Description

随行杯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种随行杯,特别涉及一种可调节饮品浓度的随行杯。
背景技术
近年来,由于现代人追求环保而减少一次性塑料容器的使用量,因此使得随身携带随行杯来承装或是冲泡饮品,已成为现代社会的风潮。
当使用者冲泡饮品时,会先将冲泡物放入随行杯中,并以热水对冲泡物进行冲泡以冲泡出冲泡饮品。然而,由于目前市售的随行杯结构较难及时取出随行杯内的冲泡物以调节冲泡饮品的浓度,因此容易使随行杯内的冲泡物冲泡过久而使冲泡饮品的浓度不符使用者的喜好。因此,如何便于使用者依据自身喜好而调节随行杯内冲泡饮品的浓度,即为研发人员应解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种随行杯,借以便于使用者依据自身喜好而调节随行杯内冲泡饮品的浓度。
本发明的一实施例所揭露的随行杯,包含一杯体、一升降体、一操作件以及一磁性组件。杯体包含一杯部及一下止挡部。杯部具有一容置空间。下止挡部凸出于杯部并位于容置空间。升降体位于容置空间,并包含一阻隔部及至少一镂空部。至少一镂空部连接于阻隔部。操作件位于容置空间外,并可沿杯部的轴线方向移动地设置于杯部。磁性组件包含一第一磁性件及一第二磁性件。第一磁性件设置于升降体。第二磁性件设置于操作件,且第二磁性件吸附于第一磁性件,以令操作件通过磁力带动升降体于相对杯部升降而位于一滤泡位置或一饮用位置。当升降体位于滤泡位置时,阻隔部与止挡部分离并通过镂空部连通升降体相对两侧的空间,当升降体位于饮用位置时,阻隔部抵压于下止挡部,以令阻隔部与下止挡部共同构成一分隔结构,并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部而让升降体相对两侧的空间不相连通。
根据上述实施例的随行杯,由于操作件可通过磁力带动升降体相对杯部升降,而使升降体位于一滤泡位置或一饮用位置。详细来说,当升降体位于滤泡位置时,阻隔部与下止挡部会相分离并通过镂空部连通位于升降体相对两侧的空间,且当升降体位于饮用位置时,阻隔部会抵压于下止挡部,以令阻隔部与下止挡部共同构成分隔结构, 并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部而让升降体相对两侧的空间不相连通,使得冲泡饮品与冲泡物相分离而停止对冲泡物进行冲泡。因此,当随行杯内的冲泡饮品的当前浓度不符使用者的喜好时,可将升降体于滤泡位置与饮用位置间进行转换,以便于使用者调节冲泡饮品的浓度而能享用冲泡饮品的最佳风味。

本实施例的随行杯10例如但不限于为保温杯,且保温杯具有保温效果。随行杯10包含一杯体20、一升降体30、一操作件40、多个第一磁性组件50以及一上盖60。杯体20包含一杯部21及一下止挡部22。杯部21包含一内杯身211、一外杯身212以及一下盖213。内杯身211围绕出一第一容置空间214。外杯身212套设并组装于内杯身211。外杯身212与内杯身211间形成一滑槽215。滑槽215与第一容置空间214相分离。外杯身212的相对两侧具有二开口2121。二开口2121连通滑槽215。下盖213例如螺合于杯部21的底侧,并遮蔽滑槽215与第一容置空间214。下盖213围绕出一第二容置空间2131。第二容置空间2131用以容置例如为茶叶的一冲泡物200。于第二容置空间2131容置冲泡物200后,将热水加入杯体20即可在第一容置空间214冲泡出例如为茶叶茶的冲泡饮品300。下止挡部22凸出于杯部21并位于第一容置空间214。
请一并参阅图4。图4为图1的随行杯的剖视示意图。升降体30位于第一容置空间214,并包含一镂空部31以及一阻隔部32。镂空部31与阻隔部32相连。第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131可通过镂空部31相连通。阻隔部32可抵压于杯体20的下止挡部22,以阻挡第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131的连通。
操作件40位于第一容置空间214外,且操作件40的相对两侧包含二操作部41。操作件40可沿杯部21的轴线方向滑移地设置于杯部21,且二操作部41分别位于外杯身212的二开口2121。每一第一磁性组件50包含多个第一磁性件51以及多个第二磁性件52。第一磁性件51以及第二磁性件52例如为磁铁。这些第一磁性件51设置于升降体30。这些第二磁性件52设置于操作件40,且每一第二磁性件52吸附于每一第一磁性件51,使得操作件40可通过磁力带动升降体30相对杯部21升降。上盖60例如螺合于杯体20的顶侧,并遮蔽第一容置空间214。
