Abstract
本申请的实施例公开一种电子设备,电子设备包括电池包、开机控制电路和电源管理芯片,开机控制电路包括按键电路、第一开关电路和第二开关电路。按键电路连接电池包,按键电路响应用户的按键操作而输出第一信号。第一开关电路可以在接收到系统电源的电压信号时,导通按键电路与电源管理芯片之间的连接。第二开关电路可以在接收到系统电源的电压信号时输出第二信号给电池包。本申请的电子设备可以在低功耗模式下,实现按电源按键或通过USB连接电源同步唤醒电池和触发开机,提升产品的适用性。
Description
本申请属于电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
为了符合航空运输对电池安全的要求,电子产品在出货至海外时,需要在电池电量较低的情况下进行运输。然而,在把电子产品销售给用户时,需要实现的是用户按下电子设备的电源键就能够开机,即需要低电量的电池在运输之后还具有足够电量来开机。因此,电子产品需要以设定的低功耗模式出货、运输和存储。
电子产品以手机为例,在进入该低功耗模式时,手机将会使电池管理系统(battery management system,BMS)对开关电路进行控制以断开电池与手机的电连接,还会使电池管理系统关闭大部分模块以使电池进入休眠状态。然而,在这种场景下,当用户想要第一次开机时,可以有两种开机方式:按下电源键或者通过通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)连接电源,这两种开机方式下,手机都需要电池的供电才能实现开机。当前的手机无法实现。因此,如何实现手机在低功耗模式下,用户按下电源键或者通过USB连接电源能够唤醒电池和触发开机是目前亟需解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本申请实施例公开了一种电子设备,本申请的电子设备可以在低功耗模式下,能够实现按下电源键或者通过USB连接电源的方式同步唤醒电池和触发开机。
本申请提供一种电子设备,包括电池包、开机控制电路和电源管理芯片。开机控制电路可以电连接于电池包和电源管理芯片之间,开机控制电路可以包括按键电路、第一开关电路和第二开关电路。按键电路电连接于电池包,按键电路可以响应用户的按键操作而输出第一信号。第一开关电路电连接于按键电路与电源管理芯片之间,第一开关电路用于在接收到系统电源的电压信号时,导通按键电路与电源管理芯片之间的连接。第二开关电路电连接于电池包,第二开关电路在接收到系统电源的电压信号时输出第二信号给电池包。基于这样的设计,本申请的电子设备可以在出货至海外时满足航空运输对电池安全的要求,还可以在销售给用户时,实现用户按下电源按键或通过USB连接电源能够唤醒电池和触发开机,提升产品的适用性。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当按键电路输出的第一信号唤醒所述电池包时,系统电源根据电池包的供电而输出电压信号,以控制第一开关电路导通按键电路与电源管理芯片之间的连接,以使得第一信号传输至电源管理芯片。当用户通过按下电子设备的电源按键时,能够同步唤醒电池和触发开机。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当电子设备插接于通用串行总线设备时,电源管理芯片通过系统电源管理接口总线触发电子设备开机,以使得系统电源输出电压信号给第二开关电路,
第二开关电路在接收到电压信号时输出第二信号给所述电池包,以唤醒电池包。当用户将电子设备通过USB连接电源时,能够同步唤醒电池和触发开机。
在一种可选地实现方式中,按键电路包括电源按键和第一电阻,电源按键包括第一端、第二端和按压端,电源按键的第一端接地,电源按键的第二端通过第一电阻电连接第一开关电路和电池包。基于这样设计,可以使得用户在按下电源按键时,按键电路能够输出第一信号至电池包和电源管理芯片,从而能够同步唤醒电池和触发开机。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当按压端被按压时,第一端和所述第二端相连接,以使得按键电路输出第一信号给电池包和电源管理芯片。因此,在用户按下按压端时,按键电路能够输出第一信号,能够同步唤醒电池和触发开机。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当按压端没有被按下时,第一端和所述第二端之间断开连接。
