After 20 minutes, HC1 (28%) was added to reduce the pH to 10 and the peroxide addition was repeated. The slurry was then filtered to remove any insoluble material. Part of the hydrolysed protein (860g) was heated to 60 °C and BDGE (10 g) was added. After 1 hour, the BDGE (10 g) addition was repeated and the reaction was stirred for 6 hours. The pH was maintained between 10.0 and 10.5 throughout. The pH of the solution was dropped to 4.0 to precipitate the protein. The aqueous layer was removed and the solids layer was redissolved by increasing the pH to 6.4 using NaOH (25%) and preserved.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne des dispersants pour des formulations agrochimiques de milieu aqueux de type suspension, lesdites formulations contenant au moins un dispersant qui est une protéine végétale hydrolysée ayant un poids moléculaire d'au moins 5 000 Da ; et au moins un principe actif agrochimique. De préférence, la protéine hydrolysée est dérivée de pomme de terre, de blé ou de protéine de pois chiche. La protéine hydrolysée peut être chimiquement modifiée avec un groupe fonctionnel choisi parmi les silicones, ou l'anhydride alcénylsuccinique. La protéine hydrolysée peut être réticulée avec des éthers diglycidyliques ou triglycidyliques qui sont éventuellement alcoxylés. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour conférer une capacité de dispersion auxdites formulations agrochimiques à l'aide de ladite protéine hydrolysée, et des procédés de traitement de cultures avec de telles formulations. La présente invention concerne également un concentré approprié pour former la formulation.
