  • the first and the second tethers 12, 14 unfold in a controlled manner, which also causes the safety ring 8 to rotate relative to the container 80 also in the unscrewing direction LR. Thereby, the first and the second tethers 12, 14 are subject to a pulling force in their longitudinal direction, which also results in the described rotation of the safety ring 8.

  • the container 80 has a finish 84 which can be closed by means of the closure 1, i.e., by screwing the closure 1 with the inner threads 18 and the outer threads 82 engaging onto the bottleneck 86.
  • the container 1 can be opened as described above by unscrewing the closure 1 from the bottleneck 86 with the unscrewing operation.
  • the closure 1 may nevertheless be screwed back onto the container 1 for closing the finish 84.
  • the first tether 12 and the second tether 14 are folded back nearly into their original position so that with the next unscrewing operation the tethers will be unfolded again as described above.
  • the container 80 remains closable also after first opening it with the closure 1 always staying attached to it via the first and second tether 12, 14 connecting the lid or cap 11 to the safety ring 8 that stays permanently assembled to the bottleneck 86.
  • the length and elasticity of the first and the second tether 12, 14 are such that the first and the second tether 12, 14 are stretched when the lid 11 reaches the flipped “hold-open” position against the safety ring 8, thereby supporting a stable “hold-open” arrangement or position.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture (1 ; 1.1 ; 1.2) avec une paroi latérale annulaire (6) comprenant une jupe annulaire (10), une bague de sécurité (8), ainsi que des première et seconde attaches (12, 14) reliant de manière permanente la jupe annulaire (10) à la bague de sécurité (8) délimitée par une première ligne d'incision (30) et une seconde ligne d'incision (50), qui ne convergent pas l'une avec l'autre. La jupe annulaire (8) comporte des ergots ou filets internes (18) définissant une direction de dévissage (LR) de rotation autour d'un axe de référence (A) défini par la bague de sécurité (8). Au moins dans la région des attaches (12, 14), les saillies orthogonales, dans la direction d'un axe de référence, des lignes d'incision (30, 50) se chevauchent et définissent les première et seconde attaches (12, 14) qui s'étendent dans la direction de dévissage (LR) à partir d'une première zone de liaison (12-1, 14-1) respective avec la bague de sécurité (8) jusqu'à une seconde zone de liaison (12-2, 14-2) respective avec la jupe annulaire (10).
