Description

隐形门框安装结构及施工方法
本申请基于申请号为“202211667367.X”、申请日为2022年12月23日的中国专利,以及申请号为“202211714049.4”、申请日为2022年12月29日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该两项中国专利申请的优先权,该两项中国专利申请的全部内容在此以引入方式并入本申请。
技术领域
本申请属于建筑施工技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种隐形门框安装结构及施工方法。
背景技术
传统门框做法通常采用门套与门套线外包洞口的施工方法,外包门框的施工方法是一种修正尺寸误差的装修方法。
门套与门套线作为一种装饰材料,对基础结构的施工精度要求不高,外包门框无法与基础结构形成整体受力构件,门框整体结构强度不高,使用耐久性低;同时,外包门框无法实现门框隐藏于墙体内侧、门框与墙体在视觉上成为一体的施工工艺。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种隐形门框安装结构,包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层;
所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框通过角码连接;
所述隐形门框包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,所述竖框和所述横框通过连接件拼接连接,所述竖框和所述横框均包括门框型材,所述门框型材包括垂直设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,所述第二侧壁上具有第二槽口;所述连接件包括位于所述竖框和所述横框的第 一槽口内的第一L型连接件和位于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口内的第二L型连接件;
所述装饰层包括木饰板,所述木饰板覆盖所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框。
本申请实施例的目的还在于提供一种隐形门框施工方法,应用于如上所述的隐形门框安装结构,所述方法包括:
拼接所述横框以及相对设置的两个所述竖框,将所述第一L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和所述横框的第一槽口,将所述第二L型连接件的两条边分别固定于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口,以使得所述竖框和所述横框拼接连接形成所述隐形门框;
将所述隐形门框通过角码安装于所述免拆模板上;
安装木饰板,其中所述木饰板覆盖所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框。
本申请实施例的目的还在于提供一种隐形门框安装结构,包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层;

本申请实施例的目的还在于提供一种隐形门框施工方法,应用于如上所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
拼接所述横框以及相对设置的两个所述竖框,将所述第一L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第一槽口,将所述第二L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第二槽口,以使得所述竖框和所述横框拼接连接形成隐形门框;
将隐形门框通过角码安装于所述免拆模板上;
将石膏板安装于所述免拆模板上,所述石膏板覆盖所述第三侧壁,将涂料粉刷于所述石膏板上,其中所述涂料覆盖所述第一凹槽和所述第二翻边。

隐形门框2包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,竖框和横框通过连接件拼接连接,竖框和横框均包括门框型材,门框型材包括垂直设置的第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22,第一侧壁21上具有第一槽口211,第二侧壁22上具有第二槽口221,连接件包括位于竖框和横框的第一槽口211内的第一L型连接件和位于竖框和横框的第二槽口221内的第二L型连接件。装饰层3包括木饰板31,木饰板31覆盖免拆模板1和隐形门框2。
示例性地,本实施例的角码4包括第一角码41和第二角码42,第一角码41包括第一连接块和与第一连接块连接的第一连接板,第一连接块位于其中一个第二槽口221中,第一连接板与免拆模板1固定连接,第二角码42包括第二连接块和与第二连接块连接的第二连接板,第二连接块位于另一个第二槽口221中,第二连接板与免拆模板1固定连接。
