一种洗涤设备 技术领域
本发明属于衣物处理设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗涤设备。
背景技术
洗衣机作为一种便捷的衣物清洗设备,已经广泛地进入大众的生活中。现有的洗衣机分为滚桶洗衣机和波轮洗衣机,其中,波轮洗衣机由于具有较好的清洗效果而受到了广大用户的喜爱。
波轮洗衣机内通常包含有洗涤内桶和波轮,波轮设置在洗涤内桶的底部。在波轮洗衣机工作时,通过波轮的转动带动内桶内的洗涤水转动,实现对内桶内待清洗衣物的洗涤。现有的波轮通常是扁平的圆形波轮,洗涤时衣物上的污垢和线屑等杂质容易积存在波轮的底面与内桶之间的间隙里,单纯通过冲洗的方式无法有效清理,以及,洗涤时大部分衣物覆盖在波轮上,容易导致衣物缠绕和磨损,同时增加了电机的能耗。并且,污垢和线屑长期处于潮湿的环境里便容易滋生细菌,给用户带来不好的使用体验。如果想要彻底清理,就需要将波轮拆下来对间隙内的污垢进行刷洗,这种操作比较复杂,使用户体验进一步变差。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种在洗涤桶中不设置拨盘,从而避免搅水构件与洗涤桶桶底之间积累污渍的洗涤设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:提供一种洗涤设备。
所述洗涤设备包括外桶,以及同轴设于外桶中的洗涤桶,外桶与洗涤桶之间设有清洁桶壁的清洗颗粒;
所述洗涤桶内部具有可旋转的搅水构件,所述搅水构件从洗涤桶的桶底向上延伸设置,洗涤桶内部不设置拨盘。
本发明提供的方案,不但在外桶和洗涤桶之间设置清洗颗粒,使二者之间保持清洁。而且在洗涤内部不设置拨盘,从而避免搅水构件和洗涤桶地面之间藏污纳垢。该方案能够避免洗涤设备中具有残留的污渍或者细菌对待洗涤衣物造成二次污染,提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,搅水构件在某一延伸高度上具有最大半径段,最大半径段与桶底的内表面之间具有间距,衣物能够在搅水构件最大半径段所在位置的下方洗涤。
进一步地,搅水构件包括与桶底同轴设置的装配部和设于装配部上方的搅水部;
洗涤桶的桶底内表面具有向下延伸设置的槽状结构,所述装配部设置在槽状结构中,其上端突出于槽状结构高于桶底内表面或者与桶底的内表面平齐设置,所述槽状结构的半径略大于装配部的半径;
所述槽状结构的底面开设有安装口,搅拌轴穿过安装口插入装配部与搅水部连接;
槽状结构外周的桶底上设置有若干个过水孔,过水孔的内径小于清洗颗粒的半径。
洗涤设备包括设置在洗涤桶桶底外侧的法兰盘;
搅拌轴穿过安装口和法兰盘插入装配部与搅水部连接;
所述搅水部具有支撑柱以及设置在支撑柱上的搅水筋,所述搅水筋的外沿向洗涤桶周壁方向延伸;
所述支撑柱自装配部的顶端向上延伸,支撑柱和装配部连接处的半径相近。
进一步地,洗涤桶的桶底和外桶的桶底均与水平面趋于平行,且二者之间的间隙大于清洗颗粒的半径;
搅拌轴依次穿过外桶底、安装口和法兰盘插入装配部与搅水部连接;
所述搅水部还包括伞面结构的搅水盘,所述搅水盘安装在搅水筋上方、搅水构件的延伸末端位置处,且最大半径段位于搅水盘上。
进一步地,搅水盘上部的中间区域具有高于上表面的密封盖,密封盖的外周区域为向下延伸的曲面;
曲面上设置有若干个凸起的搅拌部,所述搅拌部具有一定的延伸长度,其一端靠近搅水盘上表面的中心区域设置,另一端朝向搅水盘边沿方向延伸设置。
进一步地,洗涤设备下部设置有与外桶相连的用来收集清洗颗粒的容纳腔;
排水时清洗颗粒从外桶与洗涤桶之间进入容纳腔;进水时清洗颗粒从容纳腔进入外桶与洗涤桶之间。
进一步地,容纳腔与排水管连通,且二者之间设置有阻挡清洗颗粒的过滤装置。
进一步地,洗涤设备包括设置在排水管上方的排水阀,排水阀通过抵接或者远离过滤装置所在的一侧的容纳腔壁来关闭或者打开排水管。
进一步地,所述搅水构件的外表面至少局部包裹有柔性材料。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明提供的方案,不但在外桶和洗涤桶之间设置清洗颗粒,使二者之间保持清洁。而且在洗涤内部不设置拨盘,从而避免搅水构件和洗涤桶地面之间藏污纳垢。该方案能够避免洗涤设备中具有残留的污渍或者细菌对待洗涤衣物造成二次污染,提高了用户的使用体验。
