Abstract

建設機械のコントローラは、姿勢検出装置の検出情報に基づき機体及び作業具の座標を演算する座標演算を行い、施工目標面と座標演算の演算結果である作業具の座標を基に所定条件を満たす所定の時間区間における作業具の状態量の目標値である作業具の目標状態量の時系列を演算する目標状態量演算を行い、複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度を制御入力とし作業具の状態量を予測する予測モデルを用いて所定の時間区間の作業具の状態量と目標状態量演算の演算結果である作業具の目標状態量の時系列との偏差に基づき複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算する指令演算を行い、状態量検出装置の検出情報に基づく複数の油圧アクチュエータの実速度を複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値に一致させるように複数の油圧アクチュエータの駆動を制御する。

Description

建設機械
 本発明は、作業具を含む複数の被駆動部材から構成される多関節型の作業装置を備えた建設機械に係り、更に詳しくは、作業装置の動作を所定の条件下において制御する建設機械に関する。
 油圧ショベルなどの建設機械の分野では、建設施工に情報通信技術を適用することで多様な情報を効率的に活用して施工の合理化を図る情報化施工の導入が進められている。情報化施工に対応するため、複数の被駆動部材から構成された作業装置の位置や姿勢をオペレータへ表示するマシンガイダンスや、当該作業装置を施工目標面に沿って動くように制御するマシンコントロールなどのオペレータの運転操作を支援する機能(運転操作支援制御)を有する建設機械が開発されている。
 油圧ショベルの従来のマシンコントロールにおいては、ブームとアームとバケット(作業具)とで構成された作業装置の動作を制御するために、作業装置の構成部材をそれぞれ駆動する油圧アクチュエータの目標駆動量(例えば目標速度など)を演算する。このような従来のマシンコントロールにおいては、3次元空間内で作業装置のバケット(作業具)の爪先位置を制御するとき、機体の旋回動作を考慮しない場合には、作業装置の構成部材のうちの1つ(例えば、ブーム)をオペレータが操作すると、残りの2つの構成部材(アーム及びバケット)を駆動する2つの油圧アクチュエータがマシンコントロールの制御対象となる。この場合、バケットの爪先位置の自由度(2次元)とマシンコントロールの制御対象の油圧アクチュエータの数(2つ)とが一致する状況である。そのため、バケットの爪先位置を制御するとき、制御対象の2つの油圧アクチュエータのうちの一方の目標駆動量を設定すると、他方の目標駆動量が一意に定まる。それに対して、作業具をバケットからロータリチルトバケットに変更したときにマシンコントロールの範囲をこの変更に対応させようとすると、ロータリチルトバケットを駆動させる油圧アクチュエータの数(2つ)がバケットを駆動させる油圧アクチュエータの数(1つ)よりも多い分、マシンコントロールの制御対象の油圧アクチュータの数が増加する。この場合、作業装置の構成部材の1つをオペレータが操作したとき、制御対象の油圧アクチュータの数(3つ)が作業具の爪先位置の自由度(2次元)よりも大きくなる。このため、マシンコントロールの制御対象となる複数の油圧アクチュエータを同時にどうような目標駆動量の組み合わせで制御するかを適切に設定する必要がある。
 このような課題を解決するための有用な方策として、特許文献1に記載の技術を挙げることができる。特許文献1に記載の建設機械の制御システムは、施工対象の目標形状を示す設計面に沿って作業機(作業装置)のバケットを移動させるために、作業機の制御量の目標値と作業機の予測モデルとに基づいて作業機の制御量の予測値を算出し、当該予測値と設計面とに基づいて作業機を制御する駆動量を算出するものである。この制御システムは、オペレータが操作する操作装置の操作データに基づいて目標値を生成するものであり、運転支援機能に相当する制御を実行している。また、この制御システムは、モデル予測制御を活用した技術である。モデル予測制御は、多入力多出力系の制御を扱うことが可能であり、適切な評価関数を用いることで適切な制御入力の決定を可能とするものである。

 特許文献1に記載の建設機械の制御システムにおいては、予測モデルの制御入力として作業機(作業装置)を駆動するトルクが用いられている。産業用ロボットのような多関節型の構造体の場合には、電動モータのトルクの印加により構造体の回動が可能である。しかし、油圧ショベルの多関節型の作業機の場合には、複数の油圧シリンダの伸縮によって作業装置の回動動作が実現されている。このため、特許文献1に記載の予測モデルによるトルク制御を油圧ショベルの作業機に実際に適用するためには、何らかの工夫が必要になる。
 また、特許文献1に記載のモデル予測制御によるトルク制御を何らかの工夫によって油圧ショベルの作業機に適用することができたとしても、モデル化誤差の影響が考慮されていないと、作業機を意図通りに制御することは容易ではない。なぜなら、特許文献1に記載の技術のように予測モデルとして用いられる運動方程式には、パラメータの同定が容易でない項(例えば、慣性力の項やコリオリ力の項)が含まれている。特許文献1に記載の技術においては、これらのパラメータが適切に設定されていない場合、オペレータが油圧ショベルを操作する意図がないとき、つまり、作業機の目標速度が0であるときに、特許文献1に記載の(11)式(予測モデルの状態方程式)を停止状態にするためのトルク(釣り合いトルク)と実際に必要な釣り合いトルクとが一致しなくなることで、作業機の意図しない動作が行われる懸念がある。このように、モデル化誤差の影響が考慮されていない場合には、作業機を意図通りに制御することは難しい。
 以上のように、特許文献1に記載の制御方法を油圧ショベルの作業装置(作業機)に対して実際に適用しようとすると、様々な課題が発生することが懸念される。しかし、特許文献1には、このような課題を解決するための工夫が示されていない。
 本発明は、以上のような課題を鑑みて発案されたものであり、その目的は、建設機械の動作制御に対して容易に適用可能である制御を実行する建設機械を提供することである。
 本願は、上記課題を解決する手段を複数含んでいる。本願の一例は、作業具を含む複数の被駆動部材により構成された多関節型の作業装置と、前記作業装置が回動可能に取り付けられた機体と、前記機体及び前記作業装置を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータと、前記機体及び前記作業装置の姿勢に関する情報を検出する姿勢検出装置と、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの状態量に関する情報を検出する状態量検出装置と、前記機体及び前記作業装置の動作を制御するコントローラとを備えた建設機械において、前記コントローラは、前記姿勢検出装置からの検出情報に基づいて前記機体及び前記作業具の座標を演算する座標演算を行い、前記作業装置の作業対象として設定されている施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標とを基に、所定条件を満たすように演算時点から所定の時間までの所定の時間区間における前記作業具の状態量の目標値である前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列を演算する目標状態量演算を行い、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度を制御入力として前記作業具の状態量を予測可能な予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の状態量と前記目標状態量演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列との偏差に基づいて、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算する指令演算を行い、前記状態量検出装置からの検出情報に基づいて得られる前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの実速度を前記指令演算の演算結果である前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値に一致させるように前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの駆動を制御することを特徴とする。
 本願の一例によれば、複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度を制御入力とする予測モデルを用いて算出される速度指令値を用いた複数の油圧アクチュエータの同時制御によって建設機械の作業装置の動作制御が実行されるものであり、このモデル予測制御を建設機械の動作制御に容易に適用することができる。
  上記した以外の課題、構成及び効果は、以下の実施形態の説明により明らかにされる。

 以下、本発明の建設機械の実施形態について図面を用いて説明する。本実施の形態においては、建設機械の一例として油圧ショベルを例に挙げて説明する。
 [第1の実施形態]
  まず、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る建設機械としての油圧ショベルの構成について図1及び図2を用いて説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る建設機械としての油圧ショベルを示す外観図である。図2は、図1に示す第1の実施形態に係る建設機械が備えるコントローラのハード構成及び機能構成を示すブロック図である。ここでは、運転席に着座したオペレータから見た方向を用いて説明する。
 図1において、建設機械としての油圧ショベルは、掘削作業等を行うための作業装置1と、作業装置1が回動可能に取り付けられた機体とを備えている。機体は、自走可能な走行体2と、走行体2上に旋回可能に搭載された旋回体3とで構成されている。旋回体3は、例えば、油圧アクチュエータである旋回油圧モータ4によって走行体2に対して旋回動作するように構成されている。
 作業装置1は、複数の被駆動部材を垂直方向に回動可能に連結することで構成された多関節型の装置である。複数の被駆動部材は、例えば、ブーム6、アーム7、作業具としてのバケット8とで構成されている。ブーム6の基端部は、旋回体3の前部にブームピン6a(図2参照)を介して回動可能に支持されている。ブーム6の先端部には、アーム7の基端部がアームピン7aを介して回動可能に支持されている。アーム7の先端部には、バケット8がバケットピン8aを介して回動可能に支持されている。ブーム6、アーム7、バケット8はそれぞれ、油圧アクチュエータであるブームシリンダ10、アームシリンダ11、バケットシリンダ12によって駆動される。なお、バケットシリンダ12は、バケット8と連動して回動するリンク部材13を介してバケット8を駆動している。
 走行体2は、例えば、左右にクローラ式の走行装置14(左側のみ図示)を備えている。走行装置14は、油圧アクチュエータである走行油圧モータ14aによって駆動する。
 旋回体3は、オペレータが搭乗する運転室16と、各種機器を収容する機械室17とを含んでいる。運転室16には、油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aを操作するための操作装置18a、18b、18cが配置されている。操作装置18a、18bは、例えば、前後左右に傾倒可能な操作レバーを有する電気式のものである。電気式の操作装置18a、18bは、操作レバーの傾倒方向および傾倒量、すなわち操作方向および操作量を電気的に検出する検出装置(図示せず)を有しており、検出した操作方向および操作量に応じた操作信号をコントローラ40(後述の図3参照)へ出力する。操作装置18a、18bの前後方向の操作および左右方向の操作はそれぞれ、各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の操作として割り当てられている。つまり、操作装置18a、18bの各操作は、作業装置1の操作(油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の駆動指示)や旋回体3の旋回操作(油圧アクチュエータ4の駆動指示)として割り当てられている。操作装置18cは、前後に傾倒可能な走行レバー及び走行ペダルを有する電気式の操作装置である。操作装置18cは、左右の走行装置14の走行操作、すなわち、油圧アクチュエータ14aの操作(駆動指示)として割り当てられている。また、運転室16には、各種情報を表示する表示装置としてのモニタ19(図2参照)が配置されている。
