背景技术
随着智能设备与互联网的快速发展,智能设备上使用的各种娱乐及社交软件应用越来越多,人们在社交软件上的沟通也越来越多,当接收到社交软件的消息后,用户需要进入社交软件查看并在应用内进行回复。
相关技术中,用户在前台通过非社交软件观看视频或游玩游戏的过程中,接收到社交软件的消息时,需要在至前台运行相应的社交软件,才能够对消息进行回复,导致用户回复消息的操作繁琐。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种信息回复方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,实现了无需用户在前台调起社交软件应用,对前台运行的非社交软件应用没有影响,提高了用户回复消息的便利性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息回复方法,包括:在显示第一应用的第一界面的情况下,接收第一消息,第一消息为来自第二应用的消息;接收对第一界面的第一输入,第一输入用于编辑第二消息;在第二消息与第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息回复装置,包括:第一接收模块,用于在显示第一应用的第一界面的情况下,接收第一消息,第一消息为来自第二应用的消息;第二接收模块,用于接收对第一界面的第一输入,第一输入用于编辑第二消息;回复模块,用于在第二消息与第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复。

本申请实施例中,在前台显示其他应用软件的应用界面的情况下,接收到来自后台运行的社交软件应用的社交信息时,在前台显示的应用界面中显示该社交信息。用户在查看到该社交信息之后,可以在前台显示的应用界面输入该社交信息的回复消息,电子设备能够自动识别在前台显示的应用界面中输入的回复消息是否与后台运行的社交软件应用相匹配,在该回复消息与社交软件应用相匹配的情况下,则将该回复消息通过社交软件应用对社交信息进行回复,无需用户在前台调起社交软件应用,对前台运行的非社交软件应用没有影响,提高了用户的使用体验。

在本申请的一些实施例中提供了一种信息回复方法,图1示出了本申请的一些实施例提供的信息回复方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,信息回复方法包括:

示例性地,第一应用可以为视频观看应用,第一界面为视频观看界面,第一消息为社交聊天软件,第一消息为社交联系人发送的社交信息。
本申请实施例中,在用户使用第一应用的过程中,通过第二应用接收到其他用户发送的第一消息时,能够在第一界面直接查看该第一消息的消息内容,无需用户将第二应用的应用界面切换至前台显示进行查看。
步骤104,接收对第一界面的第一输入,第一输入用于编辑第二消息;
本申请实施例中,第一输入为用户对第一界面执行的操作输入,该操作输入包括但不限于点击输入、滑动输入、语音输入等。
示例性地,用户通过点击第一界面中的虚拟键盘,对第二消息进行编辑,点击虚拟键盘即为第一输入。
示例性地,用户通过语音指令输入第二消息,用户向电子设备输入的语音指令即为第一输入。
步骤106,在第二消息与第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复。
本申请实施例中,在用户在电子设备中编辑第二消息之后,电子设备能够对第二消息是否与第二应用相匹配进行判断。在判断第二消息的语义与第二应用相匹配时,则确定用户通过第一输入编辑的第二消息为第一消息的回复消息,在后台通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复。在判断第二消息的语义与第二应用不匹配时,则确定用户通过第一输入编辑的第二消息需要通过第一应用发送,即通过第一应用发送该第二消息。
在用户对第二消息编辑完成之后,电子设备能够对第二消息是否与第二应用相匹配进行判断,例如:通过分析第二消息与第二消息的语义是否匹配,以及根据第二消息的输入时刻与第一消息的接收时刻之间的关系,判断第二消息是否与第二应用匹配,在判断到第二应用与第二消息相匹配时,则直接通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复。
本申请实施例中,电子设备通过内容抓取功能,获取用户在当前应用内输入的文字或者音频内容,以确定第二消息,需要说明的是,因为用户对第一界面所执行的第一输入是使用的第一应用的输入功能,电子设备可以通过用户授权麦克风及输入法的权限的方式来获取用户的输入文字或音频内容,从而确定第二消息。电子设备通过文字识别OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)技术等方式,提取显示在第一界面中的第一消息的文字内容。