2、本发明提供的方案,由于在搅水构件的外表面至少局部包裹有柔性材料,从而使搅水构件与衣物之间的摩擦力小,使衣物不容易起毛。
3、本发明提供的方案,由于在搅水盘的上表面设置有若干个凸起的搅拌部,从而进一步增大了和衣物的接触面积,使衣物洗涤的更加干净。
4、本发明提供的方案,由于在容纳腔与排水管之间设置有过滤装置,从而能够防止清洗颗粒进入排水管排出。

实施例一
如图1到图3所示,本实施例提供一种洗涤设备。
所述洗涤设备包括外桶,以及同轴设于外桶中的洗涤桶,外桶与洗涤桶之间设有清洁桶壁的清洗颗粒;
所述洗涤桶内部具有可旋转的搅水构件,所述搅水构件从洗涤桶的桶底向上延伸设置,洗涤桶内部不设置拨盘。
本实施例提供的洗涤设备为具有自清洁功能的洗衣机。所述洗衣机包括外桶100-1,以及同轴设于外桶100-1中的洗涤桶100。在外桶100-1与洗涤桶100之间设有清洁桶壁的清洗颗粒270,从而避免外桶100-1和洗涤桶100之间附着污渍。
另外,在洗涤桶内部设置有搅水构件,但是不设置拨盘。所述搅水构件从洗涤桶的桶底向上延伸设置。其中,所述搅水构件200能够相对于洗涤桶100旋转,也能够和洗涤桶100一起以相同的方向或者相反的方向旋转。
本发明提供的方案,但在外桶100-1和洗涤桶之间设置清洗颗粒270,使二者之间保持清洁。而且在洗涤内部不设置拨盘,从而避免搅水构件和洗涤桶地面之间藏污纳垢。该方案能够避免洗涤设备中具有残留的污渍或者细菌对待洗涤衣物造成二次污染,提高了用户的使用体验。
本实施例的方案还包括:搅水构件在某一延伸高度上具有最大半径段,最大半径段与桶底的内表面之间具有间距,衣物能够在搅水构件最大半径段所在位置的下方洗涤。
所述搅水构件200是从洗涤桶100的桶底沿其轴向向上延伸设置在洗涤桶100中的。搅水构件200在其一延伸高度上具有最大半径段Dmax。所述最大半径段Dmax与洗涤桶100的桶底的内表面之间具有间距,且该间距的高度值大于预设的数值,从而使待洗涤的衣物能够在该间距内进行洗涤,避免该间距处藏污纳垢。在本方案中,洗涤空间是指洗涤过程中衣物C可以到达的空间区域。
需要说明的是,本发明的实施例中,所述搅水构件200的半径指的是,搅水构件200沿垂直于其转动轴线的方向取截面,所得截面上距离转动中心的距离最大处以转动中心为圆心所围成的圆的半径。
接下来详细介绍洗涤桶内搅水构件的具体结构:
本实施例提供的搅水构件旋转的设置在洗衣机的洗涤桶中,用来驱动洗涤水转动,实现对洗涤桶内衣物的洗涤。
所述搅水构件包括支撑柱与搅水盘。支撑柱具有一定的延伸长度,其一端与洗涤桶的桶底配合,另一端向洗涤桶的桶口方向延伸。搅水盘的一端设置在支撑柱的任意高度处,另一端向洗涤桶上方延伸。搅水盘上具有最大半径段,该最大半径段可以位于搅水盘的任意延伸高度处。
本实施例的方案中,在所述搅水构件的外表面包裹有柔性材料260。仅在支撑柱上包裹柔性材料260,或者仅在搅水盘上包裹柔性材料260,或者既在支撑柱上包裹柔性材料260也在搅水盘上包裹柔性材料260。
本实施例提供的搅水构件,由于其外表面包裹有柔性材料260,从而使搅水构件与衣物之间的摩擦力小,使衣物不容易起毛。
由于搅水盘的一端设置在支撑柱的任意高度处,另一端向洗涤桶上方延伸,且最大半径段可以在某一延伸位置处。也就是说搅水盘具有一定的厚度,最大半径段在该任意厚度处。搅水盘的形状可以是糖葫芦状结构,也可以是伞面状结构。当然还可以是其他形状,在本实施例的方案中对具体的形状不做限定。只要能够搅动水流旋转即可。
所述搅水构件包括与桶底同轴设置的支撑柱210,和设置在支撑柱210外周上的搅水筋220,以及设置在支撑柱210末端的搅水盘230。也就是说,支撑柱210一端与桶底配合相连,另一端向桶口方向延伸,其延伸末端设置有搅水盘230。所述搅水筋220从支撑柱210远离搅水盘一端的外周倾斜向洗涤桶100上方延伸设置。
在本实施例的一个具体方案中,所述支撑柱210是圆柱形结构,并且沿着其延伸方向该圆柱形结构的半径均相同。
在本实施例的另一个具体方案中,所述支撑柱210包括两部分,分别为相连的第一延伸段211和第二延伸段212。其中,第一延伸段211由洗涤桶100底部向上延伸,其侧壁形成第二引导面214。第二延伸段212由第一延伸段211向上延伸,且第二延伸段212的半径随着高度的增加逐渐增大,其侧壁形成第一引导面213。也就是说,第一延伸段211和第二延伸段212的半径并不相同。第一延伸段211的半径不变,第二延伸段212随着高度的增加,半径逐渐变大。通过设置第一延伸段211和第二延伸段212,大幅度增大了支撑柱210上端的侧壁与搅水盘230下侧表面之间的夹角大小,进而有效减少了支撑柱210上端与搅水盘230下侧表面之间存在衣物接触不到的清洁死角的问题。并且在该方案中,增大了端盖与支撑柱210的接触面积,使二者固定的更加牢固。
