Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to the field of control technology associated with a vehicle, and more specifically, to a method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, an apparatus for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, a vehicle including the apparatus for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, and a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the aforementioned method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal.
- illumination glass with decorative patterns has been widely valued by vehicle manufacturers and favored by consumers.
- the pattern of the illumination glass is typically based on that: enamel or ink forms a patterned area on the surface of the glass, or a film with a pattern is laminated onto the glass.
- Incident light emitted from a light source for example, disposed on the side or bottom of the glass, or integrated in the glass, undergoes total reflection inside the glass.
- the light is projected to the patterned area, due to changes in surface structure, the light scatters and transmits through the patterned area, realizing a luminous effect of patterned light.
- the safety of the vehicle primarily refers to property safety such as anti-theft, the safety of the vehicle itself from accidental collisions during parking, or life safety of animals inside the vehicle, for example.
- the inventor of the present disclosure innovatively conceived of emitting a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure, so as to give a warning to ensure safety of the vehicle in the face of dangers.
- a first aspect of the present disclosure proposes a method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, wherein a vehicle glass of the vehicle is disposed with a dimming film and a light-emitting structure.
- the method includes:
- adjusting a light transmittance of the dimming film and/or a brightness of the light-emitting structure when the warning condition exists such that a light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film forms the warning signal.
- the method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal proposed according to the present disclosure upon determination of the existence of a warning condition, can emit a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure, thereby giving a warning to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
- adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes: increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure.
- the method further includes: emitting a warning sound by a horn of the vehicle when the warning condition exists. In this way, it enables people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle more easily, thereby further ensuring the timeliness of vehicle discovery, such that protection of the vehicle or rescue efforts for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
- the warning condition includes: aforce sensor of the vehicle detecting a vehicle door being impacted by an external force when the vehicle door is locked; an acceleration sensor of the vehicle detecting an acceleration value exceeding a first threshold; and an animal being inside the vehicle and a physical condition endangering the survival of the animal emerging when the door is locked.
- a warning signal can be promptly emitted when an unauthorized person attempts to forcibly open the vehicle, when an accidental collision occurs, or when the condition inside the vehicle is unsuitable for animal to survive.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is positively correlated with magnitude of the external force, or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is positively correlated with magnitude of the acceleration value.
- the external force or the acceleration value is larger, indicating a higher degree of violence or a more intense collision, correspondingly, a stronger warning signal is emitted, i.e., for example, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film is higher.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film when the external force is within a first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a first light transmittance and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a first brightness. And when the external force is within a second force range higher than the first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a second light transmittance higher than the first light transmittance and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a second brightness higher than the first brightness. In some alternative forms, when the acceleration value is within a first acceleration value range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a third light transmittance and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a third brightness.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a fourth light transmittance higher than the third light transmittance and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a fourth brightness higher than the third brightness. In this way, when the external force or the acceleration value is larger, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film is higher correspondingly.
- the physical condition endangering the survival of the animal includes at least one of: an oxygen content inside the vehicle is lower than a second threshold; a temperature inside the vehicle is higher than a third threshold; and a temperature inside the vehicle is lower than a fourth threshold.
- the second threshold, the third threshold, and the fourth threshold are set to values associated with an oxygen content and a temperature required for human survival.
- the animal includes human and other animal, and the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is human is higher than the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is other animal.

- property safety such as anti-theft, vehicle’s own safety from accidental collisions during parking, or life safety of animals inside the vehicle, for example.
- how to utilize the combination of the light-emitting structure and the dimming film to improve safety is a technical issue that needs attention.
- the inventor of the present disclosure innovatively conceived of emitting a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure in the face of dangers, so as to give a warning to ensure the guarantee of safety.
- the present disclosure proposes a method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, wherein the vehicle glass of the vehicle is disposed with a dimming film and a light-emitting structure.
- the method includes: determining whether a warning condition exists when the vehicle is in a parking state; and adjusting a light transmittance of the dimming film and/or a brightness of the light-emitting structure when the warning condition exists, such that a light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film forms the warning signal.
- the light emitted by the light-emitting structure can form a warning signal outside the vehicle by the adjustment of the dimming film, thus realizing the purpose of the present disclosure of causing the vehicle to emit the warning signal.
- the light-emitting structure is required to be in a light-emitting state and have high enough brightness to attract the attention of people outside the vehicle.
- adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure.
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic flowchart of the method 200 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure
- FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of the apparatus 300 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure
- FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of the apparatus 400 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
- the method 200 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal includes at least the following two steps. Firstly, in step 210, whether a warning condition exists is determined when the vehicle is in a parking state. For example, it may be done by determining whether a collision occurs with an acceleration sensor. Alternatively, it may be done by detecting whether an animal such as a child or a pet exists inside the vehicle with a life detection sensor when the driver leaves the vehicle and the vehicle is locked. Alternatively, it may be done by judging whether there is a risk of vehicle theft based on the magnitude of external force detected, for example, by a force sensor disposed on a vehicle door (such as on a door handle) .
- step 220 the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is adjusted when the warning condition exists, such that a light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film forms the warning signal.
- a warning signal is required to be emitted in time to remind the driver or other people to pay attention and take appropriate rescue measures, such as opening the door to let the living being inside the vehicle leave.
- a warning signal may also be emitted when there is a risk of vehicle theft.