 機械室17には、エンジンや電動機などの原動機21及び原動機21により駆動される油圧ポンプ装置22などが収容されている。油圧ポンプ装置22から吐出された圧油が油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aの各々に供給されることで各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aが駆動する。各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aの駆動は、各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aに対応する制御弁の集合体である制御弁ユニット23によって制御される。制御弁ユニット23を構成する各制御弁は、対応する油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aに対して油圧ポンプ装置22から供給される圧油の方向及び流量を制御するものである。各制御弁の駆動は、例えば、パイロットポンプ(図示せず)から電磁比例弁(図示せず)を介して出力されるパイロット圧(駆動信号)により制御される。各電磁比例弁がコントローラ40により操作装置18a、18b、18cからの操作信号に基づいて制御されることで、制御弁ユニット23を介して各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aの駆動が制御される。
 旋回体3には、図1及び図2に示すように、機体の姿勢に関する情報を計測するための慣性計測装置(Inertial Measurement Unit:IMU)25が設置されている。また、作業装置1の構成部材であるブーム6、アーム7、バケット8にもそれぞれ、各構成部材6、7、8の姿勢に関する情報を計測するための慣性計測装置(IMU)26、27、28が設置されている。これら4つの慣性計測装置25、26、27、28を区別するため、旋回体3(機体)用の慣性計測装置25を機体IMU、ブーム6用の慣性計測装置26をブームIMU、アーム7用の慣性計測装置27をアームIMU、バケット8用の慣性計測装置28をバケットIMUと称することがある。なお、バケットIMU28は、バケット8と連動して回動するリンク部材13に設置されることが一般的であるが、バケット8と連動して駆動する任意の部材に対して設置可能である。
 各IMU25、26、27、28は、設置部分の角速度を計測する角速度センサ及び加速度を計測する加速度センサの2つのセンサを備えている。本実施の形態においては、各IMU25、26、27、28に、角速度センサにより計測された角速度及び加速度センサにより計測された加速度を用いて角度を演算する角度演算機能が実装されていることを想定している。なお、各IMU25、26、27、28に角度演算の機能が実装されていない場合には、後述のコントローラ40に当該角度演算機能を含める構成が可能である。
 機体IMU25は、例えば旋回体3が静止状態のとき、機体IMU25に設定されたIMU座標系において計測された重力加速度の方向(鉛直下向きの方向)および機体IMU25の取付状態(機体IMU25と旋回体3との相対的な位置関係)に基づき、水平面(基準面)に対する旋回体3の前後方向への傾き(ピッチ角)および左右方向(旋回体3の幅方向)への傾き(ロール角)を演算可能である。機体IMU25は、旋回体3のピッチ角及びロール角の演算結果(機体2、3の姿勢情報)をコントローラ40へ出力する。なお、機体IMU25は、検出した角速度を積分することによって旋回体3の回転角度(ヨー角)を算出可能である。
 ブームIMU26、アームIMU27、バケットIMU28はそれぞれ、設置部分(ブーム6、アーム7、バケット8)の角速度及び加速度を計測すると共に、計測結果(加速度及び角速度)に基づき当該設置部分6、7、8の基準に対する角度を演算する角度演算を行うものである。具体的には、各IMU26~28は、重力方向を検出すると共に検出した角速度を積分することで、作業装置1の構成部材6、7、8の回動角度を算出可能である。ブームIMU26、アームIMU27、バケットIMU28はそれぞれ、各構成部材6、7、8の角速度及び加速度の計測結果ならびに各構成部材6、7、8の角度情報の演算結果(各構成部材6、7、8の姿勢情報)をコントローラ40へ出力する。
 これら4つの機体IMU25、ブームIMU26、アームIMU27、バケットIMU28は、旋回体3を含む機体及び作業装置1の姿勢に関する情報を検出する姿勢検出装置を構成する。
 本実施の形態においては、機体IMU25、ブームIMU26、アームIMU27、バケットIMU28の計測結果及び演算結果を用いることで、旋回油圧モータ4の状態量(角度、角速度、角加速度)及びブームシリンダ10、アームシリンダ11、バケットシリンダ12の各々の状態量(変位、速度、加速度)を演算可能である。すなわち、これらのIMU25、26、27、28は、油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の状態量に関する情報を検出する状態量検出装置として機能する。このため、油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の状態量を検出するセンサを別途用意する必要がない。しかし、油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の状態量を検出するアクチュエータセンサ(後述の図3参照)、例えば、油圧シリンダのストロークを検出可能なシリンダストロークセンサを更に備える構成も可能である。
 また、旋回体3には、複数の衛星からの測位信号を受信可能な受信装置としての2つのGNSSアンテナ36、37が取り付けられている。各GNSSアンテナ36、37が受信した測位信号は、図2に示すGNSS受信機38に入力される。GNSS受信機38は、GNSSアンテナ36、37が受信した測位信号を基に、アンテナ座標の演算や旋回体3(機体)の方位角の演算などの測位演算を行うものである。GNSS受信機38は、現場内に設置されたGNSS固定局に無線通信を介して接続することで、RTK(Real Time Kinematic)測位を実行可能である。GNSS固定局がない現場の場合には、インターネットを介して電子基準局の情報を取得するネットワーク型RTKを利用した測位を実行可能である。以下、現場内の固定局の有無を問わず、GNSS受信機38がRTK測位を実行可能であることを想定している。GNSS受信機38は、測位演算の演算結果であるGNSSアンテナ36、37(機体)の位置及び速度や旋回体3(機体)の方位角をコントローラ40へ出力する。GNSSアンテナ36、37とGNSS受信機38は、油圧ショベルの衛星測位の演算を行う測位演算装置35を構成している。
 図2において、コントローラ40は、油圧ショベルの動作制御を実行するものであり、ハード構成として例えば、RAMやROM等からなる記憶装置41とCPUやMPU等からなる処理装置42とを備えている。記憶装置41には、油圧ショベルの動作制御に必要なプログラムや各種情報が予め記憶されている。処理装置42は、記憶装置41からプログラムや各種情報を適宜読み込み、当該プログラムに従って処理を実行することで以下の機能を含む各種機能を実現する。
 コントローラ40は、処理装置42により実行される機能部として、ポジショニング演算部51、施工目標面演算部52、動作制御部53、モニタ表示制御部54を有している。なお、以下において、施工目標面演算部52とモニタ表示制御部54の両機能を併せたものをマシンガイダンスシステムと呼ぶことがある。また、施工目標面演算部52と動作制御部53の両機能を併せたものをマシンコントロールシステムと呼ぶことがある。
 ポジショニング演算部51は、GNSS受信機38の演算結果である位置情報と姿勢検出装置としてのIMU25~28の計測結果及び演算結果とに基づき、作業現場内における油圧ショベルの位置(座標)及び方位並びに作業装置1の姿勢を演算する姿勢演算を行うものである。ポジショニング演算部51は、施工目標面演算部52、動作制御部53、モニタ表示制御部54へ演算結果を出力する。ポジショニング演算部51には、例えば、演算結果の姿勢情報の精度を検証する機能も実装されている。そこで、ポジショニング演算部51は、GNSS受信機38の測位結果に異常が生じた場合やIMU25~28の演算結果の角度情報の精度が低下した場合に、モニタ表示制御部54を介して、オペレータに注意を促す画面をモニタ19に表示させるように構成することが可能である。
 施工目標面演算部52は、記憶装置41に予め記憶されている3次元施工図面などの施工情報、並びに、ポジショニング演算部51の演算結果である油圧ショベルの位置情報及び姿勢情報に基づき、施工対象の目標形状を定義する施工目標面を演算するものである。記憶装置41に予め記憶されている施工情報は、例えば、入力装置としてモニタ19又は外部の施工管理システム70などを介して施工管理者が入力したものである。また、施工目標面演算部52は、施工目標面と参照点(例えば、バケット8の爪先)との距離を算出する。なお、施工目標面は、オペレータがモニタ19の操作入力によってその場で設定することも可能である。施工目標面演算部52は、動作制御部53及びモニタ表示制御部54へ施工目標面などの演算結果を出力する。
 動作制御部53は、油圧ポンプ装置22、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14a、制御弁ユニット23(共に図1参照)を含む油圧システムを制御することで、油圧ショベル(機体2、3及び作業装置1)の動作を制御するものである。動作制御部53は、例えば、施工目標面演算部52の演算結果である施工目標面並びにポジショニング演算部51の演算結果である機体2、3及び作業装置1の位置情報及び姿勢情報に基づき、所定条件を満たす機体2、3及び作業装置1の動作の目標値を演算し、演算結果の機体2、3及び作業装置1の動作を実現するように油圧システムを制御する。動作制御部53は、バケット8の爪先が施工目標面に一定以上接近しないように動作に制限をかけたりバケット8が施工目標面に沿って動くよう制御したりするマシンコントロールシステムとしての機能の一部を担っている。動作制御部53は、GNSS受信機38の測位結果に異常が生じたとき又は4つのIMU25、26、27、28のいずれかの演算結果の角度情報の精度が所定の要求精度を満たしていないときに、モニタ表示制御部54が後述のガイダンスの実行停止又は警告表示を行う場合には、それに応じてマシンコントロール機能を停止させることが望ましい。
 モニタ表示制御部54は、例えば、運転室16内のモニタ19の表示を制御するものである。モニタ表示制御部54は、施工目標面演算部52の演算結果である施工目標面、並びに、ポジショニング演算部51の演算結果である油圧ショベルの位置情報及び姿勢情報に基づき、オペレータに対する操作支援の指示内容を演算して演算結果をモニタ19に表示する。モニタ表示制御部54は、例えば、作業装置1の姿勢、並びに、作業装置1のバケット8(作業具)の先端位置や施工目標面に対する角度をモニタ19に表示することで、オペレータの操作を支援するマシンガイダンスシステムとしての機能の一部を担っている。また、本実施の形態に係るモニタ表示制御部54は、動作制御部53の演算結果をモニタ19に表示させるように構成されている。モニタ表示制御部54は、例えば、測位演算装置35の測位結果に異常が生じた場合、又は、4つのIMU25、26、27、28のいずれかの演算結果の角度情報の精度が設定された要求精度を満たしていない場合に、ガイダンスの実行停止又はガイダンス中断の警告をモニタ19に表示させる構成が可能である。なお、モニタ19は、タッチパネルを備えることで各種の情報を入力可能な入力装置として使用可能であることが望ましい。モニタ19は、例えば、運転室16内に据え付ける構成や運転室16内に着脱可能に設置可能な可搬性のタブレット端末として構成することが可能である。
 次に、第1の実施形態に係る建設機械のコントローラの各機能の細分化した構成を図3~図5を用いて説明する。図3は、図2に示す第1の実施形態に係る建設機械のコントローラの機能を細分化した構成を示すブロック図である。
 図3において、コントローラ40のポジショニング演算部51は、姿勢検出装置25~28からの検出情報及び測位演算装置35からの測位情報を用いて油圧ショベルの所定部分の3次元座標を演算する座標演算部511を含んでいる。座標演算部511は、油圧ショベルにおける複数の部分の座標を同時に演算するように構成することが可能である。油圧ショベルの所定部分としては、例えば、バケット8の爪先、ブーム6やアーム7の或る部分、旋回体3の或る部分など、油圧ショベルの任意部分を設定可能である。また、座標演算部511は、姿勢検出装置としてのIMU25~28が油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aの状態量検出装置として機能することから、状態量検出装置25~28からの検出情報に基づき油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の実際の状態量(速度又は角速度など)を演算する構成も可能である。座標演算部511は、油圧ショベルの幾何学上の計算を実行するものであり、特徴的な演算方法を含まないので、その演算方法の説明を省略する。
 コントローラ40の施工目標面演算部52は、作業装置1の作業対象として施工目標面を設定する施工目標面設定部521と、油圧ショベルの動作が許容される領域である動作限定領域を設定する限定領域設定部522とを備えている。施工目標面設定部521は、例えば、施工管理システム70からの施工情報とポジショニング演算部51の座標演算部511の演算結果である機体2、3の位置に基づいて施工目標面を設定する。
 限定領域設定部522は、例えば図4に示すような動作限定領域を設定する。図4は、コントローラ40の限定領域設定部522が設定する動作限定領域の一例を示す説明図である。動作限定領域は、油圧ショベルが接触してはならない障害物を含まないように設定される。障害物としては、例えば、塀101や架線102などが挙げられる。動作限定領域は、油圧ショベルの特定箇所ではなく、油圧ショベルの構成部材の全体が逸脱してはならない領域を規定するものである。つまり、油圧ショベルの動作制御は、図4に示す作業装置1のバケット8の先端位置P1だけでなく、バケットシリンダ12の接続ピンの位置P2やアームシリンダ11の接続ピンの位置P3なども、動作限定領域から逸脱しないように行う必要がある。
