、Hfの含有量は0.01%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Hfを含有する場合には、その含有量は0.10%以下とする。より好ましいHfの含有量は0.01%以上とする。さらに好ましいHfの含有量は0.08%以下とする。
 Biは、0.200%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が増加せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Biの含有量は0.200%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Biの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、偏析を軽減する元素であることから、Biの含有量は0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Biを含有する場合には、その含有量は0.200%以下とする。より好ましいBiの含有量は0.001%以上とする。さらに好ましいBiの含有量は0.100%以下とする。
 Ti、Nbは、それぞれ0.200%以下であれば粗大な析出物や介在物が多量に生成せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Ti、Nbの含有量はそれぞれ0.200%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Ti、Nbの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、熱間圧延時あるいは連続焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させることから、Ti、Nbの含有量はそれぞれ0.001%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Ti、Nbを含有する場合には、その含有量はそれぞれ0.200%以下とする。より好ましいTi、Nbの含有量は0.001%以上とする。さらに好ましいTi、Nbの含有量は0.100%以下とする。
 Bは、0.0100%以下であれば鋳造時あるいは熱間圧延時において鋼板内部に割れを生成せず、鋼板の局部延性を低下させないことから、伸びを低下しない。また、曲げ性も低下しない。そのため、Bの含有量は0.0100%以下にすることが好ましい。なお、Bの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、焼鈍中にオーステナイト粒界に偏析し、焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Bの含有量は0.0003%以上とすることがより好ましい。したがって、Bを含有する場合には、その含有量は0.0100%以下とする。より好ましいBの含有量は0.0003%以上とする。さらに好ましいBの含有量は0.0080%以下とする。
 なお、上記したTi、Nb、V、Ta、W、B、Cr、Mo、Sn、Co、Cu、Sn、Sb、Ca、Mg、REM、Zr、Te、HfおよびBiについて、各含有量が好ましい下限値未満の場合には本発明の効果を害することがないため、不可避的不純物として含むものとする。
 次に、ミクロ組織について説明する。組織を規定する箇所は、別途記載がない限り、コイル幅1/4かつ板厚1/4の位置とする。一般的に、コイル幅1/4位置、板厚1/4位置は、コイル内の鋼板の平均的な特性および構成を有する箇所であると考えられているためである。なお、コイル幅は鋼板の板幅と同一であり、コイル幅1/4とは鋼板の板幅1/4と同等である。
 [フェライト:0%以上5%以下。電子顕微鏡観察視野面積率]
 フェライトは軟質な組織であるため、加工性を高めるのに有効な組織である。一方で、本発明の対象とする980MPa級の高強度鋼板においては、鋼板の強度低下を招く影響が強い。ここでいうフェライトとは、ポリゴナルフェライト、擬ポリゴナルフェライト、粒状ベイニティックフェライトのいずれであっても良い。高強度を達成する目的から、板厚1/4位置におけるフェライトは5%以下であることとする。より、好ましい条件では、3%以下であることとする。また、さらに好ましい条件は、フェライト1%未満である。なお、フェライトは含まれなくても良いため、下限は0%以上とする。
