본 발명은 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 사용자의 손가락에 장착되어 커넥터의 조립과정에서 사용자의 손가락에 전달되는 복수의 조립신호를 감지하는 신호감지부; 신호감지부에서 감지된 복수의 조립신호를 수신하고, 수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성하는 패턴데이터생성부; 및 패턴데이터생성부에서 생성된 패턴데이터를 수신하고, 수신한 패턴데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 체결상태판정부;를 포함하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템이 소개된다.

Description

커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템 및 그 방법{CONNECTOR FASTENING STATE INSPECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD}
본 발명은 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사용자가 커넥터 체결상태 검사 장치를 착용한 상태에서 커넥터 체결 작업시 발생하는 패턴데이터를 수신하여 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 수 있는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 내장재 제조 공정에 있어, 도어트림에 설치되는 전장품은 커넥터를 매개로 케이블과 전기적으로 연결된다. 이러한 커넥터는 체결작업 후 작업자에 의한 당김 검사를 통해 정상상태의 여부를 판정받게 된다. 이와 같은 커넥터의 체결에 대한 검사 공정은 전적으로 수작업에 의존함에 따라 작업자의 숙련도에 따라 검사의 신뢰도가 결정된다는 문제가 있다.
이와 같은 문제에 대응하여 카메라 또는 소음센서를 활용하여 수집된 영상데이터, 소리데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 방법이 고안되었다. 그러나, 생산현장에서 체결되는 수많은 커넥터의 영상데이터를 모두 수집하는 것은 현실적으로 어렵고, 생산현장 주변의 불필요한 노이즈로 인해 소리데이터가 정상적으로 수집되기 어려워 커넥터의 체결상태 판정 정확도가 현저히 떨어지게 되는 문제가 있다.
이에, 사용자가 직접 커넥터를 체결시 커넥터의 체결상태 판정 정확도를 향상시켜 커넥터의 상품성이 개선되도록 하기 위한 방안을 필요로 한다.
상기의 배경기술로서 설명된 사항들은 본 발명의 배경에 대한 이해 증진을 위한 것일 뿐, 이 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 이미 알려진 종래기술에 해당함을 인정하는 것으로 받아들여져서는 안 될 것이다.
본 발명은 사용자가 커넥터 체결상태 검사 장치를 착용한 상태에서 커넥터 체결 작업시 발생하는 패턴데이터를 수신하여 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 수 있는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템 및 그 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은, 사용자의 손가락에 장착되어 커넥터의 조립과정에서 사용자의 손가락에 전달되는 복수의 조립신호를 감지하는 신호감지부; 신호감지부에서 감지된 복수의 조립신호를 수신하고, 수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성하는 패턴데이터생성부; 및 패턴데이터생성부에서 생성된 패턴데이터를 수신하고, 수신한 패턴데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 체결상태판정부;를 포함하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템를 구성한다.
예를 들어, 신호감지부는 링 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 신호감지부는 사용자의 엄지, 검지에 해당하는 손가락에 장착될 수 있다.

상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로서 본 발명은, 커넥터의 조립과정에서 사용자의 손가락에 전달되는 복수의 조립신호를 감지하는 단계; 복수의 조립신호를 수신하는 단계; 수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성하는 단계; 생성된 패턴데이터를 수신하는 단계; 및 수신한 패턴데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 단계;를 포함하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 방법을 구성한다.
예를 들어, 패턴데이터를 생성하는 단계는, 수신된 복수의 조립신호를 서로 합성하여 패턴데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 단계는, 수신한 패턴데이터의 크기를 분석하여 사전 설정된 기준값의 크기와 비교함으로써 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 판정된 커넥터의 체결상태를 외부로 출력하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템 및 그 방법에 따르면, 사용자가 커넥터 체결상태 검사 장치를 착용한 상태에서 커넥터 체결 작업시 발생하는 패턴데이터를 수신하여 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 커넥터의 체결상태 판정 정확도를 향상시켜 커넥터의 상품성이 개선될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