- a warning signal can be emitted in time when the vehicle is accidentally or deliberately collided, enabling relevant people such as the driver or parking lot management personnel to be promptly informed of the collision, identify the responsible party, thereby avoiding unnecessary losses or responsibilities.
- the method 200 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal proposed according to the present disclosure upon determination of the existence of a warning condition, can emit a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure, thereby giving a warning to ensure the safety of the vehicle (including both the safety of the vehicle itself and the safety of property or animals inside the vehicle) .
- the method 200 further includes emitting a warning sound by a horn of the vehicle when the warning condition exists.
- a warning sound by a horn of the vehicle when the warning condition exists.
- a vehicle is typically equipped with a horn.
- the horn When the driver leaves the vehicle and for example locks it, additional use of the horn, on the basis of the warning signal formed by the light emitted by the light-emitting structure on the vehicle glass of the vehicle, can remind the driver or other relevant people that a living being is still inside the vehicle, that the vehicle is locked and that leaving the living being inside the vehicle for a long time may endanger its safety, by a combination of a warning light signal and a warning sound signal, such that the use safety of the vehicle can be better improved.
- the horn for example emits a sound such as a long whistle or a buzzer alarm.
- the warning condition may specifically include, for example, that when the door is locked, a force sensor of the vehicle detects the vehicle door being impacted by an external force.
- a force sensor of the vehicle detects the vehicle door being impacted by an external force.
- the force sensor may be detected by the force sensor disposed at the door handle of the vehicle door that whether someone is hitting the door and attempting to forcibly open the vehicle door by pulling the vehicle door (such as door handle) violently, if so, the vehicle or property inside the vehicle is susceptible to theft.
- the force sensor is merely an example, and other sensor may also be designed as long as it can detect the impact of the vehicle door by external force.
- the warning condition may further specifically include that an acceleration sensor of the vehicle detects an acceleration value exceeding a first threshold (herein, the threshold may be set to 0.5 m/s 2 for example) , i.e., the vehicle may collide with an external object and a warning is required to be given at the meanwhile to ensure the property safety of, for example, the vehicle itself.
- the warning condition may further specifically include that when the door is locked, an animal is inside the vehicle and a physical condition endangering the survival of the animal emerges (i.e., whether the life of the animal inside the vehicle is threatened by the enclosed environment when the vehicle is locked) .
- a warning signal can be promptly emitted when an unauthorized person attempts to forcibly open the vehicle, when an accidental collision occurs, or when the condition inside the vehicle is unsuitable for animal to survive. It enables people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle, thereby further ensuring the timeliness of vehicle discovery, such that protection of the vehicle or rescue efforts for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
- an animal includes human.
- stricter protection measures are required to be taken.
- the second, third, and fourth thresholds set for oxygen content or temperature, etc. are closer to values suitable for human survival requirements.
- the intensity of the warning signal may also be increased to increase the possibility of the relevant vehicle being discovered, thereby improving safety protection for people inside the vehicle.
- the animal includes human and other animal, and the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is human is higher than the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is other animal.
- other response measures can also be implemented simultaneously.
- the enclosed environment inside the vehicle can be released, for example, by opening a gap on the vehicle window, thereby ensuring the oxygen content or temperature to be controlled to a certain extent, which is beneficial for the living being to extend its tolerable time to await the arrival of rescue efforts.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the lighting structure can also be set more pertinently.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure set in step 220 is positively correlated with the magnitude of the external force, or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure set in step 220 is positively correlated with the magnitude of the acceleration value.
- a stronger warning signal is correspondingly emitted, i.e., for example, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film is higher, such that the intensity of the warning signal is positively correlated with the corresponding degree of urgency, enabling people outside the vehicle to know the degree of urgency of the warning from the intensity of the warning signal and take pertinent measures.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film may be for example set to 40%, and the brightness of the light-emitting structure may be for example set to 200 nits.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film may be for example set to 80%, and the brightness of the light-emitting structure may be for example set to 500 nits.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a first light transmittance (e.g., 40%) and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a first brightness (e.g., 200 nits) .
- the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a second light transmittance (e.g., 80%) that is higher than the first light transmittance (e.g., 40%) and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a second brightness (e.g., 500 nits) that is higher than the first brightness (e.g., 200 nits) .
- a second light transmittance e.g., 80%
- the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a second brightness (e.g., 500 nits) that is higher than the first brightness (e.g., 200 nits) .
- the light transmittance of the dimming film when the external force is within a first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a first light transmittance and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a first brightness. And when the external force is within a second force range that is higher than the first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a second light transmittance that is higher than the first light transmittance and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a second brightness that is higher than the first brightness.
- the two force ranges mentioned here are merely exemplary and not limiting. Three or more force ranges more than two are also feasible and will not be repeated herein, and all of them fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure as well.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a third light transmittance (e.g., 50%) and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a third brightness (e.g., 280 nits) .
- the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a fourth light transmittance (e.g., 70%) that is higher than the third light transmittance (e.g., 50%) and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a fourth brightness (e.g., 680 nits) that is higher than the third brightness (e.g., 280 nits) .
- a fourth light transmittance e.g. 70%
- the third light transmittance e.g. 50%
- the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a fourth brightness (e.g., 680 nits) that is higher than the third brightness (e.g., 280 nits) .
- the physical condition endangering the survival of the animal includes at least one of: an oxygen content inside the vehicle is lower than a second threshold, such as 18%oxygen content in the air. This is because it is generally believed that the normal range of an oxygen content in the air is above 20%. If the oxygen content in the air is below 18%, most people may experience symptoms of hypoxia, which worsens as the oxygen content in the air gradually decreases. Therefore, an oxygen content in the air below 18%may be defined as a physical condition that endangers the survival of the animal.