需要说明的是,本发明的实施例中,最大半径段是指搅水部240的水平截面的半径,搅水部240沿水平方向取截面(参见图10),所得水平截面上距离转动中心最远一点至转动中心的距离。
具体地,如果搅水部240的水平截面为图11所示的圆形,则所述的半径即为该圆形截面的半径R1。如果搅水部240的水平截面为图12至图17所示的非圆形,则所述的半径即为该截面上距离转动中心最远一点至转动中心(即图中“×”所标记的位置)的距离R2。
在上述方案中,在支撑柱的外周包裹有柔性材料260,从而进一步的减小了和衣物的摩擦。
本实施例中的搅水筋220是一端沿着支撑柱210的延伸高度方向设置在支撑柱210上,另一端沿着支撑柱210的径向方向向外延伸设置的板状结构。
值得说明的是,在支撑柱210不同的高度位置处,搅水筋220的延伸长度不同。也就是说,搅水筋220的外部轮廓为弧形。并且在外部轮廓处包裹有柔性材料260,从而进一步的减小了和衣物的摩擦。
更值得说明的是,本方案中的搅水筋220先倾斜向洗涤桶100的桶口边沿处倾斜延伸,在延伸末端趋向平行于支撑柱210向洗涤桶100桶口上方延伸。且延伸末端与搅水盘230抵接。在上述优选方案中,初始倾斜角度为洗涤桶100的桶底和搅水筋220端部与洗涤桶100桶口边沿处连接的直线之间的夹角。
在本实施例的具体方案中,搅水构件200包括若干个搅水筋220,若干个搅水筋220沿着支撑柱210的周向等距间隔设置。支撑柱210同一高度位置处的搅水筋220的末端围成一个圆形,且沿着支撑柱210向上的延伸方向,搅水筋220的末端围成的圆形的半径增大。其中,搅水筋220的末端围成的圆形的半径可以是逐渐增大的,也可以是先逐渐增大后减小,还可以是半径一开始变化范围较小然后再变化范围较大。
例如,所述搅水筋220沿洗涤桶100径向的尺寸由下端至上端先增大后减小。作为一种具体实施方式,搅水筋220沿平行于洗涤桶100径向的截面形状接近为梭形,搅水筋220的外周边缘由下至上延伸,延伸方向与竖直方向之间的夹角逐渐缩小,使得搅水构件200的外周边缘形成向洗涤桶100的桶壁弯曲的曲线。搅水筋220外周边缘的上端与搅水盘230的外周重合。在本方案中,搅水筋的数量可以根据需求设置。
具体的,如图3所示,本实施例中,所述搅水构件200包括装配部210-1,和自装配部210-1向上延伸的搅水部240,所述装配部210-1设置为一实心结构,所述搅水部240至少部分设置为空心结构,例如,搅水部240自顶端沿轴向向装配部210-1设置的空腔。
具体的,本实施例中,所述装配部210-1为一实心柱体,能够增加搅水构件200的连接强度。所述搅水部240具有一体成型的空心结构,所述搅水部240成型在装配部210-1的顶部,装配部210-1还能够封堵搅水部240空心结构的下端。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述搅水构件200包括支撑柱210,和设置在支撑柱210侧壁上、沿支撑柱的径向或接近径向向远离支撑柱210的轴线的方向凸出的搅水筋220,所述搅水筋220在长度方向上沿支撑柱的轴向延伸,搅水筋220在宽度方向上向远离支撑柱的外周方向延伸,可以沿径向设置,也可以偏离径向设置。
本实施例中,所述装配部210-1为一实心柱体,优选为圆柱体,所述空心柱210-8自装配部210-1的上端面向上延伸。空心柱210-8与装配部210-1连接处的外径可以大于装配部210-1的半径,也可以小于或等于装配部210-1的半径;空心柱210-8的外周壁与装配部210-1的外周壁平滑过渡向上延伸。
所述搅水部240在距离装配部210-1上端一定高度处具有半径最大的水平截面。在支撑柱210的顶端设置有搅水盘230,搅水部240的半径最大处Rmax由搅水盘230的外周形成,搅水盘230的顶面为向上凸起的曲面。所述空心柱210-8内部形成与支撑柱210的外部形状相近的型腔210-9。
优选的,所述搅水筋220也设置为空心结构。
进一步优选的,所述搅水筋220的内部空间与空心柱210-8内部的型腔210-9连通。