 フェライトの面積率は、以下の方法で求める。まず、鋼板の圧延方向に平行な板厚断面(L断面)を研磨後、3vol.%ナイタールで腐食し、板厚1/4位置(鋼板表面から深さ方向で板厚の1/4に相当する位置)を、SEM(走査型電子顕微鏡)を用いて2000倍の倍率で10視野観察する。ついで、得られた組織画像を用いて、Media Cybernetics社のImage-Proを用いて各組織の面積率を10視野分算出する。これら10視野の面積率の平均を、「フェライトの面積率」とする。なお、上記の組織画像において、フェライトは灰色の組織(下地組織)を呈している。なお、残留オーステナイトおよびマルテンサイトは白色の組織をそれぞれ呈する。
 [残留オーステナイト:3%以上20%以下。X線回折による体積分率]
 残留オーステナイトは、TRIP効果によって鋼板の延性に寄与し、本発明で必須とする組織である。十分な効果を得るため、下限は3%以上とする。また、残留オーステナイトは、過度に含まれると、自動車用部品などに適用して成形される際に、硬質なマルテンサイト組織に変態し、加工特性を損なう恐れがある。このことから、上限は20%以下とする。より好ましい下限は、6%以上である。より好ましい上限は、16%未満である。なお、この残留オーステナイトの体積率は、面積率によみかえることができる。
 ここで、残留オーステナイトの体積率の測定方法は、以下の通りである。鋼板を板厚方向(深さ方向)に板厚の1/4まで機械研削した後、シュウ酸による化学研磨を行なって、観察面とする。該観察面を、X線回折法により観察する。入射X線としては、CoのKα線源を用い、bcc鉄の{200}、{211}、{220}各面の回折強度に対するfcc鉄(オーステナイト)の{200}、{220}、{311}各面の回折ピークの強度を測定する。次いで、補正係数を乗じ、マルテンサイトの回折ピークとオーステナイトの回折ピークを各々平均化することで優先方向の影響を排除し残留オーステナイトの体積率を算出する。Rγ(200)=33.0、Rγ(220)=17.6、Rγ(311)=25.1、Rα(200)=13.2、Rα(211)=27.3、Rα(220)=12.5である。
 [焼戻しマルテンサイト:70%以上。電子顕微鏡観察視野面積率]
 焼戻しマルテンサイトは、ラス状の結晶粒の集合体であって、内部に鉄系炭化物を含有するのが特徴である。フレッシュマルテンサイトに比較して延性が高く、また、自動車用部材の衝突安全性確保に必要な高降伏強度を得やすい特徴もある。これらの効果を得るためには、焼戻しマルテンサイトの面積率を70%以上にする必要がある。より好ましくは焼戻しマルテンサイトの面積率を75%以上、さらに好ましくは、80%以上とする。なお、焼戻しマルテンサイトの面積率の上限は、特に限定しないが、残留オーステナイトの面積率の確保のために、焼戻しマルテンサイトの面積率は94.0%以下が好ましい。なお、焼戻しマルテンサイトの面積率は、後述する実施例に記載の方法で測定することができる。
 [フレッシュマルテンサイト:0%以上20%以下。電子顕微鏡観察視野面積率]
 フレッシュマルテンサイトは、鉄系炭化物を含まないマルテンサイトである。フレッシュマルテンサイトを含む鋼板は高強度であるが、加工特性が劣るので、本実施形態に係る鋼板のフレッシュマルテンサイトの面積分率を20%以下に制限する。一方、フレッシュマルテンサイトの面積分率が0%であっても、本実施形態に係る鋼板は十分な強度を有する。従って、本実施形態に係る鋼板はフレッシュマルテンサイトを含む必要が無いので、フレッシュマルテンサイトの面積分率の下限は0%以上である。より好ましい範囲は10%以下である。
 また、本発明に従う鋼組織では、上述したフェライト、焼戻しマルテンサイト、フレッシュマルテンサイト、および、残留オーステナイト以外に、ベイナイトが面積率で20%以下の範囲で含まれていても本発明の効果が損なわれることはない。さらに、パーライト(P)、セメンタイト(θ)等の炭化物やその他鋼板の組織として公知のものを含んでも良い。これらが、面積率で合計10%以下の範囲であれば、含まれていても、本発明の効果が損なわれることはない。なお、その他の鋼板の組織(残部組織)は、例えばSEM観察で確認し判定すればよい。
 焼戻しマルテンサイト、フレッシュマルテンサイト、パーライト、およびベイナイトの面積率の測定方法は以下の通りである。焼鈍後の鋼板のサンプルを切り出し、圧延方向に平行な板厚断面を研磨後、3vol.%ナイタールで腐食し、板厚1/4位置を、SEM(走査型電子顕微鏡)で1500倍の倍率でそれぞれ3視野撮影する。なお、板厚1/4位置とは、鋼板表面から深さ方向で板厚の1/4に相当する位置を意味する。炭化物を詳細に確認する目的で、さらに高い倍率で観察しても良い。なお、亜鉛めっきがある場合の鋼板表面とは、亜鉛めっき層と鋼板の界面を示す。得られた画像データを用いて、Media Cybernetics社製のImage-Proにより各組織の面積率を求め、視野の各組織の平均面積率を、各組織の面積率とする。