在本实施例中,升降体30可通过磁力相对杯部21升降而位于一滤泡位置或一饮用位置。当操作件40带动升降体30上升而使升降体30位于滤泡位置时,阻隔部32与下止挡部22分离并通过镂空部31连通位于升降体30相对两侧的第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131,故热水可持续对冲泡物200进行冲泡。当操作件40带动升降体30下降而使升降体30位于饮用位置时,阻隔部32抵压于下止挡部22,以令阻隔部32与下止挡部22共同构成分隔结构,并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部31而让升降体 30相对两侧的第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131不相连通,故冲泡饮品300与冲泡物200相分离而停止对冲泡物200进行冲泡。
在本实施例中,随行杯10还可以包含一第一密封垫70。第一密封垫70例如为橡胶圈。第一密封垫70夹设于下盖213与杯部21。如此一来,第一密封垫70可提升下盖213与杯部21间的密封效果,避免冲泡饮品300从下盖213与杯部21外漏。
在本实施例中,随行杯10还可以包含一第二密封垫80。第二密封垫80例如为橡胶圈。第二密封垫80设置于升降体30的阻隔部32。如此一来,第二密封垫80可提升阻隔部32与下止挡部22间的密封效果,避免冲泡饮品300从第一容置空间214流至第二容置空间2131。
在本实施例中,第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52的数量分别为多个,且每一第二磁性件52吸附于每一第一磁性件51,以通过磁力带动升降体30相对杯部21升降,但不以此为限。在其他实施例中,第一磁性件与第二磁性件的数量也可以分别仅为单个,且第二磁性件吸附于第一磁性件,以通过磁力带动升降体相对杯部升降。
请参阅图5与图6。图5为图1的升降体位于滤泡位置的剖视示意图。图6为图1的升降体位于饮用位置的剖视示意图。
如图5所示,当使用者欲泡茶时,使用者可将冲泡物200放入下盖213的第二容置空间2131内并将下盖213螺合于杯部21,使得杯部21的第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131相连通。如此一来,冲泡物200在热水的冲泡下可冲泡出冲泡饮品300。接着,使用者按压操作件40的操作部41,使操作件40通过这些第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52之间的磁力沿方向A带动升降体30上升而使升降体30位于滤泡位置,并将热水加入杯体20,以对冲泡物200进行冲泡而冲泡出冲泡饮品300。此时冲泡饮品300可通过升降体30的镂空部31于第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131之间流通。
如图6所示,当使用者认为当前冲泡饮品300的浓度已符合自身喜好时,使用者可按压操作件40的操作部41,使操作件40通过这些第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52之间的磁力沿方向B带动升降体30下降而使升降体30从位于滤泡位置变为位于饮用位置。此时升降体30的阻隔部32抵压于杯体20的下止挡部22,并阻隔第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131之间的连通,使得位于第二容置空间2131冲泡有冲泡物200的冲泡饮品300不会流至第一容置空间214。也就是说,位于第一容置空间214的冲泡饮品300的浓度不会随冲泡时间拉长而增加。
当升降体30位于滤泡位置时,由于第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131相连 通,因此位于第二容置空间2131的冲泡物200可浸泡于位于第一容置空间214的冲泡饮品300。当升降体30位于饮用位置时,由于第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131不相连通,因此位于第二容置空间2131的冲泡物200不会浸泡于位于第一容置空间214的冲泡饮品300。如此一来,使用者可根据自身喜好使升降体30位于滤泡位置或饮用模式,以调节冲泡饮品300的浓度。
由于一般随行杯的带动升降体升降的操作件位于杯口,故使用者在冲泡饮品的过程中因无法将上盖盖合于杯体而需等待冲泡完成。反之,在本实施例中,由于带动升降体30升降的操作件40位于杯体20的相对两侧,故不会影响上盖60盖合于杯体20。也就是说,当使用者赶时间急着外出时,使用者可先将上盖60盖合于杯体20,并于赶路途中顺便通过操作件40移动升降体30至滤泡位置。如此一来,使用者无需额外花费时间等待冲泡饮品300冲泡完成而可节省等待饮品的冲泡时间与提升冲泡饮品300的便利性。