进一步优选的,所述搅水筋220的下端至少部分延伸至装配部210-1的外周壁上,与装配部210-1之间一体成型,从而,进一步加强装配部210-1与搅水部240之间连接的强度。
本实施例中,所述搅水部240通过装配部210-1与可转动穿过洗涤桶100底部的搅拌轴相连,使得搅水构件200能够与洗涤桶100之间相对转动。
具体的,所述装配部210-1与搅拌轴之间通过花键进行周向定位,一起转动,通过螺钉210-7进行轴向定位。
本实施例中,所述装配部210-1上设置有自装配部210-1的底部端面同轴向上延伸的花键槽,花键槽至少部分套设在搅拌轴的上端部、与搅拌轴之间键连接。所述花键槽成型在搅水构件200的装配部210-1上。
本实施例中,所述搅水构件200的顶部设置有与空心柱内部的型腔210-9连通的开口,螺钉210-7通过开口进入型腔210-9内向下与键连接在装配部210-1内的搅拌轴连接,在轴向上将搅水构件200与搅拌轴固定连接。为了避免水进入型腔210-9,在开口处安装有封堵部件。
优选的,搅水构件200的顶部设置密封槽210-4,所述密封槽210-4自搅水盘230的顶面同轴向下凹陷形成。密封槽210-4的槽底上设置有与型腔210-9连通的开口。
具体的,所述装配部210-1的上端部设置有贯穿孔,优选为螺纹孔,螺钉210-7的杆部穿过装配部210-1的顶部拧紧在螺纹孔内,螺钉210-7的头部与装配部210-1的顶部抵接。操作人员通过密封槽210-4的槽底上的开口及空心柱210-8的型腔210-9对螺钉210-7进行拆装。所述螺钉优选为沉头螺钉。
所述密封槽210-4处设置有用于封闭搅水构件200上端的密封盖210-5,以避免洗涤水进入搅水构件200内部。
具体的,所述密封盖210-5包括平板部和插接部,所述平板部覆盖密封槽210-4的槽口、嵌设在搅水构件200顶部,插接部插接在密封槽210-4内、与密封槽210-4之间过盈配合。
所述平板部的顶部与搅水构件200的顶部之间处于同一平面。
所述密封槽210-4包括自上向下口径增大的第一段和第二段,插接部的下端设置有自插接部下端外壁向远离搅水构件200的轴线的方向凸出的限位凸,限位凸卡合在第一段与第二 端之间的交界处。
优选的,所述密封槽210-4的第一段的内壁和第二段的内壁之间通过一自上向下向远离搅水构件200的轴线的方向倾斜的锥形面过渡连接,所述限位凸的形状与密封槽210-4的第一段与第二段之间的形状适配,所述限位凸的外周面与第二段的内壁贴合,所述限位凸的顶部与限位槽的第一段与第二段之间的锥形面贴合。优选的,所述限位凸的底部设置为自上向下外径逐渐减小的锥形面,且所述限位凸底部的外径小于密封槽210-4的槽口处的内径。
本实施例中,所述插接部的中部设置有沿插接部的周向延伸的密封凸棱,插接部通过密封凸棱与密封槽210-4第一段的内壁弹性抵接。优选的,所述密封凸棱沿插接部的周向延伸,设置有沿插接部的轴向间隔排列的多圈。
优选的,本实施例中,所述密封凸棱沿远离搅水构件200的轴线的延伸方向向上倾斜,以提高密封盖210-5插入的顺畅性。
在本方案中,搅水筋的上表面与搅水盘的内表面进行抵接,二者抵接的区域包裹有柔性材料260。又由于搅水筋为板状结构,其外沿和搅水筋的两侧表面均包裹有柔性材料260。也就是说,该方案中,搅水筋与衣物接触的区域均包裹有柔性材料260。从而进一步的减小了其和衣物之间的摩擦。
由于搅水筋220具有上述结构,可以在洗涤时形成柯恩达效应,带动水流沿着搅水筋220的外周边缘流动,使得在靠近洗涤桶100轴线的区域,水流具有贴合搅水筋220外周边缘的流动趋势,随着高度的增加,水流的流动方向更接近向上,而不是向外周流动。如此,可以增强水流在靠近轴线区域对衣物的提升力,带动衣物沿第二引导面214向上运动至第一引导面213处,并最终形成环形运动路径。
可以理解的是,沿桶底向中心区域运动的衣物也可以在接触到搅水筋220后,沿搅水筋220的外周边缘被提升,在运动至搅水构件200的最大半径段Dmax后,在惯性及离心力作用下向外周运动,并最终沿着洗涤桶100桶壁下落至桶底。
在上述结构中,搅水部240任一水平截面的半径,具体指的是该水平截面上,搅水筋220距离轴线最远端处至中心轴线的距离。当搅水筋220的数量为偶数时,相对两条搅水筋220距离轴线最远端处连线的长度即为搅水部240水平截面的直径。而当搅水筋220的数量为奇数时,不存在相对设置的搅水筋220,此时搅水部240的水平截面不构成轴对称图形,但搅水部240水平截面的直径仍然是上述所确定的半径的两倍。