在一种可选地实现方式中,第一开关电路包括第一开关管和第二电阻,第一开关管的第一端电连接于系统电源,第一开关管的第二端电连接于电源管理芯片,第一开关管的第三端通过第一电阻电连接于电源按键的第二端,第一开关管的第三端还通过第二电阻电连接电池包。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当按压端被按下时,第一信号传输至电池包以唤醒电池包,系统电源输出所述电压信号以控制第一开关管导通,以使得第一信号传输至电源管理芯片。基于这样的设计,第一信号在唤醒电池包后,通过控制第一开关管的导通,可以使得按键电路输出的第一信号可以传输至电源管理芯片,从而实现按下电源按键同步唤醒电池和触发开机。
在一种可选地实现方式中,第二开关电路包括第二开关管和第三电阻,第二开关管的第一端电连接于系统电源,第二开关管的第二端接地,第二开关管的第三端通过第三电阻电连接于电池包。
在一种可选地实现方式中,电池包可以包括电芯、电池管理芯片和第四电阻,电池管理芯片的使能引脚通过第四电阻电连接电芯的正极,使能引脚还通过第三电阻电连接于第二开关管的第三端,使能引脚还通过第二电阻电连接于第一开关管的第三端。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当电子设备插接于通用串行总线设备时,电源管理芯片通过系统电源管理接口总线触发电子设备开机,以使得系统电源输出所述电压信号给第二开关管,以控制第二开关管导通,第二信号传输给电池包的使能引脚,以唤醒电池包。
在一种可选地实现方式中,当电子设备插接于通用串行总线设备时,电源管理芯片通过系统电源管理接口总线触发电子设备开机,系统电源输出电压信号以控制第一开关管导通。
在一种可选地实现方式中,第一信号用于唤醒电池包,以及用于使电源管理芯片触发电子设备开机,第二信号用于唤醒所述电池包。其中,第一信号和第二信号均可以是低电平信号。
本申请提供的电子设备,在低功耗模式下,能够实现按下电源键或者通过USB连接电源同步唤醒电池和触发开机。本申请的电子设备可以在出货至海外时满足航空运输对电池安全的要求,还可以在销售给用户时,用户按下电源键或插USB保证能够开机,提升产品的适用性。

针对上述问题,本申请提供一种电子设备,可以在电子设备的低功耗模式下,能够实现按下电源键或者通过USB连接电源同步唤醒电池和触发开机。本申请的电子设备可以在出货至海外时满足航空运输对电池安全的要求,还可以在销售给用户时,用户按下电源键或插USB保证能够开机,提升产品的适用性。
请参阅图1,为本申请的一个实施例提供的电子设备100的一种应用场景图。本申请的电子设备100可以是手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备等电子产品,本申请实施例以电子设备100是手机为例进行举例说明。
如图1所示,为本申请通过按键方式来对电子设备100进行开机的应用场景图。电子设备100处于低功耗模式,用户可以通过按下电子设备100的电源按键SW1,即可以控制电子设备100退出低功耗模式(即电池被唤醒)以及触发电子设备100开机。可以理解,本
文中提及到的低功耗模式指的是,电子设备100中,电池管理系统通过对充放电开关电路进行控制,以断开电池与电子设备100的连接,电池不再给电子设备100供电,并关闭电池管理系统的大部分模块以使电池进入休眠状态。
请参阅图2,为本申请的一个实施例提供的电子设备100的另一种应用场景图。
如图2所示,为本申请通过USB连接电源的方式来对电子设备100进行开机的应用场景图。在该场景中,电子设备100处于低功耗模式,电子设备100的USB接口可以通过USB线插接于电子设备200的USB接口,电子设备200可以为电子设备100供电,从而触发电子设备100进行开机。可以理解,在一些可选地实现方式中,电子设备200可以是但不限于充电器、电脑机箱或者笔记本电脑。本申请实施例中以电子设备200为电脑机箱为例进行举例说明。
如上述图1和图2示出的应用场景,本申请的电子设备100在低功耗模式下,可以实现按键开机和USB开机的功能。
请参阅图3,为本申请的一个实施例提供的电子设备100的示意图。
电子设备100包括开机控制电路10、电池包20和电源管理芯片30。开机控制电路10电连接于电池包20与电源管理芯片30之间。
电池包20用于为电子设备100中的用电装置供电。用电装置可以是主板、屏幕、麦克风等。开机控制电路10用于响应于用户的操作,控制电池包20退出低功耗模式,以及触发电子设备100开机。
例如,当用户按下电源按键时,开机控制电路10可以唤醒电池包20,以及触发电子设备100开机。当用户将电子设备100的USB接口通过USB线插接于电子设备200的USB接口时,开机控制电路10可以唤醒电池包20,以及触发电子设备100开机。
请参阅图4,为本申请的一个实施例提供的电子设备100的示意图。
如图4所示,本实施例中,开机控制电路10可以包括按键电路12、第一开关电路14和第二开关电路16。