 動作限定領域は、施工管理システム70からの施工情報又は入力装置としてのモニタ19からの入力情報(オペレータにより設定された情報)に基づいて設定することが可能である。取り込んだ施工情報に障害物の情報が含まれている場合には、限定領域設定部522が自動的に動作限定領域を設定することが望ましい。施工情報に障害物情報が含まれていない場合又は油圧ショベル以外の建設機械や作業車両などの移動する障害物が存在する場合には、オペレータがモニタ19を介して動作限定領域を設定することが望ましい。なお、動作限定領域が設定されていない場合、油圧ショベルの動作領域が限定されてない状態である。このため、油圧ショベルは、油圧アクチュエータが駆動可能な範囲で自在に動作することが可能である。つまり、旋回体3は360度旋回の旋回動作が許容されると共に、作業装置1は最大リーチ範囲までの動作が許容される。
 コントローラ40の動作制御部53は、油圧ショベルの動作制御に対して容易に適用可能なモデル予測制御を用いるものであり、当該予測モデルを用いて得られる作業装置1の所定部分の状態量(位置又は速度)の予測値をその目標値に追従させるような制御入力を基に作業装置1の動作制御を行うように構成されている。ここでは、説明の簡略化のため、制御対象の作業装置1の所定部分として、作業具としてのバケット8の爪先が設定されている場合について説明する。
 本実施の形態の動作制御部53は、バケット8の爪先の状態量として爪先座標をその目標値に追従させる位置追従制御を行うように構成されている。具体的には、動作制御部53は、目標速度演算部531、目標座標列演算部532、限定領域変換部533、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534、制御介入判断部535、アクチュエータ制御部536の機能部を有している。
 目標速度演算部531は、施工目標面設定部521により設定された施工目標面と座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の座標と操作装置18a、18bの操作とに基づき、所定条件を満たすようなバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtを演算する。この演算は、オペレータによる操作装置18の操作を尊重しつつ所定条件を満たすような運転支援の制御を行うためのものである。目標速度演算部531は、例えば、バケット8の先端が施工目標面よりも下に潜り込まないという条件を満たしつつ、操作装置18a、18bの操作方向及び操作量に応じたバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtを演算する。目標速度Vtの演算方法が公知であるため、その説明は省略する。
 目標座標列演算部532は、座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の時刻k(演算時点の時刻)の爪先位置ξs(k)と目標速度演算部531の演算結果である時刻kの目標速度Vtを基に、時刻k(演算時点)から所定の時間先までの時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の状態量の目標値である目標座標ξtの時系列を演算するものである。具体的には、以下の式(1)を用いて所定のステップ先までの爪先目標座標ξtの時系列を算出する。なお、Δtはコントローラ40の制御周期である。
 式(1)は、バケット8の爪先が目標速度Vt(k)で等速移動することを想定したものである。そのため、予測ステップNが大きな値をとると、将来の爪先位置が施工目標面よりも下側の位置になる可能性がある。このような状況を回避するため、演算結果の目標座標ξtが施工目標面に接触した場合には、その時刻(予測ステップ)以降の目標座標を施工目標面との接触点で固定することが望ましい。例えば、式(2)に示すように、Mステップ先(N>M)の時刻における目標座標ξtが施工目標面との交点ξdに到達した場合、その時刻以降において、すなわち、(M+1)ステップからNステップまでの時刻において、目標座標ξtをξdに固定する。
 なお、目標速度演算部531と目標座標列演算部532は、座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の状態量としての座標と施工目標面とを基に、所定条件を満たすように所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の状態量の目標値である目標状態量として目標座標ξtの時系列を演算する目標状態量演算部530を構成する。
 限定領域変換部533は、施工目標面演算部52の限定領域設定部522により設定された油圧ショベルの動作限定領域をアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の後述の演算で利用可能な形式に変換するものである。これは、運転支援制御と逸脱防止制御を統合した作業装置1の動作制御を実現するための構成である。
 具体的には、限定領域変換部533は、設定済みの動作限定領域をアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の後述の演算式(式(14)を参照)の拘束条件として数式で表現できるように変換する。例えば、図4に示す塀101にバケット8を接触させないための条件は、バケット8の先端位置P1のX座標X(k)が塀101のX座標Xdよりも小さいことを示す式(3)によって表現することが可能である。
 なお、動作限定領域に対応する式(3)の拘束条件は例示である。また、障害物などへの接触判定は、バケット8の先端に限定されず、油圧ショベルの任意箇所が対象であることに留意する必要がある。
 アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534は、座標演算部511の演算結果である時刻k(演算時点の時刻)のバケット8の爪先の座標ξs(k)、目標座標列演算部532の演算結果である時刻k+1から時刻k+Nまでのバケット8の爪先の目標座標ξtの時系列、限定領域変換部533により変換して得られた動作限定領域を示す拘束条件の数式を用いて、各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値を演算するものである。本実施の形態に係るアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534は、モデル予測制御(Model Predictive Control:MPC)により実現するように構成されており、作業装置1(ブーム6、アーム7、バケット8)と走行体2と旋回体3の同時制御が可能である。しかし、ここでは、説明の簡略化のため、作業装置1を駆動する油圧アクチュエータのみ、つまり、ブームシリンダ10、アームシリンダ11、バケットシリンダ12を制御する場合について具体的に説明する。
 アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534は、目標座標列演算部532の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標座標ξtの時系列にバケット8の実際の爪先位置が追従するように、ブームシリンダ10、アームシリンダ11、バケットシリンダ12に対する速度指令vref(伸縮速度)を演算するものである。具体的には、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度を制御入力としてバケット8爪先の状態量である爪先座標を予測する予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先座標の予測値と目標状態量演算部530の演算結果であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差に基づいて、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するように構成されている。
 速度指令vref(伸縮速度)は、次のことを考慮して演算されるものである。コントローラ40が油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12を制御する場合、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の実際の速度応答voは速度指令vrefに対して何らかの遅れをもって追従することになる。この関係は、例えば式(4)のような2次遅れの伝達関数で表現することができる。
 式(4)中、sはラプラス変換を、ζは減衰係数を、ωは固有角周波数を示している。添え字iは油圧アクチュエータに対応する番号であり、i=1、2、3はそれぞれブームシリンダ、アームシリンダ、バケットシリンダを示している。
 式(4)で示された伝達関数は、式(5)の状態空間表現へと変換することが可能である。式(5)中、状態ベクトルxに含まれているlo及びaoは、それぞれ油圧シリンダの実際の変位及び伸縮加速度の応答を示している。uは、制御入力としての速度指令を示している。添え字iは、式(4)と同様に、油圧アクチュエータ(ブームシリンダ、アームシリンダ、バケットシリンダ)に対応する番号である。
 式(5)について、全ての油圧アクチュエータ(i=1、2、3)に関する状態ベクトルxi及び制御入力uiを纏めると、式(6)を得ることができる。
 式(6)は、制御周期Δtを用いることで、例えば、式(7a)のように離散化することが可能である。
 なお、式(6)は、線形システムなので、式(7b)により正確に離散化することも可能である。
 制御入力uとしての各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを決定することができれば、式(7a)又は式(7b)を用いることで所定の時間先までの状態ベクトルxの予測が可能である。状態ベクトルxには各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の伸縮長(変位)loが含まれているので、作業装置1を駆動する各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の伸縮長lo,iと作業装置1を構成する各被駆動部材6、7、8の角度θiとの間の幾何学的な関係を規定する関数hを用いることで各被駆動部材6、7、8の角度θiを演算することが可能である。すなわち、角度θiは、以下の式(8)から演算することが可能である。
 なお、各被駆動部材(ブーム6、アーム7、バケット8)の角度θi(i=1、2、3)は、例えば、図5に示すように定義されている。図5は、油圧ショベルの作業装置1の各構成部材6、7、8の角度θiの定義を示す説明図である。
 さらに、作業装置1の各構成部材6、7、8の角度θiとバケット8の爪先位置との間の幾何学的な関係を規定する関数hを用いることで、バケット8の爪先位置ξpの演算(予測)が可能である。すなわち、爪先位置ξpは、以下の式(9)から演算することが可能である。
 上述の一連の式(4)~式(9)を用いることで、演算時点の時刻kから所定の時間先k+Nまでの時間区間における制御入力uの時系列、すなわち、各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の速度指令vrefの時系列を決定することができれば、当該時間区間のバケット8の爪先位置ξpの軌跡(座標の時系列)を予測することができる。
 そこで、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534は、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度を制御入力uとする上述の予測モデルを用いることで得られるバケット8の爪先位置ξpの予測軌跡が目標座標列演算部532の演算結果であるバケットの爪先目標座標ξtの時系列(軌跡)に近づくような制御入力uの時系列を算出する。爪先位置ξpの予測軌跡が爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡に近づくとは、以下の式(10)に示す両者の偏差e(k)を所定の時間区間において極力小さくすることに相当する。

 また、偏差e(k)を小さくする制御入力u(k)が小さくなればなるほど、すなわち、速度指令値vrefが小さくなればなるほど、各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の動作が小さくなる。このことから、制御入力u(k)が小さいほど、効率的に油圧ショベルを制御することができると考えられる。
 これらの要求は、式(11)で与えられる評価関数Jの値を極力小さくすることに相当する。式(11)において、S、Q、Rはそれぞれ重み行列である。制御入力uは、評価関数Jを最小化するように算出されることが望ましい。ただし、パラメータS、Q、Rを調整することで、偏差e(k)の解消を優先するか、又は、制御入力u(速度指令値vref)を小さくすることを優先するかを選択することが可能である。