请参阅图7。图7为根据本发明第二实施例所述的随行杯的剖视示意图。本实施例的随行杯10A与第一实施例的随行杯10相似,因此以下将针对本实施例与第一实施例的差异进行说明,相同处并不再赘述。本实施例的随行杯10A中,杯体20A的杯部21A更包含一杯底216,且杯底216与杯部21A的内杯身211共同围绕出第一容置空间214A。随行杯10A的升降体30位于第一容置空间214A内,并将第一容置空间214A分隔出一第一子空间2141A与一第二子空间2142A。第一子空间2141A用以容置一冲泡饮品300,且第二子空间2142A用以容置一冲泡物200。此外,下盖213装设于杯部21A,并遮蔽二滑槽215。也就是说,下盖213未围绕出第二容置空间2131,且冲泡物200需从随行杯10A的杯口放入随行杯10A中。
在本实施例中,升降体30可通过磁力相对杯部21A升降而位于滤泡位置或饮用位置。当操作件40带动升降体30上升而使升降体30位于滤泡位置时,阻隔部32与下止挡部22分离并通过镂空部31连通位于升降体30相对两侧的第一子空间2141A与第二子空间2142A,故热水可持续对冲泡物200进行冲泡。当操作件40带动升降体30下降而使升降体30位于饮用位置时,阻隔部32抵压于下止挡部22,以令阻隔部32与下止挡部22共同构成分隔结构,并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部31而让升降体30相对两侧的第一子空间2141A与第二子空间2142A不相连通,故冲泡饮品300与冲泡物200相分离而停止对冲泡物200进行冲泡。

本实施例的随行杯10B与第一实施例的随行杯10相似,因此以下将针对本实施例与第一实施例的差异进行说明,相同处并不再赘述。本实施例的随行杯10B的上盖60B包含一组装座61、一枢轴62、一遮盖63以及一弹性件64。组装座61例如螺合于杯部21,并具有一饮用口611。遮盖63通过枢轴62枢设于组装座61,以封闭饮用口611,使随行杯10B内的冲泡饮品300不会顺着饮用口611流出随行杯10B外。枢轴62具有一螺旋凸部621。弹性件64套设于枢轴62,且弹性件64的相对两端分别抵压于螺旋凸部621及遮盖63。弹性件64例如为弹簧。弹性件64与枢轴62皆位于组装座61内而不会显露于外。
随行杯10B包含一水量调整件90、一双推式伸缩机构100以及一复位件110。水量调整件90具有三连通口91。三连通口91的尺寸相异。水量调整件90可转动地设置于组装座61,以令三连通口91择一对准饮用口611。双推式伸缩机构100包含一组装柱101、一套筒102、一转动件103以及一抵顶件104。组装柱101例如螺合于组装座61。套筒102与转动件103固定于水量调整件90,且套筒102围绕转动件103。抵顶件104可滑移地位于套筒102内。组装柱101与转动件103分别具有相匹配的多个导引块1011、1031,且抵顶件104可按压地设置于转动件103,并通过相匹配的这些导引块1011、1031令抵顶件104通过转动件103带动水量调整件90转动。复位件110的相对两端分别抵压于组装座61及水量调整件90,以供抵顶件104按压后复位。复位件110例如为弹簧。
在本实施例中,导引块1011、1031的数量分别为多个,且这些导引块1011、1031相匹配以带动水量调整件90转动,但不以此为限。在其他实施例中,导引块的数量也可以分别仅为单个,且二导引块相匹配以带动水量调整件90转动。
在本实施例中,连通口91的数量为三个,且三连通口91的尺寸相异并择一对准饮用口611,但不以此为限。在其他实施例中,连通口91的数量也可以为二个或四个以上,且这些连通口91的尺寸相异并择一对准饮用口611。

在本实施例中,当上盖60B处于一关闭状态时,弹性件64的相对两端分别抵压于螺旋凸部621及遮盖63。如图11所示,当使用者欲打开上盖60B时,弹性件64受到枢轴62的螺旋凸部621的带动而沿方向C伸展,使上盖60B沿方向D开启而从关闭状态变为一开启状态。如图12所示,当使用者欲关闭上盖60B时,弹性件64受到 枢轴62的螺旋凸部621的带动而沿方向E压缩,使上盖60B沿方向F关闭而从开启状态变为关闭状态时。

在本实施例中,不同尺寸的三连通口91的一者与饮用口611连通。当使用者欲选择符合自身需求的连通口91的口径时,使用者可沿方向G按压抵顶件104,使得水量调整件90与复位件110受到抵顶件104的抵压而沿方向G移动。接着,使用者放开抵顶件104,使得水量调整件90通过组装柱101与转动件103的导引块1011、1031的带动而沿方向H转动,且复位件110沿与方向G的反向移动而复位。此时三连通口91的另一者可与饮用口611连通。故使用者可依自身需求来调整水量调整件90,以选择适合的连通口91的口径。

本实施例的随行杯10C与第一实施例的随行杯10相似,因此以下将针对本实施例与第一实施例的差异进行说明,相同处并不再赘述。本实施例的随行杯10C包含一封闭件120以及一过滤件130。上盖60C具有一气孔65。封闭件120可活动地设置于气孔65,以封闭气孔65或将气孔65打开。随行杯10C的升降体30位于第一容置空间214C,且过滤件130穿设于升降体30的镂空部31。过滤件130例如为铁网,并用于过滤冲泡物200。此外,内杯身211的相对两侧分别具有二定位凹部2111,且二定位凹部2111分别对应于开口2121的相对两端,以令升降体30在通过磁力上升或下降时定位于定位凹部2111。
