Abstract

Provided in the present invention is a freshness preservation container, comprising a container body, a sealing cover and a sealing clip, wherein the container body has an accommodation cavity and an opening formed on one side of the accommodation cavity; the sealing cover is arranged corresponding to the opening in a sealing manner; the sealing cover has a mounting surface facing the accommodation cavity, a hanger is provided on the mounting surface, and the sealing clip is detachably clamped to the hanger; and the sealing clip comprises a first clip bar and a second clip bar, the first clip bar being provided with a first connecting portion and a first clamping portion respectively at two ends, the second clip bar being provided with a second connecting portion and a second clamping portion respectively at two ends, the first connecting portion being connected to the second connecting portion and enabling opening and closing of the second clip bar corresponding to the first clip bar, and the second clamping portion being detachably clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion. In this way, the freshness preservation container can achieve a double-sealing effect, and can protect articles stored inside by means of the container body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a fresh-keeping jar, in particular to a fresh-keeping jar with double sealing effect.

Background technique

There are two main methods of preservation commonly used in daily life to maintain freshness: the first method is to clamp or tie the opening of a plastic bag or packaging bag with a clip or rubber band to achieve a sealing effect. However, the sealing quality varies depending on the thickness of the bag, the tightness of the user's clamping and binding, and the humidity of the environment. Therefore, the sealing quality cannot be effectively ensured, and the bag may be destroyed by insects or animals, or the bag itself is not rigid and the food or items inside may be damaged when it is hit or squeezed. The other method is to directly store food or items in a sealed box. Although it can achieve a better sealing effect, when the user does not cover the sealing cover correctly, it will still directly affect its sealing quality. At the same time, placing food or items directly in a sealed box still has concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. After removing the outer packaging and placing the food or items directly in the sealed box, the expiration date needs to be recorded separately, causing inconvenience in use.

In view of this, the inventor has focused on the shortcomings of the above-mentioned prior art, conducted intensive research and applied theoretical knowledge to try his best to solve the above-mentioned problems, which has become the goal of the inventor's improvement.

Summary of the invention

The main purpose of the present invention is to make the sealed can achieve a double sealing effect and to protect the articles stored inside through the can body.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a fresh-keeping can, including a can body, a sealing cover and a sealing clamp, the can body has a cavity and an opening, the opening is formed on one side of the cavity, the sealing cover is sealingly arranged corresponding to the opening, the sealing cover has a mounting surface, the mounting surface is located on the side of the sealing cover facing the cavity, the mounting surface is provided with a hanging rack, the sealing clamp is detachably clamped on the hanging rack, the sealing clamp includes a first clamping strip and a second clamping strip, the two ends of the first clamping strip are respectively provided with a first connecting portion and a first clamping portion, the two ends of the second clamping strip are respectively provided with a second connecting portion and a second clamping portion, the first connecting portion is movably connected to the second connecting portion so that the second clamping strip can be opened and closed corresponding to the first clamping strip, and the second clamping portion is detachably clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the rack includes a pair of frames, each frame is disposed opposite to each other and is respectively located on the side of the sealing clamp, each frame has a slot, and the sealing clamp can be partially inserted into each slot.

In one embodiment of the present invention, each frame is provided with a positioning convex strip, each positioning convex strip is respectively located in each slot, and the sealing clamp is provided with a pair of positioning grooves, each positioning groove is detachably mounted corresponding to each positioning convex strip.

In one embodiment of the present invention, each frame includes a limiting wall, a positioning wall and a supporting wall. The limiting wall is arranged on the mounting surface and has a limiting surface. The positioning wall is arranged on the mounting surface and vertically connected to the limiting surface. The supporting wall extends vertically from the limiting surface and is perpendicular to the positioning wall. A slot is formed between the supporting wall and the mounting surface. Detailed ways

The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will be described as follows with reference to the drawings. However, the drawings are only for illustration purposes and are not intended to limit the present invention.

The present invention provides a fresh-keeping can for sealing and preserving a packaging bag A. The packaging bag A can be a food packaging bag or an article packaging bag that needs to be sealed and preserved. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the fresh-keeping can includes a can body 10, a sealing cover 20 and a sealing clip 30.

