Provided in the present disclosure are a sensing data processing method, an apparatus, an electronic device and a readable medium. The sensing data processing method comprises: in response to a request of a sensing service sent by a terminal, carrying out sensing to obtain sensing data; sending the sensing data to a sensing function network element, the sensing function network element requesting from a unified data repository network element a required sensing processing model; the unified data repository network element sending the sensing processing model to the sensing function network element; the sensing function network element processing the sensing data by means of the acquired sensing processing model so as to obtain a sensing result; and the sensing function network element sending the sensing result to an application function network element by means of a network exposure function network element, so as to enable the application function network element to feed back the sensing result to the terminal.