在另一种具体实施方式中,搅水筋沿围绕支撑柱的侧壁螺旋延伸。此时,搅水部的水平截面可能无法形成规则的几何图形,但搅水部的水平截面半径仍然为该截面上搅水筋距离轴线最远端处至中心轴线的距离。
在本实施例中,所述搅水盘230在洗涤桶100的中心轴方向上具有延伸高度,并且最大半径段Dmax位于搅水盘230上。
如图4-5所示,在本实施例的一个具体方案中,所述搅水构件为伞状结构,所述支撑柱210相当于伞的伞柄,搅水盘230相当于伞的伞面。在该搅水构件200中,搅水盘230的半径从下向上是变小的,搅水盘230上的最大半径段Dmax位于搅水盘230的最下端。由于搅水筋220是沿着支撑柱210的周向间隔设置的,所以将搅水筋220的最上端设置在搅水盘230的下方。
搅水盘230的上侧表面为中间区域高于外周区域的曲面。也就是说,搅水盘上部的中间区域具有高于上表面的密封盖210-5,密封盖210-5的外周区域为向下延伸的曲面。并且在密封盖210-5的外周区域覆盖上柔性材料260。
为了进一步的增大搅水构件200与待洗涤衣物之间的接触面积,在所述曲面上设置有凸起的搅拌部231。为了进一步的减小与衣物之间的摩擦,所述搅拌部的外表面包裹有柔性材料260。
所述搅拌部具有一定的延伸长度,其一端靠近搅水盘上表面的中心区域设置,另一端朝向搅水盘边沿方向延伸设置。
更具体的,如图4所示,所述搅拌部231为火箭形状,火箭体所在的一端靠近搅水盘230上表面的中心区域设置,火箭头所在的一端朝向搅水盘230边沿方向延伸设置。在本方案中,在搅水盘230的上表面间隔设置多个搅拌部231。从而使衣物在洗涤的过程中,搅拌部231随搅水构件200转动可以对搅水盘230上方的洗涤水起到搅动作用,还可以使衣物与多个搅拌部231的表面进行充分摩擦,将衣物洗涤的更干净。
优选的方案中,搅水筋220的最上端与搅水盘230的内表面抵接固定。
值得说明的是,在本方案中,搅水筋220的最外周的轮廓距离安装柱的距离小于搅水盘230最大半径段Dmax的半径。也就是说,所述搅水盘230上的最大半径段Dmax的半径大于或者等于所述搅水筋220的外周围成的圆形的半径。
在本实施例的方案中,最大半径段Dmax可以设置在搅水盘230的任意延伸高度位置处。 可以沿着搅水盘230高度的延伸方向,将搅水盘230分为三部分,分别为下部区域、中间区域和上部区域,最大半径段Dmax可以设置在下部区域、中间区域和上部区域中的任一区域中。也就是说,沿着搅水盘230高度的延伸方向端盖的半径可以逐渐变小,也可以逐渐变大,还可以先逐渐变大再逐渐变小。
例如,所述搅水盘230是由两部分构成的。一部分为与搅水筋220抵接向上延伸的圆柱形结构,另一部分为在圆柱形结构延伸末端的半径逐渐变小的圆锥形结构。在该方案中,最大半径段Dmax依旧位于搅水盘230的下部区域。
例如,如图7所示,所述搅水盘230是设置在搅水筋上方的圆盘形结构。
例如,所述搅水盘230是从下向上半径先逐渐增大在逐渐变小的结构。在该方案中,最大半径段Dmax相当于位于搅水盘230的中部区域。
例如,如图9所示,所述搅水盘230是由两部分构成的。一部分为与搅水筋220抵接向上延伸的圆台形结构,另一部分为在圆台形结构延伸末端的半径逐渐变小的圆锥形结构。在该方案中,最大半径段Dmax依旧位于搅水盘230的下部区域。
所述搅水盘还可以如图8所示的不规则形状。
在本实施例的其他方案中,搅水盘230的形状还可以是规则的或者是不规则的其他形状。例如,搅水盘230某一高度位置处的横截面可以是圆形、椭圆形、三角形、正方形、长方形、边长相等的多边形、边长不相等的多边形,还可以是不同半径的半圆形组成的不规则形状。
当然,由于搅水盘230具有一定的厚度,在不同厚度位置处的截面形状还可以是不同的。
在上述方案中,搅水构件是由塑料制成,包裹在搅水构件外的柔性材料260为橡胶或者硅胶。搅水构件和柔性材料260可以采用双注塑的形式连接在一起。另外,为了使搅水构件在洗涤桶内更突出,柔性材料260可以为彩色的。
本实施例提供的搅水构件,由于其外表面包裹有柔性材料260,从而减小与待洗涤衣物之间的摩擦,使衣物不容易起毛。
在本实施例的方案中,洗衣机的洗涤桶和外桶100-1均是与水平面趋于平行设计的,并且二者之间的间隙大于清洗颗粒270的半径,从而能够使清洗颗粒270顺畅的随着水流的运动在间隙内运动来清洁桶壁。
