Description
本发明涉及一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置。
在人类生命科学发展史,实验动物是生命科学研究的重要组成部分,实验动物的献身加速了人类探索生命奥秘,揭示疾病机制的进程,它们为人类健康和科学发展做出了重要贡献,根据不完全统计,2021年我国每年使用实验动物数量为5200多万只,而其中啮齿类大小鼠用量超过整体用量的90%,且用量每年还有15%左右的增长,啮齿类实验动物(大小鼠)微生物控制水平,对科学研究的开展至关重要,而微生物控制水平的高低与我们日常饲养设备的清洁和消毒息息相关,目前行业内饲养大小鼠主流的饲养设备为IVC饲养设备系统,此系统由IVC主机、笼架和笼盒三部分组成,IVC主机是给笼架上的笼盒提供洁净空气的动力和控制设备,屏障环境内的空气经过主机高效过滤之后更加洁净,通过IVC笼架的供气管道传输至每个单独的笼盒;笼架为不锈钢框架结构,用来支撑笼盒放置,笼架上带有笼盒进气和排气管道系统,根据需求可设置成不同笼位数的架子;笼盒为不锈钢、聚亚苯基砜树脂和耐高温塑料制品,笼盒进出气孔,可与笼架上的每个笼盒进出气终端对接,保证气体均匀送进笼盒,气流在笼内循环后,笼内废气经过笼盒和笼架排气管路外排,这样整个IVC系统形成一个单向的空气流动,笼内空气保持洁净状态,确保SPF大小鼠的饲养环境。
以上IVC饲养设备系统除了主机以外,笼架笼盒都需要定期更换清洁和消毒,来确保实验用大小鼠微生物控制水平达到SPF级别,针对笼架上的长约1-2m左右长条形送排风管道清洁,特别是排风管道,目前设施管理人员没有专门的高效工具,进行管道的充分清洁,长此以往,造成的后果可能会影响动物微生物控制水平,以及缩短设备的使用寿命,跟实验动物设施正常的运行增加隐患。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种专用的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,可以高效的处理送排风管道长期积累的灰尘,确保后续消毒效果达到标准,从而确保实验动物的微生物控制水平符合要求,维持动物设施安全运行,保障科学研究的顺利开展。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特殊之处在于:
包括手柄组件、伸缩杆组件、清洁端组件;
所述手柄组件和清洁端组件分别设置在伸缩杆组件的两端;
所述伸缩杆组件包括至少两个杆件,相邻两个杆件之间通过固定组件进行定位;
所述清洁端组件包括第一紧固段和第二紧固段,所述第一紧固段和第二紧固段均为圆柱形结构,所述第一紧固段的直径小于第二紧固段的直径,二者固定连接,且同心设置;所述第一紧固段的远离第二紧固段的一端与伸缩杆组件连接第二紧固段上套设清洁布,清洁布的外沿通过卡箍固定在第一紧固段上。
在一些实施例中,上述手柄组件包括连接杆和握杆,所述连接杆为一弯曲杆件,所述握杆为一直杆,所述握杆的两端分别与连接杆的两端固连,所述连接杆的中部与伸缩杆组件连接。
进一步地,上述握杆上设有橡胶层,橡胶层上设有凸点,起到防滑作用。
进一步地,上述连接杆的中部设有螺孔,伸缩杆组件的杆件端部设有外螺纹,二者通过螺纹连接。
在一些实施例中,上述伸缩杆组件包括三个依次套设的空心杆件,分别为第一杆件、第二杆件和第三杆件,所述第一杆件、第二杆件、第三杆件的直径依次缩小;
所述第一杆件、第二杆件上均设有两排对称设置的通孔,所述第二杆件、第三杆件的内部均设置固定组件,所述固定组件包括弹性件,所述弹性件为弓形结构,弹性件的两端分别固定一个卡扣,所述卡扣包括底座和支撑段,底座和支撑段均为圆柱形结构,支撑段固定在底座上,二者同心设置,支撑段的端部设置成半球形结构,方便进入杆件的通孔内,所述支撑段的外径小于其对应杆件的通孔直径,底座的外径大于其对应杆件的通孔直径。
在一些实施例中,上述伸缩杆组件包括三个依次套设的空心杆件,分别为第一杆件、第二杆件和第三杆件,所述第一杆件、第二杆件、第三杆件的直径依次缩小;
所述第一杆件、第二杆件上均设有固定组件,所述第二杆件、第三杆件的侧壁沿轴向设置有多个通孔,所述固定组件包括转动板和固定座,所述固定座设置在杆件端部的侧壁上,所述转动板的中部通过销轴与固定座转动连接,转动板的一端伸出其杆件端部,且该转动板端部设有插销,插销的直径小于杆件上通孔的直径,所述转动板的另一端对应的杆件上设有一个具有预紧力的弹簧。
进一步地,上述第二杆件、第三杆件的侧壁设有沿轴向设置的槽道,所述第一杆件、第二杆件的外壁上均设有定位螺钉,第一杆件的定位螺钉伸入第二杆件的槽道对其进行定位,第二杆件的定位螺钉伸入第三杆件的槽道对其进行定位,防止相邻两个杆件相互转动。
进一步地,上述弹簧对应的杆件壁面上垂直设有立柱,所述弹簧套设在立柱上,用于对弹簧进行定位。
进一步地,上述清洁端组件的第一紧固段上设有螺纹孔,伸缩杆组件的杆件伸入第一紧固段的螺纹孔内,二者通过螺纹固定。
进一步地,上述第二紧固段远离第一紧固段的端面边缘设有倒角,方便其进入IVC笼架送排风管主管道内。

实施例1