第一开关电路14电连接在电池包20与电源管理芯片30之间,第一开关电路14还电连接系统电源18,按键电路12电连接电池包20和第一开关电路14,第二开关电路16电连接电池包20和第一开关电路14。第二开关电路16还电连接于系统电源18。
可以理解,系统电源18可以用于在接收到电池包20的供电时,输出电压信号给第一开关电路14和第二开关电路16。系统电源18还可以用于在电子设备100通过USB连接电源时,输出电压信号给第一开关电路14和第二开关电路16。在一种可选地示例中,系统电源18可以是电子设备100中的电源转换电路,例如,系统电源18可以是电子设备100中主板上的电源转换电路,且该电源转换电路可以用于将电池包20的供电电压转换为具有一电压值的电压信号。该电源转换电路还可以用于在电子设备100通过USB线连接电子设备200时,将电子设备200的供电电压转换为具有一电压值的电压信号。可选地,电压值可以是1.8V。
可以理解,按键电路12可以响应用户的按键操作而输出第一信号。其中,第一信号可以用于唤醒电池包20,以及用于使电源管理芯片30触发电子设备100的开机。
第一开关电路14还可以连接于按键电路12与电源管理芯片30之间,第一开关电路14可以在接收到系统电源18的电压信号时,导通按键电路12与电源管理芯片30之间的连接。
第二开关电路16可以在接收到系统电源18的电压信号时输出第二信号,第二信号可以用于唤醒电池包20。
可以理解,第一信号和第二信号均为低电平信号。
在电子设备100处于低功耗模式时,电池包20中的电池管理芯片(图4中未示出)不工作,电池包20中充放电开关电路的放电开关管被关断,电池包20不会为电子设备100供电,且系统电源18不会输出电压信号给第一开关电路14和第二开关电路16。第一开关电路14断开按键电路12与电源管理芯片30之间的连接,第一开关电路14还断开电池包20与电源管理芯片30之间的连接。第二开关电路16处于关断状态,即第二开关电路16不会输出第二信号给电池包20。
在第一种开机场景下,用户按下电子设备100的电源按键,按键电路12输出第一信号给电池包20的电池管理芯片,以使能电池管理芯片开始工作,电池管理芯片控制充放电开关电路的放电开关管导通,从而使得电池包20为电子设备100供电,从而唤醒电池包20。系统电源18用于在接收到电池包20的供电时,输出电压信号给第一开关电路14和第二开关电路16。第一开关电路14用于在接收到系统电源18的电压信号时,导通按键电路12与电源管理芯片30之间的连接。换而言之,按键电路12通过第一开关电路14连接电源管理芯片30,以输出第一信号给电源管理芯片30,从而触发电子设备100的开机。
在第二种开机场景下,用户将电子设备100的USB接口通过USB线插接于电子设备200的USB接口,电子设备200将会为电子设备100供电,电源管理芯片30可以通过系统电源管理接口(system power management interface,SPMI)总线触发电子设备100的开机,系统电源18输出电压信号给第二开关电路16,第二开关电路16用于在接收到电压信号后,输出第二信号给电池包20的电池管理芯片,以使能电池管理芯片开始工作,电池管理芯片控制充放电开关电路的放电开关管导通,从而使得电池包20为电子设备100供电,从而唤醒电池包20。
请参阅图5,为本申请的一个实施例提供的电子设备100的电路图。
按键电路12包括电源按键SW1和电阻R1。电源按键SW1包括第一端1、第二端2和按压端3。其中,电源按键SW1的第一端1接地,电源按键SW1的第二端2通过电阻R1连接第一开关电路14。可以理解,在一种可选的示例中,按压端3可以是具有一个凸起的金属弹片。
当电源按键SW1的按压端3没有被按下时,电源按键SW1的第一端1和电源按键SW1的第二端2之间断开连接。当电源按键SW1的按压端3被按下时,金属片发生变形,以使得该金属片可以实现电源按键SW1的第一端1和电源按键SW1的第二端2之间的电连接。当用户松开该电源按键SW1后,该金属片的凸起将会进行回弹,以使得电源按键SW1的第一端1和电源按键SW1的第二端2之间断开连接。
本实施例中,第一开关电路14包括开关管Q1和电阻R2。
开关管Q1的第一端通过电阻R2与系统电源18相连接,开关管Q1的第二端与电源管理芯片30相连接,开关管Q1的第三端通过电阻R1与电源按键SW1的第二端2相连接,开关管Q1的第三端还可以通过电阻R3与电池包20相连接。其中,开关管Q1的第一端可以作为开关管Q1的控制端。换而言之,开关管Q1的第一端可以用于接收系统电源18输出的电压信号,电压信号可以控制开关管Q1的导通或者关断。
本实施例中,当开关管Q1导通时,电源管理芯片30与电池包20相连接,且电源管理芯片30与按键电路12相连接。当开关管Q1关断时,电源管理芯片30与电池包20之间断开连接,且电源管理芯片30与按键电路12之间断开连接。