- a second threshold such as 18%oxygen content in the air.
- a temperature inside the vehicle being higher than a third threshold may also be defined as a physical condition that endangers the survival of the animal, or a temperature inside the vehicle being lower than a fourth threshold may be defined as a physical condition that endangers the survival of the animal.
- a high temperature higher than the third threshold e.g., 35°C
- a low temperature lower than the fourth threshold e.g., 0°C
- medical regular pattern is referred to as follows.
- adverse conditions such as accelerated breathing, rapid pulse, significantly elevated blood pressure, and limb incoordination.
- an oxygen content in the air is around 13%, most people may present with symptoms such as physical weakness, inability to concentrate, and a tendency to fall asleep.
- an oxygen content in the air is below approximately 10%, some symptoms may appear such as headaches, loss of consciousness, and shock.
- bad consequences may occur such as gradual cessation of breathing, rapid blood pressure drop, and death.
- the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to be negatively correlated with the magnitude of the oxygen content that is lower than the second threshold or the magnitude of the temperature that is lower than the fourth threshold (e.g., 0°C) , or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to be positively correlated with the magnitude of the temperature that is higher than the third threshold (e.g., 35°C) .
- the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film becomes higher accordingly. It enables people outside the vehicle to discover the vehicle more easily and judge the current degree of urgency based on the perceived brightness. For example, when the brightness is very high, it indicates a significant threat to a life inside the vehicle, at this time, it may be too late to wait for rescue personnel such as firefighters to arrive and rescue measures such as breaking windows must be taken immediately.
- the animal includes human and other animal.
- stricter protective measures may be taken. For example, if existence of a human inside the vehicle is identified by an in-vehicle camera, the aforementioned threshold of the oxygen content may be set higher, the threshold of low temperature may be set higher, and the threshold of high temperature may be set lower. Namely, a warning signal of the vehicle is more likely to be triggered, and the warning signal is also stronger.
- the second threshold, the third threshold, and the fourth threshold are set to values associated with the oxygen content and the temperature required for human survival. Besides, the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is human is higher than the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is other animal.
- adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes: adjusting the light-emitting structure to emit flashing warning light.
- the flashing frequency of the flashing warning light emitted by the light-emitting structure may also be associated with the aforementioned degree of urgency. Namely, the higher is the degree of urgency, the higher is the flashing frequency, which means that the flashing frequency is positively correlated with the degree of urgency. Specifically, the flashing frequency is positively correlated with the magnitude of the aforementioned external force, the magnitude of the aforementioned acceleration value, or the magnitude of the temperature that is higher than the third threshold.
- the flashing frequency is negatively correlated with the magnitude of the oxygen content that is lower than the second threshold or the magnitude of the temperature that is lower than the fourth threshold. In this way, a flashing light can be emitted, such that relevant people are able to perceive the warning signal more easily, and the success rate of the warning signal in attracting attentions of relevant people is increased.
- the method 200 may also include: turning on an illumination light inside the vehicle when the warning condition exists.
- the illumination light inside the vehicle does not include the aforementioned light-emitting structure on the vehicle glass.
- rescue personnel are able to know the condition inside the vehicle more clearly, such as where the animal locates inside the vehicle, so as to decide which kind of rescue measure to take, thereby further ensuring the safety of the animal inside the vehicle.
- the rescue personnel may need to break the vehicle window glass at different positions to reduce the potential risk of damage to the person or pet to be rescued.
- adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film includes adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film to the highest, and/or adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure to the highest. In this way, the visibility of the light emitted by the light-emitting structure to the outside of the vehicle can be maximized, and the visibility of the condition inside the vehicle can also be maximized.
- the method further includes setting the light-emitting structure to present a warning pattern, for example, to indicate the warning type such as high temperature, hypoxia, or other risks.
- warning signal can be emitted more pertinently, thereby enabling relevant people outside the vehicle to not only know the existence of a warning condition, but also to further know the warning type, such that more pertinent response schemes can be taken more quickly.
- the inventor of the present disclosure also realizes that the aforementioned warning ways, such as brightening the light-emitting structure, increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film, presenting a specific warning pattern, emitting flashing light, and emitting a warning sound, may be used alone or in a free combination according to the specific warning condition, or may also be fully used under a particularly urgent condition, to achieve a better and more pertinent warning effect.
- the light-emitting structure includes a passive light-emitting structure and an active light-emitting structure.
- the vehicle glass may for example be disposed with an autonomous display functional layer for active display, so as to display the determined content in an active light emitting manner.
- the autonomous display functional layer may be for example, a flexible OLED display or a Micro LED display, which may be laminated between glasses or attached to the surface of glass.
- the vehicle glass may for example be disposed with a projection display functional layer (e.g., a projection film or a projection coating) , so as to receive the projection from a projector and in turn emit light.

Description
FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
The present disclosure relates to the field of control technology associated with a vehicle, and more specifically, to a method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, an apparatus for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, a vehicle including the apparatus for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, and a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the aforementioned method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal.
