Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Maschine (1 ) mit einem Rotor (2) und einem Stator (3), wobei der Stator (3) zumindest zwei Statorzähne (4), eine zwischen den Statorzähnen (4) ausgebildete Nut (5) zur Aufnahme einer Statorwicklung (6) und zumindest einen an einer Seitenfläche (7) des Statorzahns (4) angeordneten Polschuh (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Polschuh (8) direkt und/oder indirekt in Richtung eines zwischen dem Stator (3) und dem Rotor (2) ausgebildeten Luftspalts (9) mittels einer Formschlussverbindung (10) an der Seitenfläche (7) abgestützt ist.

Description

Elektrische Maschine mit einer Formschlussverbindunq zur Abstützung der Polschuhe
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Maschine mit einem Rotor und einem Stator, wobei der Stator zumindest zwei Statorzähne, eine zwischen den Statorzähnen ausgebildete Nut zur Aufnahme einer Statorwicklung und zumindest einen an einer Seitenfläche des Statorzahns angeordneten Polschuh aufweist.
Lücken im Stator aufgrund der Nuten für die Statorwicklungen führen zu stark inhomogenen Magnetfeldern im Bereich der Nuten, welche zusätzliche Oberwellen im Magnetfeld zur Folge haben. Diese Oberwellen im Magnetfeld führen zu zusätzlichen Verlusten im Motor und Drehungleichförmigkeiten. Es werden Polschuhe eingesetzt, um magnetische Feldlinien von beispielsweise Permanentmagneten oder einer Wicklung in einer definierten Form heraustreten zu lassen und zu verteilen.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Polschuhe an den Enden der Statorzähne in Luftspaltnähe bekannt. Diese können Teil des Statorzahns sein oder als weitere Bauteile geformt werden, welche am Statorzahn befestigt werden.
An den Polschuhen wirken im Betrieb in Richtung Luftspalt, der zwischen Stator und Rotor gebildet ist, hohe Kräfte. Diese Kräfte weisen große überlagerte Schwingungsamplituden auf. Bei Polschuhen, welche als getrennte Bauteile von den Statorzähnen ausgeführt sind, ist daher die Fixierung der Polschuhe am Statorzahn ein kritischer Auslegungspunkt. Beim Einsatz in Fahrzeugen wird die Fixierung zusätzlich durch die Temperaturschwankungen belastet. Weiterhin stellt die lange Einsatzdauer während der Lebenserwartung des Fahrzeuges weitere Herausforderungen an die Lebensdauer der Fixierung.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine verbesserte Stabilisierung der Abstützung der Polschuhe zu gewährleisten. Dies wird bei einer gattungsgemäßen elektrischen Maschine dadurch gelöst, dass der zumindest eine Polschuh direkt und/oder indirekt in Richtung eines zwischen dem Stator und dem Rotor ausgebildeten Luftspalts mittels einer Formschlussverbindung an der Seitenfläche abgestützt ist.
Benachbarte Statorzähne haben mindestens eine Stirnfläche / Oberseite, die zum Rotor ausgerichtet ist. Der Bereich zwischen dieser Stirnfläche / Oberseite und dem Rotor bildet jenen magnetischen Luftspalt. Unter der Abstützung des Polschuhs „in Richtung des Luftspaltes“ ist damit zu verstehen, dass der Polschuh gegenüber den im Betrieb wirkenden Kräften, die den Polschuh zu dem Luftspalt hin ziehen, gesichert / abgestützt ist. Der Rotor weist eine Drehachse auf, um die der Rotor sich relativ zum Stator bewegt. Die Richtung der Drehbewegung ist eine Umfangsrichtung. Eine Längsrichtung der Drehachse beschreibt eine axiale Richtung des Rotors und des Stators. Die Durchmesser von Rotor und Stator sind in einer radialen Richtung definiert, die orthogonal zur axialen Richtung ausgerichtet ist.
Damit ist der Polschuh besonders stabil und mit einfachen Mitteln abgestützt.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind in den Unteransprüchen beansprucht und werden nachfolgend näher erläutert.
Vorteilhaft ist, wenn die Formschlussverbindung ein von dem zumindest einen Polschuh und einem Statorzahn separat ausgeformtes Element aufweist. Das separate Element ist dabei so ausgelegt, dass es den Polschuh und den Statorzahn indirekt miteinander wirkverbindet. Je nach Art der Formschlussverbindung ist damit beispielsweise auch eine zusätzliche Absicherung des Polschuhs gegen die hohen Kräfte in Richtung des Luftspalts gegeben.