可以理解,本实施例中的开关管Q1可以是金属氧化物半导体场效应管(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor,MOSFET)、绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)、双极型功率晶体管(Bipolar Power Transistor,BPT)、结型场效应管(junction gate field-effect transistor,JFET)、双极性结型晶体管(bipolar junction transistor,BJT)或宽禁带半导体场效应管中的任一种。
电源管理芯片30包括触发引脚PHONE_ON,电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON通过电阻R4与系统电源18相连接。电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON还电连接开关管Q1的第二端。
第二开关电路16包括开关管Q2、电阻R5和电阻R6。
开关管Q2的第一端通过电阻R5与系统电源18相连接,开关管Q2的第二端接地,开关管Q2的第三端通过电阻R6与电池包20相连接。其中,开关管Q2的第一端可以作为开关管Q2的控制端。换而言之,开关管Q2的第一端可以用于接收系统电源18输出的电压信号,电压信号可以控制开关管Q2的导通或者关断。
可以理解,本实施例中的开关管Q2可以是金属氧化物半导体场效应管(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor,MOSFET)、绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)、双极型功率晶体管(Bipolar Power Transistor,BPT)、结型场效应管(junction gate field-effect transistor,JFET)、双极性结型晶体管(bipolar junction transistor,BJT)或宽禁带半导体场效应管中的任一种。
电池包20可以包括电芯21、电池管理芯片22和电阻R7。
电池管理芯片22包括使能引脚CE,电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE通过电阻R7与电芯21的正极B+相连接,电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE还电连接于电阻R6与电阻R3之间的节点P1。
可以理解,在一种可选地实施例中,电池包20还可以包括充放电开关电路(图中未示出),充放电开关电路电连接在电芯21与用电装置之间。用电装置可以是电子设备100中的主板以及其他用电器件。充放电开关电路可以包括充电开关管和放电开关管。电池管理芯片22可以通过控制充放电开关电路中放电开关管的状态,由此通过充放电开关电路对用电装置进行供电。例如,当电池管理芯片22的信号引脚输出信号以控制放电开关管导通时,电芯21将可以对电子设备100中的用电装置进行供电。当电池管理芯片22不工作时,即电池管理芯片22的信号引脚不输出信号,放电开关管被关断,电芯21不会对电子设备100中的用电装置进行供电。
以下将以图5实施例示出的电路图为例,详细介绍本申请实施例的电子设备100的开机过程。
在电子设备100处于低功耗模式时,电池包20的电池管理芯片22不工作,且充放电开关电路的放电开关管处于关断状态,此时电芯21不会为电子设备100供电。
在第一种开机场景下,即用户通过按键方式对电子设备100进行开机,用户可以按下电子设备100的电源按键SW1的按压端3,电源按键SW1的第一端1和电源按键SW1的第二
端2相连接,电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE将会依次通过电阻R3和电阻R1接地。使能引脚CE的电压Vce满足以下公式(1)。
Vce=(r3+r1)/(r7+r3+r1)*V1 (1)
Vce=(r3+r1)/(r7+r3+r1)*V1 (1)
其中,Vce为电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE的电压,r3为电阻R3的电阻值,r1为电阻R1的电阻值,r7为电阻R7的电阻值,V1为电芯21的电压。