本实施例中所述第二槽口221的数量为两个,相邻的两个第二槽口221平行设置。本实施例的隐形门框竖框与横框通过位于两个第二槽口221中的两个第二连接件以及位于第一槽口211中的第一连接件连接,其中两个第二连接件以及一个第一连接件均为L型组角连接件,在隐形门框的外侧及后侧进行45°组角拼装,两个竖框与一个横框通过两两45°组角拼装组成了隐形门框完整的三边,增强了隐形门框三边的连接强度及隐形门框整体的结构强度。
本实施例的隐形门框安装结构还包括门框方料5和门扇6,所述第一侧壁21和所述第二侧壁22用于限位所述门框方料5,所述门框方料5上设置有铰链安装槽,所述铰链安装槽内设置有铰链,所述门扇6和所述门框方料5通过所述铰链连接。本实施例的第一侧壁21和第二侧壁22用于限位门框方料5,本实施例的隐形铰链嵌入门框方料预开槽的铰链安装槽内。本实施例的门扇6采用与装饰层3的木饰板31一致的完成面,最终实现门扇6、隐形门框2、装饰层3齐平的施工精度,在视觉上成为一体。本实施例的铰链伸出所述铰链安装槽并穿过第一侧壁21固定于免拆模板1构造柱或者过梁上,增强了隐形铰链连接框 体与门扇6的整体结构强度。
所述门框方料5与所述第一侧壁21之间设置有门扇止口51,所述门扇止口51内设置有气密胶条7。本实施例的门框方料5与第一侧壁21之间设置有门扇止口51,门扇止口51内设置有气密胶条7,本实施例的隐形门框的材质为金属材质,通过隐形门框的金属材质的门扇止口51承受门扇6开启与关闭的作用力,隐形门框2与免拆模板1的墙体连接,门扇6开关过程中门扇6的作用力传递到基础结构的受力构件上,把隐形门框安装结构的装饰层3从受力传递的路径中分离出来,保证了隐形门框安装结构完成面不受门扇6撞击门扇止口的影响,避免造成表面开裂、剥落等后期使用中的问题,保证了隐形门框2与装饰层3的长效稳定。
采用本实施例的隐形门框安装结构制作的门扇6的开口方向为朝向装饰层3的一侧。
本实施例的隐形门框安装结构可以搭配不同形式的踢脚线做法,示例性地,隐形门框2通过让渡一层木饰板31的厚度,在靠近地面的位置为内凹踢脚线创造了安装条件。
本实施例提供的隐形门框安装结构包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层,免拆模板和隐形门框通过角码连接,隐形门框包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,竖框和横框通过连接件拼接连接,竖框和横框均包括门框型材,门框型材包括垂直设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁,第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,第二侧壁上具有第二槽口,连接件包括位于竖框和横框的第一槽口内的第一L型连接件和位于竖框和横框的第二槽口内的第二L型连接件,隐形门框通过免拆模板进行定位,隐形门框安装过程中尺寸定位精度及结构连接强度高,门框型材的第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,第二侧壁上具有第二槽口,增强了隐形门框竖框和横框的连接强度及门框整体的结构强度,隐形门框安装结构与墙体装饰层在视觉上一体化。
实施例二:
请参阅图1-图4所示,本实施例提供一种隐形门框施工方法,所述施工方 法应用于实施例一所述的隐形门框安装结构,该方法包括:
S101、拼接所述横框以及相对设置的两个所述竖框,将所述第一L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第一槽口211,将所述第二L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第二槽口221,以使得所述竖框和横框拼接连接形成所述隐形门框2;
具体地,本实施例中第二槽口221的数量为两个,相邻的两个第二槽口221平行设置。隐形门框1的竖框与横框通过两个位于第二槽口221中的第二L型连接件以及位于第一槽口211中的第一L型连接件连接,第一L型连接件和第二L型连接件在隐形门框的外侧及后侧进行45°组角拼装,两个竖框与一个横框通过两两45°组角拼装组成了隐形门框完整的三边,增强了隐形门框竖框和横框的连接强度及隐形门框整体的结构强度。
S102、将隐形门框2通过角码4安装于所述免拆模板1上;
具体地,本实施例的角码4包括第一角码41和第二角码42,第一角码41包括第一连接块和与第一连接块连接的第一连接板,第一连接块位于其中一个第二槽口221中,第一连接板与免拆模板1构造柱或者过梁固定连接,第二角码42包括第二连接块和与第二连接块连接的第二连接板,第二连接块位于另一个第二槽口221中,第二连接板与免拆模板1构造柱或者过梁固定连接。
S103、安装木饰板31,其中木饰板31覆盖所述免拆模板1和所述隐形门框2。
具体地,本实施例的木饰板31覆盖免拆模板1和隐形门框2,在后期安装门扇时,门扇6采用与装饰层的木饰板31一致的完成面,最终实现门扇6、隐形门框2、墙面齐平的施工精度,在视觉上成为一体。
