Abstract
一种中空爆珠滤棒及其制备装置和方法,中空爆珠滤棒包括滤棒主体(1),滤棒主体(1)内部具有轴向延伸的中空通道(3),中空通道(3)内具有爆珠(2),爆珠(2)直径大于中空通道(3)直径。通过直接在中空通道(3)内装填增香爆珠(2),可以更有效的对中空通道(3)内的烟气进行补香,加香物质溢出较充分;通过直接在中空滤棒收束形成中空的同时在其中空通道(3)内装填入爆珠(2),且保证爆珠(2)直径大于中空通道(3)直径,既实现了爆珠(2)的轻松装填,也保证了中空通道(3)可以稳定夹持爆珠(2)。
Description
本发明涉及卷烟滤棒制备领域,具体涉及一种中空爆珠滤棒及其制备装置和方法。
随着消费者对于健康问题的重视及对卷烟产品个性化体验的需求提升,烟草行业不断响应消费者的需求升级,开发出各种具有降焦减害的吸烟制品。其中,加热卷烟由于其卷烟加热方式不同于传统卷烟制品,使其能够在满足消费者对于卷烟产品的感官需求的同时提供更加健康的抽吸体验。
现有的气溶胶发生制品包括发烟段、支撑段、降温段和过滤段,其中支撑段、降温段和过滤段都可以使用丝束状的滤棒,通常为醋酸纤维丝束滤棒(醋酸纤维后续简称为醋纤),其可过滤烟气中的有害成分。其中,实心滤棒具有截留率高的特点,在加热卷烟设计中,需要降低对烟气的截留率,行业内一种较好方法是将滤棒做成中空滤棒。
目前中空滤棒的生产基本都是采用在常规滤棒成型机喇叭嘴收束聚拢的后端加装一根刚性棒,使得醋纤丝束聚拢后在刚性棒占据的位置形成中空结构。
随着卷烟赋味增香技术不断升级,卷烟各段逐渐都有加香需求,特别对于新型烟草制品加热卷烟来说,其支撑段通常为醋酸纤维中空滤棒。该段距离热源近,烟气温度比唇端醋纤过滤段更高,更加宜于加香物质的挥发释放,所以对用于支撑段的中空滤棒加香具有很好的应用前景。
就目前中空滤棒加工工艺来说,可供选择的加香方式较少,目前有的主要是:1、在增塑剂中添加可溶性香精加香;2、在收束聚拢前在醋酸纤维中添加颗粒香料加香;3、直接将成型后的中空滤棒浸润在增香物质中以吸附增香物质;4、另行在成型后的中空滤棒的中空空腔内表面涂覆或者喷洒增香物质。上述方法中第一种方法的缺点是:1、只可选择与三乙酸甘油酯相融的香料,香精香料的选择范围窄。2、加香后的三乙酸甘油酯会在整个系统内流通,导致更换加香配方麻烦,需彻底清洗整个增塑剂施加系统。3、加香物质与醋酸纤维融为一体,即增香物质分散在滤棒主体内部,烟气通过时,优先通过吸阻小的中空通道,导致加香物质溢出可能不充分。第二种方法的缺点是:1、需要单独增加一套颗粒香料
施加系统,改造成本较高。2、颗粒香料受冷凝水回潮后,会粘附在整个成型通道,严重影响设备效率和设备稳定性。3、同样存在加香物质与醋酸纤维融为一体,烟气通过时,优先通过吸阻小的中空通道,导致加香物质溢出可能不充分。第三种方法的问题同样是增香物质分散在滤棒主体内部,而由于中空滤棒的中空空腔是烟气流通的气流通道,烟气会优先通过中空空腔,所以对中空滤棒整体浸润增香物质对烟气的补香效果并不好,因此本质上还是希望可以在中空通道内加香。针对于专门对中空滤棒的中空通道内加香,第四种单独涂覆或者喷洒增香物质的方法步骤繁琐,增加成本。
"爆珠"是指嵌在烟草过滤嘴内的一颗液体小胶珠,它包裹了不同类型香料的液体,吸烟者可以在吸烟过程中捏爆,使珠内液体流出,使香烟的口感更丰富,更香润,使吸烟者得到更为舒适的体验。现有技术主要是向实心的滤棒中添加爆珠,而无法将爆珠滤棒与中空结构结合起来,因为中空结构无法稳定夹持住爆珠,该问题目前成为烟草滤棒行业难点。
综上所述,如何制备中空爆珠滤棒,且保证中空结构可稳定夹持住爆珠,是人们需要解决的问题。
为了解决以上问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种中空爆珠滤棒及其制备装置和方法,将爆珠滤棒与中空结构结合起来,中空结构可稳定夹持住爆珠,使得该滤棒将中空滤棒和爆珠加香滤棒的优势结合起来。本发明中空爆珠滤棒可以更有效的对中空通道内的烟气进行补香,加香物质溢出较充分。本发明设计了具有空腔室的刚性棒,省去了另行在中空空腔内装填爆珠的繁琐步骤,直接在中空滤棒收束形成中空的同时在其中空通道内装填爆珠,无需再专门设置增香工艺,步骤简单。