参见图1,本发明提出一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,包括手柄组件1、伸缩杆组件2、清洁端组件3。所述手柄组件1和清洁端组件3分别设置在伸缩杆组件2的两端。所述伸缩杆组件2包括至少两个杆件,相邻两个杆件之间通过固定组件进行定位。本实施例中,所述伸缩杆组件2采用三个依次套设的空心杆件,分别为第一杆件21、第二杆件22和第三杆件23,所述第一杆件21、第二杆件22、第三杆件23的直径依次缩小;参见图2,所述第一杆件21、第二杆件22上均设有两排对称设置的通孔28,所述第二杆件22、第三杆件23的内部均设置固定组件,所述固定组件包括弹性件24,参见图3,所述弹性件24为弓形结构,弹性件24的两端分别固定一个卡扣25,所述卡扣25包括底座26和支撑段27,底座26和支撑段27均为圆柱形结构,支撑段27固定在底座26上,二者同心设置,支撑段27的端部设置成半球形结构,方便进入杆件的通孔内。所述支撑段27的外径小于其对应杆件的通孔28直径,底座26的外径大于其对应杆件的通孔28直径。
参见图1,第二杆件22内固定一个固定组件,其两个卡扣25分别从第一杆件21和第二杆件22对应的通孔伸出,实现第一杆件21和第二杆件22的定位;第三杆件23内设置一个固定组件,其两个卡扣25分别从第三杆件23和第二杆件22对应的通孔伸出,实现第三杆件23和第二杆件22的定位。
所述清洁端组件3包括第一紧固段31和第二紧固段32,所述第一紧固段31和第二紧固段32均为圆柱形结构,所述第一紧固段31的直径小于第二紧固段32的直径,二者固定连接,且同心设置;所述第一紧固段31的远离第二紧固段32的一端与伸缩杆组件2连接第二紧固段32上套设清洁布,清洁布的外沿通过卡箍固定在第一紧固段31上。
本实施例的除尘装置在使用时,先将清洁布套设在第二紧固段32上,清洁布的外沿通过卡箍固定在第一紧固段31上,根据IVC笼架送排风管主管道的长度调节伸缩杆组件2的长度。具体地,例如调节第一杆件21和第二杆件22的长度,用手将两个卡扣25的推入第一杆件21内,滑动第一杆件21,两个卡扣25在弹性件24的作用下,在第一杆件21上下一处对应的通孔伸出,实现定位。操作人员手持装置手柄组件1,清洁端从待清洁管道一端进入,另外一端出,慢慢的一直推送另外一端,另外一端用收集袋收集灰尘,可高效处理大小鼠IVC笼架上送排管里边的灰尘,
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述伸缩杆组件2上的固定组件不同。
具体地,参见图4,所述第一杆件21、第二杆件22上均设有固定组件,所述第二杆件22、第三杆件23的侧壁沿轴向设置有多个通孔,所述固定组件包括转动板41和固定座42,所述固定座42设置在杆件端部的侧壁上,所述转动板41的中部通过销轴43与固定座42转动连接,转动板41的一端伸出其杆件端部,且该转动板41端部设有插销44,插销44的直径小于杆件上通孔28的直径,所述转动板41的另一端对应的杆件上设有一个具有预紧力的弹簧45,该端为按压端。
本实施例的除尘装置在使用时,先将清洁布套设在第二紧固段32上,清洁布的外沿通过卡箍固定在第一紧固段31上,根据IVC笼架送排风管主管道的长度调节伸缩杆组件2的长度。具体地,例如调节第一杆件21和第二杆件22的长度,按下转动板41的按压端,转动板41旋转,使插销44抬起,按照需求调节好第一杆件21和第二杆件22的位置,此时松开按压端,所述转动板41在弹簧45的推动下,其插销44插入第二杆件22上的通孔内。
作为本实施例一个优选方案,参见图6,所述第二杆件22、第三杆件23的侧壁设有沿轴向设置的槽道46,所述第一杆件21、第二杆件22的外壁上均设有定位螺钉47,第一杆件21的定位螺钉47伸入第二杆件22的槽道46对其进行定位,第二杆件22的定位螺钉47伸入第三杆件23的槽道46对其进行定位,防止相邻两个杆件旋转,避免了插销44无法插入通孔的现象发生。
作为本实施例一个优选方案,所述弹簧45对应的杆件壁面上垂直设有立柱48,所述弹簧45套设在立柱48上,用于对弹簧45进行定位。
在本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图1和图4,所述手柄组件1包括连接杆11和握杆12,所述连接杆11为一弯曲杆件,所述握杆12为一直杆,所述握杆12的两端分别与连接杆11的两端固连,所述连接杆11的中部与伸缩杆组件连接。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述握杆12上设置橡胶层,橡胶层上设有凸点,起到防滑作用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述连接杆11的中部设有螺孔,伸缩杆组件的杆件端部设有外螺纹,二者通过螺纹连接。所述清洁端组件3的第一紧固段31上设有螺纹孔,伸缩杆组件2的杆件伸入第一紧固段31的螺纹孔内,二者通过螺纹固定。所述第二紧固段32远离第一紧固段31的端面边缘设有倒角,便于其进入IVC笼架送排风管主管道内。

Claims (10)