请一并参阅图19。图19为图16的随行杯的剖视示意图。在本实施例中,当使用者欲饮用含有奶泡或泡沫的冲泡饮品300时,首先,使用者可沿方向I移动封闭件120,使得随行杯10C外的空气可通过上盖60C的气孔65进入随行杯10C的第一容置空间214C。接着,使用者通过操作件40快速地将升降体30沿方向J以及沿与方向J的反向反复移动,使得随行杯10C外的空气可通过气孔65被打入随行杯10C中的冲泡饮品300,进而可在冲泡饮品300中打出奶泡或泡沫。
在本实施例中,升降体30可通过磁力相对杯部21C升降而位于滤泡位置或饮用位置。当操作件40的操作部41未受按压时,操作件40可与内杯身211相定位,其定位方式例如为通过操作件40的定位块定位于内杯身211而可定位于当前位置。当操作件40的操作部41受到按压时,操作件40可相对内杯身211移动,其脱离当前定位位 置的方式例如为操作件40受到与操作部41相连的弹簧的压缩力而解除与内杯身211的定位状态,使得操作件40可带动升降体30相对内杯身211上升或下降。
当操作件40带动升降体30上升而使升降体30位于滤泡位置时,操作件40的操作部41可定位于对应于开口2121顶端的定位凹部2111,且升降体30的阻隔部32与杯体20的下止挡部22分离并通过升降体30的镂空部31连通位于升降体30相对两侧的第一子空间2141C与第二子空间2142C,故热水可持续对冲泡物200进行冲泡。当操作件40带动升降体30下降而使升降体30位于饮用位置时,操作件40的操作部41可定位于对应于开口2121底端的定位凹部2111,且升降体30的阻隔部32抵压于杯体20的下止挡部22,以令阻隔部32与下止挡部22共同构成分隔结构,并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部31而让升降体30相对两侧的第一子空间2141C与第二子空间2142C不相连通,故冲泡饮品300与冲泡物200相分离而停止对冲泡物200进行冲泡。

本实施例的随行杯10D与第一实施例的随行杯10相似,因此以下将针对本实施例与第一实施例的差异进行说明,相同处并不再赘述。本实施例的随行杯10D包含一杯体20、一升降体30、一操作件40D、一第一磁性组件50、一第二磁性组件55以及一上盖60。杯体20包含一杯部21及一下止挡部22。杯部21包含一内杯身211、一外杯身212以及一下盖213。内杯身211围绕出一第一容置空间214。外杯身212套设并组装于内杯身211,以共同构成双层保温隔热结构。外杯身212与内杯身211间形成一滑槽215。滑槽215与第一容置空间214相分离。外杯身212的相对两侧具有二开口2121。二开口2121连通滑槽215。
下盖213例如可分离地螺合于杯部21的底侧,并遮蔽滑槽215与第一容置空间 214。下盖213围绕出一第二容置空间2131。第二容置空间2131用以容置例如为茶叶的一冲泡物200。于第二容置空间2131容置冲泡物200后,将热水加入杯体20即可在第一容置空间214冲泡出例如为茶叶茶的冲泡饮品300。下止挡部22凸出于杯部21的底侧处,并位于第一容置空间214。

升降体30位于第一容置空间214,并包含一镂空部31以及一阻隔部32。镂空部31与阻隔部32相连。镂空部31具有多个凹槽,以令第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131可通过镂空部31的凹槽相连通。阻隔部32可抵压于杯体20的下止挡部22,以阻挡第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131的连通。其中,阻隔部32例如由弹性材质所制成。
操作件40D位于第一容置空间214外,并可沿杯部21的轴线方向滑移地设置于杯部21。操作件40D包含一环形本体42以及二操作部41。二操作部41设置于环形本体42部的相对两侧,并分别位于外杯身212的二开口2121。第一磁性组件50包含多个第一磁性件51以及多个第二磁性件52。第一磁性件51以及第二磁性件52例如为磁铁。这些第一磁性件51设置于升降体30。这些第二磁性件52设置于操作件40D。这些第二磁性件52吸附于这些第一磁性件51,使得操作件40D可通过磁力带动升降体30相对杯部21升降。
上盖60例如可分离地螺合于杯体20的顶侧,且上盖60与下盖213分别位于容置空间的相对两端。上盖60遮蔽第一容置空间214。
第二磁性组件55包含二第三磁性件551以及二第四磁性件552。二第三磁性件551设置于内杯身211,且每一第三磁性件551包含二吸引部5511以及一排斥部5512。二吸引部5511分别设置于排斥部5512相对两端,并分别对应于滤泡位置与饮用位置。二第四磁性件552分别设置于二操作部41,且内杯身211位于第三磁性件551与第四磁性件552之间。二吸引部5511的磁性与二第四磁性件552的磁性相异而相吸附,以令操作件40D与升降体30移动至滤泡位置或饮用位置时可定位。排斥部5512的磁性与二第四磁性件552的磁性相同而相排斥,使得二第四磁性件552相对于排斥部5512移动时会因排斥部5512与第四磁性件552之间的排斥力而减少摩擦力,以令操作件40D与升降体30可平顺地于滤泡位置与饮用位置之间移动。