可以理解,在一种可能的示例中,假设r3为200k欧姆,r1为1.5k欧姆,r7为200M欧姆。Vce=(200k+1.5k)/(2M+200k+1.5k)*V1,且Vce小于第一阈值。可以理解,在一种可选地实现方式中,第一阈值可以是0.55V。换而言之,当使能引脚CE的电压小于第一阈值时,即电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE接收到低电平信号时,电池管理芯片22开始工作,即电池包20被唤醒而退出低功耗模式,电池包20将会控制充放电开关电路中的放电开关管导通,从而使得电池包20为电子设备100的用电装置供电。系统电源18在接收到电池包20的供电后,输出电压信号给开关管Q2和开关管Q1,以控制开关管Q2导通和开关管Q1导通,电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON将会通过电阻R1接地,这样触发引脚PHONE_ON的电压被拉低到小于第二阈值,即电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON接收到低电平信号,从而触发电子设备100开机。可以理解,在一种可选地实现方式中,第二阈值可以为0.63V。
由于开关管Q2处于导通状态,因此即使用户已经松开电源按键SW1,电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE通过电阻R6接地,即使能引脚CE的电压Vce仍然会小于第一阈值,即电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE接收到第二开关电路16的低电平信号,以使得电池包20可以维持在工作状态,进而为电子设备100供电。此外,当开关管Q1导通后,电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON通过电阻R3以及电阻R6接地,在该回路中增加了电阻R3,即触发引脚PHONE_ON的电压将会大于第三阈值,这样触发引脚PHONE_ON的电压将不会干扰电子设备100的后续开机流程,以保证电子设备100的正常开机。可以理解,在一种可选地实现方式中,第三阈值可以是1.17V。
在第二种开机场景下,即用户将电子设备100的USB接口通过USB线插接于电子设备200的USB接口,电源管理芯片30可以通过SPMI总线触发电子设备100开机,系统电源18输出电压信号给开关管Q1和开关管Q2,以控制开关管Q1导通和开关管Q2导通。此时,使能引脚CE将通过电阻R6接地,且使能引脚CE的电压Vce满足以下公式(2)。
Vce=(r6/(r6+r7))×V1 (2)
Vce=(r6/(r6+r7))×V1 (2)
其中,r6为电阻R6的电阻值,r7为电阻R7的电阻值,V1为电芯21的电压。
在一种示例中,r6为1.5k欧姆,r7为200M欧姆。Vce=(1.5k/(1.5k+2M))×V1,且Vce小于第一阈值,电池管理芯片22的使能引脚CE接收到低电平信号,电池管理芯片22开始工作,即电池包20被唤醒而退出低功耗模式,电池包20将会控制充放电开关电路中的放电开关管管导通,从而使得电池包20为电子设备100供电。此外,当开关管Q1导通后,电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON通过电阻R3以及电阻R6接地,在该回路中增加了电阻R3,即触发引脚PHONE_ON的电压将会大于第三阈值,这样触发引脚PHONE_ON的电压将不会干扰电子设备100的后续开机流程,以保证电子设备100的正常开机。可以理解,在一种可选地实现方式中,第三阈值可以是1.17V。
本申请的开机控制电路10中,开关管Q1电连接于电芯21的正极B+与电源管理芯片30的触发引脚PHONE_ON之间。当电子设备100关机且进入低功耗模式时,系统电源18停止
输出电压信号给开关管Q1,开关管Q1处于关断状态,从而断开电芯21的正极B+与电源管理芯片30之间的连接,这样可以在电子设备100关机时切断电池包向主板侧的漏电路径,进而可以减少电池包的漏电。
基于上述的实施例,本申请的电子设备100可以在出货至海外时满足航空运输对电池安全的要求,还可以在销售给用户时,实现按电源按键同步触发电池激活和触发开机,提升产品的适用性。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的一些实施例的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请的一些实施例进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的一些实现例的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本申请的一些实施例的技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (14)