洗衣机还包括与洗涤桶桶底同轴设置的装配部,所述搅水构件通过装配部与桶底进行连接。
具体的,支撑柱210与装配部210-1同轴设置,且支撑柱210从装配部210-1的顶端向上延伸。也就是说,所述装配部210-1的上端与支撑柱210的下端进行连接。
所述搅水构件200是从洗涤桶100的桶底沿其轴向向上延伸设置在洗涤桶100中的。搅水构件200上的搅水盘在其一延伸高度上具有最大半径段Dmax。所述最大半径段Dmax与洗涤桶100的桶底的内表面之间具有间距,且该间距的高度值大于预设的数值。本发明中的方案,由于将该间距的高度数值设置为大于预设的数值,从而使水流运动到间距内时动力不会变得很小,还能够冲刷该间距处的污渍,从而避免该间距处藏污纳垢。另外,由于最大半径段Dmax与洗涤桶100的内表面之间具有间距,从而使待洗涤的衣物能够在该间距内进行洗涤。
需要说明的是,本发明的实施例中,所述搅水构件200的半径指的是,搅水构件200沿垂直于其转动轴线的方向取截面,所得截面上距离转动中心的距离最大处以转动中心为圆心所围成的圆的半径。
在本方案中,在洗涤桶100的桶底不设置波轮盘,待洗涤衣物直接与洗涤桶100的桶底的内表面进行接触。
在本方案中,由于在洗涤桶100的桶底不设置波轮盘,并且使最大半径段Dmax与所述洗涤桶100的桶底的内表面之间设置有间距,在洗涤衣物的过程中,水流能够冲刷该间隙,从而避免搅水构件200和洗涤桶100的桶底之间有污垢堆积。
本实施例的方案还包括:10cm。也就是说,搅水构件上的最大半径段与洗涤桶桶底内表面之间的距离最小为10cm。从而保障衣物C具有足够的洗涤空间。
更具体的,所述洗涤桶包括设置在下部的桶底100-a和设置在桶底上方的桶体100-b,而搅水构件的最大半径段高于所述桶底100-a的最高处设置。也就是说,最大半径段设置在桶体中100-b,且与桶底100-a的最高位置处有一定距离。
当然,为了可以使衣物在该间距内洗涤,可以根据实际情况调整该间距的数值。即为了将洗涤桶100分成两个洗涤空间,可以将间距的预设的数值变大。也就是说,将搅水构件200的最大半径段Dmax与洗涤桶100的桶底之间的距离变大,从而使部分衣物在该区域内进行洗涤。至于预设的数值和成品中搅水构件200的最大半径段Dmax与洗涤桶100的桶底之间的具体距离都可以根据需求确定,在本实施例的方案中对此不做具体的限定。
在本实施例的具体方案中,所述装配部210-1与支撑柱210连接处的半径相同,二者是 一体成型的结构。当然,在本实施例的其他方案中,装配部210-1的形状可以是除了圆柱形之外的其他形状,其半径大于略大于支撑柱210的半径的方案也在本发明的保护范围之内。
当所述支撑柱210是圆柱形结构,并且沿着其延伸方向该圆柱形结构的半径均相同。支撑柱210从装配部210-1的顶端向上延伸,且延伸末端设置有搅水盘230。
当所述支撑柱包括相连的第一延伸段211和第二延伸段212时,第一延伸段与装配部进行连接。
在本方案中,洗涤设备包括设置在洗涤桶桶底外侧的法兰盘,还包括设置在外桶100-1外的驱动装置,驱动装置上安装有搅拌轴。在洗涤桶100的桶底上开设有安装口,该安装口为贯穿桶底的开口。驱动装置的搅拌轴通过穿过法兰盘、安装口插入装配部210-1的内部与搅水构件200连接。当洗涤设备执行洗涤操作时,搅拌轴带动装配部从而使搅水构件200旋转。
在本实施例的一个方案中,洗涤桶的桶底具有向下延伸设置的槽状结构250。该洗涤桶桶底几乎与水平面相平,在桶底中间区域向下凹陷形成一个槽状结构250,在槽状结构250的底面上开设有安装口,驱动装置的搅拌轴通过穿过安装口插入竖直设置在槽状结构250内的装配部210-1与搅水构件200连接。其中,装配部210-1的上端与桶底的内表面平齐设置。也就是说,在该方案中,支撑柱210的下端也与桶底的内表面平齐。由于搅水筋220设置在支撑柱210上,并且与支撑柱210的一端连接,所以搅水筋220的下端与桶底的内表面进行抵接。
如图7所示,在本实施例的另一个方案中,洗涤桶的桶底具有向下延伸设置的槽状结构250。该洗涤桶桶底几乎与水平面相平,在桶底中间区域向下凹陷形成一个槽状结构250。在槽状结构250的底面上开设有安装口,驱动装置的搅拌轴通过穿过安装口插入竖直设置在槽状结构250的装配部210-1与搅水构件200连接。其中,装配部210-1竖直设置突出于槽状结构250高于桶底内表面设置。装配部包括两部分,分别为互相连接的第一部分和第二部分。其中第一部分竖直设置在槽状结构250中且与搅拌轴相连,第二部分突出于桶底内表面且与支撑柱210相连。在本方案中,所述槽状结构250的半径略大于装配部的半径。更具体的,槽状结构250的半径略大于安装在其内的装配部的半径,即第一部分的半径。