With the rapid development of the automotive industry and consumers' increasing demand for vehicle functions, illumination glass with decorative patterns has been widely valued by vehicle manufacturers and favored by consumers. The pattern of the illumination glass is typically based on that: enamel or ink forms a patterned area on the surface of the glass, or a film with a pattern is laminated onto the glass. Incident light emitted from a light source, for example, disposed on the side or bottom of the glass, or integrated in the glass, undergoes total reflection inside the glass. When the light is projected to the patterned area, due to changes in surface structure, the light scatters and transmits through the patterned area, realizing a luminous effect of patterned light.
When a vehicle has illumination glass, how to play its role in ensuring the safety of the vehicle will become increasingly important.
In a technical solution where vehicle glass has a light-emitting structure and a dimming film at the same time, it is crucial for the light-emitting structure and the dimming film to fulfil a role in ensuring the safety of the vehicle when the vehicle is in a parking state. Herein, when a vehicle is in a parking state, the safety of the vehicle primarily refers to property safety such as anti-theft, the safety of the vehicle itself from accidental collisions during parking, or life safety of animals inside the vehicle, for example. In response to the aforementioned technical issue, the inventor of the present disclosure innovatively conceived of emitting a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure, so as to give a warning to ensure safety of the vehicle in the face of dangers.
Specifically, a first aspect of the present disclosure proposes a method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, wherein a vehicle glass of the vehicle is disposed with a dimming film and a light-emitting structure. The method includes:
determining whether a warning condition exists when the vehicle is in a parking state; and
adjusting a light transmittance of the dimming film and/or a brightness of the light-emitting structure when the warning condition exists, such that a light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film forms the warning signal.
The method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal proposed according to the present disclosure, upon determination of the existence of a warning condition, can emit a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure, thereby giving a warning to ensure the safety of the vehicle. Herein, adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes: increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure.
In some alternative forms, the method further includes: emitting a warning sound by a horn of the vehicle when the warning condition exists. In this way, it enables people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle more easily, thereby further ensuring the timeliness of vehicle discovery, such that protection of the vehicle or rescue efforts for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the warning condition includes: aforce sensor of the vehicle detecting a vehicle door being impacted by an external force when the vehicle door is locked; an acceleration sensor of the vehicle detecting an acceleration value exceeding a first threshold; and an animal being inside the vehicle and a physical condition endangering the survival of the animal emerging when the door is locked. In this way, a warning signal can be promptly emitted when an unauthorized person attempts to forcibly open the vehicle, when an accidental collision occurs, or when the condition inside the vehicle is unsuitable for animal to survive. It enables people outside the vehicle including vehicle owner or rescue forces to discover the warning vehicle, thereby ensuring the timeliness for property protection or rescue, such that anti-theft protection for the vehicle, response to a collision for the vehicle or rescue work for an animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is positively correlated with magnitude of the external force, or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is positively correlated with magnitude of the acceleration value. In other words, in this way, when the external force or the acceleration value is larger, indicating a higher degree of violence or a more intense collision, correspondingly, a stronger warning signal is emitted, i.e., for example, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film is higher. Thus, it enables people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle more quickly, thereby ensuring property protection, such that anti-theft protection for the vehicle or work implemented on the vehicle in response to a collision can be done more promptly.
In some alternative forms, when the external force is within a first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a first light transmittance and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a first brightness. And when the acceleration value is within a second acceleration value range higher than the first acceleration value range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a fourth light transmittance higher than the third light transmittance and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a fourth brightness higher than the third brightness. In this way, when the external force or the acceleration value is larger, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film is higher correspondingly. Thus, it enables relevant people outside the vehicle (for example, the driver, law enforcement personnel such as a policeman or other general person) to discover the warning vehicle more quickly, thereby ensuring property protection, such that anti-theft protection for the vehicle or work implemented on the vehicle in response to a collision can be done more promptly.
In some alternative forms, the physical condition endangering the survival of the animal includes at least one of: an oxygen content inside the vehicle is lower than a second threshold; a temperature inside the vehicle is higher than a third threshold; and a temperature inside the vehicle is lower than a fourth threshold. Further optionally, when the animal is human, the second threshold, the third threshold, and the fourth threshold are set to values associated with an oxygen content and a temperature required for human survival. Further optionally, the animal includes human and other animal, and the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is human is higher than the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is other animal. Yet further optionally, the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is negatively correlated with magnitude of the oxygen content that is lower than the second threshold or magnitude of the temperature that is lower than the fourth threshold, or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is positively correlated with magnitude of the temperature higher than the third threshold. In this way, when the oxygen content is lower, the high temperature is higher, or the low temperature is lower, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film becomes higher correspondingly. Thus, it enables rescue forces outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle more quickly, thereby ensuring the timeliness of rescue, such that rescue work for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
Optionally or alternatively, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes: adjusting the light-emitting structure to emit flashing warning light. In this way, it enables relevant people outside the vehicle or rescue forces to discover the warning vehicle more quickly, thereby ensuring the timeliness of property protection or life rescue, such that anti-theft protection for the vehicle, response to the collision for the vehicle or rescue work for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method further includes: turning on an illumination light inside the vehicle when the warning condition exists. In this way, rescue personnel are able to know the condition inside the vehicle more clearly, such as where the animal locates inside the vehicle, so as to decide which kind of rescue measure to take, thereby further ensuring the safety of the animal inside the vehicle. In some alternative forms, adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film includes adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film to the highest, and/or adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure to the highest. In some alternative forms, the method further includes: setting the light-emitting structure to present a warning pattern. In this way, a warning signal can be emitted more pertinently, enabling relevant people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle more quickly, thereby further ensuring the timeliness of vehicle discovery, such that protection of the vehicle or rescue work for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.