 なお、式(11)に示す評価関数Jは制御入力u(k)の算出方法の一例である。上述の考え方に従うならば、異なる評価関数を用いて制御入力u(k)を算出する構成も可能である。
 ところで、作業装置1を駆動する油圧アクチュエータは、油圧シリンダであるので、伸縮可能な範囲に制限がある。同様に、油圧シリンダの伸縮速度、伸縮加速度にも制限がある。これらの条件を以下に示す式(12)により表現することが可能である。式(12)中、添え字minは最小値を、添え字maxは最大値を示している。ブームシリンダ10、アームシリンダ11、バケットシリンダ12それぞれに対して、仕様に応じて最小値及び最大値は異なる値又は同じ値が設定される。
 さらに、限定領域変換部533により変換した動作限定領域を示す拘束条件(式(3)など)は、関数cを用いることでより一般的な表現の式(13)として表すことが可能である。
 以上の準備の下、モデル予測制御による演算を行う。具体的には、モデル予測制御の演算は、拘束条件付きの式(14)の最適化問題を解くことであり、最適な制御入力uの時系列データUを算出する。なお、式(14)における「s.t.」は、「subject to」の略であり、以降の数式を拘束条件とすることを意味する。モデル予測制御においては、時系列(時刻k、k+1、…、k+N)の制御入力Uのうち、時刻kの第1入力u(k)のみを実際の制御指令として用いる。
 式(14)の最適化問題は、作業装置1を駆動する各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の性能限界及び油圧ショベルの動作限定領域において、所定条件を満たしつつ操作装置18の操作に応じるように演算されたバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtに対して予測モデルを用いて予測されるバケット8の爪先位置ξpが追従するような制御入力uを算出することを意味している。これは、爪先位置ξpの予測値と爪先目標座標ξtの偏差を解消するために最適な油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の制御量を自動的に算出することを意味している。このため、旋回体3やロータリチルトバケットを旋回させる油圧モータなど、制御対象の油圧アクチュエータが増加したとしても、各油圧アクチュエータに対する制御量を個別に算出することなく油圧ショベルの動作を全体的に最適化する制御量を算出することができる。
 アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534は、式(14)の最適化問題を解くことで制御入力uを算出するように構成されている。このため、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算結果の制御入力uを用いた動作制御を実行すれば、オペレータの操作装置18のどのような操作に対しても、バケット8の爪先位置を目標座標ξtに追従させようという制御が介入してしまう。アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算結果である制御入力uを用いた制御が常に介入すると、オペレータの意図とは異なる動作が行われる懸念がある。
 このような事態を防ぐために、動作制御部53は、制御介入判断部535を含んでいる。制御介入判断部535は、概略すると、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算による油圧ショベルの所定部位の位置追従制御を実行するか、又は、オペレータの操作装置18の操作に応じた油圧ショベルの動作制御を実行するかを判断する。例えば、目標座標列演算部532の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標座標ξtの時系列が示す移動方向が施工目標面に対して逸脱している(接近していない)と判断した場合、つまり、オペレータが施工目標面以外を作業対象として意図している場合、制御介入判断部535は、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算を実行せず、オペレータの操作装置18の操作に応じた作業装置1の動作制御(速度制御)を優先させる判断を行う。なお、制御介入判断部535は、目標速度演算部531の演算結果のバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtが示す移動方向が施工目標面に対して逸脱している(接近していない)と判断した場合でも、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算を実行させない構成とすることも可能である。また、オペレータの操作装置18の操作に対するコントローラ40の制御介入を停止するコマンドが入力装置から入力された場合に、制御介入判断部535の判断によらずにアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算処理を停止させる構成も可能である。
 アクチュエータ制御部536は、状態量検出装置としてのアクチュエータセンサ31の検出情報に基づき得られる油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の実速度または座標演算部511の演算結果である油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の実速度をアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算結果であるアクチュエータ速度指令vref(u(k)に相当)に一致させるように油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の駆動のフィードバック制御を行う。具体的には、アクチュエータ制御部536は、油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の実速度とアクチュエータ速度指令vrefとの偏差に基づき、アクチュエータ速度指令vrefを実現するような制御弁ユニット23の指令値を演算する。このような油圧アクチュエータの制御方法の説明の詳細は、公知であるため、省略する。
 コントローラ40のモニタ表示制御部54は、例えば、作業装置1の作業具としてのバケット8の爪先の軌跡を表示させる爪先軌跡表示部541を含んでいる。爪先軌跡表示部541は、具体的には、ポジショニング演算部51の座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先座標ξs(演算時点の爪先位置)、及び、動作制御部53の目標座標列演算部532の演算結果であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列(制御目標)をモニタ19に表示させる。図6は、爪先軌跡表示部541が出力する表示画面のイメージである。図6中、油圧ショベルのバケットにおける爪先の現在位置P1を「●」により表すと共に、爪先の予測軌跡Psを「○」により表している。なお、動作制御部53のアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534の演算結果である各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vref(制御入力)により実現される1ステップ先のバケットの爪先座標の予測値を爪先の予測軌跡Psとして表示するように構成することも可能である。
 爪先軌跡表示部541により出力される表示画面19a(図6参照)は、コントローラ40が油圧ショベルをどのように制御する予定であるかをオペレータへ提示するものである。これにより、コントローラ40がオペレータの操作に介入している様子をオペレータにわかりやすく伝えることができる。また、万が一、コントローラ40がオペレータの指示(操作)と異なる動作制御を実行しようとしている場合には、表示画面19aにより当該動作の実現前にオペレータが覚知することが可能となるので、オペレータの指示に沿わない運転支援を回避することができる。
 次に、第1の実施形態に係る建設機械のコントローラの処理手順の一例について図7を用いて説明する。図7は、図3に示す第1の実施形態に係る建設機械のコントローラの処理手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。ただし、本実施の形態のコントローラは、図7に示すフローチャートの処理手順に限定されるものでない。
 図7において、図3に示すコントローラ40は、先ず、測位演算装置35の演算結果を取り込むと共に、姿勢検出装置としての各IMU25~28の計測結果及び演算結果を取り込む(ステップS10)。
 次に、コントローラ40(ポジショニング演算部51の座標演算部511)は、測位演算装置35からの測位情報(アンテナ37、38の座標など)及び姿勢検出装置25~28の検出情報(角度など)に基づき、油圧ショベルの姿勢演算を行う(ステップS20)。油圧ショベルの姿勢演算とは、例えば、バケット8の爪先、ブーム6及びアーム7の一部分などの油圧ショベルの所定部分の3次元座標を演算するものである。なお、油圧ショベルがアクチュエータセンサ31(図3参照)を備えていない場合、ステップS20において、コントローラ40(座標演算部511)は、状態検出装置として機能する各IMU25~28の検出情報を用いることで、各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aの状態量(演算時点の実速度などの動作情報)を演算する。
 次いで、コントローラ40(施工目標面演算部52の施工目標面設定部521)は、ステップS20の演算結果である機体2、3の所定部分の座標やバケット8の爪先の座標を参照し、施工管理システム70などから取得した施工情報から施工目標面を選択する(ステップS30)。
 さらに、コントローラ40(施工目標面演算部52の限定領域設定部522)は、ステップS20の演算結果である機体2、3の座標を基準とし、取得した施工情報又は入力装置(モニタ19など)を介したオペレータからの入力情報を基に油圧ショベルの動作限定領域を設定する(ステップS40)。
 なお、ステップS30とステップS40の処理順序は任意である。ステップS30及びステップS40の両処理の完了後、コントローラ40(動作制御部53の目標速度演算部531)は、ステップS20の演算結果である機体2、3の座標とステップS30で設定した施工目標面とを基に、所定条件を満たしつつ操作装置18からの操作に応じたバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtを演算する(ステップS50)。
 次に、コントローラ40(動作制御部53の目標座標列演算部532)は、ステップS20の演算結果であるバケット8の演算時点での爪先座標ξsとステップS50の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtに基づき、バケット8の爪先の当該演算時点(時刻k)からNステップ先(所定の時間先)までの時間区間における目標座標ξtの時系列を演算する(ステップS60)。
 さらに、コントローラ40(動作制御部53の制御介入判断部535)は、ステップS30で設定した施工目標面とステップS60の演算結果である目標座標ξtの時系列とに基づき、操作支援(制御介入)の要否を判断する(ステップS70)。ステップS70にて、目標座標ξtの時系列が示す移動方向が施工目標面に接近していると判断する場合には、コントローラ40(制御介入判断部535)はYESと判定し、ステップS80に進む。一方、目標座標ξtの時系列が示す移動方向が施工目標面に接近していないと判断する場合には、コントローラ40(制御介入判断部535)はNOと判定し、ステップS120に進む。
 ステップS70にてYESと判定した場合、コントローラ40(動作制御部53の限定領域変換部533)は、ステップS40にて設定された動作限定領域を数式で表現された拘束条件(例えば、上述の式(13))に変換する(ステップS80)。なお、ステップS80の処理は、ステップS40と同時に実行することも可能である。
 次に、コントローラ40(動作制御部53のアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534)は、ステップS20の演算結果であるバケット8の演算時点(ステップk)の爪先座標ξs(k)及びステップS60の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtの時系列、さらに、ステップS80にて変換した拘束条件式を用い、予測モデルに基づく演算(例えば、上述の式(14)の演算)により制御入力uとしての各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを算出する(ステップS90)。
 次いで、コントローラ40(モニタ表示制御部54の爪先軌跡表示部541)は、ステップS20の演算結果であるバケット8の演算時点の爪先座標ξsとステップS90の演算結果である各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vref(制御入力)により実現される1ステップ先の爪先位置とステップS60の演算結果である目標座標ξtの時系列とをバケット8のこれからの爪先軌跡としてモニタ19(表示装置)に表示させる(ステップS100)。