本实施例的隐形门框安装结构可以搭配不同形式的踢脚线做法,示例性地,隐形门框2通过让渡一层木饰板31的厚度,在靠近地面的位置为内凹踢脚线创造了安装条件。

本实施例的隐形门框安装结构与上述实施例不同的是本实施例的隐形门框安装结构的装饰层3不同于上述的装饰层3,本实施例的装饰层3包括石膏板32和涂料33。
本实施例的隐形门框安装结构还包括门框方料5和门扇6,所述第一侧壁21和所述第二侧壁22用于限位所述门框方料5,所述门框方料5上设置有铰链安装槽,所述铰链安装槽内设置有铰链,所述门扇6和所述门框方料5通过所述铰链连接。本实施例的第一侧壁21和第二侧壁22用于限位门框方料5,本实施例的隐形铰链嵌入门框方料5预开槽的铰链安装槽内。本实施例的铰链伸出所述铰链安装槽并穿过第一侧壁21固定于免拆模板1构造柱或者过梁上,增强了隐形铰链连接框体与门扇6的整体结构强度。本实施例的门扇6采用与装饰层3的涂料33一致的完成面,最终实现门扇6、隐形门框2、墙面齐平的施工精度,在视觉上成为一体。
采用本实施例的隐形门框安装结构制作的门扇6的开口方向为朝向装饰层3一侧。
本实施例的石膏板32从免拆模板1一侧的墙面铺设至隐形门框2的第一侧壁21的边缘,并与阳角分隔型材8相接,阳角分隔型材8所在的九十度阳角的一面作为石膏板32的收边型材,辅助完成涂料面施工工艺,阳角分隔型材通过 朝向门框方料5勾起的翻边压住门框方料5裁口,使得隐形门框2完成与墙面成为一体。
本实施例的隐形门框安装结构可以搭配不同形式的踢脚线做法,示例性地,本实施例的隐形门框安装结构中隐形门框2通过让渡一层石膏板32的厚度,在靠近地面的位置可以制作内凹踢脚线。
本申请提供的隐形门框安装结构包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层,免拆模板和隐形门框通过角码连接,隐形门框包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,竖框和横框通过连接件拼接连接,竖框和横框均包括门框型材,门框型材包括垂直设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁,第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,第二侧壁上具有第二槽口,连接件包括位于竖框和横框的第一槽口内的第一L型连接件和位于竖框和横框的第二槽口内的第二L型连接件,免拆模板和隐形门框通过角码连接,隐形门框安装过程中尺寸定位精度及结构连接强度高,门框型材的第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,第二侧壁上具有第二槽口,增强了隐形门框竖框和横框的连接强度及门框整体的结构强度。

图9为本申请实施例提供的隐形门框安装结构的结构示意图,图10为本申请实施例提供的隐形门框安装结构的免拆模板及隐形门框连接结构示意图,图11为本申请实施例提供的隐形门框的门框型材的结构示意图,请参阅图9-11,本实施例提供一种隐形门框安装结构隐形门框安装结构,本实施例的隐形门框安装结构包括免拆模板1、隐形门框2及装饰层3,免拆模板1和隐形门框2通过角码4连接。
所述隐形门框2包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,所述竖框和所述横框通过连接件拼接连接,所述竖框和横框均包括门框型材,所述门框型材包括依次连接的第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22和第三侧壁23,所述第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22和第三侧壁23形成用于安装门框方料5的开口,所述第一侧壁21背离所述开口的一侧具有第一槽口211,所述第二侧壁22背离所述开口的一侧具有第二槽口221,所述连接件包括位于所述竖框和所述横框的第一槽口 211内的第一L型连接件和位于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口221内的第二L型连接件。
所述第三侧壁23的端部具有朝向背离所述第三侧壁23的方向延伸的第一翻边231和第二翻边232,所述第一翻边231和所述第二翻边232之间形成第一凹槽233,所述第二翻边232位于所述第一翻边231的外侧,且第二翻边232的长度大于第一翻边231的长度;
所述装饰层3包括石膏板32和涂料33,所述石膏板32安装于所述免拆模板1上,所述涂料33覆盖所述石膏板32和所述隐形门框2的所述第一翻边231和所述第二翻边232。
请参阅图4、图10和图11,本实施例的免拆模板1具有第三槽口,本实施例的角码4包括第一角码41和第二角码42,第一角码41包括第一连接块和与第一连接块连接的第一连接板,第一连接块位于其中一个第二槽口221中,第一连接板与免拆模板1构造柱或者过梁固定连接,第二角码42包括第二连接块和与第二连接块连接的第二连接板,第二连接块位于免拆模板1的第三槽口中,第二连接板与隐形门框2的第三侧壁23固定连接。
