- the controller (CL) may determine that a short circuit has occurred in a portion (e.g., a rear portion of the i electrical area) to which the i sub-power conversion facility (SE i ) does not belong but the i electrical load (L i ) belongs, if the measured value of the current flowing in the i secondary power channel ( SB i ) is equal to or greater than a third threshold value or the amount of change in the measured value of the current flowing in the i secondary power channel (SB i ) is equal to or greater than a fourth threshold value during the application of the electrical stimulus.
- the third threshold value may be equal to the first threshold value.
- the fourth threshold value may be equal to the second threshold value.

Abstract