在本实施例中,升降体30可通过磁力相对杯部21升降而位于滤泡位置或饮用位置。当操作件40D带动升降体30上升而使升降体30位于滤泡位置时,阻隔部32与 下止挡部22分离并通过镂空部31连通位于升降体30相对两侧的第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131,故热水可持续对冲泡物200进行冲泡。当操作件40D带动升降体30下降而使升降体30位于饮用位置时,阻隔部32抵压于下止挡部22,以令阻隔部32与下止挡部22共同构成分隔结构,并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部31而让升降体30相对两侧的第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131不相连通,故冲泡饮品300与冲泡物200相分离而停止对冲泡物200进行冲泡。如此一来,使用者可根据自身喜好使升降体30位于滤泡位置或饮用模式,以调节冲泡饮品300的浓度。
此外,由于一般随行杯10D的带动升降体30升降的操作件40D位于杯口,故使用者在冲泡饮品300的过程中因无法将上盖60盖合于杯体20而需等待冲泡完成。反之,在本实施例中,由于带动升降体30升降的操作件40D位于杯体20的相对两侧,故不会影响上盖60盖合于杯体20。也就是说,当使用者赶时间急着外出时,使用者可先将上盖60盖合于杯体20,并于赶路途中顺便通过操作件40D移动升降体30至滤泡位置。如此一来,使用者无需额外花费时间等待冲泡饮品300冲泡完成而可节省等待饮品的冲泡时间与提升冲泡饮品300的便利性。
再者,由于随行杯10D设有第二磁性组件55,且操作件40D与升降体30通过第二磁性组件55的吸引部5511与第四磁性件552的磁性吸附来定位于滤泡位置与饮用位置,故可使操作件40D与升降体30更稳固地位于滤泡位置与饮用位置。此外,由于操作件40D与升降体30通过第二磁性组件55的排斥部5512与第四磁性件552的排斥力来减少第四磁性件552相对于排斥部5512移动时的摩擦力,故可使操作件40D与升降体30更平顺地于滤泡位置与饮用位置之间移动。
在本实施例中,随行杯10D还可以包含一第一密封垫70。第一密封垫70例如为橡胶圈。第一密封垫70夹设于下盖213与杯部21。如此一来,第一密封垫70可提升下盖213与杯部21间的密封效果,避免冲泡饮品300从下盖213与杯部21外漏。
在本实施例中,随行杯10D还可以包含一第二密封垫80。第二密封垫80例如为橡胶圈。第二密封垫80夹设于上盖60与杯部21。如此一来,第二密封垫80可提升阻隔部32与下止挡部22间的密封效果,避免冲泡饮品300从第一容置空间214流至第二容置空间2131。
在本实施例中,第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52的数量分别为多个,但不以此为限。在其他实施例中,第一磁性件与第二磁性件的数量也可以分别仅为单个。

如图25所示,当使用者欲泡茶时,使用者可将冲泡物200放入下盖213的第二容置空间2131内并将下盖213螺合于杯部21,使得杯部21的第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131相连通。如此一来,冲泡物200在热水的冲泡下可冲泡出冲泡饮品300。接着,使用者按压操作件40D的操作部41,使操作件40D通过这些第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52之间的磁力沿方向K带动升降体30上升而使升降体30位于滤泡位置。此时操作件40D与升降体30通过排斥部5512与第四磁性件552之间的排斥力而平顺地相对杯体20移动,并通过吸引部5511与第四磁性件552的磁性吸附而定位于滤泡位置。接着,使用者将热水加入杯体20,以对冲泡物200进行冲泡而冲泡出冲泡饮品300。此时冲泡饮品300可通过升降体30的镂空部31于第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131之间流通。
如图26所示,当使用者认为当前冲泡饮品300的浓度已符合自身喜好时,使用者可按压操作件40D的操作部41,使操作件40D通过这些第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52之间的磁力沿方向L带动升降体30下降而使升降体30自滤泡位置移动至饮用位置。此时操作件40D与升降体30通过排斥部5512与第四磁性件552之间的排斥力而平顺地相对杯体20移动,并通过吸引部5511与第四磁性件552的磁性吸附而定位于饮用位置。当升降体30位于饮用位置时,升降体30的阻隔部32抵压于杯体20的下止挡部22,并阻隔第一容置空间214与第二容置空间2131之间的连通,使得位于第二容置空间2131冲泡有冲泡物200的冲泡饮品300不会流至第一容置空间214。也就是说,位于第一容置空间214的冲泡饮品300的浓度不会随冲泡时间拉长而增加。