Additionally, in the present disclosure, a glass assembly is described as being applied to vehicle window glass, but it is not excluded that the glass assembly may be applied to circumstances such as doors, windows, curtain walls, aircraft glasses, or ship glasses. When the glass assembly is described as a vehicle window glass, "outside" and "inside" refer to directions relative to the vehicle body, with "outside" referring to the direction away from the vehicle body and "inside" referring to the direction towards the inner space formed by the vehicle body. It should be understood that the vehicle window glass according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes but not limited to, a front windshield, a rear windshield, a sunroof glass, a vehicle door glass, and a corner window glass, which can provide different light-emitting effects based on different requirements.
In the ever-changing automotive industry, illumination glass with illumination effect and decorative effect has been widely used in the vehicle glass of medium and high-end vehicles, especially, for example, in vehicle sunroofs, which not only can achieve the effect of brightness changes and/or color changes of light, etc., but also can form a patterned illumination in combination with a coating and/or a laminated structure. FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a glass assembly on which a method for controlling a vehicle is based according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 1 is illustrated with a laminated glass, but it would be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure is also applicable to a single-layer glass. As shown in FIG. 1, the glass assembly includes a first glass substrate 110 and a second glass substrate 120. The second glass substrate 120, closer to the interior of the vehicle, has a light-emitting structure 160 formed within the second glass substrate 120 by laser engraving. A first adhesive layer 130 and a second adhesive layer 140 are provided between the first glass substrate 110 and the second glass substrate 120. A dimming film 150 is provided between the first adhesive layer 130 and the second adhesive layer 140. The dimming film 150 may be implemented as including, but not limited to, a liquid crystal controlled dimming film, i.e., an LC film, an electrochromic dimming film, i.e., an EC film, or a guest-host liquid crystal controlled dimming film, i.e., a GHLC film. Materials for manufacturing the first adhesive layer 130 and the second adhesive layer 140 include, but are not limited to, adhesive layer materials suitable for laminated glass such as polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) . As an option, the first glass substrate 110 and the second glass substrate 120 may be selected from any one of ordinary transparent glass, ultra-transparent glass, and colored glass (such as green glass or gray glass) . The glass used for the glass substrate may be manufactured by a process such as tempering, heat strengthening, annealing or chemical strengthening, etc., and its thickness may be, for example, between 1.1mm and 6mm (when the glass substrate is manufactured by the process such as tempering, heat strengthening, annealing, etc. ) , or between 0.7mm and 1.6mm (for example, when the glass substrate is manufactured by the process such as chemical strengthening, etc. ) . The thickness of the adhesive layer may be, for example, between 0.38mm and 1.14mm. The thickness of each structural layer in the glass assembly may be of conventional dimensions.
The structure shown in FIG. 1 is merely exemplary and not limiting, for example, there are many other examples regarding the composition and location of the light-emitting structure 160. Specifically, the light-emitting structure may be categorized into a passive light-emitting structure and an active light-emitting structure. The passive light-emitting structure includes a light extraction structure (such as enamel, ink, scattering particle, or light extraction film) , which is formed within or on the surface of a glass substrate, an adhesive layer, or other laminated piece in glass assembly, or sandwiched therebetween by laser engraving, printing, material mixing, or film layers, etc. The active light-emitting structure includes a projection display functional layer or an autonomous display functional layer. The autonomous display functional layer refers to a layer structure that can emit light by itself when energized without a light source, for example, any one of OLED (organic light-emitting diode) , Micro LED, Mini LED, or EL (electroluminescence) may be used herein. In the present disclosure, the dimming film is used to adjust the light for warning, therefore, in terms of the location of the placement, relative to the interior space of the vehicle, the light-emitting structure 160 is disposed on the side of the dimming film 150 facing toward the interior of the vehicle.
As recognized by the inventor of the present disclosure, for example, in a technical solution shown in FIG. 1 where a vehicle glass has a light-emitting structure 160 and a dimming film 150 at the same time, it is crucial for the light-emitting structure and the dimming film to fulfil a role in ensuring the safety of the vehicle when the vehicle is in a parking state. Herein, when a vehicle is in a parking state, the safety of the vehicle primarily refers to property safety such as anti-theft, vehicle’s own safety from accidental collisions during parking, or life safety of animals inside the vehicle, for example. At this time, how to utilize the combination of the light-emitting structure and the dimming film to improve safety is a technical issue that needs attention. In response to the technical issue, the inventor of the present disclosure innovatively conceived of emitting a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure in the face of dangers, so as to give a warning to ensure the guarantee of safety.
To summarize, the present disclosure proposes a method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, wherein the vehicle glass of the vehicle is disposed with a dimming film and a light-emitting structure. The method includes: determining whether a warning condition exists when the vehicle is in a parking state; and adjusting a light transmittance of the dimming film and/or a brightness of the light-emitting structure when the warning condition exists, such that a light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film forms the warning signal. Herein, according to the inventive concept of the present disclosure, the light emitted by the light-emitting structure can form a warning signal outside the vehicle by the adjustment of the dimming film, thus realizing the purpose of the present disclosure of causing the vehicle to emit the warning signal. To realize the purpose, the light-emitting structure is required to be in a light-emitting state and have high enough brightness to attract the attention of people outside the vehicle. Herein, adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure.