本实施例的石膏板32从免拆模板1一侧的墙面铺设至隐形门框2的第三侧壁23的第一翻边231处,石膏板32的厚度与第一翻边231齐平,通过在第三侧壁23的端部设置朝向背离所述第三侧壁23的方向延伸的第一翻边231和第二翻边232,使得第一翻边232和所述第二翻边232之间形成第一凹槽233,使得设置在石膏板32和隐形门框2第三侧壁23边缘处的接缝纸绷带送进第一凹槽233,之后再用补缝膏填满缝隙,能够避免石膏板32和隐形门框2边缘处裂缝。第二翻边232位于所述第一翻边231的外侧,第二翻边232的长度大于第一翻边231的长度,示例性地,本实施例用隐形门框2的第二翻边232作为腻子的找平层,便于腻子的刮平,粉刷涂料33后第二翻边232完全隐藏。
示例性地,本实施例隐形门框2的第三侧壁23的第二翻边232为斜面。本实施例的涂料33完全覆盖隐形门框的第三侧壁23的第二翻边232,隐形门框2与墙面成为一体。
与实施例四不同的是,采用本实施例的隐形门框安装结构制作的门扇6的开口方向为背离装饰层3一侧。
本实施例的隐形门框安装结构可以搭配不同形式的踢脚线做法,示例性地,本实施例的隐形门框安装结构中隐形门框2通过让渡一层石膏板32的厚度,在靠近地面的位置可以制作内凹踢脚线。
实施例六:
请参阅图9-11,本实施例提供一种隐形门框施工方法,应用于实施例五所述的隐形门框安装结构,所述方法包括:
S201、拼接所述横框以及相对设置的两个所述竖框,将所述第一L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第一槽口211,将所述第二L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第二槽口221,以使得所述竖框和横框拼接连接形成所述隐形门框2;
具体地,本实施例中第二槽口221的数量为两个,相邻的两个第二槽口221平行设置。隐形门框2的竖框与横框通过两个位于第二槽口221中的第二连接件以及位于第一槽口211中的第一连接件连接,其中两个第二连接件以及一个第一连接件均为L型组角连接件,在隐形门框2的外侧及后侧进行45°组角拼装,两个竖框与一个横框通过两两45°组角拼装组成了隐形门框2完整的三边,增强了隐形门框2三边的连接强度及隐形门框2整体的结构强度。
S202、将隐形门框2通过角码4安装于所述免拆模板1上;
具体地,请参阅图4、图10和图11,本实施例的免拆模板1具有第三槽口,本实施例的角码4包括第一角码41和第二角码42,第一角码41包括第一连接块和与第一连接块连接的第一连接板,第一连接块位于其中一个第二槽口221中,第一连接板与免拆模板1构造柱或者过梁固定连接,第二角码42包括第二连接块和与第二连接块连接的第二连接板,第二连接块位于免拆模板1的第三槽口中,第二连接板与隐形门框2的第三侧壁23固定连接。
S203、将石膏板32安装于所述免拆模板1上,所述石膏板32覆盖所述第三侧壁23,将涂料33粉刷于所述石膏板32上,其中所述涂料33覆盖所述第一 凹槽233和所述第二翻边232。
具体地,将石膏板32从免拆模板1一侧的墙面铺设至隐形门框2的第三侧壁23的第一翻边231处,石膏板32的厚度与第一翻边231齐平,将接缝纸绷带贴设于所述石膏板32和所述第一翻边231处,将所述接缝纸绷带的边缘塞入所述第一凹槽233,采用补缝膏填满第一凹槽233,之后将腻子刮涂于石膏板32上,其中腻子覆盖第一凹槽233和第二翻边232,此种制作方式能够避免石膏板与门框边缘处的涂料33开裂,而且将隐形门框2的第二翻边232的端头作为腻子刮涂找平面层,能够提高施工效率,粉刷涂料33完成后第二翻边232完全隐藏。
所述第二翻边232具有朝向所述第一翻边231倾斜的斜面,将接缝纸绷带贴设于所述石膏板32和所述第一翻边231处,将所述接缝纸绷带的边缘塞入所述第一凹槽233后还包括:以第二翻边232的斜面作为找平层,将涂料33完全覆盖第三侧壁23的第二翻边232。本实施例通过在第二翻边232设置朝向第一翻边231倾斜的斜面,在石膏板32上刮涂腻子时以第二翻边232的斜面作为找平层,能够提高找平效率,粉刷涂料33后第二翻边232完全隐藏。
本实施例的隐形门框施工方法中隐形门框2通过让渡一层石膏板32的厚度,在靠近地面的位置可以制作内凹踢脚线。
上述本申请各实施例的隐形门框2在门框安装的施工方法上采用隐形门框2先于墙体完成面进场施工的安装方式,隐形门框2预安装在墙体的门框洞口上,或者通过第二槽口221与角码4固定在免拆模板1构造柱与过梁上。预安装的隐形门框2既是墙体结构的基层构造,也是门扇6的止口构造,同时承担两种构造功能的隐形门框2在结构上把门框与墙体连为一体,形成整体受力的结构构件,实现门框结构尺寸自由、定位精度,与洞口结构连接牢固、经久耐用。
在隐形门框2的构造功能中,门扇止口51位于墙体装饰层3与门扇6之间,承受门扇6开阖的作用力,并通过隐形门框2与免拆模板1构造柱、过梁的结构强连接把作用力传递到整体受力的结构构件上。作为墙体基层构造的延伸,隐形门框2整体受力结构把依附在隐形门框2的墙体装饰层3从受力构件的传 递路径中分离出来,间隔分开的墙体装饰层3构造结构稳定,避免在门扇6频繁开阖的作用下造成表面开裂、剥落等后期使用中带来的问题。