也就是说,在该方案中,装配部的第二部分上端与桶底内表面具有一定距离,所以搅水筋220的下端与桶底的内表面也有一定距离。
在本方案中,在装配部的外周覆盖柔性材料260。具体的,在突出于槽状结构250高于桶底内表面的部分外周包裹有柔性材料260,也就是在装配部的第二部分的外周包裹有柔性材料260。
本实施例提供的方案,搅水筋220的最下端不与洗涤桶的桶底直接接触,而是通过装配部与桶底的内表面之间间隔设置。从而在使用的过程中,当搅拌轴带动搅水构件旋转时,搅水筋220不会摩擦洗涤桶的桶底的内表面,从而不会增大搅水构件旋转时与洗涤桶桶底的摩擦力。
在本实施例的方案中,由于在洗涤桶的中间区域具有槽状结构,在该槽状结构的外周到洗涤桶的周壁之间的区域设置有若干个过水孔,从而使洗涤桶中的水能够进入到外桶100-1中。其中,过水孔的内径小于清洗颗粒270的半径,从而避免清洗颗粒270从洗涤桶和外桶100-1之间进入洗涤桶内。
当然,在本实施例的其他方案中,还可以在洗涤桶的桶底不设置槽状结构250,直接在桶底的表面开设安装口,装配部直接突出于桶底内表面设置。也就是说,支撑筋的下端与内表面有一定距离。
在上述方案中,搅水筋220的最下端不与洗涤桶100的桶底直接接触,而是与桶底的内表面之间间隔设置。从而在使用的过程中,当搅拌轴带动搅水构件200旋转时,搅水筋220不会摩擦洗涤桶100的桶底的内表面,从而不会增大搅水构件200旋转时与洗涤桶100桶底的摩擦力。另外还能避免搅水筋220与桶底之间存在清洁死角。
本实施例的方案还包括:洗涤设备下部设置有与外桶100-1相连的用来收集清洗颗粒270的容纳腔280;
排水时清洗颗粒270从外桶100-1与洗涤桶之间进入容纳腔280;进水时清洗颗粒270从容纳腔280进入外桶100-1与洗涤桶之间。
容纳腔280与排水管300连通,且二者之间设置有阻挡清洗颗粒270的过滤装置290。
洗涤设备包括设置在排水管300上方的排水阀310,排水阀310通过抵接或者远离过滤装置290所在的一侧的容纳腔280壁来关闭或者打开排水管300。
在洗衣机外桶100-1底壁下方设置有收集清洗颗粒270的容纳腔280,该容纳腔280通过设置在底壁上的开口与外桶100-1进行连通。另外,容纳腔280还与排水管300进行连通,并且在排水管300和容纳腔280之间设置有阻挡清洗颗粒270的过滤装置290。
具体的,过滤装置290为过滤网,设置在容纳腔280的右侧,过滤网右侧安装有排水阀310,排水阀310上设置有阀塞,阀塞下方为排水管300的进水口。当洗衣机执行洗涤程序,排水阀310的阀塞运动到容纳腔280位置处,堵住排水管300的进水口,洗涤桶进水清洗颗粒270从容纳腔280进入外桶100-1与洗涤桶之间。当洗涤结束后,排水阀310的阀塞运动到远离容纳腔280位置处,打开排水管300的进水口,清洗颗粒270随着水流从外桶100-1与洗涤桶之间进入容纳腔280中进行存储。
值得说明的是,在该方案中,无底部盘形搅拌部。
在本实施例的方案中,搅水筋220的外沿为弧形,该外沿设置有柔性材料260,由于洗涤桶中不设置拨盘,所以该外沿任意位置处垂直向桶底的投影均直接、毫无障碍的位于洗涤桶100桶底的内表面上。搅水筋220的外沿的任意位置处垂直向下延伸到内筒底,均与内桶底的内表面相接触。
由于本实施例中搅水筋220是沿着支撑柱210的周向间隔设置的,与支撑柱垂直的任一位置处的若干个搅水筋的外沿连接成一个圆形,该圆的圆周上的任意位置处垂直向桶底的投影均直接位于洗涤桶100桶底的内表面上。
由于搅水筋为板状结构,任意相邻的两个搅水筋相对的侧面均包裹有柔性材料260。
在本实施例的方案中,以搅水筋220最大半径所在的边沿处与支撑柱210的垂直距离为半径,与搅水筋220最大半径所在的边沿处平行的支撑柱210心为圆形画圆,该圆形边沿垂直向桶底的投影的所在的位置,与支撑柱210外周之间形成的圆环区域不设置拨盘。
同理,搅水盘230上的所述最大半径段Dmax边沿形成的圆形,该圆形边沿垂直向桶底的投影的所在的位置,与支撑柱210外周之间形成的圆环区域不设置拨盘。
