It should be noted that the above execution subject does not constitute a limitation on the embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may be, but is not limited to, a personal computer (PC), a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a personal digital assistant (PDA) with a foldable second screen.
120。As shown in FIG. 1 , the information display method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include steps 110 to 120 .
Step 110: When the second screen is in a closed state, receive at least two notification messages.
The second screen may be a foldable screen in the electronic device.
In one example, referring to FIG. 2 , the screen 21 in FIG. 2 is the second screen, and the second screen is in a closed state.
In some embodiments of the present application, the at least two notification messages may be notification messages corresponding to different applications, or notification messages corresponding to different session objects in the same application.
Step 120: When the second screen is adjusted from a closed state to an expanded state, the message contents of at least two notification messages are respectively displayed in each screen area of the second screen.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to quickly display notification messages, when the second screen is adjusted from a closed state to an expanded state, the message contents of at least two notification messages are respectively displayed in each screen area of the second screen. When the expansion angle of the second screen is greater than a certain threshold, the message contents of at least two notification messages can be directly displayed in each screen area of the second screen without fully expanding it.
In one example, referring to FIG. 3 , FIG. 3 shows a second screen of an electronic device in an unfolded state. In the side schematic diagram of the electronic device, when the second screen of the electronic device is in the unfolded state and the unfolding angle of the folding screen is greater than the preset angle threshold, the message contents of at least two notification messages can be directly displayed in each screen area of the second screen.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to further improve the user experience, step 120 may specifically include:
在将第二屏幕由闭合状态调整为展开状态的情况下,根据至少两个通知消息的消息数量,将第二屏幕划分为多个屏幕区域;When the second screen is adjusted from the closed state to the expanded state, dividing the second screen into a plurality of screen areas according to the number of messages of the at least two notification messages;
The message content of the corresponding notification message is displayed in each screen area.
In one example, if the number of received notification messages is 3, when the second screen is adjusted from a closed state to an expanded state, the second screen can be divided into 3 screen areas, and then the message content of a notification message can be displayed on each screen area respectively.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the second screen is divided into multiple screen areas according to the number of messages of at least two notification messages, when displaying notification messages, it is also possible not to display all notification messages but only display a few of them. In this way, when selecting notification messages to be displayed from all notification messages, it is possible to select the notification messages with the latest reception time, or it is possible to select notification messages corresponding to the most frequently used applications (or session objects), and there is no limitation here.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the second screen is adjusted from a closed state to an expanded state, the second screen can be divided into multiple screen areas according to the number of messages of at least two notification messages, and then the message content of the corresponding notification message can be displayed in each screen area. In this way, all received notification messages can be displayed at the first time, without the user having to manually click to view all received notification messages at the same time, thereby improving the user experience.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to further improve the user experience, the size of each screen area matches the length of the message content of the notification message corresponding to the screen area.
Continuing with the above example, if the lengths of the message contents of the three received notification messages are the same, the second screen can be divided into three screen areas of equal size to display the message contents of the three received notification messages respectively. If the lengths of the message contents of the three received notification messages are different, the second screen can be divided into three screen areas of unequal size (specifically, the screen area corresponding to the notification message with longer message content can be larger), to display the message contents of the three received notification messages respectively. The message content of a notification message.
In an embodiment of the present application, the size of each screen area is matched with the length of the message content of the notification message corresponding to the screen area. In this way, the size of the screen area can be adjusted according to the message content of the notification message to fully display the message content of the notification message to be displayed, so that the user can read the message content, further improving the user experience.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to further improve the user experience, the above-mentioned information display method may also include:
接收对各个屏幕区域中的目标屏幕区域的第二输入;receiving a second input to a target screen area among the screen areas;
In response to the second input, the complete message content of the notification message corresponding to the target screen area is displayed.
The target screen area may be any one of the screen areas.

The second input may be, but is not limited to, a click input, double-click input, voice input, or gesture input of the target screen area by the user. It may also be a combination input of at least two of the above inputs, which is not limited here.
In one example, if the message content of notification message 1 is displayed in the first screen area of the second screen, but because the content of notification message 1 is long, the first screen area cannot fully display it, the user can slide the message content of notification message 1 up and down in the first screen area, so that the complete message content of notification message 1 can be displayed.
In one example, if the message content of notification message 1 is displayed in the first screen area of the second screen, but because the content of notification message 1 is long, the first screen area cannot fully display it, the user can click on the message content of notification message 1 in the first screen area to display a message pop-up window, in which the complete message content of notification message 1 can be displayed.
In an embodiment of the present application, by responding to the user's second input to the target screen area among the various screen areas, the complete message content of the notification message corresponding to the target screen area can be displayed. In this way, the complete message content of the notification message corresponding to the target screen area can be displayed through simple operations, thereby improving the user experience.
In some embodiments of the present application, the electronic device may further include a first screen, and the number of notification messages is more than two.
In order to further improve the user experience, the above-mentioned information display method may also include:
在第二屏幕处于闭合状态的情况下,在第一屏幕中显示多于两个通知消息的提醒信息;When the second screen is in a closed state, displaying reminder information of more than two notification messages on the first screen;
接收对多于两个通知消息的提醒信息中的至少两个目标提醒信息的第一输入;receiving a first input of at least two target reminder information among the reminder information of more than two notification messages;
Step 120 may specifically include:
In response to the first input, when the second screen is adjusted from a closed state to an expanded state, message contents of notification messages corresponding to at least two target reminder information are respectively displayed in respective screen areas of the second screen.
The first screen may be another screen in the electronic device except the second screen.
In one example, with continued reference to FIG. 2 , the screen 22 is the first screen, which is the screen that the user can see when the second screen is in the closed state.
The at least two target reminder information may be at least two reminder information among the reminder information of more than two notification messages.