A method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal and an apparatus for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, proposed according to the present disclosure, will be described below in conjunction with FIG. 2 to FIG. 4. FIG. 2 shows a schematic flowchart of the method 200 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of the apparatus 300 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of the apparatus 400 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 2, the method 200 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to the present disclosure includes at least the following two steps. Next, in step 220, the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is adjusted when the warning condition exists, such that a light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film forms the warning signal. For example, if a living being such as a child or a pet is left inside the vehicle, a warning signal is required to be emitted in time to remind the driver or other people to pay attention and take appropriate rescue measures, such as opening the door to let the living being inside the vehicle leave. Alternatively, a warning signal may also be emitted when there is a risk of vehicle theft. Alternatively, a warning signal can be emitted in time when the vehicle is accidentally or deliberately collided, enabling relevant people such as the driver or parking lot management personnel to be promptly informed of the collision, identify the responsible party, thereby avoiding unnecessary losses or responsibilities. In this way, the method 200 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal proposed according to the present disclosure, upon determination of the existence of a warning condition, can emit a warning signal by means of adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure, thereby giving a warning to ensure the safety of the vehicle (including both the safety of the vehicle itself and the safety of property or animals inside the vehicle) .
Optionally, the method 200 further includes emitting a warning sound by a horn of the vehicle when the warning condition exists. In this way, it enables people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle more easily, further ensuring the timeliness of vehicle discovery, such that protection of the vehicle or rescue efforts for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly. For example, a vehicle is typically equipped with a horn. When the driver leaves the vehicle and for example locks it, additional use of the horn, on the basis of the warning signal formed by the light emitted by the light-emitting structure on the vehicle glass of the vehicle, can remind the driver or other relevant people that a living being is still inside the vehicle, that the vehicle is locked and that leaving the living being inside the vehicle for a long time may endanger its safety, by a combination of a warning light signal and a warning sound signal, such that the use safety of the vehicle can be better improved. Herein, it is feasible that the horn for example emits a sound such as a long whistle or a buzzer alarm.
Optionally, to ensure smooth implementation of the aforementioned method 200 in a superior way, the warning condition may specifically include, for example, that when the door is locked, a force sensor of the vehicle detects the vehicle door being impacted by an external force. For example, it may be detected by the force sensor disposed at the door handle of the vehicle door that whether someone is hitting the door and attempting to forcibly open the vehicle door by pulling the vehicle door (such as door handle) violently, if so, the vehicle or property inside the vehicle is susceptible to theft. Herein, the force sensor is merely an example, and other sensor may also be designed as long as it can detect the impact of the vehicle door by external force. The warning condition may further specifically include that an acceleration sensor of the vehicle detects an acceleration value exceeding a first threshold (herein, the threshold may be set to 0.5 m/s2 for example) , i.e., the vehicle may collide with an external object and a warning is required to be given at the meanwhile to ensure the property safety of, for example, the vehicle itself. The warning condition may further specifically include that when the door is locked, an animal is inside the vehicle and a physical condition endangering the survival of the animal emerges (i.e., whether the life of the animal inside the vehicle is threatened by the enclosed environment when the vehicle is locked) . In this way, a warning signal can be promptly emitted when an unauthorized person attempts to forcibly open the vehicle, when an accidental collision occurs, or when the condition inside the vehicle is unsuitable for animal to survive. It enables people outside the vehicle to discover the warning vehicle, thereby further ensuring the timeliness of vehicle discovery, such that protection of the vehicle or rescue efforts for the animal inside the vehicle can be done more promptly.
Herein, an animal includes human. For example, when the presence of a human being inside the vehicle is detected by an image sensor disposed on the vehicle using an image recognition method, stricter protection measures are required to be taken. For example, the second, third, and fourth thresholds set for oxygen content or temperature, etc., are closer to values suitable for human survival requirements. Certainly, in addition to stricter requirements for oxygen content and temperature settings, the intensity of the warning signal may also be increased to increase the possibility of the relevant vehicle being discovered, thereby improving safety protection for people inside the vehicle. In other words, the animal includes human and other animal, and the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is human is higher than the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is other animal. Certainly, other response measures can also be implemented simultaneously. For example, in the presence of a living being, the enclosed environment inside the vehicle can be released, for example, by opening a gap on the vehicle window, thereby ensuring the oxygen content or temperature to be controlled to a certain extent, which is beneficial for the living being to extend its tolerable time to await the arrival of rescue efforts.
Furthermore, depending on the degree of urgency of the warning condition of the vehicle, accordingly the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the lighting structure can also be set more pertinently. Specifically, the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure set in step 220 is positively correlated with the magnitude of the external force, or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure set in step 220 is positively correlated with the magnitude of the acceleration value. In other words, in this way, when the external force or the acceleration value is larger, indicating a higher degree of violence or a more intense collision, a stronger warning signal is correspondingly emitted, i.e., for example, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film is higher, such that the intensity of the warning signal is positively correlated with the corresponding degree of urgency, enabling people outside the vehicle to know the degree of urgency of the warning from the intensity of the warning signal and take pertinent measures. For example, if the external force detected by the force sensor disposed on the door handle of the vehicle door exceeds 500 N or the acceleration value is greater than 2 m/s2, the light transmittance of the dimming film may be for example set to 40%, and the brightness of the light-emitting structure may be for example set to 200 nits. And yet if the external force exceeds 800 N or the acceleration value is greater than 5 m/s2, the light transmittance of the dimming film may be for example set to 80%, and the brightness of the light-emitting structure may be for example set to 500 nits.