本实施例的方案还包括:洗涤桶100的深度为H,搅水构件200的搅水盘230上的最大半径段Dmax与桶底的内表面之间具有间距,间距的高度为h。上述距离h与洗涤桶100深度H之间满足:h/H≥1%。通过预先进行大量的测试试验发现,当所述的距离h与洗涤桶100深度H之间满足上述比例关系时,防止搅水构件200与洗涤桶100之间藏污纳垢的效果最好。
当然,在本实施例的其他方案中,间距的高度h与洗涤桶100的高度H的比例还可以大于或者等于其他数值。
在本方案中,为了保障衣物的洗涤空间,搅水盘230上的最大半径段Dmax不能过大。具体的,可以将最大半径段Dmax的长度设置为不超过内筒的半径长度。
本实施例提供的方案,不但在外桶100-1和洗涤桶之间设置清洗颗粒270,使二者之间保持清洁。而且在洗涤内部不设置拨盘,从而避免搅水构件和洗涤桶地面之间藏污纳垢。该方案能够避免洗涤设备中具有残留的污渍或者细菌对待洗涤衣物造成二次污染,提高了用户的使用体验。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤设备,包括外桶,以及同轴设于外桶中的洗涤桶,其特征在于,外桶与洗涤桶之间设有清洁桶壁的清洗颗粒;
    所述洗涤桶内部具有可旋转的搅水构件,所述搅水构件从洗涤桶的桶底向上延伸设置,洗涤桶内部不设置拨盘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,搅水构件在某一延伸高度上具有最大半径段,最大半径段与桶底的内表面之间具有间距,衣物能够在搅水构件最大半径段所在位置的下方洗涤。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,搅水构件包括与桶底同轴设置的装配部和设于装配部上方的搅水部;
    洗涤桶的桶底内表面具有向下延伸设置的槽状结构,所述装配部设置在槽状结构中,其上端突出于槽状结构高于桶底内表面或者与桶底的内表面平齐设置,所述槽状结构的半径略大于装配部的半径;
    所述槽状结构的底面开设有安装口,搅拌轴穿过安装口插入装配部与搅水部连接;
    槽状结构外周的桶底上设置有若干个过水孔,过水孔的内径小于清洗颗粒的半径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,洗涤设备包括设置在洗涤桶桶底外侧的法兰盘;
    搅拌轴穿过安装口和法兰盘插入装配部与搅水部连接;
    所述搅水部具有支撑柱以及设置在支撑柱上的搅水筋,所述搅水筋的外沿向洗涤桶周壁方向延伸;
    所述支撑柱自装配部的顶端向上延伸,支撑柱和装配部连接处的半径相近。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,洗涤桶的桶底和外桶的桶底均与水平面趋于平行,且二者之间的间隙大于清洗颗粒的半径;
    搅拌轴依次穿过外桶底、安装口和法兰盘插入装配部与搅水部连接;
    所述搅水部还包括伞面结构的搅水盘,所述搅水盘安装在搅水筋上方、搅水构件的延伸末端位置处,且最大半径段位于搅水盘上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,搅水盘上部的中间区域具有高于上表面的密封盖,密封盖的外周区域为向下延伸的曲面;
    曲面上设置有若干个凸起的搅拌部,所述搅拌部具有一定的延伸长度,其一端靠近搅水盘上表面的中心区域设置,另一端朝向搅水盘边沿方向延伸设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,洗涤设备下部设置有与外桶相连的用来收集清洗颗粒的容纳腔;
    排水时清洗颗粒从外桶与洗涤桶之间进入容纳腔;进水时清洗颗粒从容纳腔进入外桶与洗涤桶之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,容纳腔与排水管连通,且二者之间设置有阻挡清洗颗粒的过滤装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,洗涤设备包括设置在排水管上方的排水阀,排水阀通过抵接或者远离过滤装置所在的一侧的容纳腔壁来关闭或者打开排水管。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述搅水构件的外表面至少局部包裹有柔性材料。