前記画像データにおいて、フレッシュマルテンサイトは白色若しくは明灰色の領域、焼戻しマルテンサイトは方位の揃っていない炭化物を含む灰色または暗灰色、パーライトは黒色と白色の層状組織として区別される。また、方位の揃った炭化物を含む灰色または暗灰色の領域は、ベイナイトである。ただし、実際の観察では上記分類が困難なことがあり、例えば、焼戻しマルテンサイトであっても炭化物の方位が揃っているように観察されることがある。このような場合、方位の揃った炭化物を含む灰色または暗灰色の領域であって、さらに、組織の界面が直線状に伸びた組織をベイナイトとし、それ以外の炭化物を含む灰色または暗灰色の領域を焼戻しマルテンサイトとする。また、フレッシュマルテンサイトは、同様に白色若しくは明灰色の領域で現れる残留オーステナイトとの区別が困難である。したがって、白色若しくは明灰色の領域の面積率を求めた後、上記方法で求めた残留オーステナイトの体積率を、面積率とみなし、差し引くことで、その面積率とする。
 続いて、板厚最表層の組織について説明する。ここでいう、板厚最表層の組織とは、鋼板の最表面部から20μm程度、板厚内部に入った領域の組織までを含む。というのは、SEM観察によって組織分率を評価する場合、最表層から板厚内部数μmの領域を観察する必要があること。また、鋼板の最表面部から5μm程度以内の極最表層は、スケールが生じており、非定常的であるため、本表層組織とは本質的に異なる組織を有する可能性があるためである。
 本発明は、表層に軟質なフェライト組織を利用しないことが特徴であることから、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層の組織は、フェライトが面積率で0%以上5%以下であることとする。その他の組織については、より板厚内部の組織と同様に、焼戻しマルテンサイトを主体とし、具体的には、以下であることが好ましい。
残留オーステナイトが、体積率で3%以上20%以下
焼戻しマルテンサイトが、面積率で70%以上
フレッシュマルテンサイトが、面積率で0%以上20%以下
ここで、板厚最表層における組織は、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚1/4位置における鋼組織の測定方法と同様の測定方法で求めることができる。
 さらに、コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層においては、以下の鋼組織を有するものとする。
 残留オーステナイトは、応力誘起変態によってマルテンサイト変態することが知られている。本発明で示すような曲げ加工中には、応力誘起変態によって生成したマルテンサイト近傍に微小なクラックやボイドが多く形成されており、これらが水素脆化を伴って、割れの起点になっているものと考えられる。本発明者らは、特に、アスペクト比(≧1)が2.0を超えて大きい場合において、微小クラックが生成しやすいことを突きとめた。なお、アスペクト比≧1とは、結晶の長軸径/短軸径であらわされる数値を意味する。詳細メカニズムは不明であるが、旧オーステナイト粒が応力誘起変態した後に形成された微小亀裂の多くは旧オーステナイト粒界に沿って直線状に形成されているために、亀裂進展が容易に生じるためと考えられる。以上より、アスペクト比が2.0以上である残留オーステナイトが、全残留オーステナイトに占める割合は少ない方がよく、50%以下とする。なお、このアスペクト比が2.0以上である残留オーステナイトが、全残留オーステナイトに占める割合とは、アスペクト比2.0以上である残留オーステナイトの面積が全残留オーステナイトの面積に対して占める割合のことである。

アスペクト比が大きい残留オーステナイトは、2相域焼鈍などで炭素濃度分布を不均一に形成させた場合に形成しやすいことから、2相域焼鈍は可能な限り避けることが好ましい。アスペクト比が2.0以上である残留オーステナイトの評価には、SEM-EBSD法を利用する。例えば、最表層位置にて20μm×50μmの領域を0.05μmステップで3視野程度EBSDパターンを取得し解析することで得ることができ、その他の条件は、例えば、特許文献9に記載の方法を応用することができる。
 [引張強さが980MPa以上]
 本発明が対象とする鋼板の引張強度レベルは、980MPa以上とする。強度レベルは980MPa級に限定されず、1180MPa級、1300MPa級や、1470MPa級など2.0GPa級程度までの高強度鋼板を対象とする。また、本発明に示す製造方法は、鋼板の強度レベルによらず、種々の素材に適用することができる。TSおよびYSは、コイル幅1/4位置にて、板幅方向の引張試験片を用いて評価した値を用いる。なお、引張試験は、JISZ2241に記載の方法に準拠し、圧延直角方向を長手方向とするJIS5号試験片により行う。