 さらに、コントローラ40(動作制御部53のアクチュエータ制御部536)は、ステップS90の演算結果である各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vrefに対応する制御指令を制御対象(制御弁ユニット23)へ出力することで、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の駆動を制御する(ステップS110)。なお、コントローラ40が並列処理の可能な構成であるならば、ステップS110はステップS100と並行して処理されることが望ましい。
 また、ステップS70にてNOと判定した場合、コントローラ40(モニタ表示制御部54)は、操作支援制御(制御介入)を実行していないことをモニタに表示させる(ステップS120)。なお、ステップS120は、任意の処理であり、スキップしてステップS130に進むことも可能である。
 ステップS130において、コントローラ40(動作制御部53のアクチュエータ制御部536)は、操作装置18からの操作に応じた各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の要求速度を演算し、演算結果の各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の要求速度に対応する制御指令を制御対象(制御弁ユニット23)へ出力する。これにより、操作支援制御(制御介入)を実行することなく、操作装置18の操作に応じた各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の制御を行う。
 ステップS110又はステップS130の処理の終了により一の制御周期が終了し、コントローラ40は次の制御周期に移行する(戻る)。
 本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40による予測モデル制御は、作業装置1の構成部材6、7、8を駆動する各油圧シリンダ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを制御入力uとして規定している。これは、作業装置の構成部材に対する駆動トルクを制御入力とする特許文献1に記載の予測モデル制御の技術とは異なるものである。本実施の形態においては、予測モデルの制御入力u(速度指令vref)を油圧ショベルのコントローラにおける従来のアクチュエータ制御部の機能部にそのまま適用可能なので、予測モデル制御によるバケット8の爪先位置の追従制御を容易に実現できる。
 さらに、本実施の形態に係る予測モデル制御は、特許文献1に記載された予測モデル制御のような作業装置に対するトルク指令による制御とは異なり、作業装置1を駆動する油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12に対する速度指令vrefによる制御である。このため、油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12を停止状態にする場合には、制御指令値としての速度指令が0になる。したがって、油圧アクチュエータの速度指令を制御入力とする場合には、モデル化誤差の影響を受けにくい。
 本実施の形態においては、上述の式(14)を解くことで制御入力uを直接算出している。このため、制御入力uを算出するために、従来の制御方法のようなヤコビ行列や逆ヤコビ行列を用いた演算も必要もない。特許文献1に記載の技術のようなヤコビ行列や逆ヤコビ行列を用いた制御手法は、施工目標面の形状を高精度で線形近似することが可能な場合、すなわち、施工目標面の形状が滑らかに変化する場合に限って、高精度な施工を実行することが期待できる。なぜなら、ヤコビ行列や逆ヤコビ行列は、非線形変換を線形近似するために利用されるものであるからである。しかし、この制御方法は、施工目標面の形状が滑らかに変化しない場合、例えば、図8に示す法面の整形時における法肩T1や法尻T2並びに図9に示す溝堀時における底面T3については、十分な施工精度を補償するために、何らかの工夫を追加しなければならない。それに対して、本実施の形態に係る予測モデル制御においては、線形近似の演算を用いていないので、図8に示す法肩T1や法尻T2並びに図9に示す底面の隅部T3に対する動作制御であっても、高精度に施工を実行することができる。
 上述したように、第1の実施形態に係る油圧ショベル(建設機械)は、作業具としてのバケット8を含む複数の被駆動部材7、8により構成された多関節型の作業装置1と、作業装置1が回動可能に取り付けられた機体2、3と、機体2、3及び作業装置1を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12と、機体2、3及び作業装置1の姿勢に関する情報を検出する姿勢検出装置25~28と、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の状態量に関する情報を検出する状態量検出装置25~28又はアクチュエータセンサ31と、機体2、3及び作業装置1の動作を制御するコントローラ40とを備える。コントローラ40は、姿勢検出装置25~28からの検出情報に基づいて機体2、3及びバケット8(作業具)の座標を演算する座標演算を行い、作業装置1の作業対象として設定されている施工目標面と座標演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の座標とを基に、所定条件を満たすように演算時点から所定の時間までの所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の状態量の目標値である目標状態量の時系列としての目標座標の時系列を演算する目標状態量演算を行い、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度を制御入力としてバケット8(作業具)の状態量を予測可能な予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の状態量である座標の予測値と目標状態量演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標状態量の時系列である目標座標の時系列との偏差に基づいて、複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算する指令演算を行い、状態量検出装置25~28又はアクチュエータセンサ31からの検出情報に基づいて得られる複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の実速度を指令演算の演算結果である複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令値vrefに一致させるように複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の駆動を制御するように構成されている。
 この構成によれば、複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度を制御入力とする予測モデルを用いて算出される速度指令値vrefを用いた複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の同時制御によって油圧ショベル(建設機械)の作業装置1の動作制御が実行されるものであり、このモデル予測制御を油圧ショベル(建設機械)の動作制御に容易に適用することができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係る油圧ショベル(建設機械)は、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の駆動を指示する操作装置18a、18bをさらに備える。コントローラ40の目標状態量演算は、施工目標面と座標演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の座標ξsと操作装置18a、18bの操作とを基に、所定条件を満たすようなバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtを演算する目標速度演算を行い、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の目標状態量の時系列として、座標演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の座標ξsと目標速度演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtとを用いて、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の座標の目標値であるバケット8(作業具)の目標座標ξtの時系列を演算する目標座標列演算を行うものである。コントローラの指令演算における予測モデルは、バケット8(作業具)の状態量として座標を予測可能に構成されたものである。コントローラ40の指令演算は、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の座標ξpの予測値と目標座標列演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差に基づいて、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するものである。
 この構成によれば、バケット8(作業具)の爪先位置をその目標値に追従させる位置追従によって運転支援の制御を行うことができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40は、さらに、油圧ショベル(建設機械)の動作が許容される領域として設定された動作限定領域を拘束条件として変換する限定領域変換を行うように構成されている。また、コントローラ40の指令演算は、上述の拘束条件を逸脱しない範囲で上述の偏差に基づき複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するものである。
 この構成によれば、逸脱防止制御の機能に相当する動作限定領域の拘束条件がモデル予測制御のための演算式に組み込まれているので、運転支援制御と逸脱防止制御とを両立させることができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40は、目標速度演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vt又は目標座標列演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標座標ξtの時系列が示すバケット8(作業具)の移動方向が施工目標面に対して逸脱していると判断した場合には、指令演算において、予測モデルによる偏差を用いることなく、操作装置18a、18bの操作に応じた複数の油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令値を演算するように構成されている。
 この構成によれば、オペレータの操作装置18a、18bの操作が施工目標面以外を作業対象として意図している場合、不要なコントローラ40の制御介入を防止することができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係る油圧ショベル(建設機械)は、視覚情報を表示するモニタ19(表示装置)をさらに備える。コントローラ40は、さらに、座標演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の座標ξs及び目標座標列演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標座標ξtの時系列をバケット8(作業具)の軌跡とする視覚情報としてモニタ19(表示装置)に表示させる軌跡表示を行うように構成されている。
 この構成によれば、コントローラ40の制御演算の結果であるバケット8(作業具)の演算時点の座標ξs及び目標座標ξtの時系列をバケット8(作業具)の軌跡としてモニタ19(表示装置)することで、コントローラ40による油圧ショベルの動作制御の予定をオペレータへ提示することができる。
 [第2の実施形態]
  次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る建設機械について図10を用いて説明する。図10は、第2の実施形態に係る建設機械におけるコントローラの機能構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図10において、図1~図9に示す符号と同符号のものは、同様な部分であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
 図10に示す第2の実施形態に係る建設機械が第1の実施形態に対して相違する点は、コントローラ40Aの動作制御部53Aにおける目標座標列演算部532Aの演算方法及びアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Aの演算方法が異なっていることである。本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40Aのそれ以外の機能部は、第1の実施形態に係るコントローラ40の機能部と同様である。