本申请实施例中,在前台显示其他应用软件的应用界面的情况下,接收到来自后台运行的社交软件应用的社交信息时,在前台显示的应用界面中显示该社交信息。用户在查看到该社交信息之后,可以在前台显示的应用界面输入该社交信息的回复消息,电子 设备能够自动识别在前台显示的应用界面中输入的回复消息是否与后台运行的社交软件应用相匹配,在该回复消息与社交软件应用相匹配的情况下,则将该回复消息通过社交软件应用对社交信息进行回复,无需用户在前台调起社交软件应用,对前台运行的非社交软件应用没有影响,提高了用户的使用体验。
本申请的一些实施例中,在第二消息与第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复之前,包括:在第一时长小于预设时长,且第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,确定第二消息与第二应用相匹配,第一时长为第一输入的输入时刻至第一消息的接收时刻的时长。
本申请实施例中,电子设备判断第一消息和第二消息是否匹配,并且记录第二消息对应的输入时刻与第一消息对应的接收时刻之间的第一时长。在第一时长小于预设时长的情况下,则判定用户通过第一输入编辑的第二消息与第一消息接收时刻比较接近,并且在第二消息与第一消息语义相匹配的情况下,则判定该第二消息用于回复第一消息,电子设备自动通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复,简化了用户对后台应用的消息进行回复的便捷性。
具体来说,可以通过语义识别算法分别提取第二消息和第一消息的语义,并对两者的语义进行比对。例如:通过对第一消息和第二消息的语义进行识别,通过提取第一消息和第二消息中各段内容的关键词,再通过关键词集合生成词频向量,再计算向量之间的余弦相似度,余弦相似度较高的情况下,确定第一消息与第二消息相匹配。或者通过对句法及文本内容实体识别来判断第一消息和第二消息之间的逻辑关联性,在逻辑关联性较高的情况下,确定第一消息与第二消息相匹配。
第一时长为第二消息的输入时刻至第一消息的接收时刻的时长。具体来说,电子设备在响应于第一输入生成第二消息之后,电子设备记录第一输入的输入时刻,并读取第一消息的接收时刻,从而计算得到该第二消息对应的第一时长。
在电子设备接收到第一消息的情况下,电子设备开始计时,用户在第一界面中通过第一输入生成第二消息的情况下,电子设备停止计时,得到第一时长。将第一时长与预设时长进行比较,在第一时长大于或等于预设时长时,确定用户输入第二消息的时间较晚,则该第二消息与第一消息关联性不大,此时将第二消息通过第一应用发送。在第一时长小于预设时长时,确定用户输入第二消息的时间距离第一消息的接收时刻较近,则该第二消息可能与第一消息关联性较高,此时将获取第二消息和第一消息的语义,并继续执行根据第一消息和第二消息的语义判断该第二消息是否为第一消息的回复消息的步骤。
示例性地,预设时长的取值范围为5分钟至20分钟。例如:预设时长为10分钟,如果第一时长小于预设时长则获取第一消息与第二消息的语义的步骤,如果第一时长大于或等于预设时长,则直接将第二消息通过第一应用发送。
图2示出了本申请的一些实施例提供的显示界面的示意图之一,如图2所示,在显 示游戏应用的游戏界面202时,接收到来自社交软件的社交消息204,社交消息以悬浮窗的形式显示在游戏界面202的上方。游戏界面202中显示有局内聊天框206,局内聊天框206中显示有局内聊天信息208,局内聊天信息208为游戏应用中的消息,用户在局内聊天框206中输入文字信息210。其中,社交消息204内容为“今天晚上吃啥”,社交消息204的接收时刻为12:02,文字信息210内容为“吃包子”,该文字信息210的输入时刻为12:03,系统检测到该文字信息210与社交消息204语义匹配,且文字信息210的第一时长为2分钟,小于预设时长5分钟,此时将“吃包子”作为社交消息204的回复消息在后台对社交消息204进行回复,且该文字信息不显示在局内聊天框206中。其中,游戏界面202为第一界面,社交消息204为第一消息,文字信息210为第二消息。
本申请实施例中,通过记录第一消息的接收时刻与第二消息的输入时刻之间的第一时长,并将第一时长与预设时长的数值关系以及第一消息和第二消息的语义是否匹配,作为第二消息是否为第一消息的回复消息的判断条件,提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的准确性,避免对第一消息进行误回复。
本申请的一些实施例中,在第一时长小于预设时长的情况下,且第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,确定第二消息与第二应用相匹配之前,还包括:获取第二消息与第一消息的第一语义相关度,以及第二消息与第三消息的第二语义相关度,第三消息为来自第一应用的消息;在第一语义相关度高于第二语义相关度,且第一语义相关度高于预设阈值的情况下,确定第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配。