Vorteilhaft ist, wenn das separate Element auf einer dem Luftspalt zugewandten Seite oder einer dem Luftspalt abgewandten Seite des zumindest einen Polschuh positioniert ist. Besonders bevorzugt kann das separate Element zumindest zum Teil an einer Oberseite des Polschuhs und zumindest zum Teil an einer Oberseite des Statorzahns anliegen oder in einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann das separate Element zumindest zum Teil an einer Unterseite des Polschuhs und zumindest zum Teil an der Seitenfläche des Statorzahns anliegen. Vorzugsweise ist in diesem Bereich die Formschlussverbindung gebildet. Damit ist eine Flexibilität für das separate Element gegeben, das gemäß des zur Verfügung stehenden Bauraums genutzt werden kann.
Bevorzugt ist das separate Element eine Abdeckmembran. Die Abdeckmembran dient dabei zusätzlich als eine Art Abtrennung, welche eine Trennung zwischen dem Stator und dem Luftspalt bewirkt. Dies dient beispielsweise für eine Medientrennung zwischen Nut und Luftspalt. Besonders bevorzugt ist, wenn die Abdeckmembran mit den Statorzähnen und/oder dem zumindest einen Polschuh stoffschlüssig verbunden oder der Polschuh in die Abdeckmembran eingebettet ist. Als stoffschlüssige Verbindung kann die Abdeckmembran beispielsweise angeklebt sein. Ist der Polschuh in die Abdeckmembran eingebettet, so weisen Abdeckmembran und Polschuh eine gemeinsame Unterbaugruppe auf. Dies vereinfacht die Montage.
Von Vorteil ist, wenn eine Formschlusskontur der Formschlussverbindung an dem zumindest einen Polschuh gebildet ist und/oder eine Formschlussgegenkontur der Formschlussverbindung an einem Statorzahn gebildet ist. Mittels dieser Kombination ist eine Absicherung des Polschuhs gegen die hohen Kräfte in Richtung des Luftspalts gegeben. Je nach Ausgestaltung der Formschlusskontur und der Formschlussgegenkontur kann beispielsweise eine zusätzliche Absicherung dieser Formschlussverbindung mit dem separaten Element erfolgen.
Außerdem kann die Formschlusskontur des zumindest einen Polschuh die Formschlussgegenkontur der Seitenfläche des Statorzahns in Richtung des Luftspalts übergreifen und/oder die Formschlusskontur des zumindest einen Polschuh kann von der Formschlussgegenkontur der Seitenfläche des Statorzahns in Richtung des Luftspalts Untergriffen sein. Bevorzugt weist die Formschlusskontur des zumindest einen Polschuh oder die Formschlussgegenkontur der Seitenfläche des Statorzahns einen in Umfangsrichtung abstehenden Vorsprung auf. Ebenfalls besonders bevorzugt ist, wenn der Gegenpart der Formschlusskontur oder der Formschlussgegenkontur eine Vertiefung / Einkerbung aufweist. Der Vorsprung und/oder Vertiefung kann dabei im Querschnitt beispielsweise halbkreisförmig oder rechteckig sein. Besonders bevorzugt ist bei einem halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt eine konkave bzw. konvexe Ausgestaltung vorteilhaft.
Es hat sich als zweckmäßig herausgestellt, wenn der Vorsprung der Formschlusskontur und/oder der Gegenformschlusskontur mittels eines Hinterschnitts geformt ist. Dieser dient zur Abstützung der auf den Polschuh in Richtung des Luftspalts wirkenden Kräfte.
Außerdem können Spalte / Zwischenräume zwischen Flächen von Polschuh, Statorzahn und/oder der Abdeckmembran, die nicht für die Formschlussverbindung eingesetzt / genutzt sind, mit einem weiteren Material, beispielsweise einem Klebstoff, ausgefüllt sein. Dies sorgt für eine zusätzliche Stabilität.
Des Weiteren kann die Anzahl an Formschlusskonturen an einem Polschuh und/oder Formschlussgegenkontur am Statorzahn nicht auf eine Kontur begrenzt sein. Eine Vielzahl / Mehrzahl an Formschlusskonturen und/oder Formschlussgegenkonturen ist möglich. Darüber hinaus ist eine Kombination der zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsformen bzw. Merkmalen miteinander möglich.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist der Polschuh eine Polschuh- Baugruppe. Die Polschuhbaugruppe kann Polschuhe, die in einer Nut positioniert sind, oder Polschuhe aus voneinander verschiedenen Nuten aufweisen. Die Polschuh-Baugruppe ist nicht auf eine Anzahl von zwei Polschuhen begrenzt, die Polschuh-Baugruppe kann eine Vielzahl von Polschuhen aufweisen.