More specifically, for example, when the external force is within a first force range (e.g., (500N, 800N] ) , the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a first light transmittance (e.g., 40%) and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a first brightness (e.g., 200 nits) . And when the external force is within a second force range (e.g., (800N, 1200N] ) that is higher than the first force range (e.g., (500N, 800N] ) , the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a second light transmittance (e.g., 80%) that is higher than the first light transmittance (e.g., 40%) and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a second brightness (e.g., 500 nits) that is higher than the first brightness (e.g., 200 nits) . In general, when the external force is within a first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a first light transmittance and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a first brightness. And when the external force is within a second force range that is higher than the first force range, the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a second light transmittance that is higher than the first light transmittance and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a second brightness that is higher than the first brightness. Herein, those skilled in the art should understand that the two force ranges mentioned here are merely exemplary and not limiting. Three or more force ranges more than two are also feasible and will not be repeated herein, and all of them fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure as well.
Alternatively or additionally, for example, when the acceleration value is within a first acceleration value range (e.g., (2m/s2, 5m/s2] ) , the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a third light transmittance (e.g., 50%) and the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a third brightness (e.g., 280 nits) . And when the acceleration value is within a second acceleration value range (e.g., (5m/s2, 9m/s2] ) that is higher than the first acceleration value range (e.g., (2m/s2, 5m/s2] ) , the light transmittance of the dimming film is set to a fourth light transmittance (e.g., 70%) that is higher than the third light transmittance (e.g., 50%) and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to a fourth brightness (e.g., 680 nits) that is higher than the third brightness (e.g., 280 nits) . Herein, those skilled in the art should understand that the two acceleration value ranges mentioned here are merely exemplary and not limiting. Three or more acceleration value ranges more than two are also feasible and will not be repeated herein, and all of them fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure as well.
To further optimize control, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, various physical conditions are quantified. For example, the physical condition endangering the survival of the animal includes at least one of: an oxygen content inside the vehicle is lower than a second threshold, such as 18%oxygen content in the air. Optionally or additionally, a temperature inside the vehicle being higher than a third threshold may also be defined as a physical condition that endangers the survival of the animal, or a temperature inside the vehicle being lower than a fourth threshold may be defined as a physical condition that endangers the survival of the animal. In other words, both excessively high and low temperatures inside the vehicle can affect the survival of the animal. For example, a high temperature higher than the third threshold (e.g., 35℃) or a low temperature lower than the fourth threshold (e.g., 0℃) may be defined herein as physical condition that endangers the survival of the animal.
Furthermore, medical regular pattern is referred to as follows. When an oxygen content in the air is around 15%, adverse conditions may occur, such as accelerated breathing, rapid pulse, significantly elevated blood pressure, and limb incoordination. When an oxygen content in the air is around 13%, most people may present with symptoms such as physical weakness, inability to concentrate, and a tendency to fall asleep. When an oxygen content in the air is below approximately 10%, some symptoms may appear such as headaches, loss of consciousness, and shock. And when an oxygen content in the air is below 5%, bad consequences may occur such as gradual cessation of breathing, rapid blood pressure drop, and death. In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to be negatively correlated with the magnitude of the oxygen content that is lower than the second threshold or the magnitude of the temperature that is lower than the fourth threshold (e.g., 0℃) , or the light transmittance of the dimming film and/or the brightness of the light-emitting structure is set to be positively correlated with the magnitude of the temperature that is higher than the third threshold (e.g., 35℃) . In other words, in this way, when the oxygen content is lower, the high temperature is higher, or the low temperature is lower, the brightness of the light-emitting structure and/or the light transmittance of the dimming film becomes higher accordingly.
It is well known that the animal includes human and other animal. When a human is inside the vehicle, stricter protective measures may be taken. To summarize, when the animal is human, the second threshold, the third threshold, and the fourth threshold are set to values associated with the oxygen content and the temperature required for human survival. Besides, the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is human is higher than the brightness of the warning signal in a case that the animal is other animal.
Furthermore, in order to further enhance the attraction of the light emitted by the light-emitting structure to people, adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes: adjusting the light-emitting structure to emit flashing warning light. Preferably, the flashing frequency of the flashing warning light emitted by the light-emitting structure may also be associated with the aforementioned degree of urgency. And the flashing frequency is negatively correlated with the magnitude of the oxygen content that is lower than the second threshold or the magnitude of the temperature that is lower than the fourth threshold. In this way, a flashing light can be emitted, such that relevant people are able to perceive the warning signal more easily, and the success rate of the warning signal in attracting attentions of relevant people is increased.