本申请实施例中,第一语义相关度为第一消息的语义与第二消息的语义之间的语义相关度,第二语义相关度为第二消息的语义与第三消息的语义之间的语义相关度,第三消息为前台运行的第一应用中的消息。
具体来说,在第一语义相关度高于第二语义相关度的情况下,确定第一消息与第二消息更加匹配,并且第一语义相关度高于预设阈值时,则确定用户输入的第二消息与第一消息语义相匹配。
图3示出了本申请的一些实施例提供的语义相关度计算结果示意图,如图3所示,第一界面中的第三消息为“玩家A:等我大招好了再开团,玩家B:我大招还有30秒”,第一消息为“今天晚上吃啥”,用户通过电子设备输入的第二消息为“吃包子”。通过计算得到第二消息与第三消息之间的第二语义相关度为P1=0.2,第二消息与第一消息之间的第一语义相关度为Q1=0.9。在预设阈值为Qa=0.5的情况下,可见Q1>Qa>P1,确定该第二消息与第一消息语义相匹配。
示例性地,在第一界面中不存在第三消息的情况下,则默认第二语义相关度为0。即第一语义相关度大于预设阈值,直接判定第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配。
本申请实施例中,电子设备能够根据用户输入的第二消息与第一消息之间的语义相关度与第二消息与第三消息之间的语义相关度,以及预设阈值进行比较,从而准确判断第二消息是否与第一消息语义相匹配,提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的准确度,避 免了对第一消息的误回复。
本申请的一些实施例中,获取第二消息与第一消息的第一语义相关度,包括:获取第一消息对应的历史消息记录,历史消息记录的消息来源与第一消息的消息来源相匹配,历史消息记录包括第一消息;确定第二消息与历史消息记录中至少两条目标消息的第三语义相关度;将至少两个第三语义相关度中数值最高的语义相关度,确定为第一语义相关度。
本申请实施例中,第一消息为来自社交软件的社交聊天消息,历史消息记录为第一消息所对应的社交软件的历史聊天记录。消息来源可以为社交软件中的联系人,即获取第一消息对应的联系人的历史消息记录,且该历史消息记录包括该第一消息。
示例性地,第一消息为社交软件中联系人A与用户之间的聊天消息,历史消息记录为联系人A与用户之间的历史聊天记录。该历史聊天记录可以为预设时长内的聊天记录,例如:一天内,通过设置聊天记录为预设时长内的聊天记录能够提出历史消息记录中与第一消息相关性不大的部分内容。
本申请实施例中,历史消息记录中包括多条聊天消息,确定每条聊天消息与第二消息之间的第三语义相关度,并将多条第三语义相关度中的数值最高的语义相关度,作为第二消息与第一消息之间的第一语义相关度。
示例性地,通过TF-IDF(Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency,词频-逆文本频率)算法,通过提取每条聊天消息的关键词,再通过关键词集合生成词频向量再计算向量之间的余弦相似度。假设基于算法分析得到第二消息与其多条聊天消息之间的语义相关度分别为Q1,Q2,……,Qn,则将其中最大值作为第一语义相关度。
本申请实施例中,通过获取第一消息对应的历史消息记录中的多条消息记录与第二消息之间的第三语义相关度,并将多个第三语义相关度中的最大值作为第一语义相关度,使第一语义相关度能够准确表示第二消息与第一消息对应的历史消息记录的匹配性,进一步提高了判断第二消息是否为第一消息的回复消息的准确性。
本申请的一些实施例中,在第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复,包括:第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,在后台运行第二应用;通过第二应用,发送第二消息至目标联系人,目标联系人与第一消息相匹配。
本申请实施例中,目标联系人为发送第一消息的联系人。在检测到第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配时,则确定第二消息为第一消息的回复消息,此时,在后台运行第一消息对应的第二应用,并通过第二应用对第一消息的目标联系人回复第二消息。
具体来说,电子设备在接收到第一消息时,已经记录第一消息对应的第二应用的软件,以及第一消息对应的目标联系人的具体用户ID(Identity document,身份标识)。在通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复时,能够在后台运行第二应用,并将第二消息发送至目标联系人。
示例性地,第一应用为游戏应用,第二应用为社交聊天应用。在电子设备显示游戏应用的游戏界面的情况下,通过第二消息回复社交聊天应用中的第一消息。电子设备确定第二消息与第一消息相匹配,则在前台继续运行游戏应用,并在后台运行社交聊天应用,且将第二消息发送至第一消息对应的目标联系人。