本发明第一方面提供一种中空爆珠滤棒,所述中空滤棒包括滤棒主体1,所述滤棒主体1内部具有轴向延伸的中空通道3,所述中空通道3内具有爆珠2,所述爆珠2直径大于所述中空通道3直径。所述中空通道3即用于烟气流通的气流通道。
优选地,所述中空通道3轴向贯穿所述滤棒主体1。也就是说,所述中空通道3可以仅部分沿所述滤棒主体1延伸,也可以整个贯穿所述滤棒主体1。
优选地,所述爆珠2为增香爆珠,其内部包裹了不同类型香料的液体,香料选自本领域常用的材料。例如薄荷香精、蓝莓香精,更优选地,所述香料还具有一定的降温功能,其在受热释香的过程中,也有一定的吸热效果,甚至于可以在香料的配方中,增加一些提高其吸热性能的组份,使得其增香后具有一定降温功能,这在加热不燃烧卷烟中,可配合降温段起到更好的降温效果,甚至于当其达到一个较好的降温效果后,可以取消降温段。除此之外,所述爆珠香料中还可以添加一定量的发烟剂,在增香的同时提高其烟雾量。
优选地,所述中空通道3为一个或多个;至少一个所述中空通道3内具有所述爆珠2。多个中空通道3可以均匀,也可以随机的分散在所述滤棒主体1内部。当然更优选地是当中空通道3为一个时,其位于轴向中心处,而当所述中空通道3为多个时,在轴向中心处设置一个中空通道3,而其余所述中空通道3分散于该中空通道3的周围,并且多个中空通道3的直径也不限定大小。
优选地,所述中空通道3内设置有一个或多个所述爆珠2。
本发明第二方面提供一种包含本发明第一方面所述的中空爆珠滤棒的气溶胶发生制品。本发明中空滤棒可以为气溶胶发生制品的支撑段、降温段或者过滤段,其中更优选地是其直接作为支撑段。因为支撑段距离发烟段较近,温度高,使得致香成分可得以充分释放;且中空结构完美符合加热卷烟需要低截留滤棒的需求。
本发明第三方面提供一种本发明第一方面所述的中空爆珠滤棒的制备装置,所述制备装置包括收束喇叭嘴N1、刚性棒组件N2、控制系统N3、泵N4和爆珠储存仓N5,
所述刚性棒组件N2设置于滤棒成型机的所述收束喇叭嘴N1处,所述刚性棒组件N2包括刚性棒11,所述刚性棒11内部具轴向贯穿所述刚性棒11的空腔室12,所述空腔室12内装填爆珠2,且所述空腔室12上游端为爆珠入口13,下游端为爆珠出口14。
本发明第四方面提供一种本发明第一方面所述的中空爆珠滤棒的制备方法,使用本发明第三方面所述的制备装置,其包括以下步骤:
A.向所述爆珠储存仓N5内装填爆珠2;
B.启动所述控制系统N3,利用所述泵N4将所述爆珠储存仓N5内爆珠2通
过所述爆珠入口13输送至所述刚性棒11的所述空腔室12内;
C.运行滤棒收束过程,所述刚性棒11在滤棒收束过程中占据中空位置形成所述中空通道3,同时所述空腔室12下游端爆珠2至少暴露一部分,随着滤棒基材丝束N6向前行进,暴露的爆珠2受到滤棒基材丝束摩擦力经所述爆珠出口14移出随即进入所述中空通道3,由于所述爆珠2直径大于所述中空通道3直径,所述爆珠2通过与所述中空通道3内壁之间的摩擦力在所述中空通道3内过盈匹配。
本发明直接在中空滤棒收束形成中空的同时在其中空通道内装填入爆珠,爆珠的壁材具有一定的弹性,滤棒基材丝束N6首先进入收束喇叭口,收束聚拢后的丝束通过刚性棒,随着丝束向前行进,爆珠出口将最前端一颗爆珠推送一半漏在外部,随着丝束向前行进,漏出一半地爆珠收到摩擦力随即进入滤棒中空腔体内,在刚性棒腔体内收到挤压地爆珠此时恢复形变,由于爆珠尺寸大于滤棒中空腔体,利用爆珠自身弹性与滤棒中空内壁过盈配合。
优选地,所述刚性棒11为一个或多个。所述刚性棒11的数量对应于中空通道3的数量。更进一步的,当某一中空通道3内不具有爆珠2时,该中空通道3对应的刚性棒11也无需设置空腔室,也无需设置施胶口。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、由于中空滤棒的中空空腔是烟气流通的气流通道,烟气会优先通过中空空腔,所以对中空滤棒整体加香对烟气的补香效果并不好,本发明直接在中空通道内填充爆珠,可以更有效的对中空通道内的烟气进行补香,加香物质溢出较充分。