 [降伏比(YR) 100×YS/TSが70%以上]
 本発明が対象とする鋼板は、降伏比が高く70%以上とする。より好ましくは、75%以上であり、さらに好ましくは、80%以上である。ここでいうYSは、降伏強度であるが、上降伏点が明瞭に生じる場合には、上降伏点強度とし、生じない場合は、0.2%耐力点強度とする。
 [板厚方向の硬度分布 2.5≦100×(H025-H005)/H025≦20.0]
 本発明の一つの基本的な要素である、板厚表層側の軟質層は、以下に示すマイクロビッカース硬度試験で得られたデータによって規定する。すなわち、板厚方向の硬度分布において、2.5≦(H025-H005)/H025≦20.0を満たすこととする。ここで、H025は板厚1/4位置の硬度値、H005は板厚1/20位置における硬度値である。なお、ここでいう板厚1/20位置と前出の板厚最表層は、必ずしも重複するわけではないが、重複していても良い。フェライト組織を活用することなく、板厚表層を軟質化することによって、表層側の延性、特に、曲げ加工部の耐水素脆化特性の改善が可能である。硬度評価のための試験は、JISZ2244に記載の方法に準拠して行えばよい。板厚表層側は、1/4位置に比較して少なくとも2.5以上軟質であることとする。より好ましくは、3.0以上である。一方で、過度に軟質化した場合には、所望のYSが得られにくくなる他、板厚表層組織と内部側の組織との乖離が大きくなって、曲げ性などを損なうことから、100×(H025-H005)/H025の上限は、20.0以下とする。さらに好ましくは、15.0以下である。
 次に、本発明の高強度鋼板の製造方法について説明する
 [1080℃以上1300℃以下の温度域に加熱]
 前述した成分組成を有する鋼素材を、常法の精錬プロセスで溶製した後、常法の造塊-分塊圧延法または連続鋳造法で鋼スラブとする。あるいは、直接鋳造法で100mm以下の厚さの薄い鋼スラブを製造してもよい。上記鋼スラブは、1080℃以上1300℃以下に加熱保持された後、熱間圧延に供し、粗圧延および仕上圧延によって、熱延板を製造してコイル状に巻取る。ここで、加熱温度が1080℃未満であると、各合金元素が鋼中に不均一に分布して、残留γ分率を低下するなどして最終製品板の特性を損なう。また、1300℃より高温の加熱は、鋼片を過度に軟質化し、スラブ垂れやヘゲなどの表面欠陥を生じて品質を損なう。熱延板の板厚は、0.8mm以上4.0mm以下であるのが好ましい。
 [850℃以上1000℃以下の温度域の仕上げ温度で熱間圧延]
 ここで、圧延終了温度(仕上熱延温度、又は、仕上げ圧延終了温度)は850℃以上1000℃以下とする。熱間圧延は、鋼板内の組織均一化、材質の異方性低減により、焼鈍後の強度延性バランスを向上させるため、オーステナイト単相域にて終了する必要があるので、仕上げ圧延終了温度は850℃以上とする。一方、仕上げ圧延終了温度が1000℃超えでは、熱延組織が粗大になり、焼鈍後の特性が低下する。より好ましい圧延終了温度の範囲は、875℃以上950℃以下である。
 [Ms+50℃以上Bs℃以下の温度で巻取り]
 仕上げ圧延終了後は冷却の後、巻取温度Ms+50℃以上Bs℃以下の温度で巻取って、熱間圧延工程を完了する。巻取温度がMs+50℃以下では、熱延板が過度に硬質となって、熱延板の巻取りが困難になる他、本発明に有用である鋼板表面のスケール形成が抑制されるためである。ここで、MsとBsは以下の式からそれぞれ算出する。

Bs=830-270[C]-90[Mn]-37[Ni]-70[Cr]-83[Mo]
 一方、巻取り温度が過度に高い場合、巻取り処理中に、相変態に伴って生じるフェライト相の分率が増大し、続く熱延板焼鈍時に解消できない程度に組織が不均一化する。この結果、冷延時のゲージ変動や最終製品板の品質ばらつき、アスペクト比の大きいオーステナイトの分率を増大してしまうため、上限はBsとする。公知技術においては、熱延板の巻取り時に表層脱炭を促進させることが知られているが、この場合、比較的高温の巻取温度が必要になって、上記問題を生じてしまう。本発明においては、巻取り時の脱炭は積極的に行わず、続く工程にて表層脱炭を生ぜしめる。
 なお、上述の仕上げ熱延温度、巻取温度は、コイル幅中央部で測定した値とする。
 [スキンパス圧延]
 続いて、仕上げ圧延終了後、熱延板焼鈍の前までに、スキンパス圧延を行ってもよい。スキンパス圧延により、鋼板の形状をより平坦化することができる他、熱延板に形成されたスケールを破壊して、続く冷延前熱処理工程の脱炭性を増大することができる。
 [軟質化焼鈍(1段目、2段目)]