在本实施例中,第三磁性件551H的吸引部5511H的数量例如为三个。第三磁性件551H的排斥部5512H的数量例如为二个。三吸引部5511H与二排斥部5512H交错排列。其中,三吸引部5511H的一者对应于开口2121H,且三吸引部5511H的另二者分别对应于滤泡位置与饮用位置。
由于内杯身211H的材质为玻璃,使得杯体20H非呈双层保温隔热结构,故杯体20H隔热效果低于第一实施例的杯体。如此一来,高温的冲泡饮品会将热量传递至外杯身212H,使得外杯身212H会过于烫手。因此,当使用者将升降体30H移动至对应于开口2121H的吸引部5511H时,可通过手握操作件40H来避免使用者的手直接碰触外杯身212H。如此一来,可避免外杯身212H烫手而便于使用者握持。
在本实施例中,第三磁性件551H的吸引部5511H的数量为三个,第三磁性件551H的排斥部5512H的数量为二个,且这些吸引部5511H与这些排斥部5512H交错排列,但不以此为限。在其他实施例中,吸引部的数量以及排斥部的数量也可以分别仅为单个,且吸引部对应于滤泡位置或饮用位置。也就是说,操作件与升降体也可以仅于滤泡位置或饮用位置通过吸引部与排斥部的磁性吸附来定位。

一般来说,若随行杯10I内已装有热水,则使用者将升降体30I自杯部21I的杯口装设于第一容置空间214时,会因为第一磁性件51与第二磁性件52之间的磁性吸附力过大造成升降体30I过快地自杯部21I的杯口装设于第一容置空间214,使得热水喷溅出随行杯10I外而造成使用者被热水烫伤。在本实施例中,通过上止挡部23凸出于杯部21I的杯口处来阻挡升降体30I通过第二通口231而自杯口装设于第一容置空间214,可使得使用者仅能先将下盖213打开后,再令升降体30I通过下止挡部22挤压弹性件305以及具有弹性的阻隔部32I而通过第一通口221来装设于第一容置空间214。由于使用者需先将下盖213打开,故随行杯10I内不会事先装有热水。如此一来,可避免因热水喷溅出随行杯10I外而造成使用者被热水烫伤。
请参阅图41。图41为根据本发明第十一实施例所述的随行杯的剖视示意图。本实施例的随行杯10F与第五实施例的随行杯10D相似,因此以下将针对本实施例与第一实施例的差异进行说明,相同处并不再赘述。
在本实施例的随行杯10J中,升降体30J的阻隔部32J包含一挤压件33以及一阻隔件34。阻隔件34装设于挤压件33。挤压件33例如呈锥状,并装设于镂空部31J。如此一来,当升降体30J位于饮用位置时,可通过挤压件33挤压冲泡物(未绘示), 以令冲泡物完全位于第二容置空间2131,使得冲泡物不会非预期地位于阻隔部32J与下止挡部22之间,而降低阻隔部32J与下止挡部22之间的阻隔效果。
此外,阻隔件34可相对挤压件33活动而偏移。当操作件40J通过第一磁性组件50带动升降体30J时,会因为磁性吸附力的偏差而使升降体30J偏位而非置中设置于随行杯10J内。此时会降低阻隔部32J与下止挡部22之间的阻隔效果。在本实施例中,当升降体30J例如沿方向M偏位时,由于阻隔件34可相对挤压件33活动,故阻隔件34会受挤压件33的抵靠而例如沿方向N偏移。如此一来,可使阻隔件34沿方向N回归于置中的位置。
在本实施例中,随行杯10J更包含一导流叶片150。导流叶片150设置于升降体30J的镂空部31J,且导流叶片150例如由弹性材质所制成,但不以此为限,在其他实施例中,导流叶片也可以例如由非弹性材质所制成。当使用者于随行杯10J加入热水,并将升降体30J自饮用位置沿方向O移动至滤泡位置时,热水会随升降体30J沿方向O快速流动,使得热水容易自随行杯10J的杯口喷溅出来而造成使用者被热水烫伤。因此,通过于镂空部31J设置导流叶片150,可在升降体30J自饮用位置沿方向O移动至滤泡位置时导引热水沿方向P流动。也就是说,导流叶片150可在升降体自饮用位置移动至滤泡位置时导引热水转向流动,而不会直接朝随行杯10J的杯口流动而喷溅出来。如此一来,可避免使用者被热水烫伤。
此外,导流叶片150可相对升降体30J活动而偏移。当操作件40J通过第一磁性组件50带动升降体30J时,会因为磁性吸附力的偏差而使升降体30J偏位而非置中设置于随行杯10J内。此时会造成热水流动不平均,使得热水容易喷溅出随行杯10J外,进而容易烫伤使用者。在本实施例中,当升降体30J例如沿方向M偏位时,由于导流叶片150可相对升降体30J活动,故导流叶片150会受升降体30J的抵靠而例如沿方向N偏移。如此一来,可使导流叶片150沿方向N回归于置中的位置。