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括电池包、开机控制电路和电源管理芯片,所述开机控制电路电连接于所述电池包和所述电源管理芯片之间,所述开机控制电路包括按键电路、第一开关电路和第二开关电路;所述按键电路电连接于所述电池包,所述按键电路用于响应用户的按键操作而输出第一信号;所述第一开关电路电连接于所述按键电路与所述电源管理芯片之间,所述第一开关电路用于在接收到系统电源的电压信号时,导通所述按键电路与所述电源管理芯片之间的连接;所述第二开关电路电连接于所述电池包,所述第二开关电路在接收到所述系统电源的电压信号时输出第二信号给所述电池包。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述按键电路输出的所述第一信号唤醒所述电池包时,所述系统电源根据所述电池包的供电而输出所述电压信号,以控制所述第一开关电路导通所述按键电路与所述电源管理芯片之间的连接,以使得所述第一信号传输至所述电源管理芯片。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述电子设备插接于通用串行总线设备时,所述电源管理芯片通过系统电源管理接口总线触发所述电子设备开机,以使得所述系统电源输出所述电压信号给所述第二开关电路,所述第二开关电路在接收到所述电压信号时输出所述第二信号给所述电池包,以唤醒所述电池包。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述按键电路包括电源按键和第一电阻,所述电源按键包括第一端、第二端和按压端,所述电源按键的第一端接地,所述电源按键的第二端通过所述第一电阻电连接所述第一开关电路和所述电池包。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述按压端被按压时,所述第一端和所述第二端相连接,以使得所述按键电路输出所述第一信号给所述电池包和所述电源管理芯片。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述按压端没有被按下时,所述第一端和所述第二端之间断开连接。
- 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一开关电路包括第一开关管和第二电阻,所述第一开关管的第一端电连接于所述系统电源,所述第一开关管的第二端电连接于所述电源管理芯片,所述第一开关管的第三端通过所述第一电阻电连接于所述电源按键的第二端,所述第一开关管的第三端还通过所述第二电阻电连接所述电池包。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述按压端被按下时,所述第一信号传输至所述电池包以唤醒所述电池包,所述系统电源输出所述电压信号以控制所述第一开关管导通,以使得所述第一信号传输至所述电源管理芯片。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二开关电路包括第二开关管和第三电阻,所述第二开关管的第一端电连接于所述系统电源,所述第二开关管的第二端接地,所述第二开关管的第三端通过所述第三电阻电连接于所述电池包。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电池包包括电芯、电池管理芯片和第四电阻,所述电池管理芯片的使能引脚通过所述第四电阻电连接所述电芯的正极,所述使能引脚还通过所述第三电阻电连接于所述第二开关管的第三端,所述使能引脚还通过所述第二电阻电连接于所述第一开关管的第三端。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述电子设备插接于通用串行总线设备时,所述电源管理芯片通过系统电源管理接口总线触发所述电子设备开机,以使得所述系统电源输出所述电压信号给所述第二开关管,以控制所述第二开关管导通,以使得所述第二信号传输至所述电池管理芯片的使能引脚。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当所述电子设备插接于通用串行总线设备时,所述电源管理芯片通过系统电源管理接口总线触发所述电子设备开机,所述系统电源输出所述电压信号给所述第一开关管,以控制第一开关管导通。
- 根据权利要求1-12任意一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一信号用于唤醒所述电池包,以及用于使所述电源管理芯片触发所述电子设备开机,所述第二信号用于唤醒所述电池包。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一信号和所述第二信号均为低电平信号。