 続いて、鋼板表層を脱炭するため、ならびに、鋼板を軟質化して冷間圧延負荷を軽減するため、熱延スケールを除去せずにAc3点以上で焼鈍(1段目という)した後、400℃以上Ac1点以下且つ温度域Tで焼鈍(2段目という)を行う。本工程は、本発明の特徴である表層の軟質層を形成するために必須の工程である。従来にも熱延板を焼鈍する工程が利用されてきたが、例えば、特許文献10にも記載があるように、その多くは、熱延板の酸洗後に実施されたものであった。本発明では、従来とは異なり、熱延板の表面に形成された熱延スケールを酸洗で除去することなく残した状態で、続く熱延板焼鈍を行う。熱延スケールを表層に残したままの状態で熱延板焼鈍を行うことにより、鋼板表層の脱炭を最適な状態にすることができる。
 1段目の焼鈍温度が、Ac3点未満であると、固溶炭素が拡散しにくく、熱延板に形成された板厚方向に不均一な炭素濃度分布が解消されないだけでなく、2相域での焼鈍になれば、過度な表層の炭素欠乏層が形成してしまう。したがって、1段目の焼鈍温度は、Ac3点以上とする。また、1段目の焼鈍時間が短い場合、固溶炭素が十分拡散できない場合があることから5秒以上で焼鈍するのが好ましい。上限は特に規定されない。
 続いて、400℃以上の温度領域まで冷却を行うことが好ましい。冷却速度は特に規定されないが、冷却中の炭素濃度の拡散を抑制し、1段目の焼鈍で形成した均一な炭素濃度分布を維持するため、400℃以上の温度領域において、1℃/s以上であることが好ましい。
 続いて、冷却の後、温度を保持、あるいは昇温によって、400℃以上Ac1点以下且つ温度域Tで保持を行う。昇温する場合、1段目の焼鈍と別工程(別ライン)にて行っても何ら問題はない。本2段目の焼鈍により、組織を均質化することで、鋼板表層にアスペクト比2.0以上の残留オーステナイト形成を抑制することが可能である。また、オーステナイトから変態して生じた硬質な組織を軟化し続く冷延の負荷を軽減することも可能である。2段目の焼鈍温度がAc1点を超えると、オーステナイト相が生じ、続く冷却中に、組織が不均一化して、所望のアスペクト比を有する残留γの分率が低下する。その他、Ti、Nb等の析出強化元素を添加している場合には、これら元素からなる炭化物や窒化物が粗大に析出して高降伏比に寄与しなくなる。一方、2段目の焼鈍温度が400℃未満では表層脱炭と軟質化の効果が得られない。また、2段目の焼鈍時間は60秒以上行うことが好ましい。2段目の焼鈍時間が60秒に満たない場合、脱炭が進行しにくい場合があるためである。2段目の焼鈍時間の上限に特に制限は無いが、生産性とコストの面から48時間以下であることが望ましい。また400℃以上Ac1点以下であると同時に、温度域Tも満たす必要がある。Tは、5000√α -600℃以上である。ここで、α=[Sb]+[Cu]/10+[Sn]/10であり、本パラメータは、表面偏析元素Sb、Cu、Snの量に対応した値であり、大きいほど焼鈍中の脱炭を抑制する効果がある。
 本発明者らは、十分な脱炭が進行する焼鈍温度Tを、αの値に応じて決められることを見出した。上記の温度条件を満たさない場合、表層の脱炭が十分に進行しない。
 [酸洗と冷間圧延]
 ついで、上記鋼板を酸洗後、30%以上となる圧下率で冷間圧延を行って所望の板厚まで冷延鋼板をする。冷間圧延は、タンデム圧延(一方向圧延)、リバース圧延いずれの方法でも良く、公知の温間圧延技術を利用してもよい。圧下率が低い場合、再結晶駆動力が低いため、続く焼鈍工程で十分な再結晶が生じず、強度延性バランスの低下につながるほか、組織が不均一化して所望の残留γ分率を確保するのが困難になる。また、上限は特に規定されないが、圧延負荷の観点からは、80%以下とするのが好ましい。
 ついで、焼鈍工程として、得られた鋼板に熱処理および必要に応じて鍍金処理を行う。Ac3点+10℃以上950℃以下に加熱し、さらに、少なくとも400℃までの平均冷却速度を10℃/s以上100℃/s以下、400℃から50℃以上300℃以下の冷却停止温度域まで、平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下で冷却する。好ましくは該冷却停止温度域で0.5s以上の間保持する。次いで、250℃以上、530℃以下の温度域まで加熱をしたのち、該温度域で10s以上の間保持し、冷却を行う。
 [焼鈍温度:Ac3+10℃以上950℃以下]