根据上述实施例的随行杯,由于操作件可通过磁力带动升降体相对杯部升降,而使升降体位于一滤泡位置或一饮用位置。详细来说,当升降体位于滤泡位置时,阻隔部与下止挡部会相分离并通过镂空部连通位于升降体相对两侧的第一容置空间与第二容置空间,且当升降体位于饮用位置时,阻隔部会抵压于下止挡部,以令阻隔部与下止挡部共同构成分隔结构,并通过分隔结构阻隔镂空部而让升降体相对两侧的第一容置空间与第二容置空间不相连通,使得冲泡饮品与冲泡物相分离而停止对冲泡物进行冲泡。因此,当随行杯内的冲泡饮品的当前浓度不符使用者的喜好时,可将升降体于滤泡位置与饮用位置间进行转换,以便于使用者调节冲泡饮品的浓度而能享用冲泡饮 品的最佳风味。
此外,由于一般随行杯的带动升降体升降的操作件位于杯口,故使用者在冲泡饮品的过程中因无法将上盖盖合于杯体而需等待冲泡完成。反之,在本实施例中,由于带动升降体升降的操作件位于杯体的相对两侧,故不会影响上盖盖合于杯体。也就是说,当使用者赶时间急着外出时,使用者可先将上盖盖合于杯体,并于赶路途中顺便通过操作件移动升降体至滤泡位置。如此一来,使用者无需额外花费时间等待冲泡饮品冲泡完成而可节省等待饮品的冲泡时间与提升冲泡饮品的便利性。
此外,由于水量调整件可通过组装柱与转动件的导引块的带动而转动,使水量调整件的不同尺寸的连通口可分别与饮用口连通,故使用者可依自身需求来调整水量调整件,以选择适合的连通口的口径。
此外,由于随行杯设有第三磁性件与第四磁性件,且操作件与升降体通过第二磁性组件的吸引部与第四磁性件的磁性吸附来定位于滤泡位置与饮用位置,故可使操作件与升降体更稳固地位于滤泡位置与饮用位置。此外,由于操作件与升降体通过第二磁性组件的排斥部与第四磁性件的排斥力来减少第四磁性件相对于排斥部移动时的摩擦力,故可使操作件与升降体更平顺地于滤泡位置与饮用位置之间移动。
再者,由于上盖具有一气孔,且封闭件可活动地设置于气孔,使得使随行杯外的空气可通过气孔进入随行杯,故使用者可通过快速地移动升降体,使得外部空气可通过气孔被打入随行杯中的冲泡饮品,进而可在冲泡饮品中打出奶泡或泡沫以供使用者享用。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种随行杯,其特征在于,包含:
    一杯体,包含一杯部及一下止挡部,该杯部具有一容置空间,该下止挡部凸出于该杯部并位于该容置空间;
    一升降体,位于该容置空间,并包含一阻隔部及至少一镂空部,该至少一镂空部连接于该阻隔部;
    一操作件,位于该容置空间外,并可沿该杯部的轴线方向移动地设置于该杯部;以及
    一第一磁性组件,包含至少一第一磁性件以及至少一第二磁性件,该至少一第一磁性件设置于该升降体,该至少一第二磁性件设置于该操作件,且该至少一第二磁性件吸附于该至少一第一磁性件,以令该操作件通过磁力带动该升降体相对该杯部升降而位于一滤泡位置或一饮用位置;
    其中,当该升降体位于该滤泡位置时,该阻隔部与该下止挡部分离并通过该至少一镂空部连通该升降体相对两侧的空间,当该升降体位于该饮用位置时,该阻隔部抵压于该下止挡部,以令该阻隔部与该下止挡部共同构成一分隔结构,并通过该分隔结构阻隔该至少一镂空部而让该升降体相对两侧的空间不相连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该杯部具有至少一滑槽,该至少一滑槽与该容置空间相分离,该操作件可滑移地位于该滑槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该杯部包含一内杯身、一外杯身、一杯底及一下盖,该内杯身围绕出该容置空间,该外杯身套设并组装于该内杯身,且该外杯身与该内杯身间形成该至少一滑槽,该外杯身具有至少一开口,该至少一开口连通该至少一滑槽,该杯底连接于该内杯身,该下盖装设于该杯部,并遮蔽该至少一滑槽。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该杯部包含一内杯身、一外杯身及一下盖,该内杯身围绕出该容置空间,该外杯身套设并组装于该内杯身,且该外杯身与该内杯身间形成该至少一滑槽,该外杯身具有至少一开口,该至少一开口连通该至少一滑槽,该下盖装设于该杯部,并遮蔽该至少一滑槽与该容置空间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一第二磁性组件,该第二磁性组件包含至少一第三磁性件以及至少一第四磁性件,该至少一第三磁性件设置于该杯部,并包含至少一吸引部,该至少一吸引部对应于该滤泡位置或该饮用位置,该至少一第四磁性件设置于该操作件,并用以吸附于该至少一吸引部,以令该操作件与该 升降体定位于该滤泡位置或该饮用位置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该至少一第三磁性件的该至少一吸引部的数量为二个,且该至少一第三磁性件更包含至少一排斥部,二个该吸引部分别设置于该至少一排斥部相对两端,并分别对应于该滤泡位置与该饮用位置,二个该吸引部的磁性与该至少一第四磁性件的磁性相异而相吸附,以令该操作件与该升降体移动至该滤泡位置或该饮用位置时可定位,且该至少一排斥部的磁性与该至少一第四磁性件的磁性相同而相排斥,以令该操作件与该升降体通过该至少一排斥部与该至少一第四磁性件之间的排斥力而可平顺地于该滤泡位置与该饮用位置之间移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该操作件包含一环形本体部以及至少一操作部,该至少一操作部设置于该环形本体部的一侧,并位于该外杯身的该至少一开口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该至少一第三磁性件设置于该内杯身,该至少一第四磁性件设置于该操作件的该至少一操作部,且该内杯身位于该至少一第三磁性件与该至少一第四磁性件之间。