The can body 10 in this embodiment can be a glass can, a transparent plastic can or other transparent can body to store the packaging bag A, and the present invention does not impose any restrictions on this. In this way, the user can directly observe the packaging bag A placed in the can body 10 from the external environment, and can not only directly identify the contents of the packaging bag A, but also directly know the information on the packaging bag A (such as: expiration date, usage, storage temperature, heat or ingredients, etc.). In this embodiment, the can body 10 is generally barrel-shaped, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the shape of the can body 10 should be adjusted according to different needs. The can body 10 has a cavity 11 and an opening 12, and the opening 12 is formed on one side of the cavity 11. The opening 12 in this embodiment corresponds to the shape of the can body 10 and is generally elliptical, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the shape of the opening 12 should be adjusted to a rectangular, circular, angular, polygonal or irregular shape according to different needs.

The sealing cover 20 is sealed and arranged corresponding to the opening 12, so as to achieve the first layer of sealing effect. In the present embodiment, the sealing cover 20 is sealed and arranged at the opening 12 of the tank body 10 in a snap-fit manner, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the sealing cover 20 can also be sealed and arranged corresponding to the opening 12 in a pivoting, hinged, snap-fit or locking manner. The sealing cover 20 has a mounting surface 21, and the mounting surface 21 is located on the side of the sealing cover 20 facing the cavity 11. A hanger 22 is provided on the mounting surface 21. In the present embodiment, the hanger 22 includes a pair of frames 220, and each frame 220 is arranged opposite to each other and is respectively located on the side of the sealing clamp 30, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the frame 220 can also be one or more than three. It should be noted that, for the convenience of explanation, only a single hanger 22 is described later, but the present invention is not limited to only one hanger 22.

The sealing clip 30 is detachably mounted on the hanger 22. The sealing clip 30 is defined with a longitudinal direction D, and the sealing clip 30 extends along the longitudinal direction D and is in a strip shape. The sealing clip 30 includes a first clamping strip 31 and a second clamping strip 32 that are configured accordingly. In the present embodiment, the first clamping strip 31 is mounted on the hanger 22 and is located between the sealing cover 20 and the second clamping strip 32, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the second clamping strip 32 may also be mounted on the hanger 22 and is located between the sealing cover 20 and the first clamping strip 31. Specifically, the frame 220 has a slot 224, and the two ends of the first clamping strip 31 of the sealing clip 30 are respectively inserted and clamped in each slot 224 and will not fall off easily. The two ends of the first clamping strip 31 are respectively provided with a first connecting portion 311 and a first clamping portion 312, and the two ends of the second clamping strip 32 are respectively provided with a second connecting portion 321 and a second clamping portion 322. The first connecting portion 311 is movably connected to the second connecting portion 321 so that the second clamping strip 32 can be opened and closed corresponding to the first clamping strip 31 , and the second clamping portion 322 is detachably clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion 312 .

Thus, when the first clamp 31 and the second clamp 32 are opened, the sealing part of the packaging bag A can be placed on the inner side of the first clamp 31 or the second clamp 32, and then the first clamp 31 and the second clamp 32 are covered so that the second clamp 322 is clamped corresponding to the first clamp 312, so that the sealing part of the packaging bag A can be clamped together by the inner side of the first clamp 31 and the second clamp 32, thereby achieving a second layer of sealing effect.

In addition, since the sealing clip 30 is clamped on the bracket 22 of the mounting surface 21 of the sealing cover 20, when the sealing cover 20 is closed at the opening 12 of the can body 10, the sealing clip 30 and the packaging bag A are accommodated in the cavity 11 of the can body 10. Therefore, by virtue of the can body 10 itself having a certain degree of rigidity, it is possible to effectively prevent the internal packaging bag A from being damaged by insects or animals and affecting the preservation effect. In addition, when the can body 10 is impacted or squeezed, it is still possible to ensure that the internal packaging bag A is intact without causing damage to the food or items inside.

For further explanation, please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the frame 220 includes a limiting wall 221, a positioning wall 222 and a supporting wall 223. The limiting wall 221 is disposed on the mounting surface 21 and has a limiting surface 221A. The positioning wall 222 is disposed on the mounting surface 21 and vertically connected to the limiting surface 221A, that is, the limiting wall 221 and the positioning wall 222 are L-shaped together. The supporting wall 223 extends vertically from the limiting surface 221A and is perpendicular to the positioning wall 222. A slot 224 is formed between the supporting wall 223 and the mounting surface 21, and the sealing clip 30 can be partially inserted into the slot 224. Thereby, the sealing clamp 30 can slide into the slot 224 of the frame 220 along the limiting surface 221A of the limiting wall 221 from the side of the frame 220 away from the positioning wall 222, and slide until it abuts against the positioning wall 222 to form a position. At the same time, the sealing clamp 30 is supported by the supporting wall 223 so that the sealing clamp 30 can be hung on the mounting surface 21 at the bottom of the sealing cover 20 without falling, as shown in Figure 2.