본 명세서에서, "포함한다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는 명세서상에 기재된 특징, 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 특징들이나 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 사용자가 커넥터 체결상태 검사 장치를 착용한 상태에서 커넥터 체결 작업시 발생하는 패턴데이터를 수신하여 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 것을 제안한다.
도 1 및 도 2는 각각 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템의 구성을 나타낸 블럭도와 도면이다. 도 1 및 도 2는 본 실시예와 관련된 구성 요소를 위주로 나타낸 것으로, 실제 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템의 구현에 있어서는 이보다 더 적거나 많은 구성 요소를 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 일 실시예에 따른 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템은 신호감지부(110), 패턴데이터생성부(130), 체결상태판정부(200) 및 체결상태출력부(220)를 포함할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 사용자는 센서부(100)를 착용한 상태에서 커넥터의 체결상태가 판정될 수 있다. 센서부(100)는 사용자의 손가락에 장착되는 신호감지부(110)와 손등 및 손목에 마련되어 체결부(131)에 의해 고정되는 패턴데이터생성부(130)로 구성될 수 있다. 또한 센서부(100)는 체결상태판정부(200)와 서로 통신가능하며, 체결상태판정부(200)는 패턴데이터 분석 및 커넥터의 체결상태 판정을 위한 프로그램이 설치되며 생산공장의 가혹한 조건을 만족할 수 있도록 산업용 컴퓨터를 사용하여 구성되는 것이 일반적이다.
이하, 각각의 구성에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
먼저, 신호감지부(110)는 사용자의 손가락에 장착되어 커넥터의 조립과정에서 사용자의 손가락에 전달되는 복수의 조립신호를 감지할 수 있다. 신호감지부(110)는 링 형상으로 형성되어 사용자의 엄지와 검지에 해당하는 손가락에 장착될 수 있다. 사용자가 커넥터를 반복적으로 체결함에 따라 엄지와 검지에 조립신호가 각각 전달되고, 신호감지부(110)는 감지된 각각의 조립신호를 전처리하여 패턴데이터생성부(130)로 송신할 수 있다. 도 3을 참조하여 신호감지부(110)의 구성을 상세히 설명한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신호감지부(110)의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 신호감지부(110)는 제1필름(112)과 제3필름(114)이 제2필름(113)을 감싸고 크림프 접점(115)으로 구성되며 각각의 구성을 상하부커버(111)가 감싸는 형태로 형성된다. 제1필름(112), 제2필름(113) 및 제3필름(114)은 각각 아크릴 소재, 피에조 소재 및 폴리에스테르 소재로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 제2필름(113)은 28μm 두께의 압전 PVDF(Polyvinylidene fluoride)로 구성되며, 제1필름(112)과 제3필름(114)으로 감싸진 형태로 구성된다. 크림프 접점(115)은 제2필름(113)에서 발생하는 신호를 전달해주는 커넥터 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 단부를 캔틸레버 빔으로 구성하여 제2필름(113)의 신호가 증폭되도록 할 수 있다. 아울러, 상하부커버(111)는 크림프 접점(115)을 상하방향으로 고정시킴과 동시에 외부 충격으로부터 각각의 필름 및 크림프 접점(115)을 보호할 수 있게 된다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커넥터 체결상태에 따라 전달되는 조립신호를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 커넥터 체결상태에 따른 조립신호의 파형을 확인할 수 있다. A 부분은 커넥터가 결합되기 전의 신호 파형이고, B 부분은 커넥터가 체결되는 순간의 신호 파형, C 부분은 커넥터의 체결을 확인하는 단계의 신호 파형이다. 이와 같이 커넥터가 체결되기 전에는 조립신호의 변화가 없고, 체결되는 순간에는 조립신호의 변화가 크다. 또한 커넥터의 체결을 확인하는 경우 커넥터의 정상체결이 이루어졌는지 커넥터가 체결이 해제되는 방향으로 당기는 동작에 의해 조립신호의 변화가 일어나게 된다. 이와 같이 커넥터의 체결상태에 따라 조립신호의 변화가 명확하므로 커넥터의 체결상태 판정 정확도가 향상될 수 있다.
다음으로, 도 2와 같이 패턴데이터생성부(130)는 신호감지부(110)와 연결와이어(120)를 통해 연결되고, 연결와이어(120)를 통해 복수의 조립신호를 수신할 수 있다. 도 5를 참조하여 설명한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 패턴데이터생성부(130)의 구성을 나타낸 블럭도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 패턴데이터생성부(130)의 내부 구성도를 확인할 수 있다. 패턴데이터생성부(130)는 센서 보드 형태로 구성되고, LoRa(Long Range) 네트워크를 활용하여 신호감지부(110)의 조립신호를 수신할 수 있다. LoRa 네트워크는 보안에 최적화되어 있으며 장거리 통신이 가능하며, 다중 센서를 통해 데이터의 수집이 가능하다.
패턴데이터생성부(130)는 센서드라이버(133)를 통해 신호감지부(110)의 변화를 읽을 수 있다. 특히, MCU(137)는 확장 명령어와 유닛, 데이터 수집 및 처리 명령과 LoRa 모듈을 통한 데이터 무선 통신의 전반적인 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 진단포트(139a)를 통해 펌웨어 셋팅 및 업데이트를 진행하고 배터리(135)의 형태로 전원을 공급할 수 있다. 또한, 통신모듈(139b)은 LoRa gateway와 연결 및 데이터가 높은 샘플링률(800Hz이상)로 전송될 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 패턴데이터생성부(130)는 신호감지부(110)에서 감지된 복수의 조립신호를 수신하고, 수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 여기서, 패턴데이터생성부(130)는 엄지와 검지에 각각 전달된 조립신로를 서로 합성하여 패턴데이터를 생성하고 생성된 패턴데이터를 외부로 무선 송출할 수 있다.