 第1の実施形態に係るコントローラ40は、動作制御部53の目標座標列演算部532の演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtにバケット8の爪先位置を追従させる制御を実行するように構成されている。位置と速度は一対一の対応関係にあるので、制御精度が十分であれば、爪先目標座標ξtへの追従制御を行うことで動作制御部53の目標速度演算部531の演算結果である爪先位置の目標速度Vtも満たされる。しかし、制御精度が不十分な場合には、要求速度Vtの再現性が低下する懸念がある。
 そこで、第2の実施形態に係るコントローラ40Aの動作制御部53Aにおける目標座標列演算部532Aは、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の目標状態量の時系列として、バケット8の爪先の目標座標ξtの時系列の演算に加えて、目標速度演算部531の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtを用いて所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の速度の目標値である目標速度の時系列を演算する目標速度列演算を行うように構成されている。すなわち、所定の時間区間において目標速度の時系列が目標速度Vtで一定として演算される。
 また、第2の実施形態に係るコントローラ40Aのアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Aは、目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果であるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtに加えて、目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtの時系列も用いて、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを演算するものである。具体的には、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Aは、モデル予測制御に用いる評価関数Jを上述の式(11)から次に示す式(15)へ変更して最適化問題を解くように構成されている。
 式(15)の評価関数Jにおける偏差Eには、爪先位置の偏差e(予測モデルによる爪先位置ξpの予測軌跡と目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差)に加えて、予測モデルを用いて得られる爪先位置の速度Vpの予測値と目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果である目標速度Vtとの偏差が含まれている。これにより、予測モデルを用いて得られる所定の時間区間における爪先の速度Vpの予測値が目標速度Vtの時系列に近づくような制御入力uの演算が可能となる。さらに、重み行列SE及び重み行列QEは、偏差eへの重みS、Qに加えて、速度偏差への重みSV、QVを含むように構成されている。偏差eへの重みS、Qに対して速度偏差への重みSV、QVを大きな値に設定されることで、コントローラ40Aは、バケット8の位置追従よりも速度追従を優先した制御を実行するようになる。
 なお、目標速度演算部531と目標座標列演算部532Aが、座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の座標と施工目標面とを基に、所定条件を満たすように、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の目標状態量として目標座標ξtの時系列及び目標速度Vtの時系列を演算する目標状態量演算部530Aを構成する。
 上述した第2の実施形態に係る建設機械によれば、前述した第1の実施形態と同様な効果を得ることができる。
 また、本実施の形態においては、コントローラ40Aの目標状態量演算部530Aの演算が、目標速度演算部531の目標速度Vtの演算および目標座標列演算部532Aの目標座標ξtの時系列の演算に加えて、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の目標状態量の時系列として、目標速度演算部531の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtを用いて所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の速度の目標値である目標速度Vtの時系列を演算する目標速度列演算も行うものである。また、コントローラ40の指令演算における予測モデルは、バケット8(作業具)の状態量として座標に加えて速度も予測可能に構成されたものである。さらに、コントローラ40の指令演算は、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の座標と目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差、及び、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の速度と目標座標列演算部532A(目標速度列演算)の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtの時系列との偏差に基づいて、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するものである。
 この構成によれば、座標の偏差と速度の偏差とを用いた複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算において、両偏差のうちの一方を重視した演算を行うことで、バケット8の位置追従を優先した制御と速度追従を優先した制御を切り替えることが可能となる。
 なお、本実施の形態においては、予測モデル制御によるバケット8の位置追従を行うことはせずに、予測モデル制御による速度追従のみを実行する構成も可能である。この場合、目標座標列演算部532Aは、バケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列を演算せずに、バケット8の目標速度Vtの時系列のみを演算する目標速度列演算部として構成されるものである。さらに、アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Aは、目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果であるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtを用いることなく、目標座標列演算部532Aの演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標速度Vtの時系列のみ用いて、各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを演算するものである。
 この変形例においては、コントローラ40Aの目標状態量演算が、施工目標面と座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の座標ξsと操作装置18a、18bの操作とを基に、所定条件を満たすようなバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtを演算する目標速度演算を行い、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の目標状態量の時系列として、目標速度演算部531の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtを用いて、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の速度の目標値であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtの時系列を演算する目標速度列演算を行うものである。また、コントローラ40Aの指令演算における予測モデルは、バケット8(作業具)の状態量として速度を予測可能に構成されたものである。さらに、コントローラ40の指令演算は、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の速度の予測値と目標速度列演算の演算結果であるバケット8(作業具)の目標速度Vtの時系列との偏差に基づいて、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するものである。
 この構成によれば、バケット8(作業具)の爪先の速度をその目標速度に追従させる速度追従によって運転支援の制御を行うことができる。
 [第3の実施形態]
 次に、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る建設機械について図11を用いて説明する。図11は、第3の実施形態に係る建設機械におけるコントローラの機能構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図11において、図1~図10に示す符号と同符号のものは、同様な部分であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
 第1~第2の実施形態に係るコントローラ40、40Aは、オペレータの運転を支援する想定の機能を備えていたものである。それに対して、第3の実施形態に係るコントローラ40Bは、オペレータの操作を前提としない自動運転に対応する制御機能を備えたものである。
 具体的には、本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40Bにおいては、オペレータの操作を前提としていない自動運転を想定しているので、第1~第2の実施形態に係るコントローラ40、40A(図3及び図10参照)の動作制御部53における目標速度演算部531(所定条件を満たしつつ操作装置18の操作に応じた目標速度Vtの演算)及び制御介入判断部535(操作支援制御の要否判断)の2つの機能が省略されている。
 さらに、目標速度演算部531が省略されることから、第1の実施形態の目標速度演算部531の演算結果を用いる目標座標列演算部532が目標座標列生成部537に置換されている。目標座標列生成部537は、目標速度演算部531の演算結果を用いることなく、ポジショニング演算部51の座標演算部511の演算結果である機体2、3の座標ξsと施工目標面設定部521により設定された施工目標面とに基づき作業効率(掘削効率)が最善となるバケット8の爪先の目標座標ξtの軌跡を演算する。この演算は一般な方法を利用可能なので、説明を省略する。この演算においては、バケット8で掬った土砂量がバケット8から溢れない量に収まるように最適化計算を行うことが望ましい。
 動作制御部53Bのアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Bは、目標座標列演算部532(図3又は図10参照)の演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtの時系列の代わりに、目標座標列生成部537の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の目標座標ξtの軌跡を用いてモデル予測制御の制御入力uの時系列を算出する。すなわち、予測モデルを用いて予測される爪先位置ξpの軌跡が目標座標列生成部537の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡に近づくような各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを算出する。
 また、モニタ表示制御部54Bの爪先軌跡表示部541Bは、目標座標列演算部532(図3又は図10参照)の演算結果である目標座標ξtの時系列の代わりに、目標座標列生成部537の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡をモニタに表示させる。なお、オペレータが運転席にいない自動運転が想定される場合には、爪先軌跡表示部541を省略する構成も可能である。
 本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40Bのそれ以外の機能部は、第1又は第2の実施形態に係るコントローラ40の機能部と同様であり、その機能部の説明を省略する。なお、目標座標列生成部537は、座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の座標ξsと施工目標面とを基に、所定条件を満たすように所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の状態量の目標値である目標状態量として目標座標ξtの時系列を演算する目標状態量演算部530Bを構成する。
 上述した第3の実施形態に係る建設機械によれば、前述した第1の実施形態と同様な効果を得ることができる。