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该至少一第三磁性件设置于该外杯身,该操作件的该环形本体具有至少一凹槽,该至少一第四磁性件设置于该至少一凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一第一密封垫,该第一密封垫夹设于该下盖与该杯部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一第一定位件,该第一定位件设置于该第一密封垫的一侧,并用以定位该内杯身于该外杯身。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该第一密封垫包含二密封部,该二密封部相分离,且该第一定位件至少部分夹设于该二密封部。
  13. 如权利要求3或4所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一上盖,该上盖可分离地装设于该杯部,且该上盖与该下盖分别位于该容置空间的相对两端。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一封闭件,该上盖具有一气孔,该封闭件可活动地设置于该气孔,以封闭该气孔或将该气孔打开。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一第二密封垫,该第二密封垫夹设于该上盖与该杯部。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该上盖包含一组装座、一枢轴、一遮盖及一弹性件,该组装座可分离地装设于该杯部,并具有一饮用口,该遮盖通过 该枢轴枢设于该组装座,以封闭该饮用口,该枢轴具有一螺旋凸部,该弹性件套设于该枢轴,且该弹性件的相对两端分别抵压于该螺旋凸部及该遮盖。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一水量调整件,该水量调整件具有至少二连通口,该至少二连通口的尺寸相异,该水量调整件可转动地设置于该组装座,以令该至少二连通口择一对准该饮用口。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一双推式伸缩机构,该双推式伸缩机构包含一组装柱、一套筒、一转动件及一抵顶件,该组装柱固定于该组装座,该套筒与该转动件固定于该水量调整件,且该套筒围绕该转动件,该抵顶件可滑移地位于该套筒内,该组装柱与该转动件分别具有相匹配的至少一导引块,且该抵顶件可按压地设置于该转动件,并通过相匹配的该至少二导引块令该抵顶件通过该转动件带动该水量调整件转动。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一复位件,该复位件的相对两端分别抵压于该组装座及该水量调整件。
  20. 如权利要求13所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一第三磁性组件,该第三磁性组件包含一第五磁性件以及一第六磁性件,该第五磁性件设置于该升降体,该第六磁性件设置于该上盖,且该第五磁性件用以吸附于该第六磁性件,以令该升降体定位于该饮用位置。
  21. 如权利要求3或4所述的随行杯,其特征在于,当该升降体位于该饮用位置时,该第一磁性件的中心较该第二磁性件的中心远离该下盖。
  22. 如权利要求4所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该内杯身包含一第一定位结构,该外杯身包含一第二定位结构,该第一定位结构与该第二定位结构凹凸匹配,以令该内杯身与该外杯身通过该第一定位结构与该第二定位结构相定位。
  23. 如权利要求4所述的随行杯,其特征在于,该内杯身包含一第三定位结构,该升降体包含一第四定位结构,该第三定位结构与该第四定位结构凹凸匹配,以令该升降体通过该第三定位结构与该第四定位结构定位于该饮用位置。
  24. 如权利要求5所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一第二定位件,该第二定位件设置于该第三磁性件靠近该下盖的一侧,并用以定位该第二磁性组件。
  25. 如权利要求1所述的随行杯,其特征在于,更包含一过滤件,设置于该升降体的该至少一镂空部。