Die elektrische Maschine kann bevorzugt eine Radialflussmaschine oder besonders bevorzugt eine Axialflussmaschine sein.
Des Weiteren kann es sich bei der Axialflussmaschine um eine Maschine in H- Anordnung, I- Anordnung oder um eine Mischform handeln. Bei einer H-Anordnung ist ein mittig angeordneter Stator von zwei über eine Welle verbundene Rotorscheiben umgeben, die jeweils seitlich vom Stator angeordnet sind. Bei einer I Anordnung hingegen weist die elektrische Maschine zwei Statoren und einen Rotor auf einer Welle auf, wobei der Rotor axial zwischen den beiden Statoren angeordnet ist. Bei den Mischformen kann auch beispielsweise eine Axialflussmaschine mit nur einem Stator und einem Rotor oder mit mehreren Rotoren als auch mehreren Statoren gegeben sein.
Die Formschlussverbindung kann dabei eine lösbare oder unslösbare Verbindung sein. Eine Formschlussverbindung, die den Polschuh an der Seitenfläche des Statorzahns direkt abstützt impliziert eine unmittelbare Kopplung von Polschuh und Statorzahn miteinander. Eine Formschlussverbindung, die den Polschuh an der Seitenfläche des Statorzahns indirekt abstützt impliziert ein Element, welches jeweils direkt mit dem Statorzahn und/oder dem Polschuh gekoppelt ist. Mittels der Formschlussverbindung kann der Polschuh auch in einer Richtung des Polschuhs zur Seitenfläche des Statorzahns, die quer zur Richtung des Luftspalts ist, (sprich in Umfangsrichtung) abgestützt sein. Der Polschuh ist dabei in seiner Bewegungsfreiheit beschränkt. Je nach Formschlussverbindung kann der Polschuh in Richtung des magnetischen Luftspalts und/oder in der Richtung vom Polschuh zur Seitenfläche des Statorzahns hin (sprich in Umfangsrichtung) beschränkt / gesperrt sein. Insgesamt ist damit eine Absicherung des Polschuhs gegen die hohen Kräfte in Richtung des Luftspalts gegeben.
In anderen Worten betrifft die Erfindung einen Hinterschnitt zur Abstützung der auf den Polschuh in axialer Richtung, in Richtung des Luftspalts, wirkenden Kräfte. Die rotornahe Fläche dieser Hinterschnittskontur nimmt die axialen Kräfte auf.
In einer ersten Ausführungsform ist die Hinterschnittkontur vollständig am Statorzahn gebildet.
In einer zweiten Ausführungsform ist die Hinterschnittkontur aus Statorzahn und einem zusätzlichen Bauteil, beispielsweise einer Membran, gebildet.
Verschiedene vorteilbehaftete Ausführungsformen der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand einer Zeichnung mit Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Ausschnitt einer elektrischen Maschine mit einem Polschuh mit einer Formschlussverbindung in einer ersten Ausführungsform,
Fig. 2 einen Ausschnitt der elektrischen Maschine mit einem Polschuh mit einer Formschlussverbindung in einer zweiten Ausführungsform,
Fig. 3 einen Ausschnitt der elektrischen Maschine mit einem Polschuh mit einer Formschlussverbindung in einer alternativen Ausführungsform zu Fig. 2,
Fig. 4 einen Ausschnitt der elektrischen Maschine mit einem Polschuh mit einer Formschlussverbindung in einer dritten Ausführungsform.
Die Figuren sind lediglich schematischer Natur und dienen ausschließlich dem Verständnis der Erfindung. Die gleichen Elemente sind mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen. Merkmale der einzelnen Ausführungsformen lassen sich untereinander austauschen und alternativ / kumulativ einsetzen.
Die Fign. 1 bis 4 zeigen einen Ausschnitt einer erfindungsgemäßen elektrischen Maschine 1 mit einem Rotor 2 und einem Stator 3, wobei der Stator 3 zumindest zwei Statorzähne 4, eine zwischen den Statorzähnen 4 ausgebildete Nut 5 zur Aufnahme einer Statorwicklung 6 und zumindest einen an einer Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 angeordneten Polschuh 8 aufweist. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der zumindest eine Polschuh 8 direkt und/oder indirekt in Richtung eines zwischen dem Stator 3 und dem Rotor 2 ausgebildeten Luftspalts 9 mittels einer Formschlussverbindung 10 an der Seitenfläche 7 abgestützt ist. Die in Fign. 1 bis 4 dargestellten Varianten der elektrischen Maschine 1 beziehen sich auf eine elektrische Maschine 1 in Form einer Axialflussmaschine.