 また、本実施の形態においては、コントローラ40Bの目標状態量演算は、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8(作業具)の目標状態量の時系列として、施工目標面と座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の座標ξsとに基づき、所定条件を満たすように所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の座標の目標値であるバケット8の目標座標の時系列を自動生成する目標座標列生成を行うものである。また、コントローラ40Bの指令演算における予測モデルは、バケット8の状態量として座標を予測可能に構成されたものである。さらに、コントローラ40の指令演算は、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の座標と目標座標列生成部537の生成結果であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差に基づいて、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するものである。
 この構成によれば、モデル予測制御によるバケット8(作業具)の位置追従制御を自動運転の制御に適用することができる。
 [第4の実施形態]
 次に、本発明の第4の実施形態に係る建設機械について図12を用いて説明する。図12は、第4の実施形態に係る建設機械におけるコントローラの機能構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図12において、図1~図11に示す符号と同符号のものは、同様な部分であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
 第4の実施形態に係る建設機械は、遠隔地に配置された操作装置18C(遠隔操作装置)及び入力装置19C(モニタなど)からの通信によって複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の駆動を指示する遠隔操作が可能に構成されたものである。遠隔操作を行う場合、通信環境によっては、オペレータの操作が大幅に遅延して建設機械に伝達されることが考えられる。通信遅延の発生のたびに油圧ショベルの作業が停止してしまうと、施工効率が低下する懸念がある。
 そこで、図12に示す本実施の形態に係る建設機械のコントローラ40Cは、第1の実施形態の運転支援制御の機能と第3の実施形態の自動運転制御の機能を併有するように構成されている。コントローラ40Cは、基本的に、オペレータの遠隔操作に対して運転支援の制御(オペレータの操作を尊重しつつ予め設定された所定条件を満たす制御)を実行する。ただし、通信遅延により油圧ショベルの動作が停止しそうな状況が発生したときには、オペレータの遠隔操作を自動運転制御により補完する。
 具体的には、コントローラ40Cは、第1の実施形態に係るコントローラ40(図3参照)の動作制御部53の目標座標列演算部532と同様な機能部及び第3の実施形態に係るコントローラ40B(図11参照)の動作制御部53Bの目標座標列生成部537と同等の目標座標列生成部537Cの2つの機能を併有している。本実施の形態に係る目標座標列生成部537Cは、目標座標列演算部532の演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtの時系列が入力される場合には、当該演算結果をそのままアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Cへ出力する。一方、目標座標列演算部532が爪先目標座標ξtの時系列を演算することが不能である場合、すなわち、通信遅延により遠隔操作信号の建設機械への伝達が一時的に途絶した場合、目標座標列生成部537Cは、第3の実施形態に係るコントローラ40Bの目標座標列生成部537と同様に爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡を生成し、生成結果をアクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Cへ出力する。アクチュエータ速度指令演算部534Cは、目標座標列生成部537Cから出力された、目標座標列演算部532の演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtの時系列又は目標座標列生成部537Cの演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡を用いて、位置追従制御の各油圧アクチュエータ10、11、12の速度指令vrefを演算する。
 モニタ表示制御部54Cの爪先軌跡表示部541Cは、目標座標列生成部537Cから出力されるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡をモニタに表示させる。目標座標列生成部537Cから出力されるバケット8の爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡は、上述したように、目標座標列演算部532の演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtの時系列、又は、目標座標列生成部537Cの演算結果である爪先目標座標ξtの軌跡である。
 本実施の形態に係るコントローラ40Cのそれ以外の機能部は、第1の実施形態に係るコントローラ40の機能部と同様であり、その機能部の説明を省略する。なお、目標速度演算部531と目標座標列演算部532と目標座標列生成部537Cが、座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の爪先の座標ξsと施工目標面とを基に、所定条件を満たすように所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の爪先の状態量の目標値である目標状態量(目標座標ξt)の時系列を演算する目標状態量演算部530Bを構成する。
 上述した第4の実施形態に係る建設機械によれば、前述した第1の実施形態と同様な効果を得ることができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係る油圧ショベル(建設機械)は、油圧ショベル(建設機械)の外部に配置された遠隔操作装置18Cよって複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の駆動を指示する遠隔操作が可能に構成されている。また、コントローラ40Cの目標状態量演算は、施工目標面と座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の座標ξsと遠隔操作装置18Cの操作とを基に、所定条件を満たすようなバケット8の目標速度Vtを演算する目標速度演算を行い、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の目標状態量の時系列として、座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の座標ξsと目標速度演算部531の演算結果であるバケット8の目標速度Vtとを用いて所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の座標の目標値であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列を演算する目標座標列演算を行うと共に、所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の目標状態量の時系列として、施工目標面と座標演算部511の演算結果であるバケット8の座標ξsとに基づき、所定条件を満たすように所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の座標の目標値であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列を自動生成する目標座標列生成を行うものである。コントローラ40Cの指令演算における予測モデルは、バケット8の状態量として座標を予測可能に構成されたものである。さらに、コントローラ40Cの指令演算は、目標座標列演算部532が実行されている場合には、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の座標ξpの予測値と目標座標列演算部532の演算結果であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差に基づき、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算する一方、目標座標列演算が実行不能な場合には、予測モデルを用いることで得られる所定の時間区間におけるバケット8の座標ξpの予測値と目標座標列生成部537Cの生成結果であるバケット8の目標座標ξtの時系列との偏差に基づき、複数の油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12の速度指令値vrefを演算するものである。
 この構成によれば、オペレータの遠隔操作に対して運転支援の制御を実行することができる。また、通信遅延により油圧ショベルの動作が停止しそうな状況が発生したときには、オペレータの遠隔操作を自動運転制御により補完することができる。
 [その他の実施形態]
  なお、上述の実施形態においては、本発明を油圧ショベルに適用した例を示したが、本発明は複数のリンク部材で構成された多関節型の作業装置の動作を制御する各種の建設機械に広く適用することができる。
 また、本発明は上述の実施形態に限られるものではなく、様々な変形例が含まれる。上述の実施形態は本発明をわかり易く説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、本発明は必ずしも説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。ある実施形態の構成の一部を他の実施の形態の構成に置き換えることが可能であり、また、ある実施形態の構成に他の実施の形態の構成を加えることも可能である。また、各実施形態の構成の一部について、他の構成の追加、削除、置換をすることも可能である。
 例えば、上述した実施形態においては、作業装置1の作業具として垂直方向にのみ回動可能なバケット8を用いた例を示した。しかし、チルト機能及びロータリ機能の少なくとも一方を備えたバケット(ロータリチルトバケットなど)を用いる構成も可能である。
 また、上述した実施形態においては、旋回体3を旋回駆動させる駆動源として油圧モータを用いた構成を示した。しかし、当該駆動源は、電動モータ又は油圧モータと電動モータの併用方式の構成も可能である。
 また、上述した実施形態においては、操作装置18a、18b、18cを電気式で構成した例を示した。しかし、各操作装置を油圧式で構成することも可能である。この構成の場合、各操作装置の操作方向及び操作量に応じた操作パイロット圧を制御弁ユニット23の各制御弁の受圧部に対して駆動信号として供給することで、各油圧アクチュエータ4、10、11、12、14aを駆動させるように構成する。
 また、上述した実施形態においては、1つのコントローラ40、40A、40B、40Cが図2に示す機能部の全てを実行するように構成されている。しかし、図2に示す各機能部をそれぞれ異なるコントローラが実行する構成も可能である。各機能部が別々のコントローラに実装される場合、各機能部を構成する各コントローラの集合体が予測モデル制御による制御を実行するコントローラを構成する。

Claims (9)

  1.  作業具を含む複数の被駆動部材により構成された多関節型の作業装置と、
     前記作業装置が回動可能に取り付けられた機体と、
     前記機体及び前記作業装置を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
     前記機体及び前記作業装置の姿勢に関する情報を検出する姿勢検出装置と、
     前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの状態量に関する情報を検出する状態量検出装置と、
     前記機体及び前記作業装置の動作を制御するコントローラとを備えた建設機械において、
     前記コントローラは、
      前記姿勢検出装置からの検出情報に基づいて前記機体及び前記作業具の座標を演算する座標演算を行い、
      前記作業装置の作業対象として設定されている施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標とを基に、所定条件を満たすように演算時点から所定の時間までの所定の時間区間における前記作業具の状態量の目標値である前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列を演算する目標状態量演算を行い、
      前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度を制御入力として前記作業具の状態量を予測可能な予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の状態量と前記目標状態量演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列との偏差に基づいて、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算する指令演算を行い、