Referring again to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the frame 220 is provided with a positioning convex strip 221B, and the positioning convex strip 221B is located in the slot 224. The sealing clip 30 is provided with a pair of positioning grooves 33, and each positioning groove 33 is detachably disposed corresponding to each positioning convex strip 221B, so that the sealing clip 30 is clamped on the hanger 22 and will not fall off easily. Specifically, the limiting surface 221A in this embodiment is provided with the positioning convex strip 221B, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the positioning convex strip 221B can also be disposed on the sealing clip 30, and the positioning groove 33 is disposed on the limiting surface 221A. In addition, in this embodiment, the positioning groove 33 is disposed on the first clamp strip 31, and the number of the positioning grooves 33 corresponds to the number of the frame 220 and is also two. When the sealing clip 30 is to be removed from the hanger 22, only a slight external force is required to disengage the positioning groove 33 and the positioning convex strip 221B and remove the sealing clip 30.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 6. The first clamping strip 31 is provided with a first clamping plate 313 on the side facing the second clamping strip 32 along the longitudinal direction D, and the second clamping strip 32 is provided with a pair of second clamping plates 323 on the side facing the first clamping strip 31 along the longitudinal direction D. When the second clamping portion 322 is clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion 312, the first clamping plate 313 is located between the second clamping plates 323. Thus, a part of the packaging bag A can be bent and clamped between the first clamping plate 313 and the second clamping plates 323 through the clamping force generated by the clamping of the second clamping portion 322 and the first clamping portion 312, so as to achieve a good clamping and sealing effect, so that the packaging bag A is not easy to fall off from the sealing clamp 30, as shown in FIG. 6. Preferably, the first clamping strip 31 is further provided with a pair of limiting plates 314 along the longitudinal direction D on the side facing the second clamping strip 32. Each limiting plate 314 is located on both sides of the first clamping plate 313, and when the second clamping portion 322 is clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion 312, each second clamping plate 323 is located between each limiting plate 314, thereby further limiting the sealing of the packaging bag A to maintain a tight seal. It is worth noting that each limiting plate 314 is shorter than the first clamping plate 313, so the user will not be too hard when the sealing clamp 30 is clamped at the sealing of the packaging bag A, but the present invention is not limited to this.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 5. In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 311 has a pivot hole 311A, and the second connecting portion 321 has a pivot shaft 321A. The pivot shaft 321A is pivoted corresponding to the pivot hole 311A so that the second clamping strip 32 can pivot relative to the first clamping strip 31. However, the present invention is not limited to the above disclosure. For example, the first connecting portion 311 can also have a pivot shaft 321A, and the second connecting portion 321 can have a pivot hole 311A, or the first connecting portion 311 and the second connecting portion 321 can be connected in a hinged or elastic film manner so that the first clamping strip 31 and the second clamping strip 32 can achieve a pivoting effect. In addition, the first clamping portion 312 has a first elastic arm 312A, and the second clamping portion 322 has a second elastic arm 322A. The first elastic arm 312A is provided with a clamping block 312B, and the second elastic arm 322A is provided with a clamping slot 322B. The clamping block 312B is buckled and fixed corresponding to the clamping slot 322B, so that the second clamping portion 322 can be detachably clamped to the first clamping portion 312, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the clamping slot 322B can be set on the first elastic arm 312A, and the clamping block 312B can be set on the second elastic arm 322A.

Preferably, the first clamping portion 312 in this embodiment has a trigger 312C, and the trigger 312C extends from the first elastic arm 312A in a direction away from the clamping block 312B. However, the present invention is not limited to the above. In this way, the user can pull the trigger 312C to disengage the clamping block 312B from the clamping groove 322B, thereby quickly and easily unlocking the first clamping strip 31 and the second clamping strip 32. In addition, the second clamping strip 32 is provided with a pull handle 324 on a side away from the first clamping strip 31, so that when the sealing clamp 30 is clamped on the sealing cover 20, it is convenient for the user to open the second clamping strip 32 relative to the first clamping strip 31 by pulling the pull handle 324.