本申请实施例中,电子设备在通过第二消息回复第一消息时,能够自动在后台运行第二应用,并将第二消息发送至目标联系人,无需用户手动运行第二应用,实现了对电子设备前台运行的第一应用不产生影响。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述在所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复之前,包括:
在第一界面显示回复提示信息,回复提示信息中包括第二消息;响应于对回复提示信息的第二输入,执行通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复的步骤;或者响应于对回复提示信息的第三输入,取消执行通过第二消息对第一消息的步骤。
本申请实施例中,回复提示信息用于提示用户第二消息的文本内容、第二消息对应的目标联系人,以及第二消息对应的第二应用。
在电子设备通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复之前,电子设备在第一界面中显示回复提示信息,用户查看回复提示信息之后,能够了解电子设备在后台回复第二消息的具体信息,其中包括:发送第二消息的应用软件、接收第二消息的目标联系人的ID、第二消息的具体内容等。
图4示出了本申请的一些实施例提供的显示界面的示意图之二,如图4所示,在显示游戏应用的游戏界面402时,接收到来自社交软件的社交消息404,社交消息以悬浮窗的形式显示在游戏界面402的上方。游戏界面402中显示有局内聊天框406,局内聊天框406中显示有局内聊天信息408,局内聊天信息408为游戏应用中的消息,用户在局内聊天框406中输入文字信息410。在电子设备检测到文字信息410与社交消息404相匹配的情况下,以悬浮窗的形式在文字信息410处显示回复提示信息412。其中,游戏界面402为第一界面,社交消息404为第一消息,文字信息410为第二消息。
示例性地,回复提示信息可以为“发送软件:应用A,用户ID:联系人,消息内容:吃包子”。
本申请实施例中,第二输入为用户对回复提示信息所执行的操作输入,第二输入用于控制电子设备在后台发送第二消息,在用户通过回复提示信息执行第二输入,控制电子设备在后台发送第二消息。第三输入为对回复提示信息所执行的操作输入,第三输入用于取消后续发送第二消息的步骤,在用户通过回复提示信息执行第三输入,控制电子设备在取消发送第二消息,并清除第一界面中显示的第二消息。
示例性地,在回复提示消息中显示对应的发送控件和取消控件,用户点击发送控件则对回复提示消息执行第二输入,用户点击取消控件则对回复提示消息执行第三输入。
本申请实施例中,电子设备在发送第二消息之前,能够在第一界面中显示与第二消 息相匹配的回复提示信息,以供用户对第二消息的内容、发送软件和发送联系人进行确认,且用户能够选择继续发送该第二消息,或者取消发送该第二消息,提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的灵活性,避免对第一消息的误回复,且进一步提高了用户回复第一消息的便利性。
本申请的一些实施例中,在第一界面显示回复提示信息之后,还包括:响应于第四输入,对第二消息进行编辑。
本申请实施例中,第四输入为对第二消息的编辑输入。在电子设备确定第二消息为第一消息的回复消息,并显示包括第二消息的回复提示信息的情况下,用户能够通过第四输入对第二消息进行二次编辑,进一步提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的灵活性。
本申请实施例提供的信息回复方法,执行主体可以为信息回复装置。本申请实施例中以信息回复装置执行信息回复方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的信息回复装置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,提供了一种信息回复装置,应用于第一电子设备。图5示出了本申请实施例提供的信息回复装置的示意框图。如图5所示,信息回复装置500包括:
第一接收模块502,用于在显示第一应用的第一界面的情况下,接收第一消息,第一消息为来自第二应用的消息;
第二接收模块504,用于接收对第一界面的第一输入,第一输入用于编辑第二消息;
回复模块506,用于在第二消息与第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过第二消息对第一消息进行回复。
本申请实施例中,在前台显示其他应用软件的应用界面的情况下,接收到来自后台运行的社交软件应用的社交信息时,在前台显示的应用界面中显示该社交信息。用户在查看到该社交信息之后,可以在前台显示的应用界面输入该社交信息的回复消息,电子设备能够自动识别在前台显示的应用界面中输入的回复消息是否与后台运行的社交软件应用相匹配,在该回复消息与社交软件应用相匹配的情况下,则将该回复消息通过社交软件应用对社交信息进行回复,无需用户在前台调起社交软件应用,对前台运行的非社交软件应用没有影响,提高了用户的使用体验。