Der Ausschnitt der Fig. 1 bis 4 fokussiert sich auf die Darstellung eines Polschuhs 8 an einer Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4. Der Statorzahn 4 weist die Seitenfläche 7 auf, die gleichfalls eine Flanke / Nutflanke der anliegenden Nut 5 ist. Die Nut 5 weist einen Boden, einen Nutboden 11 , auf. Dieser Nutboden 11 ist ebenfalls die Oberfläche eines Statorjochs 12. Die Nut 5 erstreckt sich in ihrer Längsrichtung in eine radiale Richtung 13 des Stators 3. Die Höhe der Nut 5 in einer axialen Richtung 14 des Stators 3, in Richtung des Luftspalts 9, entspricht dabei der Höhe des Statorzahns 4. Der Polschuh 8 ist in der dargestellten Ausführungsform als sich in Längsrichtung der Nut 5, darstellungsgemäß der radialen Richtung 13 des Stators 3, erstreckendes Element ausgebildet. In der axialen Richtung 14 zum Stator 3 beabstandet ist der Rotor 2 schematisch dargestellt, wobei zwischen Rotor 2 und Stator 3 in axialer Richtung 14 der magnetischer Luftspalt 9 gebildet ist.
In Fig. 1 weist der Polschuh 8 an seiner Seitenfläche 15, die zu der Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 orientiert ist, eine Formschlusskontur 16 auf, die passend zu einer Formschlussgegenkontur 17 des Statorzahns 4 an dessen Seitenfläche 7 ist. Formschlusskontur 16 und Formschlussgegenkontur 17 befinden sich in direkter Anlage miteinander und bilden somit eine direkte Formschlussverbindung 10. Die Formschlusskontur 16 ist mittels eines in einer Umfangsrichtung 18 abstehenden Vorsprungs 19 gebildet, wobei der Querschnitt des Vorsprungs 19 eine halbkreisförmige Form, eine konvexe Ausgestaltung, aufweist. Der Rotor 2 weist eine Drehachse auf, um die der Rotor 2 sich relativ zum Stator 3 bewegt. Die Richtung der Drehbewegung ist die Umfangsrichtung 18. Die Formschlussgegenkontur 17 ist eine Vertiefung 20, die eine zum Vorsprung 19 der Formschlusskontur 16 passende Gegenform aufweist. Vorliegend ist dies ebenfalls eine halbkreisförmige Form, eine konkave Ausgestaltung. Der Polschuh 8 ist damit an der Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 direkt abgestützt. Darstellungsgemäß ist der Polschuh 8 in Richtung des Luftspalts 9 und in Umfangsrichtung 18 in seiner Bewegung / Freiheitsgrad gesperrt.
Darstellungsgemäß ist der Polschuh 8 an dem Statorzahn 4 so positioniert, dass ein bündiger Übergang von einer Oberseite 21 des Polschuhs 8 zu einer Oberseite 22 des Statorzahns 4 gegeben ist. Zwischen einer Unterseite 23 des Polschuhs 8 und dem Nutboden 11 ist die Statorwicklung 6 positioniert, die um den Statorzahn 4 gewickelt ist (hier ist darstellungsgemäß nur ein Teil der Statorwicklung 6 dargestellt). In einer zweiten Ausführungsform gemäß der Fig. 2 ist der Polschuh 8 mittels einer Kombination aus Formschlusskontur 16 und Formschlussgegenkontur 17 sowie einem separaten Element 24, also eine direkte und indirekte Formschlussverbindung 10, abgestützt. Die indirekte Formschlussverbindung 10 beschreibt dabei, dass ein separates Element 24 genutzt ist, damit der Polschuh 8 an der Seitenfläche 7 abgestützt ist. Der Polschuh 8 weist an seiner Seitenfläche 15 einen in Umfangsrichtung 18 abstehenden Vorsprung 19 auf, der an einer Vertiefung 20 des Statorzahns 4 anliegt. Der Vorsprung 19 des Polschuhs 8 greift dabei über die Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 und liegt formschlüssig in der Vertiefung 20 des Statorzahns 4. Der abstehende Vorsprung 19 ist am Polschuh 8 zu dessen Oberseite 21 und zur Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 2 orientiert. Da diese Formschlussverbindung 9 keine eigene Sicherung aufweist, ist zur Absicherung der Formschlusskontur 16 und Formschlussgegenkontur 17 auf der Oberseite 21 des Polschuhs 8 und auf der Oberseite 22 des Statorzahns 2 das separate Element 24 vorgesehen, das dort anliegt, hier als eine separate Abdeckmembran. Die Abdeckmembran ist dabei mit den Oberseiten 21 , 22 verklebt.