 焼鈍工程では、はじめに鋼板をAc3+10℃以上950℃以下に加熱する。昇温速度は特に限定されないが、過度に低い場合は、結晶粒が粗大化し靭性を損なう場合があるため、平均で5℃/s以上とすることが好ましい。上限は特に規定されず、誘導加熱の方法などによって100℃/sを超えるような条件を適用しても何ら問題はない。Ac3+10℃以上950℃の温度域において組織がオーステナイト化し、冷延前焼鈍時の表層脱炭で形成された強い炭素濃度分布が和らぐ。しかし、完全な均質化まではしないことが本発明のポイントである。完全に均質化されてしまうと、所望の硬度分布が形成されない。続く冷却工程において、硬質なマルテンサイトが形成される。Ac3+10℃未満であると、焼鈍中にフェライトが残存し、また、焼戻しマルテンサイトの分率を低下して、強度を著しく損なってしまう。また、950℃を超えると、オーステナイト粒が過度に成長し、冷却後のマルテンサイトの組織も粗大となって、YSが低くなる。さらに、焼鈍中に表層からの脱炭が進行し、鋼板表層のフェライト分率が増大して、YSが低くなる。より好ましい範囲は、Ac3+20℃以上920℃以下である。
 なお、本明細書中に示されるAc1とAc3は、「レスリー鉄鋼材科学」(丸善株式会社、幸田成康監訳、1985年5月31日発行、273頁)に記載されている下記(A)式、(B)式から算出できる。式中[ ]は各元素の含有量(質量%)を示しており、鋼板に含まれない元素、あるいは、分析の検出下限未満である元素の含有量は0質量%として計算すればよい。

また、本発明者らは、鋼板表層に熱延板に形成されるような厚いスケールが形成されず、また、Sb,Sn,Cuの元素量に対応したαが規定された条件を満たした場合には、上記のような高温域まで焼鈍しても表層脱炭がほとんど形成しないことを知見した。
 [400℃までの平均冷却速度を10℃/s以上100℃/s以下]
 焼鈍後の冷却速度は、10℃/s以上とする。特に、冷延前焼鈍で表層側の炭素濃度が減少している場合には、十分な冷却速度がないと表層側で、高温析出相が生じ、鋼板が軟質化するためである。より好ましくは、15℃/s以上であり、さらに好ましくは20℃/s以上である。一方、冷却速度が過度に高い場合、コイル幅方向で冷却に不均一が生じ、板の平坦度が損なわれることから、100℃/s以下とする。
 [400℃から50℃以上300℃以下の冷却停止温度域まで、平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下]
 続いて、400℃から冷却停止温度までを平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下で行う。冷却により、焼鈍で生じたオーステナイトの一部をマルテンサイトに変態させる。高温析出相抑制の点から焼鈍後の冷却速度は、高い方が好ましく、5℃/s以上とする。一方で、過度に冷却速度が速い場合、コイル幅方向で均一な冷却停止温度が確保できないため、上限は20℃/sとする。冷却停止温度は、50℃以上300℃以下とする。50℃より低いと、延性を担うオーステナイトの分率が過度に低下する。一方、300℃より高いと、オーステナイトの分率が過剰となり、続く、冷却工程において、フレッシュマルテンサイトが生成する一方で焼戻しマルテンサイトが減少し、延性を低下する。より好ましい範囲は、80℃以上250℃以下である。本発明の冷却手段としては、公知の手法を用いれば良く、ガス冷却や油冷却、ミスト冷却などの他、低融点液体金属冷却等が適用できる。
 [冷却停止温度域での保持時間0.5s以上]
 上記温度まで冷却後、鋼板は直ちに加熱されることなく、該温度で0.5s以上の時間保持されてもよい。本発明者らの実験によれば、完全に均一な冷却ができないことに起因して、冷却停止直後の鋼板は、幅方向で数十度程度の温度差が形成される場合がある。冷却停止後に形成される温度差の影響は、続く昇温・冷却工程後の幅方向温度差に影響する場合がある。その結果、コイル幅方向の材質不均一をもたらす場合がある。冷却停止温度域で0.5s以上の保持時間を設置することで、保持中にコイル幅方向の温度差が均一化し、最終冷却後にコイル幅方向の材質を均一化し、機械的特性の均一化も可能となるため好ましい。より好ましい時間は、1.0s以上であり、さらに好ましくは、3秒以上である。
 [再加熱:冷却停止温度以上かつ250℃以上、530℃以下の温度域まで加熱をしたのち、該温度域で10s以上の間保持]
 上記冷却停止の後、生成したマルテンサイトを焼戻すため、また、残留したオーステナイトを安定化させるために、再加熱を行う。上記冷却停止の後は、直ちに再加熱を行っても良いし、炭化物が顕著に析出しない範囲において温度保持をした後に再加熱を行っても良い。再加熱温度は、過度に低い場合、上述の組織を得るための炭素の拡散が十分に促進されず、所望の強度延性バランスが確保できない。また、過度に高い場合には、炭化物が粗大に析出し、軟質化させてしまう。より好ましい範囲は、冷却停止温度以上かつ280℃以上、450℃以下である。また、保持時間が10秒未満では、オーステナイト安定化に必要な炭素の拡散が十分に行われず、フレッシュマルテンサイト分率が過度に高くなって延性が十分に向上しない。より好ましい保持時間は、60秒以上、さらに好ましくは180秒以上である。