  2.  請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
     前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの駆動を指示する操作装置をさらに備え、
     前記コントローラの前記目標状態量演算は、
      前記施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標と前記操作装置の操作とを基に、前記所定条件を満たすような前記作業具の目標速度を演算する目標速度演算を行い、
      前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列として、前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標と前記目標速度演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度とを用いて、前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標の目標値である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列を演算する目標座標列演算を行うものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算における前記予測モデルは、前記作業具の状態量として座標を予測可能に構成されたものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算は、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標と前記目標座標列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列との偏差に基づいて、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するものである
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  3.  請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
     前記コントローラの前記目標状態量演算は、前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列として、前記施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標とに基づき、前記所定条件を満たすように前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標の目標値である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列を自動生成する目標座標列生成を行うものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算における前記予測モデルは、前記作業具の状態量として座標を予測可能に構成されたものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算は、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標と前記目標座標列生成の結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列との偏差に基づいて、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するものである
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  4.  請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
     前記建設機械は、前記建設機械の外部に配置された遠隔操作装置よって前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの駆動を指示する遠隔操作が可能に構成され、
     前記コントローラの前記目標状態量演算は、
      前記施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標と前記遠隔操作装置の操作とを基に、前記所定条件を満たすような前記作業具の目標速度を演算する目標速度演算を行い、
      前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列として、前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標と前記目標速度演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度とを用いて、前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標の目標値である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列を演算する目標座標列演算を行うと共に、
      前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列として、前記施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標とに基づき、前記所定条件を満たすように前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標の目標値である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列を自動生成する目標座標列生成を行うものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算における前記予測モデルは、前記作業具の状態量として座標を予測可能に構成されたものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算は、
      前記目標座標列演算が実行されている場合には、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標と前記目標座標列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列との偏差に基づき、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算する一方、
      前記目標座標列演算が実行不能な場合には、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標と前記目標座標列生成の結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列との偏差に基づき、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するものである
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  5.  請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
     前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの駆動を指示する操作装置をさらに備え、
     前記コントローラの前記目標状態量演算は、
      前記施工目標面と前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標と前記操作装置の操作とを基に、前記所定条件を満たすような前記作業具の目標速度を演算する目標速度演算を行い、
      前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列として、前記目標速度演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度を用いて、前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の速度の目標値である前記作業具の目標速度の時系列を演算する目標速度列演算を行うものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算における前記予測モデルは、前記作業具の状態量として速度を予測可能に構成されたものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算は、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の速度と前記目標速度列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度の時系列との偏差に基づいて、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するものである
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  6.  請求項2に記載の建設機械において、
     前記コントローラの前記目標状態量演算は、前記目標速度演算および前記目標座標列演算に加えて、前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の目標状態量の時系列として、前記目標速度演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度を用いて前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の速度の目標値である前記作業具の目標速度の時系列を演算する目標速度列演算も行うものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算における前記予測モデルは、前記作業具の状態量として座標に加えて速度も予測可能に構成されたものであり、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算は、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の座標と前記目標座標列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列との偏差、及び、前記予測モデルを用いることで得られる前記所定の時間区間における前記作業具の速度と前記目標速度列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度の時系列との偏差に基づいて、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するものである
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  7.  請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
     前記コントローラは、さらに、前記建設機械の動作が許容される領域として設定された動作限定領域を拘束条件として変換する限定領域変換を行うように構成され、
     前記コントローラの前記指令演算は、前記拘束条件を逸脱しない範囲で前記偏差に基づき前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するものである
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  8.  請求項2に記載の建設機械において、
     前記コントローラは、前記目標速度演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標速度又は前記目標座標列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列が示す前記作業具の移動方向が前記施工目標面に対して逸脱していると判断した場合には、前記指令演算において、前記予測モデルによる前記偏差を用いることなく、前記操作装置の操作に応じた前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの速度指令値を演算するように構成されている
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
  9.  請求項2に記載の建設機械において、
     視覚情報を表示する表示装置をさらに備え、
     前記コントローラは、さらに、前記座標演算の演算結果である前記作業具の座標及び前記目標座標列演算の演算結果である前記作業具の目標座標の時系列を前記作業具の軌跡とする視覚情報として前記表示装置に表示させる軌跡表示を行うように構成されている
     ことを特徴とする建設機械。