Referring again to FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 , the sealed can of the present invention further includes a sealing rubber ring 40. The sealing rubber ring 40 may be made of rubber, silicone or other elastic soft materials, and the present invention does not limit this. The sealing cover 20 is provided with a protruding ring wall 23 surrounding the mounting surface 21. An annular groove 231 is formed on the outer periphery of the annular wall 23. The sealing rubber ring 40 is sleeved in the annular groove 231 and protrudes from the outer edge of the annular wall 23, that is, the outer diameter of the sealing rubber ring 40 is greater than the outer diameter of the annular wall 23. The sealing rubber ring 40 can be tightly fitted with the inner edge of the opening 12 by its own soft and deformable characteristics, so that the annular wall 23 is located in the cavity 11 to set the sealing cover 20 at the opening 12 of the can body 10, thereby effectively ensuring the sealing performance.

In summary, the present invention has industrial applicability, novelty and progress, and fully meets the requirements for patent application, so an application is filed in accordance with the Patent Law. Of course, the present invention can also have many other embodiments. Without departing from the spirit and essence of the present invention, technicians familiar with the field can evolve various corresponding changes and deformations based on the present invention, but these corresponding changes and deformations should all fall within the scope of protection of the patent applied for by the present invention.

Claims

A fresh-keeping tank, comprising:

A tank body having a cavity and an opening formed on one side of the cavity;

a sealing cover, sealingly arranged corresponding to the opening, the sealing cover having a mounting surface, the mounting surface being located on a side of the sealing cover facing the cavity, and the mounting surface being provided with a hanging bracket; and

A sealing clamp is detachably clamped on the hanging bracket, and the sealing clamp includes a first clamping strip and a second clamping strip, the two ends of the first clamping strip are respectively provided with a first connecting portion and a first clamping portion, the two ends of the second clamping strip are respectively provided with a second connecting portion and a second clamping portion, the first connecting portion is movably connected to the second connecting portion so that the second clamping strip can be opened and closed corresponding to the first clamping strip, and the second clamping portion is detachably clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion.
The fresh-keeping can as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack comprises a pair of frames, each of the frames is arranged opposite to each other and is respectively located on the side of the sealing clamp, each of the frames has a slot, and the sealing clamp can be partially inserted into each of the slots.
The fresh-keeping can as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the frames is provided with a positioning convex strip, each of the positioning convex strips is respectively located in each of the slots, and the sealing clamp is provided with a pair of positioning grooves, each of the positioning grooves is detachably mounted corresponding to each of the positioning convex strips.
The fresh-keeping can as described in claim 2, wherein each of the frames includes a limiting wall, a positioning wall and a supporting wall, the limiting wall is arranged on the mounting surface and has a limiting surface, the positioning wall is arranged on the mounting surface and vertically connected to the limiting surface, the supporting wall extends vertically from the limiting surface and is perpendicular to the positioning wall, and the slot is formed between the supporting wall and the mounting surface.
The fresh-keeping can as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of the limiting surfaces is provided with a positioning convex strip, and the sealing clamp is provided with a pair of positioning grooves, and each of the positioning grooves is detachably mounted corresponding to each of the positioning convex strips.
The fresh-keeping can as described in claim 1, wherein the sealing clamp defines a longitudinal direction, a first clamping plate is provided along the longitudinal direction on the side of the first clamping strip facing the second clamping strip, and a pair of second clamping plates are provided along the longitudinal direction on the side of the second clamping strip facing the first clamping strip, and when the second clamping portion is clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion, the first clamping plate is located between each of the second clamping plates.
The fresh-keeping can as described in claim 6, wherein a pair of limiting plates are further provided along the longitudinal direction on one side of the first clamping strip facing the second clamping strip, and each of the limiting plates is respectively located on both sides of the first clamping plate, and when the second clamping portion is clamped corresponding to the first clamping portion, each of the second clamping plates is located between each of the limiting plates.
The fresh-keeping can as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion has a pivot hole, and the second connecting portion has a pivot, and the pivot is pivotally connected to the pivot hole.
The fresh-keeping can as described in claim 1, wherein the first clamping portion has a first elastic arm, the second clamping portion has a second elastic arm, the first elastic arm is provided with a clamping block, the second elastic arm is provided with a clamping slot, and the clamping block is buckled and fixed corresponding to the clamping slot.
The fresh-keeping can as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first clamping portion has a trigger, and the trigger extends from the first elastic arm in a direction away from the clamping block.