 また、焼鈍工程においては、上記範囲内、すなわち、250℃以上、530℃以下の温度範囲内において、溶融亜鉛めっきを施して溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板としてもよく、また、溶融亜鉛めっき後に470℃以上530℃以下の温度域で合金化処理を施して合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板としても良い。さらに本発明の鋼板を電気めっきし、電気めっき鋼板としても良い。
 [伸び率0.02%以上のスキンパス圧延]
 焼鈍工程後には、冷却の後、平坦矯正と降伏比増大のため、0.02%以上の伸長率で、スキンパス圧延を実施する必要がある。伸長率の好ましい上限範囲は2.0%以下であり、より好ましくは0.5%以下である。伸長率の好ましい下限範囲は、0.05%以上である。
 なお、上記した条件以外の製造条件は、常法によることができる。
 以下、本発明の実施例を示す。ただし、本発明は、本実施例によって制限を受けるものではなく、本発明の趣旨に適合し得る範囲内で適当に変更を加えて実施することも可能であり、それらは何れも本発明の技術的範囲に含まれるものとする。
 表1に示す化学組成であって、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる上記鋼素材を溶製し、表2に示す条件で薄鋼板を製造した。熱間圧延工程では、鋼素材を再加熱し、粗圧延と仕上げ圧延を行った後、冷却し、巻取り処理を行った。熱延板の板厚は、1.8~4.0mmの範囲で調整した。その後、熱延スケールを表層に残したままの状態で熱処理を行い、酸洗にてスケールを除去した。その後、冷間圧延を行った。冷延板の板厚は、0.8~2.4mmの範囲で調整した。その後、熱処理(CR)を行った。一部については、熱処理の途中もしくは後工程にて、溶融亜鉛めっき処理(GI)、合金化溶融亜鉛めっき処理(GA)、電気亜鉛めっき処理(EG)を行った。
 [引張試験]
 得られた鋼板の板幅1/4位置から、圧延直角方向にJIS5号試験片(標点距離50mm、平行部幅25mm)を切出し、JISZ2241(2022)に従って引張試験を行った。試験片を突合せて、El(全伸び)を測定し、10000/TS(MPa)%以上を合格とした。また、圧延方向と板厚方向が観察面となるように、試験片をカーボン樹脂に埋込み、JISZ2244に従って硬度試験を行い、組織評価を行った。また、板幅1/4位置から、クリアランス15%で50L×100Cのサンプルを打ち抜き、曲げR/t=4となるようにV字形状に30°の角度でC曲げ加工してなる試験片を用意した。

 次いで、上記試験片の曲げ加工部の開き角度を変更して該試験片の表層に1.4×TSまでの残留応力を負荷した状態に拘束し、その拘束した状態の試験片を、液温25℃、pH1.7の塩酸に200時間設置した。目視観察によって曲げ加工中央部の亀裂発生有無を測定した。目視で亀裂が確認されなかったものを曲げ加工部の耐水素脆化特性に優れると判断した。以上の結果を表3にまとめた。

Claims (10)

  1.  質量%で、
    C:0.090%以上0.300%以下、
    Si:0.50%以上2.50%以下、
    Mn:1.8%以上4.0%以下、
    P:0.100%以下、
    S:0.0200%以下、
    Al:0.200%以下、
    N:0.0200%以下、および、
    O:0.0100%以下を含有し、
    Cu:0.005%以上0.5%以下、
    Sn:0.005%以上0.5%以下、および、
    Sb:0.001%以上0.07%以下、
    の内から少なくとも2種を合計で、0.005≦α≦0.07となるよう含有し、
    ここで、α=[Sb]+[Cu]/10+[Sn]/10で表される無次元量であり、[Sb]、[Cu]、[Sn]はそれぞれの含有量(質量%)を意味し、含有しない場合にはゼロであり、
    残部が、Feおよび不可避的不純物からなる成分組成を有し、
    コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚1/4位置における鋼組織が、
    フェライトが面積率で0%以上5%以下、
    残留オーステナイトが体積率で3%以上20%以下、
    焼戻しマルテンサイトが面積率で70%以上、および、
    フレッシュマルテンサイトが面積率で0%以上20%以下を満足し、さらに、
    コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層における鋼組織が、
    フェライトが面積率で0%以上5%以下を満足し、さらに、
    コイル幅1/4位置かつ板厚最表層における、鋼組織において、
    アスペクト比が2.0以上である残留オーステナイトが、全残留オーステナイトに占める割合は、50%以下を満足し、
    引張強さTS、降伏強度YSについて、
     TS≧980MPa
     100×YS/TS≧70
    を満足し、
    板厚方向の硬度分布において、
    板厚1/4位置の硬度値H025と板厚1/20位置の硬度値H005の関係が、
    2.5≦100×(H025-H005)/H025≦20.0
    である、高強度鋼板。
  2.  前記成分組成は、さらに、質量%で、
    Ti:0.200%以下、
    B:0.0100%以下、
    Nb:0.200%以下、
    V:0.200%以下、
    Ta:0.10%以下、
    W:0.10%以下、
    Cr:1.00%以下、
    Mo:1.00%以下、
    Co:0.010%以下、
    Ni:0.200%以下、
    Ca:0.0100%以下、
    Mg:0.0100%以下、
    REM:0.0100%以下、
    Zr:0.100%以下、
    Te:0.100%以下、
    Hf:0.10%以下、
    Bi:0.200%以下、
    のうちから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を含有する、請求項1に記載の高強度鋼板。
  3.  表面に、電気亜鉛めっき層が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の高強度鋼板。
  4.  表面に、溶融亜鉛めっき層が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の高強度鋼板。
  5.  表面に、合金化溶融亜鉛めっき層が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の高強度鋼板。
  6.  請求項1または2に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法であって、前記成分組成を有する鋼スラブを、
    1080℃以上1300℃以下の温度域に加熱したのち、
    850℃以上1000℃以下の温度域の仕上げ温度で熱間圧延し、
    次いでMs+50℃以上Bs℃以下の温度域で巻取り、
    熱延スケールを表層に残したままの状態で、
    軟質化焼鈍を、
    Ac3点以上で焼鈍した後、
    400℃以上Ac1点以下且つ温度域Tで、
    T≧5000√α -600℃
    を満たしてさらに焼鈍を行い、ここで、α=[Sb]+[Cu]/10+[Sn]/10であり、[Sb]、[Cu]、[Sn]はそれぞれの含有量(質量%)を意味し、含有しない場合にはゼロであり、
    鋼板表面のスケールを酸洗で除去した後、
    30%以上の冷延圧下率で得られた冷延板を、
    Ac3+10℃以上950℃以下に加熱し、
    さらに、400℃までの平均冷却速度を10℃/s以上100℃/s以下、
    400℃から50℃以上300℃以下の冷却停止温度域まで、
    平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下で冷却し、
    次いで、250℃以上、530℃以下の温度域まで加熱をしたのち、
    該温度域で10s以上の間保持し、
    冷却の後、伸び率0.02%以上のスキンパス圧延を行う、高強度鋼板の製造方法。
  7.  前記400℃から50℃以上300℃以下の冷却停止温度域まで平均冷却速度5℃/s以上20℃/s以下で冷却した後、該冷却停止温度域で0.5s以上の間保持する、請求項6に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
  8.  さらに、電気亜鉛めっきを施す、請求項6又は7に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
  9.  さらに、溶融亜鉛めっきを施す、請求項6又は7に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
  10.  さらに、溶融亜鉛めっきを施し、その後470℃以上530℃以下の温度域で亜鉛めっきの合金化処理を施す、請求項6又は7に記載の高強度鋼板の製造方法。