隐形门框2整合了隐形铰链、门框气密胶条7等门框功能配件的安装需求与安装条件,隐形门框2金属壁作为隐形铰链固定到门框洞口或免拆模板1构造柱的结构加强衬板,增强了隐形铰链连接框体与门扇6的整体结构强度,防止铰链松脱导致门扇6下垂、开阖受阻。搭配门框气密胶条7的门扇止口51挡住了门扇6与隐形门框2之间的通缝,利用构造设计与配件整合提高了隐形门框2及门扇6在保温、气密、隔音、遮光、防烟等综合功能表现上的整体安装性能。
安装在隐形门框2中的门扇6完成面可以选择与墙体装饰层3相同的工艺做法,把装饰层3做法从隐形门框2继续延伸至门扇6,呈现墙面装饰层3、隐形门框2、门扇6三者无差别的整体落成效果;同样,安装在隐形门框2中的门扇6完成面也可以选择与墙体装饰层3不同的工艺做法,呈现墙面与门扇6搭配组合的落成效果。
以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层;
    所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框通过角码连接;
    所述隐形门框包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,所述竖框和所述横框通过连接件拼接连接,所述竖框和所述横框均包括门框型材,所述门框型材包括垂直设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,所述第二侧壁上具有第二槽口;所述连接件包括位于所述竖框和所述横框的第一槽口内的第一L型连接件和位于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口内的第二L型连接件;
    所述装饰层包括木饰板,所述木饰板覆盖所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:还包括门框方料和门扇,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁用于限位所述门框方料,所述门框方料上设置有铰链安装槽,所述铰链安装槽内设置有铰链,所述门扇和所述门框方料通过所述铰链连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述门框方料与所述第一侧壁之间设置有门扇止口,所述门扇止口内设置有气密胶条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述门框型材还包括第三侧壁,所述第三侧壁与所述第二侧壁连接且与所述第一侧壁平行设置,所述第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁形成用于安装门框方料的开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述门框方料与所述第三侧壁或者所述第一侧壁之间设置有门扇止口,所述门扇止口内设置有气密胶条。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述第二槽口的数量为至少两个,相邻的两个所述第二槽口平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述角码包括第一角码和第二角码,所述第一角码包括第一连接块和与所述第一连接块连接的第一连接板,所述第一连接块位于其中一个所述第二槽口中,所述 第一连接板与所述免拆模板固定连接,所述第二角码包括第二连接块和与所述第二连接块连接的第二连接板,所述第二连接块位于另一个所述第二槽口中,所述第二连接板与所述免拆模板固定连接。
  8. 一种隐形门框施工方法,应用于权利要求1-7任一项所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    拼接所述横框以及相对设置的两个所述竖框,将所述第一L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和所述横框的第一槽口,将所述第二L型连接件的两条边分别固定于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口,以使得所述竖框和所述横框拼接连接形成所述隐形门框;
    将所述隐形门框通过角码安装于所述免拆模板上;
    安装木饰板,其中所述木饰板覆盖所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框。
  9. 一种隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层;
    所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框通过角码连接;