- 一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:包括手柄组件(1)、伸缩杆组件(2)、清洁端组件(3);所述手柄组件(1)和清洁端组件(3)分别设置在伸缩杆组件(2)的两端;所述伸缩杆组件(2)包括至少两个杆件,相邻两个杆件之间通过固定组件进行定位;所述清洁端组件(3)包括第一紧固段(31)和第二紧固段(32),所述第一紧固段(31)和第二紧固段(32)均为圆柱形结构,所述第一紧固段(31)的直径小于第二紧固段(32)的直径,二者固定连接,且同心设置;所述第一紧固段(31)的远离第二紧固段(32)的一端与伸缩杆组件(2)连接第二紧固段(32)上套设清洁布,清洁布的外沿通过卡箍固定在第一紧固段(31)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述手柄组件(1)包括连接杆(11)和握杆(12),所述连接杆(11)为一弯曲杆件,所述握杆(12)为一直杆,所述握杆(12)的两端分别与连接杆(11)的两端固连,所述连接杆(11)的中部与伸缩杆组件连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述握杆(12)上设有橡胶层,橡胶层上设有凸点。
- 根据权利要求3所述的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆(11)的中部设有螺孔,伸缩杆组件的杆件端部设有外螺纹,二者通过螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆组件(2)包括三个依次套设的空心杆件,分别为第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)和第三杆件(23),所述第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)、第三杆件(23)的直径依次缩小;所述第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)上均设有两排对称设置的通孔(28),所述第二杆件(22)、第三杆件(23)的内部均设置固定组件,所述固定组件包括弹性件(24),所述弹性件(24)为弓形结构,弹性件(24)的两端分别固定一个卡扣(25),所述卡扣(25)包括底座(26)和支撑段(27),底座(26)和支撑段(27)均为圆柱形结构,支撑段(27)固定在底座(26)上,二者同心设置,支撑段(27)的端部设置成半球形结构,所述支撑段(27)的外径小于其对应杆件的通孔(28)直径,底座(26)的外径大于其对应杆件的通孔(28)直径。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆组件(2)包括三个依次套设的空心杆件,分别为第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)和第三杆件(23),所述第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)、第三杆件(23)的直径依次缩小;所述第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)上均设有固定组件,所述第二杆件(22)、第三杆件(23)的侧壁沿轴向设置有多个通孔(28),所述固定组件包括转动板(41)和固定座(42),所述固定座(42)设置在杆件端部的侧壁上,所述转动板(41)的中部通过销轴(43)与固定座(42)转动连接,转动板(41)的一端伸出其杆件端部,且该转动板(41)端部设有插销(44),插销(44)的直径小于杆件上通孔(28)的直径,所述转动板(41)的另一端对应的杆件上设有一个具有预紧力的弹簧(45)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第二杆件(22)、第三杆件(23)的侧壁设有沿轴向设置的槽道(46),所述第一杆件(21)、第二杆件(22)的外壁上均设有定位螺钉(47),第一杆件(21)的定位螺钉(47)伸入第二杆件(22)的槽道(46)对其进行定位,第二杆件(22)的定位螺钉(47)伸入第三杆件(23)的槽道(46)对其进行定位。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧(45)对应的杆件壁面上垂直设有立柱(48),所述弹簧(45)套设在立柱(48)上,用于对弹簧(45)进行定位。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述清洁端组件(3)的第一紧固段(31)上设有螺纹孔,伸缩杆组件(2)的杆件伸入第一紧固段(31)的螺纹孔内,二者通过螺纹固定。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种IVC笼架送排风管主管道除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第二紧固段(32)远离第一紧固段(31)的端面边缘设有倒角。