本申请的一些实施例中,信息回复装置500,还包括:
确定模块,用于在第一时长小于预设时长,且第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,确定第二消息与第二应用相匹配,第一时长为第一输入的输入时刻至第一消息的接收到时刻的时长。
本申请实施例中,通过记录第一消息的接收时刻与第二消息的输入时刻之间的第一时长,并将第一时长与预设时长的数值关系以及第一消息和第二消息的语义是否匹配,作为第二消息是否为第一消息的回复消息的判断条件,提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的准确性,避免对第一消息进行误回复。
本申请的一些实施例中,信息回复装置500,还包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取第二消息与第一消息的第一语义相关度,以及第二消息与第三消息的第二语义相关度,第三消息为来自第一应用的消息;
确定模块,用于在第一语义相关度高于第二语义相关度,且第一语义相关度高于预设阈值的情况下,确定第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配。
本申请实施例中,电子设备能够根据用户输入的第二消息与第一消息之间的语义相关度与第二消息与第三消息之间的语义相关度,以及预设阈值进行比较,从而准确判断第二消息是否与第一消息语义相匹配,提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的准确度,避免了对第一消息的误回复。

确定模块,用于将至少两个第三语义相关度中数值最高的语义相关度,确定为第一语义相关度。
本申请实施例中,通过获取第一消息对应的历史消息记录中的多条消息记录与第二消息之间的第三语义相关度,并将多个第三语义相关度中的最大值作为第一语义相关度,使第一语义相关度能够准确表示第二消息与第一消息对应的历史消息记录的匹配性,进一步提高了判断第二消息是否为第一消息的回复消息的准确性。
本申请的一些实施例中,信息回复装置500,还包括:
处理模块,用于第二消息与第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,在后台运行第二应用;
发送模块,用于通过第二应用,发送第二消息至目标联系人,目标联系人与第一消息相匹配。

本申请实施例中,通过记录第一消息的接收时刻与第二消息的输入时刻之间的第一时长,并将第一时长与预设时长的数值关系以及第一消息和第二消息的语义是否匹配,作为第二消息是否为第一消息的回复消息的判断条件,提高了通过第二信息回复第一消息的准确性,避免对第一消息进行误回复。
进一步地,处理器710,用于获取第二消息与第一消息的第一语义相关度,以及第二消息与第三消息的第二语义相关度,第三消息为来自第一应用的消息;

处理器710可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选地,处理器710集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理涉及操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等的操作,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信信号,如基带处理器。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器710中。

  1. 一种信息回复方法,其中,包括:
    在显示第一应用的第一界面的情况下,接收第一消息,所述第一消息为来自第二应用的消息;
    接收对所述第一界面的第一输入,所述第一输入用于编辑第二消息;
    在所述第二消息与所述第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息回复方法,其中,在所述第二消息与所述第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复之前,包括:
    在第一时长小于预设时长,且所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,确定所述第二消息与所述第二应用相匹配,所述第一时长为所述第一输入的输入时刻至所述第一消息的接收时刻的时长。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息回复方法,其中,在所述第一时长小于预设时长的情况下,且所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,确定所述第二消息与所述第二应用相匹配之前,还包括:
    获取所述第二消息与所述第一消息的第一语义相关度,以及所述第二消息与第三消息的第二语义相关度,所述第三消息为来自所述第一应用的消息;