다음으로, 체결상태판정부(200)는 패턴데이터생성부(130)에서 생성된 패턴데이터를 수신할 수 있다. 체결상태판정부(200)는 패턴데이터생성부(130)를 통해 무선으로 외부 송출된 패턴데이터를 수신하도록 LoRa 네트워크 기반의 신호를 수신하도록 구성되고, 수신한 패턴데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 수 있다.
체결상태판정부(200)의 커넥터 체결상태 판정은, 수신한 패턴데이터의 크기를 분석하여 사전 설정된 기준값의 크기와 비교함으로써 이루어질 수 있다. 예컨대, 체결상태판정부(200)는 패턴데이터의 크기가 기준값의 크기보다 큰 경우 정상체결로 판정하고, 패턴데이터의 크기가 기준값의 크기보다 작은 경우는 미체결로 판정할 수 있게 된다. 이를 통해 커넥터 체결 작업시 발생하는 패턴데이터를 수신하여 커넥터의 체결상태를 실시간으로 판정할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 체결상태출력부(220)는 체결상태판정부(200)에서 판정된 커넥터의 체결상태를 외부로 출력할 수 있다. 여기서, 체결상태출력부(220)는 별도의 구성으로 마련될 수도 있고 패턴데이터생성부(130) 또는 체결상태판정부(200)가 담당할 수도 있다. 체결상태출력부(220)는 커넥터의 체결상태가 정상으로 판정시 외부로 정상체결 알림을 출력하고, 비정상으로 력할 수 있다. 체결 상태가 비정상으로 판정되면 진동 알림이 사용자에게 전달되어 사용자는 커넥터의 체결상태를 재확인하여 정상 체결되도록 할 수 있다.
상술한 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템의 구성을 바탕으로 실시예에 따른 커넥터 체결상태 검사 방법을 도 6을 참조하여 설명한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템이 운용되는 순서도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 먼저 사용자는 손가락에 신호감지부(110)를 착용할 수 있다(S610). 신호감지부(110)를 착용한 상태에서 사용자는 커넥터 체결 작업을 실시하고(S620), 작업을 실시함에 따라 신호감지부(110)에서 엄지와 검지를 통해 복수의 조립신호를 감지할 수 있다(S630). 이후, 패턴데이터생성부(130)는 복수의 조립신호를 수신하고, 수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성할 수 있다(S640). 이후, 체결상태판정부(200)는 외부로 무선 송출된 패턴데이터를 수신하고 이를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 수 있다(S650). 체결상태출력부(220)는 커넥터의 체결상태가 정상으로 판정되는 경우(S660의 YES) 외부로 정상체결 알림을 출력하고, 비정상으로 판정되는 경우(S660의 NO) 진동 알림을 사용자에게 전달하여 사용자는 커넥터의 체결상태를 재확인하여 다시 정상 체결되도록 할 수 있다(S680).
지금까지 설명한 본 발명의 실시예들에 의하면, 사용자가 커넥터 체결상태 검사 장치를 착용한 상태에서 커넥터 체결 작업시 발생하는 패턴데이터를 수신하여 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 커넥터의 체결상태 판정 정확도를 향상시켜 커넥터의 상품성이 개선될 수 있다.
본 발명의 특정한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 특허청구범위에 의해 제공되는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서, 본 발명이 다양하게 개량 및 변화될 수 있다는 것은 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 사용자의 손가락에 장착되어 커넥터의 조립과정에서 사용자의 손가락에 전달되는 복수의 조립신호를 감지하는 신호감지부;
    신호감지부에서 감지된 복수의 조립신호를 수신하고, 수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성하는 패턴데이터생성부; 및
    패턴데이터생성부에서 생성된 패턴데이터를 수신하고, 수신한 패턴데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 체결상태판정부;를 포함하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    신호감지부는 링 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    신호감지부는 사용자의 엄지, 검지에 해당하는 손가락에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,

    체결상태출력부는 커넥터의 체결상태가 정상으로 판정시 외부로 정상체결 알림을 출력하고, 비정상으로 판정시 외부로 진동 알림을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 시스템.
  11. 커넥터의 조립과정에서 사용자의 손가락에 전달되는 복수의 조립신호를 감지하는 단계;
    복수의 조립신호를 수신하는 단계;
    수신한 복수의 조립신호를 기반으로 패턴데이터를 생성하는 단계;
    생성된 패턴데이터를 수신하는 단계; 및
    수신한 패턴데이터를 기반으로 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 단계;를 포함하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 방법.
  12. 청구항 11에 있어서,
    패턴데이터를 생성하는 단계는,
    수신된 복수의 조립신호를 서로 합성하여 패턴데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 방법.
  13. 청구항 11에 있어서,
    커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 단계는,
    수신한 패턴데이터의 크기를 분석하여 사전 설정된 기준값의 크기와 비교함으로써 커넥터의 체결상태를 판정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 체결상태 검사 방법.