2、本发明设计了具有空腔室、爆珠入口以及爆珠出口的刚性棒,省去了另行在中空空腔内表面涂覆或者喷洒增香物质,或者在中空通道内另行填充爆珠的繁琐步骤,直接在中空滤棒收束形成中空的同时在其中空通道内装填入爆珠,无需再专门设置增香工艺,步骤简单。
3、如果先成型中空滤棒,在向其中空通道中装填爆珠存在一个两难问题:如果爆珠尺寸小于中空通道尺寸,虽然易于装填,但是中空通道无法稳定夹持住爆珠。如果为了能够稳定的夹持住爆珠,使爆珠尺寸大于中空通道尺寸,但是这样又会导致爆珠很难装填到已经成型的中空通道内,在装填过程中爆珠收到挤压
很容易破损。本发明直接在中空滤棒收束形成中空的同时在其中空通道内装填入爆珠,滤棒基材丝束首先进入收束喇叭口,收束聚拢后的丝束通过刚性棒,随着丝束向前行进,爆珠出口将最前端一颗爆珠推送一半漏在外部,随着丝束向前行进,漏出一半地爆珠收到摩擦力随即进入滤棒中空腔体内,由于爆珠尺寸大于滤棒中空腔体,利用爆珠自身弹性与滤棒中空内壁过盈配合。直接在中空滤棒收束形成中空的同时在其中空通道内装填入爆珠,且保证爆珠直径大于中空通道直径,既实现了爆珠的轻松装填,也保证了中空通道可以稳定夹持爆珠。
4、更换不同风味特征的香料配方时,只需要替换空腔室中的爆珠类型即可,与设备其他部分无关联,更换方便。
5、只需要在现有滤棒收束设备上添加本发明所述的刚性棒,就可以完成对中空滤棒的加香,设备改造成本低、效率高。
6、相对于在增塑剂中添加可溶性香精的加香方法,本发明香精香料的选择范围宽,只需要将其制成爆珠装填到刚性棒的空腔室中即可。而相对于在收束聚拢前在醋酸纤维中添加颗粒香料的加香方法,本发明免除了颗粒香料受冷凝水回潮后,粘附在整个成型通道,影响设备效率和设备稳定性的缺点。

所述中空通道3轴向贯穿所述滤棒主体1。所述爆珠2为增香爆珠,其内部包裹了薄荷香精。
所述中空通道3为一个,其位于轴向中心处。所述中空通道3内设置有一个所述爆珠2。
所述中空滤棒直接作为气溶胶生成制品的支撑段。
如图3和图7,所述的中空爆珠滤棒的制备装置,所述制备装置包括收束喇叭嘴N1、刚性棒组件N2、控制系统N3、泵N4和爆珠储存仓N5,
所述刚性棒组件N2设置于滤棒成型机的所述收束喇叭嘴N1处,所述刚性棒组件N2包括刚性棒11,所述刚性棒11内部具轴向贯穿所述刚性棒11的空腔室12,所述空腔室12内装填爆珠2,且所述空腔室12上游端为爆珠入口13,下游端为爆珠出口14。
中空爆珠滤棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A.向所述爆珠储存仓N5内装填爆珠2;
B.启动所述控制系统N3,利用所述泵N4将所述爆珠储存仓N5内爆珠2通过所述爆珠入口13输送至所述刚性棒11的所述空腔室12内;
C.运行滤棒收束过程,所述刚性棒11在滤棒收束过程中占据中空位置形成所述中空通道3,同时所述空腔室12下游端爆珠2至少暴露一部分,随着滤棒基材丝束向前行进,暴露的爆珠2受到滤棒基材丝束摩擦力经所述爆珠出口14移出随即进入所述中空通道3,由于所述爆珠2直径大于所述中空通道3直径,所述爆珠2通过与所述中空通道3内壁之间的摩擦力在所述中空通道3内过盈匹配。
所述刚性棒11为一个。
实施例2
如图4-5,本实施例为内部具有五个中空通道的中空滤棒,具体结构为:所述中空滤棒包括滤棒主体1,所述滤棒主体1内部具有轴向延伸的中空通道3,
所述中空通道3内具有爆珠2,所述爆珠2直径大于所述中空通道3直径。所述中空通道3即用于烟气流通的气流通道。
所述中空通道3轴向贯穿所述滤棒主体1。所述爆珠2为增香爆珠,其内部包裹了薄荷香精。
所述中空通道3为五个,在轴向中心处设置一个中空通道3,而其余四个所述中空通道3分散于该中空通道3的周围,并且中心处的中空通道3的直径略大,而周围的四个中空通道3的直径略大小。其位于轴向中心处。中心处的中空通道3的内设置有一个所述爆珠2,而周围的四个中空通道3内不具有爆珠2,其目的仅在于流通烟气。