    在所述第一语义相关度高于所述第二语义相关度,且所述第一语义相关度高于预设阈值的情况下,确定所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息回复方法,其中,所述获取所述第二消息与所述第一消息的第一语义相关度,包括:
    获取所述第一消息对应的历史消息记录,所述历史消息记录的消息来源与所述第一消息的消息来源相匹配,所述历史消息记录包括所述第一消息;
    确定所述第二消息与所述历史消息记录中至少两条目标消息的第三语义相关度;
    将至少两个所述第三语义相关度中数值最高的语义相关度,确定为所述第一语义相关度。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的信息回复方法,其中,所述在所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复,包括:
    所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,在后台运行所述第二应用;
    通过所述第二应用,发送所述第二消息至目标联系人,所述目标联系人与所述第一 消息相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的信息回复方法,其中,所述在所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复之前,包括:
    在所述第一界面显示回复提示信息,所述回复提示信息中包括所述第二消息;
    响应于对所述回复提示信息的第二输入,执行通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复的步骤;或者
    响应于对所述回复提示信息的第三输入,取消执行通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复的步骤。
  7. 一种信息回复装置,其中,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于在显示第一应用的第一界面的情况下,接收第一消息,所述第一消息为来自第二应用的消息;
    第二接收模块,用于接收对所述第一界面的第一输入,所述第一输入用于编辑第二消息;
    回复模块,用于在所述第二消息与第二应用相匹配的情况下,通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的信息回复装置,其中,还包括:
    确定模块,用于在第一时长小于预设时长,且所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,确定所述第二消息与所述第二应用相匹配,所述第一时长为所述第一输入的输入时刻至所述第一消息的接收到时刻的时长。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息回复装置,其中,还包括:第一获取模块,用于获取所述第二消息与所述第一消息的第一语义相关度,以及所述第二消息与第三消息的第二语义相关度,所述第三消息为来自所述第一应用的消息;
    所述确定模块,用于在所述第一语义相关度高于所述第二语义相关度,且所述第一语义相关度高于预设阈值的情况下,确定所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的信息回复装置,其中,
    所述第一获取模块,用于获取所述第一消息对应的历史消息记录,所述历史消息记录的消息来源与所述第一消息的消息来源相匹配,所述历史消息记录包括所述第一消息;
    所述确定模块,用于确定所述第二消息与所述历史消息记录中至少两条目标消息的第三语义相关度;
    所述确定模块,用于将至少两个所述第三语义相关度中数值最高的语义相关度,确定为所述第一语义相关度。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10中任一项所述的信息回复装置,其中,还包括:
    处理模块,用于所述第二消息与所述第一消息的语义相匹配的情况下,在后台运行所述第二应用;
    发送模块,用于通过所述第二应用,发送所述第二消息至目标联系人,所述目标联系人与所述第一消息相匹配。
  12. 根据权利要求7至10中任一项所述的信息回复装置,其中,还包括:
    显示模块,用于在所述第一界面显示回复提示信息,所述回复提示信息中包括所述第二消息;
    执行模块,用于响应于对所述回复提示信息的第二输入,执行通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复的步骤;或者
    所述执行模块,用于响应于对所述回复提示信息的第三输入,取消执行通过所述第二消息对所述第一消息进行回复的步骤。