Furthermore, in an embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method 200 may also include: turning on an illumination light inside the vehicle when the warning condition exists. Herein, the illumination light inside the vehicle does not include the aforementioned light-emitting structure on the vehicle glass. In this way, rescue personnel are able to know the condition inside the vehicle more clearly, such as where the animal locates inside the vehicle, so as to decide which kind of rescue measure to take, thereby further ensuring the safety of the animal inside the vehicle. For example, when a person or a pet to be rescued is at different locations inside the vehicle, such as on the front passenger seat or on a seat behind the front passenger seat, the rescue personnel may need to break the vehicle window glass at different positions to reduce the potential risk of damage to the person or pet to be rescued. In some optional forms, adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film includes adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film to the highest, and/or adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure includes adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting structure to the highest. In this way, the visibility of the light emitted by the light-emitting structure to the outside of the vehicle can be maximized, and the visibility of the condition inside the vehicle can also be maximized. In some optional forms, the method further includes setting the light-emitting structure to present a warning pattern, for example, to indicate the warning type such as high temperature, hypoxia, or other risks. In this way, corresponding warning signal can be emitted more pertinently, thereby enabling relevant people outside the vehicle to not only know the existence of a warning condition, but also to further know the warning type, such that more pertinent response schemes can be taken more quickly. In addition, the inventor of the present disclosure also realizes that the aforementioned warning ways, such as brightening the light-emitting structure, increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film, presenting a specific warning pattern, emitting flashing light, and emitting a warning sound, may be used alone or in a free combination according to the specific warning condition, or may also be fully used under a particularly urgent condition, to achieve a better and more pertinent warning effect.
In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the light-emitting structure includes a passive light-emitting structure and an active light-emitting structure. Herein, the vehicle glass may for example be disposed with an autonomous display functional layer for active display, so as to display the determined content in an active light emitting manner. The autonomous display functional layer may be for example, a flexible OLED display or a Micro LED display, which may be laminated between glasses or attached to the surface of glass. Alternatively or additionally, the vehicle glass may for example be disposed with a projection display functional layer (e.g., a projection film or a projection coating) , so as to receive the projection from a projector and in turn emit light.
Furthermore, a second aspect of the present disclosure relates to an apparatus for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal. FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of the apparatus 300 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 3, the schematic view of the apparatus 300 for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal includes a memory 320 and a processor 310. The memory 320 stores computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor 310 to implement the method 200 for causing the vehicle to emit the warning signal according to the first aspect of the present disclosure.
Additionally, a third aspect of the present disclosure relates to a vehicle glass. The vehicle glass includes: a glass substrate; a dimming film disposed on the glass substrate; a light-emitting structure disposed on the glass substrate; and a controller configured to implement the method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, thereby controlling the dimming film and the light-emitting structure. Specifically, the vehicle glass has an independent controller, so the vehicle glass according to the present disclosure can control the dimming film and the light-emitting structure thereon correspondingly based on control parameters required to be obtained. Namely, the vehicle glass according to the present disclosure can implement the method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to the present disclosure independently.
In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the controller includes a data input port, and the controller is configured to implement the method for causing the vehicle to emit the warning signal according to the first aspect of the present disclosure based on data received via the data input port; and/or the controller includes an output port, and the controller is configured to output a control instruction via the output port. Herein, the data received via the data input port may be various data related to the implementation of the method for causing a vehicle to emit a warning signal according to the present disclosure, such as force values detected by the force sensor, the acceleration values detected by the acceleration sensor, the locking status of the vehicle door, the oxygen content inside the vehicle, the temperature inside the vehicle, the type of animals inside the vehicle. The control instruction output via the output port may be instruction to emit a warning signal, such as causing the light emitted by the light-emitting structure and then subsequently transmitting through the dimming film to form the aforementioned warning signal, instructing the horn of the vehicle to emit a warning sound.

Although it is described above that the various example embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented in hardware or a dedicated circuit, the above-mentioned apparatus for controlling the vehicle can be implemented in the form of hardware or software, because: in the 1990s, a technological improvement can easily be determined to belong to the improvement of the hardware (for example, the improvement of the circuit structure of diodes, transistors, switches, etc. ) or the improvement of software (for example, the improvement of method flow) . However, with the continuous development of technology, the improvement of many method processes nowadays can almost be implemented by programming the improved method process into the hardware circuit, in other words, the corresponding hardware circuit structure can be obtained by programming different programs of the hardware circuit, the change of the hardware circuit structure is implemented, that is, the improvement of such a method flow can also be regarded as a direct improvement of the hardware circuit structure. Therefore, it cannot be considered that the improvement of a method flow cannot be implemented by hardware entity modules. For example, a programmable logic device (PLD) (such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) ) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the user's programming of the device. It is programmed by the designer to "integrate" a digital system on a programmable logic device without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and manufacture a dedicated integrated circuit chip Moreover, instead of manually making integrated circuit chips, this kind of programming is mostly implemented using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code must also be written in a specific programming language before compiling, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL) . HDL is not only one language, but there are many languages, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language) , AHDL (Altera Hardware Description Language) , Confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language) , HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language) , Lava, Lola, MyHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware Description Language) . Currently the most commonly used is VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog. It should also be clear to those skilled in the art that the method flow needs to be logic programmed using the above-mentioned hardware description languages into an integrated circuit, which can easily obtain the hardware circuit that implements the logic method flow.
The computer readable program instructions or computer program products used to execute various aspects of the disclosure of the present disclosure can also be stored in the cloud. When needed, the user can access the computer-readable program instructions used to execute one aspect of the disclosure of the present disclosure through the mobile Internet, the fixed network or other networks, so as to implement the technical solutions disclosed in each aspect of the disclosure of the present disclosure.
The foregoing descriptions are only alternative embodiments of the disclosure of the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the embodiments of the present disclosure. For those skilled in the art, the embodiments of the present disclosure may have various modifications and changes. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the embodiments of the present disclosure should be included in the protection scope of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described with reference to several specific embodiments, it should be understood that the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the disclosed specific embodiments. The embodiments of the present disclosure are intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. The scope of the claims accords with the broadest interpretation, so as to include all such modifications and equivalent structures and functions.