所述中空滤棒直接作为气溶胶生成制品的支撑段。
如图6和图7,所述的中空爆珠滤棒的制备装置,所述制备装置包括收束喇叭嘴N1、刚性棒组件N2、控制系统N3、泵N4和爆珠储存仓N5,
所述刚性棒组件N2设置于滤棒成型机的所述收束喇叭嘴N1处,所述刚性棒组件N2包括刚性棒11,所述刚性棒11内部具轴向贯穿所述刚性棒11的空腔室12,所述空腔室12内装填爆珠2,且所述空腔室12上游端为爆珠入口13,下游端为爆珠出口14。
中空爆珠滤棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A.向所述爆珠储存仓N5内装填爆珠2;
B.启动所述控制系统N3,利用所述泵N4将所述爆珠储存仓N5内爆珠2通过所述爆珠入口13输送至所述刚性棒11的所述空腔室12内;
C.运行滤棒收束过程,所述刚性棒11在滤棒收束过程中占据中空位置形成所述中空通道3,同时所述空腔室12下游端爆珠2至少暴露一部分,随着滤棒基材丝束向前行进,暴露的爆珠2受到滤棒基材丝束摩擦力经所述爆珠出口14移出随即进入所述中空通道3,由于所述爆珠2直径大于所述中空通道3直径,所述爆珠2通过与所述中空通道3内壁之间的摩擦力在所述中空通道3内过盈匹配。

- 一种中空爆珠滤棒,其特征在于,所述中空爆珠滤棒包括滤棒主体(1),所述滤棒主体(1)内部具有轴向延伸的中空通道(3),所述中空通道(3)内具有爆珠(2),所述爆珠(2)直径大于所述中空通道(3)直径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的中空爆珠滤棒,其特征在于,所述中空通道(3)轴向贯穿所述滤棒主体(1)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的中空爆珠滤棒,其特征在于,所述爆珠(2)为增香爆珠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的中空爆珠滤棒,其特征在于,所述中空通道(3)为一个或多个;至少一个所述中空通道(3)内具有所述爆珠(2)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的中空爆珠滤棒,其特征在于,所述中空通道(3)内设置有一个或多个所述爆珠(2)。
- 一种包含权利要求1-5任一项所述的中空爆珠滤棒的气溶胶发生制品。
- 一种权利要求1-5任一项所述的中空爆珠滤棒的制备装置,其特征在于,所述制备装置包括收束喇叭嘴(N1)、刚性棒组件(N2)、控制系统(N3)、泵(N4)和爆珠储存仓(N5),所述刚性棒组件(N2)设置于滤棒成型机的所述收束喇叭嘴(N1)处,所述刚性棒组件(N2)包括刚性棒(11),所述刚性棒(11)内部具轴向贯穿所述刚性棒(11)的空腔室(12),所述空腔室(12)内装填爆珠(2),且所述空腔室(12)上游端为爆珠入口(13),下游端为爆珠出口(14)。
- 一种权利要求1-5任一项所述的中空爆珠滤棒的制备方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求7所述的制备装置,其包括以下步骤:A.向所述爆珠储存仓(N5)内装填爆珠(2);B.启动所述控制系统(N3),利用所述泵(N4)将所述爆珠储存仓(N5)内爆珠(2)通过所述爆珠入口(13)输送至所述刚性棒(11)的所述空腔室(12)内;C.运行滤棒收束过程,所述刚性棒(11)在滤棒收束过程中占据中空位置形成所述中空通道(3),同时所述空腔室(12)下游端爆珠(2)至少暴露一部分,随着滤棒基材丝束向前行进,暴露的爆珠(2)受到滤棒基材丝束摩擦力经所述 爆珠出口(14)移出随即进入所述中空通道(3),由于所述爆珠(2)直径大于所述中空通道(3)直径,所述爆珠(2)通过与所述中空通道(3)内壁之间的摩擦力在所述中空通道(3)内过盈匹配。
