- the relative sweetness ratio to sucrose, which has a sweetness level of 1 may be determined by sensory testing.
- One example of such a sensory test is to prepare samples by adding sugar to pure water so that the sweetness intensity varies from 3.0 to 5.0 in increments of 0.5, and then select from these samples a sugar-added sample with a sweetness intensity equivalent to that of an aqueous solution of a specified concentration of sweetener.
- the sweetness intensity of the beverage may be 20 or less, 18 or less, 16 or less, 14 or less, 12 or less, 10 or less, 9 or less, 8 or less, 7 or less, 6 or less, or 5 or less, for example, 1 to 20, 2 to 18, 3 to 16, 4 to 14, 5 to 12, or 6 to 10.
- the sweetness intensity of the beverage may be 5 to 20, 6 to 18, 7 to 16, 8 to 14, or 9 to 12.
- the beverage according to one embodiment of the present invention may contain antioxidants (vitamin C, vitamin E, sodium sulfite, potassium sulfite, potassium metabisulfite, sulfur dioxide, coffee bean extract (chlorogenic acid), green tea extract (catechin), rosemary extract, etc.), emulsifiers (sucrose fatty acid esters, sorbitan fatty acid esters, glycerin fatty acid esters, lecithin, saponin, sodium caseinate, potassium caseinate, etc.), acidulants, flavorings, etc., as appropriate, provided that the effects of the present invention are not impaired.

- the "steviol glycoside,” “hydroxypropyl cellulose,” “solvent,” and “other ingredients” described in the section "1. Beverage Concentrate” can be used.
- Test Example 1 Study of the concentration at which RebD precipitates The RebD concentration at which RebD precipitates was studied. According to Table 1, aqueous solutions were prepared by dissolving RebD (purity 90%) and a predetermined amount of a glycerin/ethanol mixed solvent (weight ratio 7:3) in drinking water (Suntory Tennensui). The solutions were dispensed into Mighty Vials (No. 5, Maruem Co., Ltd.) and stored in a refrigerator (4°C) for one week. It was confirmed that no RebD precipitates in any of the samples during the preparation of the aqueous solutions. The results after one week are shown in Table 1. Photographs taken after one week are also shown in Figure 1. The photograph on the left shows Sample 1, and the photograph on the right shows Sample 14. This figure reveals that precipitation occurred in Sample 14.