In Fig. 3 ist nun eine alternative Ausgestaltung der Formschlussverbindung 9 in Bezug auf Formschlusskontur 16 und Formschlussgegenkontur 17 im Vergleich zur Fig. 2 dargestellt. Dabei weist der Polschuh 8 die Vertiefung 20 in Umfangsrichtung 18 auf, die die Formschlusskontur 16 des Polschuhs 8 bildet. Die Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 weist den in Umfangsrichtung 18 abstehenden Vorsprung 19 auf. Damit ist die Formschlusskontur 16 des Polschuhs 8 von der Formschlussgegenkontur 17 der Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 in Richtung des Luftspalts Untergriffen. Die zusätzliche Absicherung ist gemäß der Fig.2 mittels des separaten Elements 24 umgesetzt.
In Fig. 4 ist eine dritte Ausführungsform der Formschlussverbindung 10 dargestellt. Der Polschuh 8 und der Statorzahn 4 weisen im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Ausführungsformen keine Formschlusskontur 16 und keine Formschlussgegenkontur 17 auf. Der Polschuh 8 ist mittels der indirekten Formschlussverbindung 10 an der Seitenfläche 7 des Statorzahns 4 mittels dem separaten Element 24, hier die Abdeckmembran, abgestützt. Dabei ist die Abdeckmembran mit der Oberseite 21 des Polschuhs 8 sowie mit der Oberseite 22 des Statorzahns 4 verklebt.
Die in Fign. 1 bis 4 beschriebenen Merkmale sind nicht auf die Nutzung eines Stators 3 und Rotors 2 für eine Axialflussmaschine beschränkt. Die Merkmale können ebenfalls bei einem Stator und einem Rotor für eine Radialflussmaschine vorhanden sein.
Die elektrische Maschine kann prinzipiell verschiedene Ausführungsvarianten aufweisen, wobei unter der elektrischen Maschine ein elektromechanischer Wandler verstanden wird, welcher mechanische und elektrische Leistung / Energie ineinander umwandelt. Ein die Statorzähne ausbildender Grundkörper des Stators ist bevorzugt in Form eines Statorblechpakets ausgeformt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Elektrische Maschine (1 ) mit einem Rotor (2) und einem Stator (3), wobei der Stator (3) zumindest zwei Statorzähne (4), eine zwischen den Statorzähnen (4) ausgebildete Nut (5) zur Aufnahme einer Statorwicklung (6) und zumindest einen an einer Seitenfläche (7) des Statorzahns (4) angeordneten Polschuh (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Polschuh (8) direkt und/oder indirekt in Richtung eines zwischen dem Stator (3) und dem Rotor (2) ausgebildeten Luftspalts (9) mittels einer Formschlussverbindung (10) an der Seitenfläche (7) abgestützt ist.
2. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlussverbindung (10) ein von dem zumindest einen Polschuh (8) und einem Statorzahn (4) separat ausgeformtes Element (24) aufweist.
3. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das separate Element (24) auf einer dem Luftspalt (9) zugewandten Seite oder einer dem Luftspalt (9) abgewandten Seite des zumindest einen Polschuh (8) positioniert ist.
4. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das separate Element (24) eine Abdeckmembran ist.
5. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckmembran mit den Statorzähnen (4) und/oder dem zumindest einen Polschuh (8) stoffschlüssig verbunden ist oder der zumindest eine Polschuh (8) in die Abdeckmembran eingebettet ist.
6. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Formschlusskontur (16) der Formschlussverbindung (10) an dem zumindest einen Polschuh (8) gebildet ist und/oder eine Formschlussgegenkontur (17) der Formschlussverbindung (10) an einem Statorzahn (4) gebildet ist.
7. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlusskontur (16) des zumindest einen Polschuh (8) die Formschlussgegenkontur (17) der Seitenfläche (7) des Statorzahns in Richtung des Luftspalts (9) übergreift und/oder die Formschlusskontur (16) des zumindest einen Polschuh (8) von der Formschlussgegenkontur (17) der Seitenfläche (7) des Statorzahns in Richtung des Luftspalts (9) Untergriffen ist.
8. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlusskontur (16) des zumindest einen Polschuh (8) oder der Formschlussgegenkontur (17) einen in Umfangsrichtung (18) abstehenden Vorsprung (19) aufweist.
9. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlussgegenkontur (17) eine Vertiefung (20) aufweist.
10. Elektrische Maschine (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Polschuh (8) eine Vielzahl an Formschlusskonturen (16) aufweist.