    所述隐形门框包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框以及阳角分隔型材,所述竖框和所述横框通过连接件拼接连接,所述竖框和所述横框均包括门框型材,所述门框型材包括垂直设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁上具有第一槽口,所述第二侧壁上具有第二槽口;所述连接件包括位于所述竖框和所述横框的第一槽口内的第一L型连接件和位于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口内的第二L型连接件,所述阳角分隔型材用于遮挡门框方料或者门扇止口;
    所述装饰层包括石膏板和涂料,所述石膏板安装于所述免拆模板上,所述涂料覆盖所述石膏板和所述阳角分隔型材。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述免拆模板具有第三槽口,所述角码包括第一角码和第二角码,所述第一角码包括第一连接块和与所述第一连接块连接的第一连接板,所述第一连接块位于其中一个所述第二槽口中,所述第一连接板与所述免拆模板固定连接,所述第二角码包 括第二连接块和与所述第二连接块连接的第二连接板,所述第二连接块位于所述第三槽口中,所述第二连接板与所述隐形门框固定连接。
  11. 一种隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:包括免拆模板、隐形门框及装饰层;
    所述免拆模板和所述隐形门框通过角码连接;
    所述隐形门框包括相对设置的竖框、位于所述竖框顶端的横框,所述竖框和所述横框通过连接件拼接连接,所述竖框和所述横框均包括门框型材,所述门框型材包括依次连接的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,所述第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁形成用于安装门框方料的开口,所述第一侧壁背离所述开口的一侧具有第一槽口,所述第二侧壁背离所述开口的一侧具有第二槽口,所述连接件包括位于所述竖框和所述横框的第一槽口内的第一L型连接件和位于所述竖框和所述横框的第二槽口内的第二L型连接件;
    所述第三侧壁的端部具有朝向背离所述第三侧壁的方向延伸的第一翻边和第二翻边,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边之间形成第一凹槽,所述第二翻边位于所述第一翻边的外侧,且第二翻边的长度大于所述第一翻边的长度;
    所述装饰层包括石膏板和涂料,所述石膏板安装于所述免拆模板上,所述涂料覆盖所述石膏板和所述隐形门框的所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述石膏板的厚度与所述第一翻边的高度齐平,所述石膏板的上侧设置有接缝纸绷带,所述接缝纸绷带覆盖所述第一翻边,所述接缝纸绷带的边缘塞入所述第一凹槽。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述第二翻边具有朝向所述第一翻边倾斜的斜面。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于:所述免拆模板具有第三槽口,所述角码包括第一角码和第二角码,所述第一角码包括第一连接块和与所述第一连接块连接的第一连接板,所述第一连接块位于其中一个所述第二槽口中,所述第一连接板与所述免拆模板固定连接,所述第二角码包括第二连接块和与所述第二连接块连接的第二连接板,所述第二连接块位于所 述第三槽口中,所述第二连接板与所述隐形门框固定连接。
  15. 一种隐形门框施工方法,应用于权利要求11-14任一项所述的隐形门框安装结构,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    拼接所述横框以及相对设置的两个所述竖框,将所述第一L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第一槽口,将所述第二L型连接件的两条边分别固定于竖框和横框的第二槽口,以使得所述竖框和所述横框拼接连接形成隐形门框;
    将隐形门框通过角码安装于所述免拆模板上;
    将石膏板安装于所述免拆模板上,所述石膏板覆盖所述第三侧壁,将涂料粉刷于所述石膏板上,所述涂料覆盖所述第一凹槽和所述第二翻边。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的隐形门框施工方法,其特征在于,将石膏板安装于所述免拆模板上,所述石膏板覆盖所述第三侧壁之后,还包括:将接缝纸绷带贴设于所述石膏板和所述第一翻边处,将所述接缝纸绷带的边缘塞入所述第一凹槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的隐形门框施工方法,所述第二翻边具有朝向所述第一翻边倾斜的斜面,其特征在于,将接缝纸绷带贴设于所述石膏板和所述第一翻边处,将所述接缝纸绷带的边缘塞入所述第一凹槽后还包括:以所述第二翻边的斜面作为找平层,将涂料完全覆盖所述第三侧壁的所述第二翻边。
